Staff is rude. My order was missing bits and they kept arguing that it was not which clearly was missing. Also how difficult is to check order????? To put all the sauces in?? Just bunch of irresponsible two left handed staff

Bad service, snotty woman served me. Told me after I ordered no supercharger sauce. So told them I didn’t want chicken as supercharger is why I have the chicken. Looked at me like I’d spat in her soup. I then pointed out she could use the squeezey bottle supercharger sauce which she did. Just bare minimum service really

Arrived at drive thru - no one at the orders booth- waited 4 mins to make order which was for two aero crusher drinks - didn’t order food as service slow. Started journey and the drinks were appalling hardly any milk or chocolate in the mix -was ice with weak stale milk -disgusting ! the smell was fowl milk obviously off. We were already into our journey so telephoned to complain but met with abuse from the manager - complained to head office and they were not interested. I would never recommend eating or drinking there. The food area looked dirty -glad we didn’t eat ! The place is under staffed and with a bad attitude. The worst KFC experience I have had.

So slow nothing in with shocking service no one apparently working none of the food anyone ordered they had in

I don’t know what has happened to this kfc, the staff stand there and moan about working in front of customers ! We were given cold food and expired beans! Not happy. this place used to be better staffed and better food. Staff are just grumpy and rude

30 mind waiting for a single chicken fillet burger, gets served up cold, taken up to counter to be asked 'what do you want me to do about it?'. Then told that a fresh one would be at least 10 minutes . Been sat here another 15 minutes, still no food.

My partner & I use this KFC quite often. Today the meal that we had was ‘amazing’.. it tasted soo good. We both ordered box meals which was hot and fresh with the pieces of chicken requested given. The service was good even tho they were busy. Food delivered quickly. Will have to agree tho with previous comments, a total waste of packaging and no one cleaning dirty tables. I understand labour controls as previously managed several KFC’s. Will certainly be back soon..

It is what is it ,I’m not going to mention the food It was the waste of cardboard/ paper that concerned me ,only 2 of us 1 adult 1 child,empty bags ,no need for them eat inside,2 chicken boxes , 2 chip boxes , empty cups empty plastic tops,straws ,our table was full of waste after the meal ,the young the staff were all working hard and pleasant.multiply that by all their customers.

The food was ok, and the service was quick, however, the place still had dirty tables and people lunch left on it. Not clean atoll.

This was the first time I had visited a KFC in 10 years so I didn't quite know what to expect, what I ate tasted very bad. The spicy chicken wings I had was the mildest spicy food I have ever ate. The chips were horrible and the burger tasted bad as well.

Poorly signed as had to go through petrol station forecourt. Nice air conditioning and visually appears clean but gents toilets are stinking. Like one of those inner city car park staircase stinks- stale urine

Great place to have lunch with friends. Food was freshly cooked, and the service was really good too.

The person at the first window of the drive thru was Michael, I dont know how he still works there, if any of the managers saw his behaviour they would be appalled! However, the lovely young lad at the second window, Jamie I think he was called, sorted the problem out straight away and was completely apologetic. The food itself was bang average, and everyone else looked like untrained teenagers but Jamie made my day, had a good laugh en. I would give Jamie 5 stars if i could, but Michael had to ruin the experience and bring it down. Have been back a couple of times since and haven't seen Jamie, I hope he does still work there because I asked for him and they said they didnt know. Poor cohesion!

So we are still in the grips of this pandemic and everyone is still wary about going out to eat but with all the government guidelines about health and hygiene precautions EVERY restaurant should adhere to we should be ok to eat out shouldn’t we? Not if you want eat here. No tables and I mean NO tables were being cleaned throughly between customer use. I walked over and got the D10 myself to clean my table that had old ketchup on it. All they were doing after each customer was walking over and removing the Perspex self service number. That was it. This place should be shut down. COVID can live on hard surfaces for hours and what I witnessed at this restaurant was disgusting AVOID, AVOID, AVOID As a secondary note this KFC is always running out of chicken, forgets parts of your order and never gives you condiments in the form of salt sachets or paper napkins. Place is a joke

Complete JOKE! Arrived at 10pm on a Saturday night to be told we have no chicken as we close at 11! That's like going to a seafood restaurant with no fish! Rarely do they have gravy! This has to be the worst fast food outlet in the area!

