Only one near me could be better bit of a wait at drive in. Got home found got wrong order. It's what it is.

We are disappointed. This time we chose to drive through. We waited a couple of minutes for someone to take our order. Employees are very slow and do not feel that they are professional in their workplace. Have no sense of responsibility and service skills.

They always seem to mess up your order missing sauses missing chicken nuggets etc miltiple times pity as local store! Yet again missing wrap just when you think they have improved ... Check your order cause they dont!

easily the worst mcdonalds store in the uk. VERY slow, rude staff. also, why put in 2 drive-through bays.they only use one at a time.

Staff were great only issue was the window you collect your food from isn't marked but the window not being used was

Shocking service as always, ordered through the app and you only get half the food ordered and delivered. You speak to the chat bot, as no one ever answers the phone at the restaurant and complain and when refunded you only get a 3rd of what you paid for the missing items due to their refund policy guidelines. Shocking level of customer service from McDonald’s and uber eats!

Friday 14th February. Just ordered a McPlant burger with no lettuce but it came with lettuce and yet again the burger was dry. Obviously been left on the griddle for a while. Shite. The last McPlant burger from here was perfect. I guess it depends on what time you go there.

Foods good, timing service has improved

Can get quite busy which is to be expected. Food is always good and generally clean. Staff can sometimes be lacking in communication skills (held door open for one of them and not even an acknowledgment) but all in all a good place to grab some quick food.

I always come to this McDonald’s for the Carmel frapes and they usually have no problem putting extra sauce however the woman who served us put barley any on then charged us an extra pound for one squirt rip off

When you order for delivery, I am really mad that there is no quality control, the last few times i've ordered a chocolate milkshake??!!!! (can anyone say what it's like!!!!) It's short of chocolate flavouring or no chocolate at all. So can someone please sort this for next time. Can someone please tell me who the franchisee is!!! Because yes I'll take it further.

Chocolate milkshake...no chocolate flavour, just milk. Crispy chicken, not the spicy, and yet it was spicy. Don't bother with this branch. Crap.

Ordered food via the app. Waited in the car lane to pay and collect food. When I arrived, the app wasn't working (staff member admitted the app is useless) and then was told that they don't have what I ordered anyway!. Had to wait in the car lane even though I hadn't actually bought anything. There no way to leave drive-thru lane.

Service was fairly good, food prepared very quickly. Not much parking which could be an issue in peak times for anyone wanting to eat in. Tables and floors could benefit from more regular clearing and cleaning. Access fine for a disabled user and room to manoeuvre around. The only thing that baffles me is the men's toilet door for number two's is right next to a urinating cubicle

Excellent service from this branch. Well mannered, helpful and cheerful on a cold winter morning. Good breakfast muffin, hot latte and enough parking to sit and take my time. 👌🏽⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

food missing from order, chips stone cold and alterations to the food done incorrectly. all in all completely incompetent and will not anwser the phone to make things right all in all is a completre joke

We often use McDonalds when we are out and while most shops aren't great the Felixstowe shop is absolutely terrible. We ordered breakfast before 10am via the McDonalds app and they were using Uber Eats. The ETA kept dropping back so we called them and were told it would arrive in ten minutes. Another twenty minutes passed and then the order showed as cancelled! When we called them at 11.10 to say we would collect the order we were told they couldn't offer breakfast after 11am even though we had ordered it before 10am! Absolute joke. Don't offer customers deliveries if you can't fulfil that delivery! Zero customer service. Rubbish. Also why stop doing breakfasts at 11am, no one wants a burger at that time of the morning, serve breakfast til midday like everyone else.

Pointless going during the night either closed or updating tills. Not 24 hours

Went to see if it is as bad as people say, the crew don't seem necessarily happy or friendly and environmental is just uneasy. It's not the worst though..

Food was OK fries felt undercooked

The coffee was not up to the standard of other McDonalds. Not a lot of taste, I only drink black coffee so there's not a lot you can do to ruin it.

Ordered a breakfast, waited over an hour for delivery, food was stone cold when it arrived. Phoned customer service and they didn’t offer anything to compensate.

