Mcdonald's Restaurants in North Lincolnshire

The staff are amazing, but it can get very busy so prepare for a long wait for your food. There was a missing item from our meal, but the lovely lady at the desk sorted this straight away.

Really not happy this evening after a long day leaving me feeling tired and hungary I called in on my way home. The drive through ordering system seamed slow it wasn't really busy yet was given our drinks and asked to park up, waited until I arrived home before opening the food just to find I had ordered a mccrispy chicken meal without Mayo not exactly sure how but they had put a Mcspicy chicken meal in instead! Gutted is an understatement it was for a teenager and way too Spicy to eat so didn't have any food I totally feel upset by it, I tried on three seperate occasions to ring and try to sort it out. Question being why have a phone at all if nobody answers it? Not sure if I want to visit here again if staff cannot take accurate food orders, totally feel ripped off as I still have a hungary child, and nobody gives a hoot about complaints.

Utterly horrible experience. Went to the drive thru at Gallagher Retail Park, Scunthorpe had to wait until the person taking payment finished his casual phone call. Moved to the collection window was kept a full6 minutes without anyone coming. My 2 Sausage and egg McMuffins were horrific. Muffins were crusty, sausage pattie was burnt around the edges and the egg was dry. Adding to that, the congealed cheese was stuck to the wrappers. They had obviously been there for some considerable time. Despite 5 or 6 passes past the window, no one spoke and even who I assume was the team Leader, (female wearing a white shirt and a cap passed the window to help herself to a cold drink. Never ever, ever again will I frequent a Mc Donalds. I would sack the team leader and the person taking payment and I would discipline the rest of the staff, if that's what you could call them.

I have literally never known a place as slow as this McDonald’s You order on app and wait 25 minutes in a bathroom You order at drive thru and have to sit in a bay for 25 minutes You go in and wait 25 minutes. I swear they make you park up for sh*ts and giggs ! I can’t believe it takes this long for a happy meal

This spot is great for if you just want some food, those saying bad things yes some are true. For example the parking fine, that is out of this McDonald’s control as they rent the land from kfc, if you care so much then go complain to kfc. Another review said that the staff have no brains, they do so your probably on about the Morrisons McDonald’s in lakeside, the workers from there were in the tesco one for abit as it was getting redone and if you notice, that McDonald’s has worse reviews for food problems

My son loves this McDonald’s as it has a small play area and the staff are really friendly. We have visited often on a Friday after school as an end of week treat. A treat that has ended up costing me a parking fine! I won’t be visiting again as McDonalds say they have no say in it. I spent over £25 in food and ice creams - it’s not as though I left the car there and didn’t spend a penny. The car park is mainly taken up with Deliveroo and just eat drivers so to be landed with a parking fine as genuine customer is a joke. I can’t afford it to happen again so will not be going back.

You really need to get some staff with some brains! Every time I order every single time there’s missing melas what you doing eating it! I mean what a joke tonight 2 whole meals missing and 1 soggy greasy burger your staff are disgusting serving food like that!!!!! Cart blame the Uber eats driver either when it’s down to your STAFF NOT USING THERE BRAINS!

DINER BEWARE !!! This establishment is the worst eatery that I have ever visited. First latte they spilled when handing over, the replacement was barely half full, the replacement replacement was nearly all froth with what resembled a blob of ice cream sat on top ..... thankfully, the replacement replacement replacement did resemble something like a latte. The serving staff really don't give a toss with regards to the quality of food and beverages that they are handing over. I gave this awful place one star because there was no zero option. Bloody awful !!

We ordered from the mcdonalds app , following items were missing triple cheeseburger, Medium fries, 20 McNuggets and a large fanta from our order. Phoned up, told to get refund on app. Went in store, staff were pretty much ignorant even though the store was empty, eventually someone bothered to come over and again told we would have to contact uber eats. Bloody disgusting that mcdonalds is not taking responsibilty. Refused to buy same items again, at extra cost. Won't be using mcdonalds again after being loyal customers for many years

Absolutely shocking yet again, ordered for delivery for 7pm only up date on order is driver at restaurant, nearly a hour later it turns up apology or nothing . And what a surprise the fries are stone cold so clearly been sat at the restaurant for some time and also no dips which was on the order . Everytime order for delivery never on time and food always cold and some of the order is missing . Will not be ordering again for delivery, you are offering a service if you can't deliver that service then don't offer it. Shocking and total waste of money

Had several bad experiences here but decided to try again and take the kids. Placed order,waited 15/20 mins to be then told they'd ran out of chicken!!! Complete chaos. Avoid and go to KFC.I

