No training at all. Very poorly customer service waiting time around 15min after paying order, fries undercook, coke with no gas…. Common people is not so hard!!!!!!!

As usual they got my order wrong, ordered a chilli crispy chicken wrap (and it said so in the sticker in the box and they gave me grilled hardly any sauce, chicken was bland and once Again dinner ruined Also tried to ring the store for 30 minutes and no answer

Really poor customer service with rude staff while using the drive through. When I asked for the manager He came and told me he had swapped his staff around and that the rude individual had left for home all in the space of driving from 1 window to the next so I couldn’t receive an apology? Poor all round and clearly has no leadership skills Will never stop off there for lunch again. My advice ‘Be warned if you use this branch’

Order was prepared as requested, as you can imagine the items didn't take too much time. The food was hot and the service was not too bad

We ordered via JustEat after a long day in London, we've been waiting over an hour for food to be delivered and there is no sign of it. The restaurant closes in 2 minutes as I write this. The order was received and apparently the delivery driver has been at the restaurant for over 45 minutes. I've called and called on the number displayed on Google. No one answers. Very disappointing! Also very hungry ☹️

food is often cold, items missing or wrong. i ordered a double quarter pounder to take away and was given a big mac. all the sauces were forgotten for my girlfriends nuggets as well.

Every time we order delivery there is food MISSING and stone cold rock hard. We finally give up ordering from here. What has happened to McDonald’s the manager should be ashamed!! Lazy staff can’t even get the order right and don’t even think about ordering a ‘cold’ soft drink because it will just be warm water. What a waste of money.

Just fancied a Big Mac today, first time in a long time. Google search indicated that lunch menu starts at 10.30 AM, so started off with a visit to Richmond. Still on breakfast service, no big deal as I thought it was 11 AM. Drove to Brentford and ordered lunch from the drive thru and went for the Double Big Mac (why not). Not sure why but had a feeling I might get a normal Big Mac. Had to wait 5 minutes. When the order arrived, checked the bag, saw the Double Big Mac box and assumed all was well. Got home to discover a normal two patty Big Mac. Called the store. Lady kept asking me to repeat myself, thought there was a lot of background noise on her end so raised my voice only to be accused of shouting. Long story short, I returned Big Mac and collected the replacement. Got home to finally enjoy lunch to find a four patty Big Mac with NO cheese. Surely this Brentford store is taking proverbial. Called the store again to ask for a refund. They can’t process over the phone and expect me to drive back for a third time! By now I am highly suspicious and threw the food in the bin in case they’d spat on it. Moral of the story, don’t order trash food from a disgusting fast-food shop where the staff have zero competence to even make their signature burger correctly. Ultimately this has done me a favour as I won’t be getting a MacDonald’s for the foreseeable future.

I drove down on my way back home to buy Caramel Iced Frappe. It was a very busy and very hot day. I had to queue for the Drive Through. When I placed an order they said there is no Caramel Iced Frappe as the machine is not working. I was not too happy and asked them that it's not good enough as now I have to go through the Drive Through and I wasted almost an hour from start to finish to get out of this McDonald's. They themselves said that there should be a signboard and they just apologized for all inconvenience and that's all. I was very unhappy as wasted my 45-1 hour in the queue and the item I wanted to order was not available. This is not the first time I had a bad experience. Last time I was on my way to work after an appointment so I thought to quickly grab something to eat and went through Drive Through. I ordered a fillet-o-fish and a Caramel Iced Frappe. I hardly took 4 sips and it was finished. It had 3/4 cup of ice in it. I took a picture and showed to them and they said this has happened for the first time. Avoid this McDonald's branch if you can !!!! This is the only McDonalds in my area which is 5 miles away from my home :(

This is most likely THE WORST McDonalds in London. I kid you not. They're incompetent & rude. Dirty oil (so bad, the whole area smells of it sometimes. Missing food or complete non-arrival of food. Just had the phone put down on me by a worker who informed me they're not allowed to cancel orders, so they just leave them hanging until JE or UE do. Been waiting over an hr. Be sending a complaint to the HO, of all companies. Tired of these corps taking the mick and earning money on money for a sub-standard service. Done with this dump.