If u going to order and take away make sure your order is in the bag. I showed to much trust and got Home to find items missing. Delivery isn't any better.... lucky if it turns up

Carpark over run with non English delivery drivers all shouting at each other in I don't know what language it feels like you are in a different country and there cars taking up over half of the carpark .

Had that Philiy Steak meal rubbish last week and it tasted like chemical cheese left a horrible taste in my mouth for days even though I brushed my teeth loads. Worst my wife got a Fillet o Fish and she sent it back as it turn up cold. They didn't send a new one out just warmed it up and she had sickness & diarrhoea for 2 days🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

Just a review to show appreciation to a staff member named Stephen. As you can tell I don’t leave reviews for McDonald’s, I don’t even like eating from here but my little boy wanted to. Stephen was extremely kind, welcoming and even brought over some activity books. Thank you for your service!

Avoid if you are a night worker. Was previously a 24 hour but have now decided to start closing at 1am. Even when they opened all night there was one Supervisor who took it upon herself to start the ice cream machine on a cleaning cycle as soon after midnight as she could! Maybe try doing it just before breakfast starts? That is if it ever reverts to being 24hr opening.

Had a sausage and egg mcmuffin and coffee this morning drive thro, opening the mcmuffin there was no muffin bread on top , it's not rocket science to get the basics right . You need to do better & if you can't you shouldn't work there

DON'T COME HERE !! The last few months, service and quality of food has been appalling. Today while eating a burger a massive hair from someone's head was in the middle of it. disgusting.

I will never order delivery from this place again. They charged me for an item they never supplied and refused to refund me. I don't know what lies they told to JustEat and PayPal to justify this and get away with it but they managed to get the refund refused. I hope they enjoy their ill-gotten £2.79 so much that it justifies the permanent loss of custom and the damage to their reputation. 👍

Ordered 5 Chicken Select and received mozzarella bites. If now I have to check inside the box aswell as what's in the bag, then all this is pointless. Terrible service yet again. Want my money back!!!!

The tables were dirty, the fries were cold. A group of about 15 kids were allowed to sit on tables with feet on chairs, not good

bought some chicken nuggets, a bacon double cheese burger and fries. very quick service and told me that the chicken nuggets would take a minute. 5/5 for service nice music playing to make the experience more enjoyable nice art on the walls and promos are not in your face 5/5 atmosphere food 5/5 as always

The fries were anaemic and went in the bin. Then the burger had tom sauce and pickles and I asked for them off. The staff were too busy chatting to each other to take the order properly or even acknowledge the payment went through just shut the window. Not the first time that orders have been bad or wrong.

Quick drive through service used the App to all worked well nice one McDonald's 👍

I ordered a bundle deal. The fries you don't really get much as the box is always half full, it's more like a small fries, the fries tasted like that had been sitting out for a while as they was dry cold and nasty not medium and the big Mac burger was dry as a dogs bone. The burgers always look a mess, I also ordered a sprite and it tasted like water. Must be the worst McDonald's I've ever eaten from and portion for fries is the worst too

It's McDonald's, children love being treated to one, (as it's very rare we go) disappointed that UK McDonald's don't have gluten free options ! Also Fries are always missing half the pack.

Very friendly lady at the drive thru window, food and drink are to be whats expected, no thrills gap fillers.

Food seems warm but would of been nice to have a large portion when paid for.

We popped in to Maccie d's, on the way to Felixstowe beach for a walk, both had burgers and chips, and went large as if you don't, you'll want chips on the way home, these?we're the tiniest burgers ever!!! Come on! What's going on? Prices going up! Portions shrinking! There weren't many people in there either. Ps we were still hungry, after the food, or should I say lack of it, we will have to 🤔 next time. Not the best review I've done.

No stars at all.. I orded 20 chicken nuggets with dips no dips and cold.. Nine chicken nuggets.. Cold.. Large fries. Cold quarter pounder with cheese.. Cold.. In fact the whole thing was rubbish that went in the bin. My order number is 398.. Collect number is 20617 I would like a refund please when I rang to complain they just left the phone off the hook.. 10 out of 10 Funny accent thankyouuuu food was superb part from they gave us one ketchup to share with 3 but we managed okay 5 star to the worker named frank i think hes names frank looked like one but lovely experience come down with the kids and enjoy you even get toys if you buy a happy meal ❤ complimentary crayons 2 metrs distance is a must

This store does not respect customers' orders and their allergies. I always make a special order without some ingredients because of my daughter and it's frustrating because her order is always wrong and she can't eat it. And this happens a lot, not just once or twice, it happens most of the time.

