This is now a go to kebabs shop... the kebabs are always perfect and for those who don't like kebabs you can get sausages and chips, food is always hot and lots of sauce and salad options. 😋 👌

I recently placed an order at Bodrum Grill House for a Chicken Doner and Doner Pizza, and I must say, both exceeded my expectations in terms of taste and quality. Not good today order wrong and cold, happening to often as well, shame once was a good kebab house

I strongly advise against it, dough with cold sauce and you have the impression that he pours a pot of liquid cream into the plates, plates of undercooked chicken skewers, the bulgur we had the impression that it had been reheated several times, really not good compared to the previous owner..

Order was wrong as no sauce given on any kebabs. Waited half an hour for 2 small kebabs. Chips were over done. Staff miserable.

Had doner kebab and was super...UPDATE JULY 23 stopped using this place now as food is mostly still good but seen a few things in regards to hygiene that have concerned me like delivery drivers behind counter cooking eating etc they shud not even be behind there also the guy blew fluff or fly out of my container before he loading the salad....disgusting

Waited 1 hour for chips with cheese. On arrival food was cold and the chips were rubbery, not nice at all. The portion sizes for the price was ridiculous.

Low prices and tasteful kebabs. I enjoyed the lamb doner, and my wife liked their lamb shish. They have a small eat-in area that isn't in use, but we were allowed to eat there. There was a cool flow of air that we enjoyed on a hot day.

Food is lovely we had the donner pizza and its probably the best pizza we have ever had in Felixstowe this place is worth checking out if you want fresh quality food cooking this is the place to go, we will be definitely coming back best in town 😋

Beautiful food as always but very expensive, very little change out of £30 alot for 2 people 2 meals 2 chips! Which is why I go once in a whirl.. maybe good idear to discount customers who collect food, should of had the free delivery & saved my fuel. ( last time I got no chips with phone order delivery ) see what the price is in 6 months time, which will be my next purchase time..

Had a few meals from hear now , and have never had any problems so far . I’ve collected twice and had one delivery this evening, food is very nice and always Plenty of food and always full . The chilli sauce is a nice strength , best chips I’ve had in a kebab shop. So keep the good work up .

Food is good but i have been short changed here 3 times , they know theyre doing it and its not a mistake ,they refund once you protest . If you go here try to make sure the price is clear/confirmed Before it gets cooked

I understand that places are busy but Ordered food at 2035 it arrived after almost 12 calls to the shop at 2150, it was cold!! And the chips were soggy, too say I'm disappointed is an understatement I have been a very good customer of this kebab house for many years. But after this shambles I will never use this kebab house again.

Portion sizes are absolutely terrible ended up paying 7.50 for a box of what was supposed to be meat and chips but was mostly salad and a few strands of meat absolutely shocking

I have been to Bodrums at the end of the last two nights out. Tonight, I ordered burger and chips. The previous time, a small mixed kebab. On both occasions, they have tried to over charge me in the order of £2-£3. I have corrected them on both occasions and they have charged me the correct price. I get the feeling that they are on the look out for drunk custom who they can rip off by a few pounds. Keep your wits about you with these cowboys. Absolute rip off merchants.

Hawaiian pizza had very few and thin bits of supposably ham and about 3 bits of pineapple orders this a couple of times and this time has to be the worst one he wasn't impressed especially as price has increased for fewer ingredients

I used to love going here at 2am after a night out to enjoy a kebab and watch a fight. The kebabs are still good there nowadays.

Gets the 5 stars, just for the Chicken Donor, which is amazing, the chicken shish was very good as well. The Lamb Adana is okay as is the lamb donor & the lamb shish, would be so much more better if it was fresher of the spit instead of out of the tin container. They could do with smiling a little bit more, the chicken meats make up for it.

Rang them up after ordering as it was unusual to be this long. Told will be there soon and it was. The chips were cold, so rang them back all I got was 'what do you want me to do about it ' really?

Hmm, not one I could recommend as the 3 best in town recommend by tripadvisor. Mixed kebab, chicken and lamb quite salty. Salad very thinly shredded and swimming in water. Not the best when your pitta bread is soggy from salad water (closely resembles sourcrout in looks only). Service was OK although I got the feeling the football was more important than we were. Not sure I will try again until I have tried the others in the area.