I ordered a Big Mac & Chips at mcdonald’s but i found hair in my food and i didn’t get a refund or an apology. Deeply disappointed. Don’t recommend going there.

I went to buy my coffee like every day, but the service through the car was out of order. The manager ouside of the premises told us to park and order from inside. When I am about to enter the premises, the same guy tells me that I cannot enter without a mask, I tell him that I do not wear a mask, that I am exempt. Once inside he has been basking me with I do not know what of the mask to which I have replied that I came from Hammersmith just to buy a coffee, that there was a lot of traffic and that I did not expect to find the service through the closed and the only thing I want is to buy my coffee as quickly as possible and leave. The guy continues asking and overwhelming me by so what I tell him that it is my right not to show any medical document and that in addition to being exempt or not being., all this is already beginning to be a hoax. His reaction was to throw me out and threaten to call the police, to which I immediately went to the Acton police station and they suggested that I put it in the hands of my lawyer. The manager told one of his employees to press the button and call the police, so I left the premises and went straight to the police station. Now we will see if he has the right to expel a customer from an business or not. I give 1 start because 0 is not available .

Awful. Will now stop giving this branch a chance. After two out of three of our last visits getting elements of the order wrong, and the other time giving us some else’s food, we tried again tonight. They were out of nuggets and fries. (At 6.30pm...) Don’t know if this is down to coronavirus, and being overrun with Uber orders, but we’ve finally given up on this place.

Drive through. They ask you to check your order before paying but who checks that your order is correct in the bag? Bloody no one! Yet again I got hone to find 2 items missing which I paid for. I usually check the order when I collect it but didn’t today ... they had already mixed up my order and I had to park up for 10 mins for it to be brought out to me then they forgot the drinks so another wait... good was nearly cold and to have items missing again I am fuming!

I live nearby by to this buger bar, don't you let your delivery drivers use your toilets or do you let them just pee anywhere thay like,just court one peeing down the side of our flats,all you get back is told to f off,all I can say your bugers have a new topping yeah pee flavour,hope you all enjoy your burgers and chips

Before covid we used this drive through sometimes. The only drive through I know where they hardly ever have your order ready after payment and ask you to park in a stupidly inadequate car park. Then they bring your order to the car. Got the order wrong lots of times which meant an even longer wait. You maybe now be keen to get a McDonald’s after lockdown but my advice is this branch couldn’t cope under normal circumstances certain now after covid19 my advice is not to go anywhere near the place. Pay more and order a delivery. Mind you I’d put bets on that they will get that wrong as well. Appallingly managed McDonalds.

Ridiculously slow and took 20/30 minutes just to get a breakfast wrap. The self service machine also failed to give an order number which added to the chaos. Food was good as ever tho.

I have used UberEATS for this McDonald’s and 9 times out of 10 I’m missing something out of my order which I paid for. Staff don’t check properly the order before it’s sent out. I have also notice when in the restaurant that staff do not use any gloves when preparing the food. I will not be visiting or purchasing from this restaurant again

The staff at drive in is very rude. Especially the one who should be taking the order. I wanted to add something to the Order and he plainly refused even though we were still at the ordering station. I feel this happens only due to lack of initiative. No efforts to cancel and place an new order. Later inspite of placing the order, the delivery station had no communication from the ordering place. Had to repeat everything many times. Poor customer service.ver disappointing.

My partner and I visited for a quick breakfast snack, I ordered on the DIY screen and he at the Till we were only two order numbers apart, well we looked on at farce that was a poorly run McDonalds, The left hand didn't know what the right was doing, my order number was removed from the screen before I had even been given my order, a member of staff had been told to give out the bags of food already prepared by a manager, the member of staff looked hard at both bags, and tickets and just walked off, other food was given out while these two bags of food just sat there, five minuets later this member of staff called out my number and gave me one of the two bags. My food was stone cold, I just ate it and left as I was in a hurry, my partner was served well in advance of me and had finished his food before I had received mine.