Went through the drive through, paid and waited for a receipt to add the order to my app later so I didn't have to faff about with my mobile, only to be told there was no paper in the machine, grat, why not tell me that BEFORE I ordered!! ok, so went round to the window and waited, and waited, was ignored for 15 mins before it opened and I was handed a bag of food before the server walked off and left me, after a short waith I shouted to someone that I was still waiting for my drink, so they eventually got that sorted as well, then didn't get any so asked for napkins, this is finger food, how can you not be given napkins with your order, so 20 mins after ordering was finally away with everything. I tried going to KFC's website to let them know some further training might be in order for that location, after filling in the contact form correctly, with all the must complete boxes done it still wouldn't let me send it, so refreshed the page and tried again making sure everything was as it should be, it was, but still it wouldn't let me send the form. So I'm guessing a lack of customer service seem like standard operating procedure for them whether in person or via their website,

I stopped here on the way home in the evening as I hadn't eaten since lunchtime. There was a group of lads waiting for an order and a man and boy also waiting for their order, there was no-one queueing to place an order. Despite this I waited almost TEN minutes before I was asked for my order! While waiting I could hear the man at the counter moaning about the time they were having to wait. However it got worse! When I was finally, grumpily, asked for my order with a peremptory apology for the wait, I was told they had no zinger burgers or fillet burgers available. So this was a chicken restaurant that hadn't got chicken! How can they possibly have no stock of their basic product available? I didn't want any big lumps of chicken off the bone which they amazingly did have, so I left. This is the third KFC I have visited where they didn't have a certain type of chicken available and on none of those occasions was there a sign up advising this or were the items blanked out on the menu board, because they just can't be bothered. The restaurant was very untidy, full bins, rubbish on tables and the floor, which also seems to be endemic of KFC restaurants. McDonalds may not be the best food around but they never run out of food items or keep their customers waiting ten minutes, and their restaurants are always clean and tidy. Zero out of five!!!

What is it with KFC? Their food could be so much better but it’s just thrown together. The chips were over cooked and there was no salt on them. We seemed to wait forever in the drive through. It’s so easy to see why Mcdonalds is a mile ahead of them. The whole place looked grubby and unkempt, just like the staff uniforms..

We stopped off here for convenience en route to somewhere else. Yes it was a bit grotty, yes it could have been a better experience, yes the chips could have been better, and yes we thought the salad looked suspicious. But it’s a KFC. So if you don’t like KFC food, then don’t expect it to be any better here than anywhere else. And it’s staffed by very young adults who probably are bored and don’t stay long enough to build any commitment to customer service. For what it’s worth we thought that the food was okay and we were served quickly and politely. It was at best an average experience, but probably reasonable compared to other KFCs!

Those chips with skin on are absolutely horrible, they got fired across the car park.I got 2 piece meal and 1 piece was a skanky drumstick... Again, that got fired across the car park.The drinks on offer are either all diet or that crap Pepsi max that tastes like you got a mouth full of sweetex tablets.. Load of rubbish so I swapped a drink out instead for gravy... And because now I've got nothing left to dip in the gravy it got fired across the car park with the rest of the crap.... I've done with KFC it IS NOT GOOD. RAM IT.