You know what you are getting with the food being the same at virtually every Maccy D in the UK. Service times when we went were very good, the burgers freshly prepared & the staff were all friendly & helpful

Absolute sh!t show ! I have literally never know service as poor ! I keep coming back in the hope it’s changed but alas the sh!t show continues You get put in a bag every single visit because Uber eats takes priority…. You end up waiting 30 minutes for a cheeseburger whilst your kids scream in the back of the car. They get your order wrong every time and then won’t amend it at window 1 ! Honestly it’s just an absolute pain to go there

Used to be great, well managed with good quick service. All I can say now is don’t go if you want food in a hurry! Especially the drive thru. They stack up the car park with all the drive thru customers while they prioritise online orders. They don’t serve anyone through the window - so really the drive thru is totally pointless and I don’t know why they bother.. So there’s like 10-15 cars at a time waiting on food. And you just sit there loosing the will to live for 15 minutes. Then when your food arrives it’s stone cold - despite the fact they said when they asked you to park up they’re ‘waiting on fries’. Just awful - this isn’t an isolated incident either - I’d say this is quite normal any time after about 7pm (even in the middle of night when there’s hardly anyone there!). I’m seriously considering writing to their head office - as I think they’re really giving the franchise a bad name! I only go back because I fool myself it’ll change - but no. Always let down! Awful, Awful, Awful! (Have written this whole review while waiting for a cheeseburger and fries btw)

Terrible experience. Like many fast food places, they gave succumbed to the delivery service taking over the on foot or drive through customers. Or it seems that way. They just don’t have the capacity when it’s busy. One night we popped in after leaving the hospital. Drive through. Eventually we’re given our order after I chased it up. About 40 minutes later. It must have been sitting on a side in there for sometime. It was cold. The person eating it had come out of hospital and didn’t have the strength to complain.. others were leaving without their orders. Worst experience ever. If fast food outlets are you to cater for deliveroo/ Just Eat etc., at the same time as on foot customers, they/you need to get their/your act together. I won’t be back there. Morale with staff appeared VERY low!

Mumbling teenagers at ordering point, milkshake machine is “broken” more times than not, regularly shortages of key menu items. On 3 of last 4 occasions order has been wrong or short. No management , leadership or obvious organisation

Never get orders right. Half the staff are rude. To busy chatting to each other at the drive through.

We ordered by Uber delivery 4 fillets of fish meals,one fish burger missing with cheese , one drink missing,two portions fries missing my question don’t they check orders before they bagged

ordered 4 coffees, 2 fudge lattes 2 plain lattes. when they came in 2 red cups 1 yellow 1 blue. the server tried to say which was which, but they relied on the top cover punched in, so instead of the 2 red cups being fudge etc no it was 1 fudge and 1 plain and the other 2 being the same one fudge one plain we couldn't make out the punched in tops as to what was what. so 3 of us didn't get whet we ordered. such a mess and stupid way to tell what was what

Several strands of long brown hair in my burger packaging.. if I wasn’t in a rush for work I would have gone inside and asked for a refund. Won’t be using this McDonald’s again.

Usual McDonald's food. Touch screen or counter service. Small soft play area, i-pads and colouring sheets for children. Very friendly and helpful, child friendly staff.

This outlet along with the same at the other end of town - Lakeside are mediocre at best as far as service goes. I have experienced hit and miss service on orders Ie half full drinks - Luke warm - no milk or sugar brought...

The place is clean and tidy friendly atmosphere and welcoming too nothing to much trouble and comfortable and excellent service too. Food is great too and clean and tidy and great atmosphere too lovely place to eat in too.

Cold floppy chips and a Luke warm burger. When I complained, the girl serving looked at me like I had just told her her kids are ugly. I wouldn't recommend this branch. Tables were all sticky. Too many staff standing around talking to each other or on phones. Outside had littler everywhere. Poor. It's only the milkshake that stopped this review being very poor.

Good fast service inside and drive through. Never been sent to a bay and never had any problems. Staff freindly. Good position near motorway and tesco/shopping area.

Really good and efficient service here. You know what you get when you go McDonald's, but it always helps when the staff go that little bit extra. A special mention to Hamid today. Very friendly guy and went out of his way to help me today. It's little things like this that don't go unnoticed, whatever the perceived calibre of food. Well done to the team.

