Nando's - Feltham in Hounslow

Kids were really looking forward to their Nandos meal we promised them this Saturday evening. Having been stuck in the Twickenham Rugby traffic for 1.5 hrs getting there, only to find a 40-50 minute to be seated was unacceptable - yes, the restaurant was busy, but not that busy... We had a three hour journey ahead of us, so it was the lack of flexibility and the appearance of amusement at our disappointment, by the chap on the door, that stuck in my mind. We couldn't stay, so ended up with, a more reliable ( as my son pointed out) MacciDeez, a few miles up the road. To add insult to injury, we had to pay £1.20 parking for the pleasure... less than just 10mins! Daylight robbery. We shan't be coming to Feltham again. The architecture was the positive I can report.

Kaludia is a lovely girl. Very kind host with a smiling face. She gone extra mile to accommodate us. Very happy with her service.

Haven’t been Nando’s in years but it was fire. Our waiter was very lovely and so kind, he kept attending to our needs even though it was busy. Thank you saif for your amazing work. He is you t and working so hard bless him! He is an asset to the team and defo will go far in life. Food was great service was 10/10

Update since my 5 star review a year ago. This branch exercises excellent management skills; all staff are pulling in the same direction and it's a delight to eat here. Online ordering works like a breeze. Thx team Nandos!

Had to wait outside in the cold while the waiting seats were kept empty. Needs a polite person in reception to deal with cold and hungry people.

Portion sizes are tiny and price is high. But tastes good. Vegetarian isn't the best

First time visiting the Feltham branch. Amazing service - they managed to seat all 12 of us. Ordered food with ease, all came quick. Then we had a little incident where my son started to choke on his food. Fortunately I and another family member are first aid trained but the manager Lauren was also quick to step in. She was very helpful, she is also first aid trained so that was a plus in case she was needed. She attended to my son and me, gave him water and a chair to sit on after the ordeal was over. She even replaced his meal that had gotten ruined and cold. She and Akshay were amazing. Great customer service and they were a pleasure to be around. Will visit again if I’m ever near Feltham. Thank you so much

We have visited this Nandos for the past few years! We have never had any issues. Today was the worst day ever! Considering the UK had the hottest day of the year so far I would have anticipated that Nandos would have a air-conditioning installed. Customers were fanning themselves. My children were not coping and did not eat one being autistic! It was too hot. He had to leave the restaurant! If you want a sauna, forget the Gym. Come to Feltham Nandos! The staff were apologetic. I don't blame them! I blame the Nandos hierarchy that are sat in air-conditioning offices! SORT IT OUT! P.s- it was my birthday lunch that was ruined because of the sauna!!!

Food is good and good ambience. Service was excellent we went for birthday party but only issue is it's nightmare to find parking and staff was not flexible to give our public sector discount event with bluelight card.

The food is nice and has all the flavours but I’m realy missing the salad dressing sauce I used to go there all the time but not a lot anymore because the sauce isn’t there

Been coming here for easy 15 years, less so the last 8 as well moved out of the area. Glad to report the food is as good as always. Counter service could do with improvement. Edit 26/7/24. Things have slipped a bit here now. Service was quite poor this evening. Dishes were not cleared from our table for over 30 minutes after we finished. Spicy rice was not nice at all. A lastly albeit not aimed at this branch but damn it’s got expensive. 4 adults and two kids £100. Geez.

ignorant staff, will not take you seriously

Went to Nandos the other night as I was local to the area and was greeted by Yasmina. All other Nandos I have been to, they seem to be in a rush to put us in any random seat but she took the time to have a small chat and could see works incredibly hard but served with a smile on her face! I don’t usually write reviews but I felt as if she deserves some recognition as she’s a credit to your team at the Feltham store. Thank you!

We had a very pleasant dining experience although it was very busy. Harry, one of the staff members was very helpful. He has a good attitude and uses his initiative when dealing with customers. A Happy to help attitude. Another staff member by the name of Maria also checked in on us during our meal. This was particularly notable as it was very busy.

Worst experience ever......The hostess couldn't understand English and was so confused and took our order wrong and when we ask to change the it they denied it and said have to wait for 30 minutes more and have to pay again and also refused to give us the refund. Very disappointed......RATE 0/10

Shambolic service at the till 14:00 hrs 14th Jul. The two men continue kept talking amongst themselves. Simply ignoring the customer! Even when one of the younger staff prompted them they were quite reluctant.. you don’t want to be eating at a place where staff is ignorant to the extent of being disrespectful.

Love the location, environment and offcourse food. Claudia was very kind and friendly. Highly recommended place.

Amanda the manager is very rude went came with family of six there was no table available straight away which is not a problem was happy to wait like we have done previously but on this accession they turned the waiting area into seating area for people to sit and have food and we were told to come back or wait outside the restaurant and not inside that ruined our evening will not be coming back hear again

I don't like music playing in a restaurant but other than that, the ambience was okay. Food was top notch and service very good. Would definitely go again.

Amazing service by Harry who really looked after us. We were a table of 9 today and were really well looked after. The food was amazing and cooked to perfection. Loved it. All the staff were accommodating and polite. For sure an amazing experience and we we will be here again for sure.

Order food at 9:45. Delivery should arrive at 10:20. didn’t hear from the delivery driver till 10:30 saying hes in a different address and he will be at my address in 5 minutes. Waited for 15 minutes and nothing was heard. Called Nando’s and they told me they cancelled my order and refund will take between 5-10 days. At this point all deliveries stopped as it was 10:45. Terrible experience and not professional. Even the phone service to Nando’s was terrible trying to put the blame on me for not pin point my address where clearly my address is stated on the receipt/order?. Disappointing and disgusting service

Thank you so much to the lovely gentleman in the lilac top who rectified an issue we had with the fizzy bottomless drinks. He was extremely helpful and attentive. Didn’t have to wait too long for our food which came out hot and tasty.