I was served by a very polite and friendly young man Max today who made both me and my son laugh, I know that McD’s is all about fast food but this gentleman went the extra mile to make our visit great, well done Max

closest food option to Travelodge Kew Bridge if you dont count hotel's own restaurant. Busy place with standard McDonald's food options.

At McDonalds you shouldn’t expect great food, they do cheap, quick, and good value. This one is clean, the staff are friendly, and it is very busy, so I guess they have it about right.

This is the worst customer service ever seen they always mess up the orders and then blame on the customers for not checking it when you receive your order items missing food not always hot and the customer service very rude they have gone downhill in a big way and it's always for kids just for the free Wi-Fi you can never get a table to eat for your family or Friends you have no choice to get a takeaway they should kick out the kids that are not eating at all

Visited for quick lunch on two days. Food well cooked and fast service with very reasonable prices. Busy place both inside and drive through. Ambiance typical for a McDonalds.

This place is getting beyond a joke now! Every time we order they mess the order up and have things missing and this is no exaggeration. In my take away order they forgot to put my salad and been given balsamic dressing and knife spoon for salad.

What can I say that hasn't already been written in other reviews and they still haven't done anything to sort out the issues! Staff are more interested in socialising with their friends and the numerous DIRTY delivery drivers that are bot inside and outside the restaurant. Orders are 9 times out of 10 wrong and when you question your order you are accused of lying! And when you are proved right there's no apology! Drinks and ice creams are sat there to get warm and melt and the food is sat in bags too! It's a busy place and no doubt profitable so I guess as long as the momey is coming in Mcdonalds could care less about the experience of their customers

We went to get a quick snack to eat. We went to the drive trough and got a Saver snack wrap; Saver snack chicken burger; Small fries and Nacho bites with dip. We were asked to go wait in the bays and they brought us our food. NO Nacho bites or dip. We called to complain all they could do is offer us to come back and get them.Absolutely unacceptable. No chance we will ever be going back

I live close to this store and order from Uber eats. I would estimate that 75% of the time the order is incorrect. Why can’t they take a moment to check that the order is correct before sending it out? It demonstrates that the place is badly managed.

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever attended, I have been here many times and every single time all the items of food are always dry and had obviously been made a long time ago and has just sat there.

It is very bad when the delivery men are outside the front door, really putting people going in with families. One time I saw 2 or 3 of them spitting right near the door of the restaurant. They smoke and are very noisy. It has put me off going to this brentford McDonalds and I think you should get them moved to a different place than standing around the front door.

The place was bursting to the rafters when we got there, but fortunately a family were leaving and let us have their table, however it was still cramped. The Happy Meals we ordered for the children were good value, with the little toys included. The coffee we ordered for the adults was awful.

Unless you want half your items missing don’t order from here, spent £20 on a a chicken select burger and a double cheese burger as the whole rest of our order was missing. This McDs was close to the hotel we were staying in. We'd had a tiring day in London and had got off the bus which was right outside so decided to get food there. As we entered there were loads of youths all congregating outside with their bikes by the doorway, some drinking cans of lager - quite intimidating. Hubby & I ordered our food which did take a while to come but at least it was hot and seemed freshly cooked - normal McDs fare. However, as we ate some of the said youths were glaring at us (we were by a window) so we just ate up and went. We felt quite unsafe as we waited for the next bus as youths whizzed up and down past us on their bikes - thankfully the bus didn't take long to come!

You have all ways delivery drivers blocking the entrance to McDonald's and the staff are not friendly or happy when you walk in to order anything it looks like they dont want to be working there and yoh all ways find kids from school in there doing nothing at all or eatting anything just in there taking all the tables and just using the frer WiFi its a joke you can never get a tables they should stop the free WiFi and they will get more people come and eat there as they will have tables free for paying customers not for kids just to go in there and chill with there friends for free WiFi and they have made lots of mistakes with my food giving me wrong burgers all the time i have been there about 20 times i think they only have got my order correct 4 or 5 times the staff need to be happy if they dont like the job just quit so the customers can get good customer service

Went there for an evening snack for myself and the kids. Had to wait in queue for 40 minutes and then when I received the food it was not what I ordered. The staff run around like headless chickens and there's a bunch of shady figures standing outside the entrance. You might say that was a one-off occurence, but I went there three times and it was the same (except I got the right order).