They make the most amazingg pizza!! My partner &i tried numerous takeaways but this one is absolutely the best of the best

The chicken shish from here has got to be one of the best I've ever tasted. I was so impressed. The chicken was tender and juicy. My Husband had the lamb doner and said it was delicious. I found their website and placed my order through that. This gave me 10% off and ment that the food was just being packed up when I arrived. Didn't manage to get any photos of the food as it was demolished quickly. Will definitely be visiting again when I'm next in Felixstowe

Always have something to eat from bodrum when we come to felixstowe excellent food as always don't be put of by the appearance of the place food is excellent always busy with deliveries

Called up to make an order then arrived 15 minutes later to collect and our food was ready, the food itself was outstanding amazing flavour and not too greasy!

The kebab small the salad was just onions one little bit of tomato no other source no pickle chilli the meat was very nice

Has never been the same since Mehmet has not been around. Mehmet worked very hard to build up this bizz, was first kebak shop in town. Used to be long queues, not anymore.Last time I went chips were reheated, kebab was very very greasy and they were not very generous with the salad. Chilli sauce?? what chilli sauce. STAY CLEAR

I went in 4 sausage & chips it was freshly cooked & was wrapped up 4 me as had to go home on my bike

It's broken. I've been a loyal customer for 20 years. Until today I didn't bother going anywhere else. Never again. They don't care. I have a treat every 3 months or so and each time it's got worse.

After visiting the shop this evening, I asked for a extra large Doner. I asked how much Extra Doner meat would be they said £2. So attached is a photo of an Extra Large Doner with Extra Doner meat. Please oh please avoid being scammed from this shop. £8.50 + £1.00 for a small mayo. Got home and was like warm. Unbelievable Jeff. Felixstowe Grill is better but not by much if in the area! Avoid at all costs.

Great food value for money really hot

Located in front of my hotel, decided to give it a chance. Ordered kebab and ate it in the hotel rtoom. Everything about the food was average at best, this kind of kebabs are all over the UK so I can not say I was suprised. I ate the whole portion, got my stomach full, and no aftermath. Could be worse.

Found chicken very fatty on the kebab. Pizza was like warm.

Had planned to go out for a meal but ran out of time and needed substantial food quickly. Watched as chicken kebabs were freshly cooked on an immaculate grill. Found the staff friendly and helpful and prices were very reasonable. Chips were delicious - all freshly cooked to order. Had a visitor staying who regularly eats kebabs and he was also impressed. Will definitely go again

Really well cooked kebabs and skewer foods always friendly always clean and very good prices. Have been using them for a few years now and won’t change.

Never tried the cones of unidentifiable meat that exist in every kebab shop, but the Chicken Shish are excellent. Great chips too.

They got my order wrong and then I drive home to find this I called them up and they refused to replace this and was going to charge me £5 to bring what they missed to me. They then refused to replace my food if I went in to get it. It is normally really good but this has ruined it for me!!! Crap Service crap attitude they are in the wrong and refused to fix it

My usual grill was closed so I decided to try the Bodrum Grill.... Something told me this was a bad move.... Had a Donner Kebab and the meat was as if it had been sitting around for hours and only warm. The pitta bread was ungrilled and was warmed by the meat. Not edible compared to my usual grill. I will not be returning. I threw most of it away. Think I will have cheese on toast instead. Avoid.

Nice kebabs and a very quick delivery

Sometimes when you are really hungry and only a good old British kebab will do, your common sense and sixth sense warnings are overriden!!! Do not be tempted! When I attempted to eat a donner & chips in my hotel room straightaway it smelt like it had been hooked out of a bin by a tramp on Brighton seafront!! Would send the health inspector round if there were any!

Having used them for many years, have to say the quality has gone down badly. Used to have good crispy chips and tasty kebabs, with good portions. Now get delivered recooked chips, so nice and soggy. Also bland kebab meat. Such a shame, time to try new kebab houses.

Ordered a quick takeaway after a theatre show locally... 2 half pound burgers, fries and onion rings for under 13quid.... guy there very polite and helpful too!

I like this place. The food is always top notch and very good value for money. Plenty of choice from the Turkish menu and very good pizzas.

Esto para llevar y comer en está al final de la carretera y les dará si estás demasiado vago para ir a coger su pedido. Todo es fresco, así que tendrá que esperar para lo que quieras pero vale la pena. Tienen un menú muy variado que cubre la mayor parte productos de comida rápida así como los pinchos de diferentes tipos que se agreguen ensalada tema y salsas que desea con las carnes, etc. Precios muy buenos y las largas horas de apertura. Si tienes hambre y hemos llegado tarde a casa después de pasar la noche fuera, entonces éste es el lugar a donde ir.

seems to be open all the time, sells kebabs and other bad food, only place open late at night, not worth a visit.

Food tastes ok but you get small portions for a lot of money.
