Waited an hour for the food for it to come freezing cold and battered

Food was really cold even though it was on time

absolutely poor, food cold and a £4.30 return for putting it in the bin

Can’t even get a simple order right

Missing part of the order. I phoned up to restaurant and they asked me to go there and I did and it was waste of time and fuel - they told me they can't give me the missing items even though I have a receipt and I had the rest of order with me.

Ordered quite a bit of food, received a mcflurry... brilliant, will share that amongst the family.

The sensation it gave to my tounge was incredible. I felt like I was appreciated by how amazing the fries where, they gave off this crispy sound with a beautiful warm, soft inside. And the burger had the right amount of everything. Thank you so much!

So I ordered food and when I looked in my bag (in a paper bag ) there was thing’s missing So wasn’t happy

Wrap was quite dry today. Hardly any sauce on it. Also lid wasn’t on the latte properly which caused the drink to spill out in transit. Delivery driver was lovely though. No complaints with him

Drinks were all tipped up & leaking through the paper bag. Not happy that 2 large cokes ended up being just 1!

Minging as it normally is when ordered through just eat, drivers clearly pick up loads of orders so by time you get it it’s freezing

Absolute joke, you didn’t send 4 happy meals! I mean I understand maybe missing one thing but four children’s happy meals when there was only two other meals. 6 meals and you leave 4 off. Ring and get told sorry you need to go through just eat. It’s really not difficult to follow an order!

missing items again and no way to contact to get them sent out. never any answer. this isn't the first time either we have had things missing. very unhappy with that but food was warm and my kids were able to eat just me and dad who couldn't

Ordered 3 boxes of 20 chicken nuggets and didn't get a single sauce we ordered.

Absolutely nothing I ordered turned up.

I gave three stars because all my food came cold e.g Cheesy McCrispy, Mayo Chicken and Large Fries and I was given a full fat coke instead of a diet.

Warm drinks. Cold food. Missing sauces. This isn’t my first complaint from this restaurant. I will be proceeding to log a complaint to McDonalds too. I don’t expect to pay nearly £30 for two burger meals and have such abysmal service.

ordered 12:30pm to be delivered to a different address from my own. Delivered to my default address at 1pm. Spoke to driver through Ring doorbell and told her she was at the wrong address. At 1:30 pm I went into the restaurant and while they were very kindly replacing the order the delivery driver came into the restaurant and claimed the order wasn't mine that he'd brought and he'd got the wrong address. In the meantime our order was delivered to the correct address but it was cold and missing

Time for delivery kept being put back. Burger arrived with no chicken in it and double cheeseburger had no onion or pickles. When contacting the manager by phone was told that there was nothing she could do but look into it.

Don’t bother. Always get sent into a bay. Always something missing or wrong or no straws. Long wait times and the app says collected when we didnt have our food. Refurbished for nothing. 40 minutes, 40 MINUTES before ive even paid for my food at 1:30am 27th of october. Are they cooking the food on radiators? Are they processing orders with chimpanzees on typewriters? Some guy just mounted the curb to leave. No wonder. Edit: another 40 minute drive thru wait. Why do I do it? Mcds cold breakfast is too much to pass on. I wonder if I’ll ever get it.

Cold arrived late and stone cold

delivery was perfect, was eating my chicken burger and noticed that the top bun was burnt on the underside. I threw it out because that to me is inedible and it shouldn't be that burnt!!

Always ridiculously slow service. Never waited less than half an hour for food but most times it’s nearer 50mins to an hour for food. Food is often cold when it arrives too so not sure what is going on. All customers just stood at till stressed with kids as they have all been waiting so long

I told them to leave it outside and NOT knock and they knocked as loud as they could. Not happy!