Only stopped here because it was the only thing open within a reasonable distance traveling back home. I wish hadn’t of bothered. This isn’t an exaggeration, the last couple of times we have been to this establishment, including this visit, vast numbers of the items listed on the menu weren’t actually available. So I had to settle for something I didn’t actually want. And for the 3rd time in a row visiting, the card machines packed up completely, so we were told after waiting in the drive thru for what felt like, 30 minutes, to come and pay inside. Well, I have never in my life been taken aback by a smell before, but the stench of the so called “customer toilets” was beyond me. An INCREDIBLY strong smell of stale urine, and literal crap was enough to make me dry heave. The staffs attitude towards this when questioned about the cleanliness of the loos was enough of an indicator of how much they cared. Disgusting. I’m also so glad my partner checked my order because every single thing was wrong, and had to be changed. The staff looked like they didn’t have a clue what they were doing, or at the very least, didn’t care. Not one single staff member apologised, nor were we offered any sort of compensation for this huge inconvenience. Seriously, if you’re hungry and looking for a bite to eat, you’re better waiting until you get home or nipping to Tesco’s that’s literally just around the corner. Unbelievable.

Had a boneless box which is the only reason i gave stars for as food was ok and liked the new sides and for the refurb which made the eating area good. Other than that it was filthy with loads of food on the floor uncleaned for ages and no staff responsible for it. The staff at the till were clueless and got our order wrong and when i went back to get what was missed got that wrong too and gave me hot chilli instead of sweet chilli dip which upset my 9 year old and put him off his food. Lack of attention to detail and cleaning. All the times over the years ive used the drive through they often have something we cant have for some reason too!

i would rate this 0 if I could. Absolutely vile restaurant...the toilets were disgusting and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while, there was no toilet roll, the floors were sticky, we had to wipe the tables and chairs before we could sit down and the service was slow. I don’t think I’ll be returning here again.

At this branch it looks (like other KFC branches) that it needs some money spent on the building and car park. No wonder McDonald’s is doing so well because they’re clean, tidy, and consistent..

I would rate zero if I could. This is no exaggeration, literally the last 7 or 8 times I have been here over the course of a year they dont have main ingredients to any order. It might be no fizzy drinks one time or no chicken or no sides. Without fail at least one thing is out of stock most of the time its multiple things out of stock. I keep going back every few months in the hope management has changed and they can now place their internal orders on time to meet demand. But no, useless. I will have to stop going here now because I dont want to settle for a meal I didnt want everytime I visit. Terribly run business.

We don’t visit this KFC much but I’ve been here twice in the last week, not sure why we returned after our first visit, perhaps I just needed to confirm how bad the service is. I’ve never been to a restaurant where the service is so so slow. There just doesn’t seem to be any sense of urgency so the wait for your order just takes sooooo long, on my first visit i witnessed someone wait literally 15 minutes just to get just a drink, you’d think the lack of speed would be worth the wait but it isn’t, the food is cold and below average.

In a nutshell.....rude young staff members, no cup holders, no corn on cob, only Pepsi max as drinks and no bags to put food in! Don't use drive through anymore as they always get this wrong! Avoid if I were you!

Almost left a review on here a couple of months ago after waiting 20 mins just to get served......today tried drive through instead as id promised my little one a treat...what can I say , got to the window to be told it's cash only ( should this not have been signed somewhere before entering a que?) Just had enough on me but surprise surprise the krushem machine was also not working...so no meal purchased....reading other reviews that looks like a blessing in disguise

On multiple occasions I have visited this KFC and the Krushems machine is NEVER working.... today I decided to call to see if it was working as I am fed up of going there and them saying it’s not. On the first call I simply asked the question and the guy said “ok” and then hung up? I assume he thought it was a prank call? I then called again, no answer. And a third time and the response I got was “yes” I then tried to explain why I’d asked the question only to be hung up on again. Due to previous experience of very poor service and now this call I feel as though it is appropriate to leave this review.

Ordered 3 piece meal, only got 2 pieces and both were cold, let me help you kfc.... 1.. 2.. 3.. training would be better from pre school!

Well where do I start!! Food was awful chips cold and over cooked, chicken extra oily and all just thrown into the box. The table were filthy and the staff can’t of been any more unhelpful if they tried. They had the most miserable faces I’ve ever seen

Went again recently to our usual KFC, the food was good , but the service and attitude of staff was not what I would expect.. We asked for serviettes and straws, but were glared at as if we had asked for the world. Tables were a mess and we had to wipe our own. Finally the gents was little short of filthy. Despite that the food was good.

