Nando's - Feltham in Hounslow

Staff were friendly, food was delicious and like the spicy chilli sauce called intense.

Food was nice (standard as expected for Nando’s) but service was not as warm and friendly as expected. No one came to take the order and when we asked glasses for water we were given less than the number of people on the table.

I can’t recommend this Nando’s enough! The food was outstanding—perfectly cooked, packed with flavor, and incredibly satisfying. I had two burgers followed by a butterfly chicken, and every bite was absolutely delicious. What really made the experience exceptional, though, was the service. The waiters went above and beyond, ensuring everything was just right. Their warm hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care made the visit truly memorable. Got a delivery and tried to call to ask for well done wings but no answer for 20mins. When the wings arrived I had to cook them myself as they were more boiled then grilled. I paid a service charge to cook my own food

Food is always good and affordable when it comes to nandos. Great staff, polite and helpful. The thing that I feel needs to improve is the stains on their plates and cutlery. We've been told this is due to the dishwasher. Some of the plates had a weird egg smell today. We had to go through the plates to find some acceptable ones.

Not at all recommended site. Lack of respect and education. Dedicate yoursels to something else of your level. You disrespect Portuguese culture.

The biggest let down is the door doesn’t have a retractor. People are stupid so they will leave the door open! The tables next to the door suffer from cold in winter months. You would have thought I’m not the first one to complain about this and Nando’s would have rectified this by now! Bad design! Bad management!

I'm giving this 4 out of 5 only because of the male manager on duty. He was very polite and friendly to assist in our allergy requirement. My child has a very specific allergy and the male manager went through the book and checked and confirmed all the items he could eat..fantastic Unfortunately I informed about 4 members of staff about the drinks section was all pouring out gas water and had a vile smile and taste. The staff on the dinning area didnt seem bothered until I informed another manager on duty who put labels on the drinks to say our of order...

I have been to Nando’s many times and this time the portion sizes was too small. The butterfly chicken was very small. The Cheese cake slice was too thin and was served with milk.

I’d like to personally thank Ahmed. Amazing service, glistening smile and effusive positive energy. He was warm and welcoming and helped me choose the best dish. I saw him working hard throughout the night, he even came to my table to make sure I was happy. He truly is an example of putting love into your work. Thankyou Nando’s Feltham, Thankyou Ahmed. Because of your service I will keep coming.

Having tried Nandos mostly towards central i was ecstatic by the service i recieved here in Feltham. Even though the establishment was busy the wait time was suprisingly nominal. The food service was freat from the quality to the presentation. I would like to highlight Skye, who kept the service 10/10 and regardless of it being really busy she made sure everyting was up to mark. Secondly i would like to appreciate Luana for her exceptional management skills. Would highly recommend this branch.

Kids were really looking forward to their Nandos meal we promised them this Saturday evening. Having been stuck in the Twickenham Rugby traffic for 1.5 hrs getting there, only to find a 40-50 minute to be seated was unacceptable - yes, the restaurant was busy, but not that busy... We had a three hour journey ahead of us, so it was the lack of flexibility and the appearance of amusement at our disappointment, by the chap on the door, that stuck in my mind. We couldn't stay, so ended up with, a more reliable ( as my son pointed out) MacciDeez, a few miles up the road. To add insult to injury, we had to pay £1.20 parking for the pleasure... less than just 10mins! Daylight robbery. We shan't be coming to Feltham again. The architecture was the positive I can report.

Haven’t been Nando’s in years but it was fire. Our waiter was very lovely and so kind, he kept attending to our needs even though it was busy. Thank you saif for your amazing work. First time visiting the Feltham branch. Amazing service - they managed to seat all 12 of us. Ordered food with ease, all came quick. Then we had a little incident where my son started to choke on his food. Fortunately I and another family member are first aid trained but the manager Lauren was also quick to step in. She was very helpful, she is also first aid trained so that was a plus in case she was needed. She attended to my son and me, gave him water and a chair to sit on after the ordeal was over. She even replaced his meal that had gotten ruined and cold. She and Akshay were amazing. Great customer service and they were a pleasure to be around. Will visit again if I’m ever near Feltham. Thank you so much

We have visited this Nandos for the past few years! We have never had any issues. Today was the worst day ever! Considering the UK had the hottest day of the year so far I would have anticipated that Nandos would have a air-conditioning installed. Customers were fanning themselves. My children were not coping and did not eat one being autistic! It was too hot. He had to leave the restaurant! If you want a sauna, forget the Gym. Come to Feltham Nandos! The staff were apologetic. I don't blame them! I blame the Nandos hierarchy that are sat in air-conditioning offices! SORT IT OUT! P.s- it was my birthday lunch that was ruined because of the sauna!!!

Food is good and good ambience. Service was excellent we went for birthday party but only issue is it's nightmare to find parking and staff was not flexible to give our public sector discount event with bluelight card.