Ever since all the uber/just eats has taken over its really poor. Dirty, food cold and can't get in the carpark because all the delivery drivers take up all the spaces.

Couldn't park,so went to Tim Hortons instead,next door.

Went in and ordered for eat in and just as I sat down a lady worker came over and said "Were closing you need to leave" just before midnight last time I checked it was 247 yet they seem to make there own rules now. If I chose eat in its coz I wanna sit down and eat my food and I'll choose to do that if I wish. Don't expect to be told to leave without reason. Place is a joke

This store regularly gets orders wrongs items missing, whether inside the store, drive thru or especially delivery.

It's mcds. Always enjoy it. It was chaotic this time round tho it was a busy weekend. Still love Mcds tho.

Last Thursday morning I went to this McD drive thru and ordered a double sausage and egg muffin meal. Hash brown was hot and delicious however the burger looked dreadful, it looked like it’s been left there for hours(or they reused the paper wrap), as you can see in the photos, burger wasn’t hot and the cheese that melted on the paper wrap was hard, absolutely disgusting. Lost my appetite and binned the burger. Ordered at 10am Received the food at 5 past. Took the photos of the burger at 10 past.

Chips cold, didn't have the pie I asked for so i excepted an Apple pie. On collection no Apple pies & could only offer me a chocolate brownie which were sickly, always a problem & the time before my hamburger was inside out I know, some moron is playing game in Felixstowe.. but they still want paying at the end of the week, whilst it seems I'm just chucking mine away! Don't know why I do it to myself :(

Get rid of the delivery driver's for taking the parking spaces they parked in the disabled place as well they go to the cash station just walk in as if they own the place let them wait until they have their order's ready for collection

Mayo chicken with very little mayo in it, very dry and overcooked

If getting take out or delivery, check for your dips. Large fries often come up short.

i waited inside for 40 minutes waiting for an order of 6 chicken nuggets, 1 mayo chicken meal and 1 chilli crispy wrap meal. the food was stone cold, the wrap looks like there’s a bite taken out of it, the mayo chicken burger looked like it was taken out of a bin and served on plate (awfully wrapped paper leaking mayo out of the side) the chips where just as cold as the drinks which was the only decent thing they served us. never go to this maccies it’s awful.

Waited over 10 mins in the drive through to get some food. No one came through. Eventually we (and another car) gave up and drove to the window. Still no one there. Gave up and drive past last window where 4 staff ere standing around laughing and chatting. Most appalling customer service from any McDonald’s ever!

absolutely disgusting. we found a fly baked into my son’s mcmuffin bun. If you enjoy greasy and unclean food then this is the place for you.

Cold food from the drive through, no straws or napkins, missed an item, pretty poor show from alleged "Professionals". Tried it again a few days later to see if it was a similar experience, it was, so at least their consistent there, but clearly not in a good way.

Filthy place! Visited yesterday. Food was hot that's the only good point! Floors filthy and dirty tables and rubbish spilling from bin. Ladies toilet not working. - Disabled toilet ( only other option as a female needing the toilet) the door and lock broken? Floor in this toilet also filthy wet and paper strewn everywhere! Fairly bored looking member of staff with a broom - which was not in use yawning to himself and looked like he would be pleased when his shift was done. Go else where there are other places to eat in Felixstowe!

Awful service at night all the items I ordered through drivethrough they didn't have then proceeded to be stuck in the que for 20minutes to leave with no food

Just went and got a vegetarian deluxe burger meal, mozarrela dippers sharebox, and a mac flurry. Get home to see THEY HAVE GIVEN ME A MC CHICKEN IN A VEGTIARIAN DELUXE BOX!!!. Felixstowe MacDonalds you seriously need to do better! Went to drive thro for a light snack,greeted by a miserable female voice on speaker and was served carrot bag instead of chips and no fruit bag as ordered and payed for , you need to do better it's not rocket science , Terrible service on Thursday / Feb 13th 2024
