Nando's - Feltham in Hounslow

The food was decent, but the cleanliness of the tables and the service could have been better.

Chicken prices are just ridiculously pricey but the chicken size has not increased 😄 don’t even talk about the chicken liver price when liver prices in supermarkets are so so soooo cheap!

Skye was a lovely host with great attitude , her warm friendly personality made it enjoyable as she checked on me n my friends while we ate . The food was bussing ! Atmosphere was bussing ! and the hospitality was BUSSING .

To eat here on some evening and weekends you have to book your table in advance. If you come down without booking, they will make booking there and then. Normally around 1 hour wait time. Food is great, that's why we come here. Also the chicken is halal

I would to like to say a few words about an amazing gentleman called Harry who I believe was the manager, I was visiting Uk from Canada with my friend Shamila who is a regular customer at this paticular location, and I was so impressed and wowed by Harry's customer service and very warm and polite persona. I highly recommend this location and Nando's to anyone as I miss this type of food so much in Canada it is not the same in Canada so on my visit to UK I came to two different locations and this one stood out so much for the great service from Harry and was crazy busy but he still kept a smile on his face the whole time we were there..keep up the great work Harry kind regards Pamela :)

Very busy waited an hour to be seated. Staff are helpfull and food is good but waiting around with a child puts you off visiting this branch again.

Yesterday we were served by Shravan at the tills. His service was absolutely impeccable, and top tier. He spoke in a calm and respectful manner. Shravan was very polite. He provided exceptional customer service. His attention to detail, genuine enthusiasm, and proactive approach helped create an atmosphere of warmth and satisfaction. Shravan created a lasting impression that resonates with us long after the interaction concluded. Well done to Shravan and the team at Feltham Nandos! Good restaurant for family dinner

AVOID IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES! This store is full of unprofessional staff and managers. Their knowledge and training on allergies was shocking! A waiter bought ice cream to a table where two young boys have milk allergies- they could have died or been seriously sick because of their lack of knowledge. And this was after i stood ordering for 10min plus to check their allergen menu and made sure managers knew they had allergies! When manager was aware of what had happened she tried discussing the price difference.. i had no apology at all, then they childishly avoided us the rest of the time. Absolutely unprofessional. NANDOS NEED TO TRAIN THEIR STAFF ABOUT ALLERGIES AS THEY CAN BE LIFE THREATENING!!!!! On another note, this place is not kid friendly, nor pushchair friendly! The staff are so slow and oblivious… we had finished our food for more than 30min and numerous staff passed our table before the plates were cleared AND there was a 40min queue outside- very unorganised staff. I think i met one polite member of staff, who had good customer service- lovely young lady who jumped on the till because she saw me waiting.

Had to wait outside in the cold while the waiting seats were kept empty. Needs a polite person in reception to deal with cold and hungry people.

I really do enjoy coming here. The food is always good. The staff are always helpful and welcoming. It does get crazy busy on the weekends, so it does get noisy. Great place to go with the family for some pure indulgence!

They don’t allow food from outside even if you or your kids have dietery requirements.they only accept halal foods. They don’t accept any food from outside that are non halal

I always used to come with my brothers and parents, but recently the portion sizes were made smaller, like way smaller. I ordered two mash potatoes and they were half the size as my other visit, i ordered two portions of chips/fries and they were also way smaller then last time. Please revert the changes, i also ordered two portions of halloumi cheese just to discover that it was completely burnt on the bottom, like burnt burnt, i asked for a replacement only to be served a smaller portion size with a missing halloumi stick… thank you for your time. There is always a "20 minute wait" for dine in experience. Its the closest Halal Nados to Walton-on-Thames, having driven x miles with the family, my only option (after finding parking, which is difficult) was to get take away. Then drive all the way back (past Walton-on-Thames Nando, which is NOT halal). Come on Nandos, make more halal options for those in Surrey.