On arrival you are met by several delivery riders and bikes blocking the entrance and generally just hanging around smoking

Popped in on a Sunday morning. The car park is tiny with traffic constantly flowing. The business itself is also small, ordering from the self serve tills is easy but waiting for food, you are constantly moving as the waiting area is tiny, with other customers using the self serve machines.

We used this restaurant which was within walking distances of the premier inn and better value the £10.95 per person for the premier breakfast, we found this McDonalds to be well organised with table service and quick touch screen ordering. The staff seem to be well organised and the food was nice and hot and didn't experience any problems with the wrong order

Went through drive through...had a bit of a wait to order and had to park up to get food. Order was correct and only problem was no milkshake or mcflurrys available. Chip portions were under what if expect l. But on the whole hot food and correct order.

Why do I keep going back. Cold under cooked fries, cold stale burgers, nosiey and unpleasant. I think we all remember great Maccy Dees but we get sub standard half heartedly prepared cold stale slop and just keep taking it because we are in a hurry.. Shame in you Ronnie Mac.

Last Saturday morning at 3.30am one of your workers decided to use pressure washer to clean car park,then sunday morning 5am delivery to burger bar so an hour and a half of refrigerate lorry making noise, plus during the days boys on the mopeds making a racket, something needs to be done, so come on Mcdonald's respect your local residents.

Live near by . I have visited a few times and walked out ,in the past two months. I just crave a big mac sometimes and its the only one near. Its stinks like a sewer. Its dreadful and they dont seem to care to do anything about it.The funny thing is the customers seem to be loving the stench. They must like eating in a public toilet. Sick!

It has to be the worst mcdonalds I have ever been to... it doesn't matter if this place is full or empty you will wait ages for your food and eventually you will receive it cold and clammy ! especially fries ! every other order people bring something back, they let me order burger with bacon and when i came back to say there is no bacon on it they told me they didn't have any, but still got charged for it ... fries also cold. no apologies no nothing. by the time I finished my meal at least 7 people complaint about something and I been there couple of times and always the same issue ... never coming back. and staff just keeps talking in their own language in front of customers as soon as they complain... how rude !

The place has been totally revamped. You order either at the counter and then wait for your numbered order or at machines on the wall and it is brought to the table. Car park is a good size with drive through if you like. Maybe a few more tables are needed as spaces seem fewer than before.

Nothing out of the ordinary to be honest - it's a normal McDonalds but they did gave cool touch screen tills where you can place your order then just collect! And, what made it for us on a rainy evening, with 3 kids in tow after a 10 hour day on tour in the big smoke was that it was just 2mins down the road from our Travelodge!

Firstly the person taking the order in the drive through needs to understand the customer! He was very arrogant which raised the temperature my wife asked for a Tropical instead of Tropicana the reply was don't do that then silence without offering any alternative or perhaps asking the question "is that Tropicana" then the kids wanted chicken nuggets and fries "don't do that" well can we have 2 large fries Ok now can we have chicken nuggets "how many do you want " 10 don't do 10 then silence so what are the options 6-9-12-20 ok 20 after completing the rest of the large order in the same manor had to park up and wait for the meal "it happens" was given the order and drove off only to find cold fries 2 boxes of 6 nuggets bill said paid for 20 a stale Big Mac 2 cheese burgers which should have been a double cheeseburger? The mind boggles what has happened here having visited on numerous occasions over many year "staff training urgently needed"!

Ate at Westfield and Stratford Centre McDOnalds on different days. Typical McDonalds experience essentially, preferred Stratford Centre more, although the Westfield one has the advantage of Wifi.