Well, Mcdonald's is well known for fast food. The Scunthorpe branch is well up the list of top sites. Smart pleasant staff who took the order (Haven't used the self order system yet) and our food and drink was ready in a few minutes. Will call again

I took my youngest son here and although the touch screen table games were great and he had fun I can’t say I was too impressed, I tried to order 3 things from the advertising board behind the tills only to be told they don’t sell them anymore...not that they had run out! I was a little annoyed and wished I’d gone elsewhere. It won’t stop me from returning but it has put me off.

Really modern inside , quite surprised to see a table with iPads for anyone to use , good for keeping adults and kids occupied , good service friendly , and clean premises

Wanted a coffee and a quick snack so this was convenient for us to stop off. Ordered a chicken wrap and a coffee and was as expected for a McDonald's. Good service

Call here occasionally, and catch up on paperwork. It is quite busy as a rule, and during the school holidays , it can be a nightmare. But, let face it, when you park up, what the hell do you expect - it is a MacDonald's for God's sake.The coffee (thankfully) has been improved over the last couple of years, the WIFI has also got better, and the bogs, whilst always a bit to intimate for me, are clean. MacDonald's does what it says on the tin - it is fast food, served without the fripperies and pretensions of other places. It can never really be any better than average - but that is not a complaint!

I use to go inside here quite often but every time i found myself more annoyed, Food not be ready, would have to wait then the order would be wrong, other food would be cold. Workers are kids that need training. Some staff were standing around just chatting while there was long ques, others were sat with kids there age chatting while bins were over flowing with rubbish, tables not wipes and staff talking about muslims shooting them selves ( with young children present which is not great. I sent an email to the manager who was very rude and sarcastic and i have never come across such ill mannered horrible manager with no customer service skills!! I also appraised a young lad for doing all the serving and apologizing to customers working super hard non stop apologizing while girls just stood there chatting, These guy even refused to serve uo fries that had been left longer than should and even did fresh 4 everyone apologizing yet again!!! But the manager of this franchise did not care about this either.. Disgusting customer service needs selling to a manager that will manager staff correctly and not have kids working who give all there freinds freebis which results in place packed out with kids. I dont mind kids as i work with them all day but these young ones need some training and food should be served fast and warm like other stores. wont be going here again.

I was standing in line this morning and can only describe what I saw from this McDonald's as horrific!!It was clearly out of control and badly run and I'm sure I'm not the first to complain with what I sawA young father and son waiting for there order which had clearly run over its service time...It must of been a good 15 mins at least before the finally got a compete order they had there burgers sat going cold on the serving counter before after a second asking he revived his order of fries!!I watched him bring it to the attention of the young manager no more than 23 yrs old.....In return he got laughed in his face and turned away!!Unbelievable the poor man!!Next came my turn to orderI was greater buy A serving counter that one had a portion of fried behind the till that had been spilt!!'Lose fries all over the place!!Also orange juice and from what I could guess chocolate something thrown in there for good measure!!I had my order taken by a member of staff that was more concerned with talking to a co worker than taking my order such as a had to repeat myself on everything at least twice to the amusement of certain staff!!Anyway after watching young father and son getting shamefully handled and there faces laughed in......Young blonde manage tackled me I was asked if I needed to be served ??I asked if he was in charge of this shift to which I got a big fat yes and another of the trade mark grins he had been dealing out !!!I pointed out that there was food all over the counter how long I myself had been waiting!!!how I had watched him humiliate the father and son before me Also point out how there were three members of staff behind me chatting to the staff serving I was given the answer I'm having a bad day mate??! Got served a cold burger and 3/4 of a cup of coffee!!I cannot pass judgement of other times for this McDonald's but can only guess it's service is the same or worse from what I had seen from a manager in charge!!I would surely avoid this branch again unless there were radical staff changes!!!A shame no way to start a Sunday!!

Went in with my partner and the kids bout lunchtime, absolute congestion it was like being stuck on the M1 We had cues back to the doors and where congestion if people at the Tills waiting for the food to be cooked, menu to complex and varied everything is Turing to none standard they need to simplify the menu it's all turning bespoke, should not have to wait over 15 minutes for an order for four people listen at this we ordered two happy meals, a tasty burger thing and a chicken burger .......could of cooked myself quicker come on McDonalds fast food it's means fast and effluent you ain't delivering either !

visited on route from Grimsby to Wales for breakfast. We sat inside. all very clean. Food arrived quickly , correctly and hot - all that is required at Mcd. everyone happy

Every time I visit the drive through I am irritated they speak when I am trying to order wanting me to buy more stuff then they say park in the car park to wait for my food yes but the car park is full.after waiting ages for my burger it arrives with no napkin as usual I have complained so many times but the service never seems to improve.i do not think McDonald's care at all about their customers
