Mcdonald's in North Lincolnshire

Don’t bother. Always get sent into a bay. Always something missing or wrong or no straws. Long wait times and the app says collected when we didnt have our food. Refurbished for nothing. 40 minutes, 40 MINUTES before ive even paid for my food at 1:30am 27th of october. Are they cooking the food on radiators? Are they processing orders with chimpanzees on typewriters? Some guy just mounted the curb to leave. No wonder. Edit: another 40 minute drive thru wait. Why do I do it? Mcds cold breakfast is too much to pass on. I wonder if I’ll ever get it.

Always ridiculously slow service. Never waited less than half an hour for food but most times it’s nearer 50mins to an hour for food. Food is often cold when it arrives too so not sure what is going on. All customers just stood at till stressed with kids as they have all been waiting so long

I have never experienced a McDonald’s with as many problems as this branch. They are constantly getting orders wrong or missing items. Whenever you try call them they always blame the delivery company. Still incompetent

We went into this place this morning, waiting for our order, wow if I spoke to my staff like one staff member did I would have been sacked on the spot, all customers could hear her mouthing off, then you have staff and manager walking round doing absolutely nothing, apart from singing and dancing, health and hygiene i dont think the staff are trained up, don't clean tables just wipe it with their hand onto the floor, no cleaning products used, no thanks MC Donald's. Disgusting

1 hour wait for a very underrated meal , staff overworked with drive by window so if you go in and order you are at the back of the queue and they don’t care , then you get food delivery faster then your order

Waited 1 hour for food and got nothing. In the end we went for a refund and went elsewhere. People had been waiting 1 and a half for food. It's a joke

evey time we oder macdonald's we have something missing am going stop odering from macdonald's to it was a chicken big mac so one unhappy kid and i wont a refund on my meal to please miss barton

I waited a hour and 15 mins for my food to come cold missing items and half filled drinks we pay service charge and delivery fee to be given next to nothing refund and still have to order food again from else where spoiled our tea completely

I ordered a grilled chicken salad and a hamburger. Unfortunately, the lettuce and other greens in the salad didn't appear fresh, and the edges of the leaves had turned black. It was quite disappointing experience from MacD. And the hamburger appears decent in photos, but it's disappointingly small in reality. The patty was tiny.

Arrived at the drivethru at 0630 and the Whole Lakeside retail center was full of rubbish because of this place. Bins overflowing from the day before. Pretty disgusting

freezing cold food after the order was delayed, chips were stale and had gone hard. we tried to force ourselves to eat it, because this was our tea, but it mainly ended up in the bin, vile. it's a shame because besides a few missed or incorrect items in the past, the quality of food hasn't ever been this grim, a bit lukewarm sure, but not literally stale and cold to a point where we couldn't eat it

order arrived yet again stone cold. food was processed and bagged by mcdonalds at 14.07pm as shown on ticket. Time kept getting delayed saying driver waiting for order. No way was driver waiting for 45 minutes for my food. He was instead driving around with it doing multiple deliveries which should NOT be allowed. Eventually said he on his way and map showed him other side of town. Food arrived just before 3pm stone cold. Total waste of money. multiple drops should not be allowed.

45 minutes later than originally predicted, the fries were rock solid like they’d not been delivered in a heat bag by the driver, the crispy chicken in the salad wasn’t just left as a whole patty, this store is consistently bad, it’s a waste of money, you pay more for delivery yet get much worse food

There should have been 3 dips but there were no dips, straws or napkins. There was no cheese sauce, pickles or crispy onions on the Philly Cheese Stack burger. It was just two burgers and two cheese slices, very dry. Very disappointed

Took ages to prepare two burger and chip meals, when it arrived it was freezing like beyond cold. I ordered one coke and one oasis both came as oasis. I understand mistakes can happen but read your tickets how hard is it to get the drink correct? It just seems to me like the workers aren’t arsed at all. And taking over an hour to deliver the food is shocking, guaranteed if i was in the restaurant it wouldn’t have taken over ten minutes. Up your game.

Been using this McDonald's since moving to Scunthorpe about 6 months ago . Not once have I received my full order , always missing items . Often drinks or ice-cream is spilt all over the bag . I'm so fed up of constantly having to ask just eat for a refund on items because McDonald's didn't do their job properly. I should be able to order a meal and get it delivered with out issues . This is the only McDonald's in Scunthorpe iv had issues with . About time they kicked there staff up the backside or stopped employing kids

I got delivered the complete wrong order. The delivery driver was a lot to be desired too! I ordered a double bacon and egg McMuffin meal with an extra hash brown with a large hot chocolate and large Coca Cola and what was delivered was 4 double sausage and egg McMuffins and 4 hash browns. I have complained to just eat and McDonald’s personally.

Placed order at 10 past 7 and didn’t receive food untill quarter to 9. The food was cold as if it had just been sat there. There is no need for it to take almost 2 hours to deliver food busy or not, didn’t end up eating half of the food because it came cold and isn’t nice reheated, was not best pleased have never had this issue with the other McDonald’s in my area. Will not be ordering from this specific McDonald’s again!

Absolutely disgusting customer service and the hygiene on some of the staff is abysmal wiping all the grease on her bottom and then touching food utensils with no PPE on. On multiple occasions food was cold. Waited over an hour again multiple times to get the food. Staff do not have a clue what they are doing. Constantly having to check our order as they are missing items. Recently went to McDonald’s and there were no nuggets with our order and when we went in to ask what was going on it took a member of staff 5 minutes to get to us. Worst McDonald’s in Lincolnshire, compared with the Tesco one or Grimsby this is awful.

Stone cold food shocking only live up the road and they can’t keep the food hot. Clearly been cooked then stood for ages and then gone stone cold especially the chips like they just been pulled out of the freezer they that cold. Absolutely shocking

What does someone have to do to get sauces inc with their nuggets from this establishment. I even wrote a request to not forget. Courier was great, quick delivery. food was luke warm though, which was not his fault, he picked it up and delivered within 5 minutes.