I’m a big fan of NANDO’s and have visited nearly all their branches all over the UK. But never seen such an unprofessional customer service at FLETHAM NANDO’s, staff has no idea which orders are they dealing with + the quality of food wasn’t good at all as compared to others they all look stressed, this was my second visit and both time they served me wrong food. A white woman called MANAGER attended upon my request was rude and not helpful at all, It doesn’t seem the staff can handle customers when it gets busy or she is unable to manage staff. The asian guy (ABHI) serving at the till doesn’t even know whats in their menu. Won’t be visiting again at Feltham branch.

Great service by Akshay, Skye & Savant(Steven) Will visit again because of great customer service. The best thing about all of them was the smile on their faces which uplifted my night. Great staff, was extremely busy during our visit, but that team was quick and served with a smile 😃

The workers are mean and rude. Me and my family are visiting, and we deciding to eat at Nando’s. We waited about 30 minutes, but that understanding because they are busy. Then once we get seated, everything was dirty so we asked very nicely, to clean the table and she wiped once and left. Then the manager was very rude and said you all have to leave at 7:00 and the food should get to our table after that.

Love the food... Nando's is my kids' favourite food. Don't like the queing system of Feltham Branch! They need to improve it somehow!

As with many people we visit Nandos a lot but today Luana’s service on a busy Saturday night was fantastic. 5 stars to Luana for making this experience best ever. Thank you

I'm fairly sure Feltham has the best chicken livers of all the many Nando's restaurants I have visited.

Lovely hot food and loads of option. Had a lovely meal with my friend.

Nando’s Feltham is decent and food is good. Staff try hard but when busy it can be difficult to be attentive.

Staff were really lovely. Easy to order from phone at the table. Had colouring for my son. Overall a really nice lunch. Wasn't busy

Excellent service from Luana of Nandos Feltham, she was very friendly and accommodating and most of all efficient on helping to get my orders ( ordered online with the app). Top notch service, very well indeed!

Great halal food and now nice and clean since the refurb

Food was amazing as usual. Service was friendly but the temperature in the location was too hot. There is also extra neon lighting at eye level that's uncomfortable.

I need to mention the customer service given to our family. Our first allocation of Table was near to entrance door. We had kids and sitting near to entrance door facing cool wind was not good.So we requested and they readily given us a comfortable table. After that another person helped us with food service.As first timers everything was new to us.So such guidance and patience from service team really matters. Thankyou. Our visit was 2weeks before on 14th October evening 7:50pm.

Comida deliciosa , ambiente limpo ,decoração cool , ótimo atendimento ... They have the best Cream mash , 😋😋 also my favorite desert is the "Gooey caramel cheesecake" and Overall excellent! Frequento de 2-3 vezes na semana

Great location and great service

Food was great and brought to us surprisingly quickly, you will notice that I have given a 1 for a service and that's because I had a blue light card on me and I didn't carry my ID badge, apparently the policy is to show your blue badge alongside your staff ID ( I understand this is something they need to essentially proof ones identity, as I don't carry my staff ID with me everywhere, I have asked the staff members if they could accept my driving card which is a form of proof of identity however that was disregarded, which from my point of view is disrespectful and utterly shameful for them to not accept. Atmosphere: very busy and loud - I ended up with a headache as the place is really small and staff seem to not be of control of the flow of customers and it appears to be havoc

service quick, website to order is great, loud atmosphere, food a 10/10 fresh and flavoured.

Asked for corn ‘off’ the cob i.e. shredded, when ordering. Lady who took my money nodded her head enthusiastically. Corn came very much ‘on’ the cob along with the food after a long waiting time, I asked for the corn to be shredded - they took it away and proceeded to chop into two pieces. I then asked for it to be taken ‘off’ the cob and was told by the same lady who took my order “we don’t do dat” - I didn’t bother taking this any further ate and left. Noisy, dirty and cramped (and that’s just the staff) - won’t be returning to this branch.

Food, service all perfectly fine. But, seriously way too hot inside. If you visit during try and get a table outside. Maybe because of the cooking/open kitchen, there is no air con in the building. Unless you sit by the open door. 30 degrees outside, about 35 degrees inside. We'll go back. But in much cooler weather

Food was good and easy to order as needed to order online by scanning the barcode on the table. Garlic bread is not great.

I've been here a few times since it opened. It's nice in there, really big. The staff always seem friendly and the food is really nice.
