Food cold . will not order again

food wasn't very warm and my drink had leaked

It said 33 mins when I first ordered then when it got to 15 mins it never went down for the next 20mins. When it got delivered it was cold. One unhappy customer

all items delivered on time and still hot.

food was stone cold and my drink was literally only half filled

chips were soggy and burgers were cold

drinks tipped everywhere,so ended up with half cups

Didn’t get my order and now my kids have missed out on breakfast

i wasn’t bothered about it being a bit late, however I was bothered when I got to my order and I open my security seal and discover my medium iced latte was half full?? No there was no wetness on the bag so I know it did not spill, and I even thought hmm maybe it was the driver, but then i realised. It was security locked. Why is my latte barely halfway filled in the cup ya’ll. I was really looking forward to a full iced coffee this evening but unfortunately that was fulfilled.

All fries was missing. Burgers was cold

Nothing any different than all the other mcds in the uk..service is shoking..food is cold at best and most of the staff don't care.

I waited for food for an hour, this is a joke

Delivery time kept being pushed back and the chips were that cold they was hard.

order started at 29 mins but took over a hour and was cold, no straws or dips for the chicken share box.. dissatisfied!

Great breakfast, but took a long time to get served. More interested in do deliveries and serving no working staff.

Delivery was fast, but the restaurant gave us someone else’s burger and nuggets, and we didn’t receive any Minecraft figures with the meals so that kind of sucks

Food's okay, but don't bother adding any sauces to your order, they never send them. Also got an oasis instead of a coke.

Got everything but they mcmuffin had cheese and egg inside it when I put on the order to take it out and now I’m just left with just hash browns which isn’t ideal

Went through the drive through to be greeted with a harsh "what do you want". Got a large minecraft 9 nugget meal with a diet coke and a hamburger no pickles or mustard. I got to the window to pay and saw that I was being charged extra for a dip I did not even ask for. Then got to the food window and was told everything was in the bag. I start driving away. No minecraft toy. No fries. Wrong burger, wrong sauces, and I'd been given a full fat coke instead of a diet. Very much to say that I will not be going back again, nor will I be saying to anyone that they should go there. Rude staff Poor service Wrong meals Would give a 0 star if possible

Ordered some food, not only did it arrive late, the food was evidently reheated, the nuggets were gummy. Missing items as well, no chips, no sauces at all. Terrible service, I am beyond disappointed.

ordered large milkshake got a medium

Cold when it came my drink was on its side in the bag and one hash brown look like someone took a bite out of it

The hash brown didn’t come with it and the wraps were cold

Time kept changing which I understand because it may have been busy but all food turned up absolutely stone cold

Very slow service. At least half an hour's wait. Know at least one person left because of the queue.

Not very good today Chips were cold, ice cream melted and bacon and cheeseburger sent instead of double cheese burger which it said on label Milk shake was ok However the expected delivery time kept being put back So I assume it was ready or part ready before it came! sorry Xx

Food took ages to come kept changing the time of arrival, food arrived stone cold, no sauces, no straw for my drink.

Won't be ordering from McDonald's again takes nearly 2 hours to deliver and when it did arrive food was cold chips were solid asked for extra gerkins got none and had a missing item this isn't the first time this has happened

ordered £50 worth of food come with less than £15s worth of what we ordered.

I ordered from McDonald's, the food was at least 90 minutes late and stone cold. we didn't even eat the fries as they were just rubbery by the time they arrived.

Late by 45 minutes and missing dippers and Large Fries.

Food was put back and back and back took 45 minutes after the delivery time was set, food arrived cold and bag was open, cheeseburger missing also, very disappointing :(

Placed the order around 6:40pm , the app said it was delivered around 9pm but it didn’t come until 1:20am when I was woken up

was cold when arrived, I live 5 minutes away max but took over 20 minutes to arrive. threw it in bin and gone to local pub for hot meal. should have come here first, also cheaper. one angry customer

Only delivered 3 McFlurrys but only 2 was ordered and it was runny. No actual food delivered. Deliver driver said he will be back but I doubt it and already been a while. This is an absolute joke not happy

when has it become acceptable to not send any sort of dips ? I'm paying for the whole meal which includes a dip, and I should expect that whole meal. if this was any other restaurant there would have been changes made to ensure this doesn't happen

If I could give a zero I would! Avoid avoid this McDonald’s, it is the biggest joke ever! Waiting 35 minutes for 3 items yet they prioritise JE and drive through! Only got food after complaining and walking in the kitchen and asking to see manager. Then to be argued with my the worker that brought the food over. Disable toilet was rank, soap dispenser didn’t work sink covered in dirt and remains of a pregnancy test wrapper on it, toilet heavily soiled! They gave the excuse that it’s a one off today as staff not turned in, however I come here same time last year as my husband does a half marathon around here and last year was exactly the same, so nothing has changed in a year! Come on McDonald’s pull your finger out and get this place sorted

I have not received my food at all I was walking up and down the street I was looking the the driver two times I was out there looking for him how can it say deliver when I have not had it at all how can this be right this is not right at all

get rid of the new lids for the hot drinks. they don't stay on as they don't actually fit. I now have a ruined white puffy because of the huge spillage from 2 got chocolates and all I did was put the bag down!!! whose going to pay to replace it!!

Over the last couple months, 4/5 orders have been wrong. And I'm not talking "they didn't remove the sauce" bad, I means "they delivered drinks but no food!" bad! No longer giving the benefit of the doubt. Burger king from now on!

placed order at 19.36, food was prepared and made at 19.40. the courier said he was there at the restaurant from the second I placed the order which is basically impossible, if this is true then why would it take a HOUR for the food to be delivered? same old poor service from your team.
