Subway in Suffolk Coastal

Beware. I bought a sandwich at 11:30am. I noticed the lettuce looked very limp, and bits were brown, so discarded that. Clearly left over from yesterday. Stupidly I ate the rest, and got an upset stomach.

Good gluten free options. Apart from the fact that I ordered online, tried to call at least 10 times to ask them to take something off my sandwich that contains wheat, which was my mistake but no one picked up the phone. They’re very accommodating apart from this one time

Good clean shop, fresh food and good service.

Staff useless in here. I purchased a 99p Garlic cheesey slice I had a £1 coin in my hand to give him which he sore and took 200 points of my rewards App without asking me they are suppose to ask the customer I was saving for the 1000 points reward. When I explained to the foreign guy he said nothing I can do totally useless. I won't be using this branch again.

Service was slow, staff were a bit rude, one guy just kept mumbling and wouldnt raise his voice when asked to speak a bit louder. Very awkward when all you want is some extra pickles on your sub...

Always happy after I’ve ordered my lunch from this subway. One of the guys (who I’m assuming is the manager/owner) is always recommending different combos and they’re all friendly guys.

Tasty food. Fresh veggies. But not all options are available if you order online. especially with drinks. No hot drinks are available on an app.

Twice now I have ordered through deliveroo and twice Subway have let me down. Rather than taking bookings they have no intention of fulfilling maybe come off food delivery sites. Rather than leaving a customer to wait and then close. And when I rang to query my order they answered and left the phone on the side while they carried on speaking. Absolutely disgusting

Every day they charge me different price for same food , gangsters , Ian day 6£ for footling gluten free other day medium gluten free 6£ what is this i no Möhre come back , shame on you . And i sad turkey and cheese and the put me pork , i am Muslim i don't eat pork ,🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

Order through just eat. Got the wrong order delivered, tried to call the restaurant to rectify and they answered and left the phone off the hook. Then couldn't get back through to them at all. Waiting for a refund through just eat but doubt I will get my delivery charge back so has cozlst me for not recieving any food. Not the first time we have had issues from here. Absolute shambles. Then got through and manager was very rude and was unwilling to do anything about it after admitting the phone had been left off the hook for 45 mins as they were busy in store. This is not good enough, I did lose my temper with him but he was being extremely rude to me and kept repeating to complain through just eat and made no attempt to apologize to me or rectify in any way. Absolute disappointment to the franchise.

Just got a just eat order very nice but this is the second time my extra white chocolate chip macadamia cookie was not with my order try phoning up again no reply yet don't think they will

We went in one evening and just had a thing of there little bits menu we had a tuna and and a steak small squre sandwich. There was a new lady behind the counter and she did very We with our order . Food was really nice perfect size for a snack . Very cheap and the shop was nice and clean would defo use again 👍

I went here once and when i stepped in the shop i was immediatley called fat by a stranger outside, and the staff took me in their arms and comforted me with 3 footlong subs. cant appreciate them enough!!!1

As my husband likes Subway we called yesterday for a quick sub for lunch while shopping in Felixstowe.It appears to me that Subway are very bad at repairing the tables etc in their premises as yet again, things were falling apart. A few week ago I did a review of the Bury St Edmunds branch which was more run down than this one in Felixstowe. This Felixstowe branch was at least, clean.The staff were helpful and friendly and the sub was good.

The place lacked cleanliness the staff were not very friendly the decor was dated food overpriced will not be going back I think the shop will be closing down very soon and will be out of business

All the food on Display looked really fresh and my flat bread sandwich was delicious. The coffee a little bitter.

iv eaten here many times and each option is tasty food with a healthy angle . Good value food too. There is no expensive option here and its free to eat in also

Seems odd to be rating a Subway! But the bloke serving was so friendly and calm despite being rushed off his feet. The food is just what you would expect from a Subway, no more, no less but it did the job for us :)

First off at the till I wasn't asked what i had so was rang up for a more expensive order, thankfully the person that made it confirmed what i had, then it was rang up correctly, i was told the correct price, then the lady at the till turned, walked away and left me hanging which i thought was a bit rude, when she came back i said the meal deal please, which included a drink, so finally the third time lucky i was rang through correctly, meanwhile my son was seated and halfway through his order, customers were cleaning the tables before they sat down, it wasn't till I was sat down too and eating that i realised my sub was a bit doughy and not properly baked, bearing in mind the trouble I'd had getting this far, I thought I'd just make do, with service and food that bad I'm sure someone must have already told them, I just wanted to eat and get on with my shopping amid the Christmas shopping mayhem that's already started, completely underwhelmed, I won't be going there again for a while..

Dos veces he comido aquí y preso dos veces al día siguiente, se celebró en mi propio retrete por mi sistema digestivo, mi hijo protestando en ambas ocasiones también tenía el mismo problema. Justo decir ahorra dinero en exceso de papel higiénico y un antidiarreico, así como evitando calambres estomacales y ser incapaces de salir de casa.

Was treated very badly by the unhelpful staff. It was quite embarrassing the way they spoke to me and my daughter. Never again shall I frequent this establishment.

The shop was clean however the food did not look very fresh, we found a strange unpleasant smell in the shop which put us purchasing anything.

Excellent place for a lunchtime snack, friendly staff. Love the choice of rolls at subway. Right in the middle of the town amongst the shops.

Subway is a franchise so they are all much of a muchness. This one in Felixstowe town centre is great for lunch, great coffee and friendly staff.

Realmente no puedo decir cualquier diferentes todos los metros son básicamente el mismo, salvo algunos no zanahoria triturada y este es uno de ellos. Decepcionado, pero no sorprendido.

Great little Subway with friendly atmosphere and great customer service. The owner/manager goes out of her way to make sure you are happy with your order. Definitely a place to grab a bite to eat to take home and eat or eat in.

I often visit Subway for breakfast which is good value at £2.30 with an orange juice. It's always clean and the food looks fresh and the lady who runs it is always friendly and chatty.

It's' sólo una pequeña sucursal tamaño de esta conocida cadena hotelera y ofrece comida a la conocida estándar y, para ser honesto los locales parecen un poco cansado. Sin embargo, eso puede perdonar totalmente cuando el gran servicio cordial y profesional y actitud positiva del personal es experimentado. Sobre esta base, continuará a comprar mi bocadillo a mediodía y beber desde aquí varias veces a la semana. Experimente un verdadero servicio aquí por ti mismo es mi recomendación.

We were able to choose our lunch each day from the online menu and have it collected. The choices were quite varied and lots of very inexpensive options. Seven of us enjoyed their sandwiches every day for lunch for a week.

We ordered lunch here every day. Very good. One day we sat on the benches outside and other days we ordered and ate elsewhere.

As predicted with a franchise, you know what you're getting when you eat here. It's the same as any other subway you go to on the continent. They uphold their consistent standards; clean, professional, fast service and delicious sandwiches produced. Always go for the meatball marinara personally. Would definitely recommend.

Seems a tad run down and dosn't look very clean. We did have lunch there it was ok but think I would choose a different one next time...

I only tried it once - never again. This is rubbishy food of very poor quality. There was a time when food outlets of any sort were not allowed in this street. That the Council has allowed this sort of joint to open shows how low we have all stooped.. It should be banned.