The food is nice and has all the flavours but I’m realy missing the salad dressing sauce I used to go there all the time but not a lot anymore because the sauce isn’t there

Been coming here for easy 15 years, less so the last 8 as well moved out of the area. Glad to report the food is as good as always. Counter service could do with improvement. Edit 26/7/24. Things have slipped a bit here now. Service was quite poor this evening. Dishes were not cleared from our table for over 30 minutes after we finished. Spicy rice was not nice at all. A lastly albeit not aimed at this branch but damn it’s got expensive. 4 adults and two kids £100. Geez.

Went to Nandos the other night as I was local to the area and was greeted by Yasmina. All other Nandos I have been to, they seem to be in a rush to put us in any random seat but she took the time to have a small chat and could see works incredibly hard but served with a smile on her face! I don’t usually write reviews but I felt as if she deserves some recognition as she’s a credit to your team at the Feltham store. Thank you!

We had a very pleasant dining experience although it was very busy. Harry, one of the staff members was very helpful. He has a good attitude and uses his initiative when dealing with customers. A Happy to help attitude. Another staff member by the name of Maria also checked in on us during our meal. This was particularly notable as it was very busy.

Worst experience ever......The hostess couldn't understand English and was so confused and took our order wrong and when we ask to change the it they denied it and said have to wait for 30 minutes more and have to pay again and also refused to give us the refund. Very disappointed......RATE 0/10

Shambolic service at the till 14:00 hrs 14th Jul. The two men continue kept talking amongst themselves. Simply ignoring the customer! Even when one of the younger staff prompted them they were quite reluctant.. you don’t want to be eating at a place where staff is ignorant to the extent of being disrespectful.

Amanda the manager is very rude went came with family of six there was no table available straight away which is not a problem was happy to wait like we have done previously but on this accession they turned the waiting area into seating area for people to sit and have food and we were told to come back or wait outside the restaurant and not inside that ruined our evening will not be coming back hear again

Amazing service by Harry who really looked after us. We were a table of 9 today and were really well looked after. The food was amazing and cooked to perfection. Loved it. All the staff were accommodating and polite. For sure an amazing experience and we we will be here again for sure.

Thank you so much to the lovely gentleman in the lilac top who rectified an issue we had with the fizzy bottomless drinks. He was extremely helpful and attentive. Didn’t have to wait too long for our food which came out hot and tasty.

Order food at 9:45. Delivery should arrive at 10:20. didn’t hear from the delivery driver till 10:30 saying hes in a different address and he will be at my address in 5 minutes. Waited for 15 minutes and nothing was heard. Called Nando’s and they told me they cancelled my order and refund will take between 5-10 days. At this point all deliveries stopped as it was 10:45. Terrible experience and not professional. Even the phone service to Nando’s was terrible trying to put the blame on me for not pin point my address where clearly my address is stated on the receipt/order?. Disappointing and disgusting service

Was served by a lovely lady called Skye provided excellent service and was very welcoming and kind.

Very good service and the food is not bad if you like spicy

Customer service is outstanding I went for a collection order and when I got home it was NOT what I ordered at all, I rang them up to ask about it and informed me they Accidently mixed us up with a different order, they offered us a full refund or make our order again for collection and threw in a free drink as an apology, the mixed up order was a whole chicken and they even let us keep it on top of our actual order, they were so apologetic about it and kind and professional, who am I to complain about it ey?

Staff where amazing really positive and understanding, especially Yasmina, Harry and Magda. Food was delicious 10/10. But the atmosphere was poorly, children running around, sitting at our table, using the ice cream machine with their hands and banging things against the tables and chairs. But really good otherwise do recommend 9/10.

Had dinner here with family and could not praise the staff enough. There were children screaming, running around, sitting at our table and banging things on tables. The atmosphere was not ideal The staff remained cool and professional at all times. Yasmina who seated us was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the restaurant and menu items. Harry was excellent and his customer service was outstanding. Magda who was the duty manager was also fantastic. You can tell she really enjoys what she does and can run a good shift and lead her team successful.

The reason I have put 4 on atmosphere is because of the customers. They were nasty. Letting their kids run around screaming around causing havoc it was very annoying. But all the staff were brilliant!!! They were calm and collective specially Harry, Magda & Yasmina they gave us exceptional service and was very understanding when we wanted to change our table away from the chaos.

How have I got collection yh, and when I’ve starting eating it at home the chips are crisper than a pencil. Felt like I was eating crayons for dinner . Chicken was up to par tho. As a loyal member to this establishment, I was deeply disappointed this evening.

Great food here tonight considering it was a busy bank holiday Sunday. There was a medical emergency with a customer and the team did a brilliant job in dealing with it. They showed professionalism and compassion in a difficult situation. Special thanks to Harry and the two other female members of staff.

Best Chicken experience and the sauces are the best.

Service is really bad, there is a lot of confusion when bringing orders to the table. Music is too loud and it's basically not a relaxing place. The food is ok.