KFC are now famous for their supply chain issues, and as everyone knows they practically shut down across the country earlier this year. I can grant them that it was teething problems and a mistake.

Visit late evening as only place on way home after sport and am hungry .

Having not had a KFC for some time, I had some boneless chicken fillets.

Everytime I attend this restaurant there is always long queues... usually around 1pm during the week they only have 1 person on the til... the food is good , and although the staff are always friendly, it does put me off going if I'm in a hurry. Which defeats the object of Fast Food

I don't like giving bad reviews but this KFC is so hit and miss and orders are often wrong it's unbelievable.

Decent sized seating area with 4 people seated, 10 people in the queue and 1 person serving, floor and tables were dirty, put my crash helmet on another seat, I had a box meal, the chicken in it was very dry, greasy and chewy, as was the chicken on the side, the burger and other bits in it were soggy, this rates as my worst kfc meal ever, even the normally hot and succulent corn was luke warm, chewy and bland, my advice is to find another kfc or pick another restaurant, it's not the first time I've been here, and it's not the first time it was poor, but this is the worst it's been.

Regularly visit and use the drive thru,never had any problems,staff friendly and helpful always get the correct order and delicious hot food!

Awful food, I know it's cheap but still it could be edible! Gave me Beans instead of gravy - criminal. The chips were cold, soggy and must have been cooking for about 4 days. The card machine is out of use which is irritating but the drive thru server was very apologetic. I won't be wasting my money at this branch again.

I live nearby, and my family like KFC food, so this should be handy for grabbing a quick meal after a journey home. Unfortunately we've eaten there (or via drive-through) maybe a dozen times since it opened and almost every time something hasn't been working/ available (usually the krushem machine, which is particularly disappointing for my children, but sometimes other things such as the coffee machine). Also, we have used the drive-through four times and every single time something has been missing from our order.

No Oreo shakes as machine broken for over a month!

Used this place quite often, was a bit dubious after the revamp, but seems to be better, very popular as it's on the main road, always had good food from this one.

Went through the drive thru. Had a short wait. Staff were quick and didn't have to wait long for my food. Food tasted good.

Nothing special but its clean and the food is good. Gets busy at the times you would expect but is big enoigh to take it.

Arrived in October 2016 and while the staff seemed friendly the place was a mess. Nothing seemed to been tidied up rubbish was spilling out of the indoor rubbish bins. Managers excuse was 'short staffed' The food was cooked correctly, and the young man who was calling out for the completed customers orders was so quiet, you could not hear him.

Went for a boneless banquet box from KFC Anson Road, Ipswich. Box looked impressive, sadly the contents wasn't. Hardly anything in it. After stopping there, as I was so hungry, this was a massive disappointment.

3rd time to eat in so now I'm going to review, each time we have been they had ran out of something. Whether it be a drink, side etc. Service was very slow and staff were grumpy, no smiles, u try to make conversation (I was the only customer in the queue) whilst waiting because of the awkward silence between you and the person at the till to get either no reply or one word answers.

Can get really busy in drive through at meal times and the restaurant can be busy at peak times but consistent standard of KFC, there is parking but can be difficult to leave car park due to busy road near Tesco. However it is a good restaurant on the whole and hence it is so popular just to drop in

The best time to go to a KFC is when it is busy. That way the crispy coating is crispy when you buy it.

Our grandson wanted KFC, and we hadn't been to a KFC in 30 years. Normally we would choose a restaurant or pub eatery to go for a meal, but being a seven year old it was his little treat. On arrival the service was efficient, if a little mechanical (typical fast food experience). Food tasted okay, although the fries were not very hot. Our issue was more to do with the cleanliness of the place itself. We have seen cleaner public municipal tips! The floor and tables were nothing short of disgusting, with discarded food everywhere, food stains on most surfaces, and the floor clearly hadn't been cleaned for some time, certainly not at all that day (we went late afternoon). Had we been hygiene inspectors we would have closed the place down immediately. Once I got home I was quite ill, clearly something about the meal hadn't agreed with me. We wil never set foot in that disgusting place ever again!
