First time in years since I last visited a BK. NEVER AGAIN!!!! The floor was filthy, with scattered chips everywhere, and so were the two tables and seats - I had to ask the cleaning girl to assist - she wiped the tables and didn't bother with the seats or floor. That in itself should have rung alarm bells - if the customer areas are so bad, what kind of hygiene is there at the back???? Stupid me for not running a mile. I ordered a double burger with no onions and no bun, plus chilli cheese balls. It was put in a box with two disposable forks, server girl said they had no disposable knives. I opened the box and found lots of onion slices on top, which I discarded. Tasted OK. It was THE ONLY FOOD I HAD ALL DAY - no snacks and just water to drink. Left, went home, went to bed much later. Got woken up at 4 am by EXCRUCIATING ABDOMINAL CRAMPS, feeling SWEATY and NAUSEOUS. Went to the toilet. What came out of the bottom is indescribable. Went back to bed, same again after 1 hour. Again, and again, and again. It hasn't stopped YET (14:30 now). ABSOLUTELY ONE TO AVOID. WHERE ARE THE HYGIENE INSPECTORS? THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

Waiting for our ferry to arrive my son was hungry so we walked over to Burger King (I wasn't intending to eat!) To my surprise 'BK' was offering grilled halloumi sticks with a enticing chilli dip - I couldn't resist and was pleasently surprised. Not too salty, well grilled with hot fries (no need to eat on the ferry and at half the price) à refaire !

Excellent location in the ferry terminal. Great staff, especially Lee. Delicious burger and nice hot chips. Best option for food and drink in the terminal. Well done.

£17... I ordered a child's burger..(3 burgers) no sauce, nothing.. Bacon burger XXL... freezer cold.. the girl was rude..did not wear gloves.. I demand a refund! This is an insult to landfill! I call 12 times.. they hung up, EVERY time! disgusting food, disgraceful 'customer service'!

Je n’ai jamais mangé dans un fast-food aussi sale, le personnel danse chante , les tables ne sont pas nettoyer et les poubelles débordent. C’est une catastrophe. Visite une fois mais pas deux pour ma part c’est honteux

Ordered through Uber eats and food arrived freezing cold and stale, called up restaurant and they refused to send any hot food out and told me it wasn’t their fault and was very unhelpful and rude. Won’t be ordering again save your money and go somewhere else

1 South StreetTold 45 mins, delivered in an hour and 15 mins. Asked for a medium lamb shish kebab with rice instead of pitta due to a gluten allergy. 5 pieces of shish came in pitta bread (if that’s a medium shish, I’d hate to see the small) Asked for mayonnaise on partners fried with salt and vinegar came plain. Better off ordering from Deal Grill

2 South StreetChicken king has become very hitt and miss more so miss lately, always forget items and then when ring up to query it it sounds like the man on the phone has had the crappiest day and would rather not be there, when the food is good it can be better than kfc the chips can be super crispy, but when the food is bad it comes cold and has made me sick twice in the past (clearly hasn't put me off though, which says a lot more about me)