Was served by a lovely lady called Skye provided excellent service and was very welcoming and kind.

Customer service is outstanding I went for a collection order and when I got home it was NOT what I ordered at all, I rang them up to ask about it and informed me they Accidently mixed us up with a different order, they offered us a full refund or make our order again for collection and threw in a free drink as an apology, the mixed up order was a whole chicken and they even let us keep it on top of our actual order, they were so apologetic about it and kind and professional, who am I to complain about it ey?

The reason I have put 4 on atmosphere is because of the customers. They were nasty. Letting their kids run around screaming around causing havoc it was very annoying. But all the staff were brilliant!!! They were calm and collective specially Harry, Magda & Yasmina they gave us exceptional service and was very understanding when we wanted to change our table away from the chaos.

Had dinner here with family and could not praise the staff enough. There were children screaming, running around, sitting at our table and banging things on tables. The atmosphere was not ideal The staff remained cool and professional at all times. Yasmina who seated us was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the restaurant and menu items. Harry was excellent and his customer service was outstanding. Magda who was the duty manager was also fantastic. You can tell she really enjoys what she does and can run a good shift and lead her team successful.

Staff where amazing really positive and understanding, especially Yasmina, Harry and Magda. Food was delicious 10/10. But the atmosphere was poorly, children running around, sitting at our table, using the ice cream machine with their hands and banging things against the tables and chairs. But really good otherwise do recommend 9/10.

How have I got collection yh, and when I’ve starting eating it at home the chips are crisper than a pencil. Felt like I was eating crayons for dinner . Chicken was up to par tho. As a loyal member to this establishment, I was deeply disappointed this evening.

The food is awesome as any Nando's! The atmosphere is very cozy! I've been going there specifically for a year now and I have no regrets traveling an hour for it! Good friends Good food!

Moderately busy as every nandos is, the waiters are amazing and the best help you could ask for. Food was okay, presentation wise not great as everything was falling apart but still tasted good!

The best branch I’ve been to. Extremely happy with the service from Skye, extremely polite and helpful. Also excellent customer service from the Manager who fixed the issue with the drinks.

Great food here tonight considering it was a busy bank holiday Sunday. There was a medical emergency with a customer and the team did a brilliant job in dealing with it. They showed professionalism and compassion in a difficult situation. Special thanks to Harry and the two other female members of staff.

Best Chicken experience and the sauces are the best.

Service is really bad, there is a lot of confusion when bringing orders to the table. Music is too loud and it's basically not a relaxing place. The food is ok.

Staff provided a very good service and food was delivered quickly and probably the tastiest Nandos I ever eaten.

Doesn’t disappoint, good food at very reasonable prices. Overall good experience. Only downside is limited parking due to pointless cycle lanes no one seems to be using. Can’t be good for the local businesses. Unfortunately I wouldn’t be coming again if I am travelling by car. Just not enough places to park.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Nando's and received exceptional service from Skye. From their warm welcome to their helpful recommendations, Skey made my experience truly delightful. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction are commendable. I highly recommend Nando's, thanks to Skey's outstanding service!

To eat here on some evening and weekends you have to book your table in advance. If you come down without booking, they will make booking there and then. Normally around 1 hour wait time. Food is great, that's why we come here. Also the chicken is halal

I would to like to say a few words about an amazing gentleman called Harry who I believe was the manager, I was visiting Uk from Canada with my friend Shamila who is a regular customer at this paticular location, and I was so impressed and wowed by Harry's customer service and very warm and polite persona. I highly recommend this location and Nando's to anyone as I miss this type of food so much in Canada it is not the same in Canada so on my visit to UK I came to two different locations and this one stood out so much for the great service from Harry and was crazy busy but he still kept a smile on his face the whole time we were there..keep up the great work Harry kind regards Pamela :)

Very busy waited an hour to be seated. Staff are helpfull and food is good but waiting around with a child puts you off visiting this branch again.

He provided exceptional customer service. His attention to detail, genuine enthusiasm, and proactive approach helped create an atmosphere of warmth and satisfaction. Shravan created a lasting impression that resonates with us long after the interaction concluded. Well done to Shravan and the team at Feltham Nandos! Good restaurant for family dinner

AVOID IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES! This store is full of unprofessional staff and managers. Their knowledge and training on allergies was shocking! A waiter bought ice cream to a table where two young boys have milk allergies- they could have died or been seriously sick because of their lack of knowledge. And this was after i stood ordering for 10min plus to check their allergen menu and made sure managers knew they had allergies! When manager was aware of what had happened she tried discussing the price difference.. i had no apology at all, then they childishly avoided us the rest of the time. Absolutely unprofessional. NANDOS NEED TO TRAIN THEIR STAFF ABOUT ALLERGIES AS THEY CAN BE LIFE THREATENING!!!!! On another note, this place is not kid friendly, nor pushchair friendly! The staff are so slow and oblivious… we had finished our food for more than 30min and numerous staff passed our table before the plates were cleared AND there was a 40min queue outside- very unorganised staff. I think i met one polite member of staff, who had good customer service- lovely young lady who jumped on the till because she saw me waiting.

I really do enjoy coming here. The food is always good. The staff are always helpful and welcoming. It does get crazy busy on the weekends, so it does get noisy. Great place to go with the family for some pure indulgence!

They don’t allow food from outside even if you or your kids have dietery requirements.they only accept halal foods. They don’t accept any food from outside that are non halal

A little bit expensive for normal food.

Superb eatery. Reasonable prices. Staff is kind courteous and always ready to help the customers. Lots of rush on Weekends.
