Absolutely wast time takes almost 2 houers waiting for food no staff and till no staff cleaning tables food dirt everywhere food cold

Again we're not impressed. Kept waiting for our order and then the fries were not cooked enough and the burgers cold. How hard is it to cook a burger and fries??? Definitely won't be coming again

Always end up waiting for food and 9x out of 10 I have missing items or poor quality food. Hot chocolate like water. Since the extension its even slower service.

I have ordered from this restaurant many times and there is always something missing. Item items from orders are missing. This time the Big Mac is missing. The woman who answers the phone is rude and cannot be allowed to contact the user. I will never order anything from this place again. This place should be closed permanently.

The attitude of some of those girls in the morning shift(pre 7am) is absolutely horrendous. If you don't like your job, then move on. Especially the overweight girl with dark hair. They just don't seem to care about their jobs or customer service. Very disappointing. I might make an official complaint to their superiors. The cleaning girl in the morning was quite pleasant, so this is not reflective upon her!

Missing food items on delivery order EVERY TIME. Given the wrong number for Uber eats to receive a refund, found the correct number and was on hold for nearly an hour. I'm done.

I got a stomachache. I wonder what hygiene rating they have. Also my food was cold and tossed to me like the person who's working there hates their job. On top of that the taste was awful and different than in other McDonalds.

So I ordered food and when I looked in my bag (in a paper bag ) there was thing’s missing So wasn’t happy

The sensation it gave to my tounge was incredible. I felt like I was appreciated by how amazing the fries where, they gave off this crispy sound with a beautiful warm, soft inside. And the burger had the right amount of everything. Thank you so much!

I recently visited the McDonald's at Lakeside Park, Scunthorpe, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I ordered a hot chocolate with toppings, but they served it without the toppings or any sugar to add. I had to go back to the counter to request these items, which were not readily available. This lack of attention to detail made the experience frustrating. What’s even worse is that this wasn’t the first time I encountered such poor service at this location. On a previous visit, they forgot to include the cool drinks I ordered with my meal. It seems like these errors are becoming a frequent issue, which shows a lack of care in their service. The quality of the food also leaves a lot to be desired. The fries, for example, were short and felt oddly soft, almost like bananas—not the crispy and fresh standard you’d expect. This further added to the disappointment. Overall, the service at this McDonald's is unreliable, and the food quality is subpar. It really needs improvement both in customer service and food preparation to meet the expectations associated with the McDonald's brand. I hope they address these issues soon, as it’s currently not worth the visit.

Minging as it normally is when ordered through just eat, drivers clearly pick up loads of orders so by time you get it it’s freezing

Absolute joke, you didn’t send 4 happy meals! I mean I understand maybe missing one thing but four children’s happy meals when there was only two other meals. 6 meals and you leave 4 off. Ring and get told sorry you need to go through just eat. It’s really not difficult to follow an order!

ordered 12:30pm to be delivered to a different address from my own. Delivered to my default address at 1pm. Spoke to driver through Ring doorbell and told her she was at the wrong address. At 1:30 pm I went into the restaurant and while they were very kindly replacing the order the delivery driver came into the restaurant and claimed the order wasn't mine that he'd brought and he'd got the wrong address. In the meantime our order was delivered to the correct address but it was cold and missing
