Said it would be 20 minutes then changed to 30 then changed again to 45 and then changed once again to an hour and then you’ll never guess what it changed to an hour and a half absolute pisstake and a half.

Previously good but this time was not. Bread soggy, limited ingredients. Disappointing.

Brilliant food and was warm as well. Quick delivery and even early would recommend.

The order must have been delivered to the wrong address!!

My son wanted steak and cheese. He received bacon, onion and ketchup. When I asked if there was any steak in the sub the girl behind the counter laughed at me and said she had explained earlier what the “bacon steak sub” included. What she meant was the “bacon stack sub” . A pronunciation mistake, but a mistake on her part. Didn’t appreciate her making out it was my fault and she definitely didn’t want to rectify her mistake. I won’t be returning.

Just Eat app is useless. it jeeps missing my house number. it there in my account, it shows all way thru order. but restaurant doesn't get house number. Ridiculous.

Deliver was on time, both the subs had not cheese, and the one that was supposed to have regular chicken breast had chicken tikka, my partner took out all the chicken as she didn't like it so basically just a baguette with some salad and mayo... overpriced for what you get...

Driver tried to deliver wrong food then took the food back marked as delivered and didn’t bring food

This place has gone really down hill given them a few chances but the food and service is awful never going there again

Delivery was late as expected , Food was cold as for the footlong well that was put together by a blind person and definitely didn't look like the one advertised to TV

Beware. I bought a sandwich at 11:30am. I noticed the lettuce looked very limp, and bits were brown, so discarded that. Clearly left over from yesterday. Stupidly I ate the rest, and got an upset stomach.

Delivery great - sub was awful. One piece of cheese even after paying for extra, hardly any filling. Is that why you get 20% off in a Tuesday?

Food was freezing cold, picked the option to build my own sub, paid extra for extra items that wernt in there, wrong sauce & stale tasting bread, missing items, was very late being delivered.

Wrong drink and the ice cream was a little crushed, but generally was all ok

Arrived late and nachos was soggy and tasted nasty..try to call store to complain but no awnser. Bad service. This was a treat for my 11yr old son but ended up being a disappointment.

Absolutely ridiculous i received someone else’s order i called the restaurant they said they will send out another one i called and waited 1 hour later and still nothing i called the restaurant again they said they will get someone else to deliver it it’s the 3rd time seems like they are having issues with there driver.

Very nice and tasty but for what you pay for, it seems like when you order online...they tend to put more salad than meat. Don't have much steak in my subs, but if you complain - they say otherwise. Best to order in store, least you can see what is going in your subs.

Absolutely awful. Hot food was stone cold.

Waited for over an hour for our food only for it to arrive with a sauce missing. The food was alright just shocked at the time it took! Not very happy at all, the estimated delivery time changed multiple times.

It was meant to arrive at 18:55-19:05 and it didn’t I had to ring the driver multiple times and had to walk over to him I shouted him he heard me and he ignored me aswell but overall the food was quite good and amazing quality

Staff useless in here. I purchased a 99p Garlic cheesey slice I had a £1 coin in my hand to give him which he sore and took 200 points of my rewards App without asking me they are suppose to ask the customer I was saving for the 1000 points reward. When I explained to the foreign guy he said nothing I can do totally useless. I won't be using this branch again.

They took my money £18.95 and said food was for collection so went to collect then they said its out for delivery so went home to wait for it and no food came at all!! THEY STOLE MY MONEY AND I WANT A REFUND!! 😡😡

Food never turned up. Spoke to restaurant and they was not interested. They told me to contact just eat as it’s not their fault. Just eat are so hard to contact and I just want a refund. Said they will contact me in three days with a decision. Absolutely disgusting and shocking service

The food was awesome as always. However..the status was left on "driver dispatched" and over 90 minutes later I still had no order so I called the restaurant who apologised but it was Just Eat who I needed to call, they don't make it easy to find a number. A driver was finally dispatched for real and he was extremely quick in getting my food to me after the delay so not his issue at all.

Orders around 09:30am as it said shop was open and delivering now. Got a time of between 10:10am-10:30am. Just kept saying a driver have been assigned. The time then changed to 10:30am-10:40am but again no change. The time then changed again to 11:10 -11:30am and was delivered around 11:20am so the wait time was way over an hour. I also had to pay for a bad but my meal didn’t even arrive in a bag. Because of what I have said, I believe I should at least be refunded for delivery, service charge and bag. I made a separate complaint because my food was also cold.

Not great this time. This is the third time ive ordered a bowl of meetballs and not received them, if you have run out the least you could do is call your paying customer to let them know. Both subs were also a little burnt.

As usual, everything was spot on. Food warm, drink cold, bag sealed. Ordered and before I knew it, it arrived! Very happy.

The driver didn’t put the postcode in that I listed in the address, he had my food in the car with him for 45 minutes whilst he drove round to other deliveries, then waited at the wrong address without calling me once.. I left delivery instructions which were ignored and I also selected the exact location using the map on the app. All of which was ignored and he didn’t search for the postcode until he decided to call me when I told him

Ordered a sub way. Arrived on time. Only disappointing part was that olives were added when not ordered.

Food was very dry. I had the meatball marinara and it had extremely little to no sauce at all! Also didn’t have the cookie in stock that I ordered, so sent a different one. Very disappointed with this order!

Service was slow, staff were a bit rude, one guy just kept mumbling and wouldnt raise his voice when asked to speak a bit louder. Very awkward when all you want is some extra pickles on your sub...

The quality has really gone down hill. Minimal salad and meat, bread was stale, obviously from the previous shift. Very disappointing, regret ordering.
