It was good service. They managed to fulfil my order.

Not delivered to correct address. Did not receive food

The staff is totally non professional specially manager and girls in the evening shift.Fighting each other and less focus on customers.

When food arrived it was hot and fresh but took nearly an hour to arrive when we are only 10 minutes from restaurant.

I want today and got a Wicked Variety bucket: 6pc, let’s start with the chips they was nice and hot, not crispy at all more like stodgy chips I would give it 4/10 rating, my dog did not even like it and that say something as he like to eat everything, now the chicken wings they was nice and warm I’m sorry to say it was over cooked or under the heating lamp too long, they was really dry a let down but it was nice and spicy I give it 5/10 they are usually amazing, the chicken strips was nice and warm and crispy it a lot of flavour I would give it 8/10, now the chicken drums they was nice and hot and crispy but the flavour is missing it’s been like this for a long time it’s not been them same since KFC had a chicken shortage, after that it has gone down hill

If I knew it was going to take over 45mins to be delivered, I would have gone somewhere else. Food was cold / luke warm by the time it arrived. Just a farce. Never ordering from this place again.

I left a message requesting NO lettuce on my chicken burger due to a food intolerance. My chicken burger arrived with lettuce!!! It’s very lucky it wasn’t an allergy! Due to this my daughter ate my burger instead. Make sure you read all messages.

Came at KFC Brentford and ordered a wrap,ater pay and waitthe wrap,the lady told .e,I'm NOT allowed to eat inside because ots after 10pm.. Why they don't display at the door toghter with the opening times,that Customers bot Allow to eat inside after 10pm? Till today,only KFC Restaurant tell me this... Sad. Nit gonna make difference,bur Never Again KFC!!!

This is the fourth time I've ordered from this KFC and the chicken is uncooked. This is a serious food safety issue. You should really check food safety and make sure the chicken is cooked properly before sending it to customers.

I specifically asked NOT to add wings as part of my order,, but they sent a ring ,it's extremely disappointed and it's NOT something that would encourage me to order from them again as they can't follow basic customers request. the facility is there for a reason. It's clear on the "restaurant notes"why is it so difficult to satisfy a customer with a SIMPLE request? I don't have to be there physically to get what I want .

Ordered a fillet burger and received a zinger burger. Asked for Thigh meat only and received a drumstick and breast meat. I waited 40 minutes for my order and delivery time changed 4 times and they still got my order completely wrong

Why spicy fries ? Why not normal ? My son doesn’t eat KFC fries anymore ,it is even spicy for me!please consider other customers tastes and preferences

Only thing I can say is - please do not put the cold canned drink into the same bag as the food - it doesn’t help keep the food hot during the delivery

They served me pink chicken and then refused to give me a refund because "I already bit into my food" and "It's spicy it's meant to be that colour". I would have been okay with everything if I got a refund or a replacement (mistakes do happen and that is understandable) but they fact they tried to gaslight me is disgusting and testament to their poor customer "service".

Went in to try and order a gravy box amongst other things and was shocked to find out they only had legs available and even they were basically finished I overheard another customer asking how long it would be if he waited in which a manager responded with “I don’t know when we’re going to cook more” when I was ordering I was not informed that they literally only had legs as I found that I was missing the chicken strips and wings that normally would come with the gravy box I’m very disappointed and this isn’t the first time. How hard is it to get some chicken might aswell find other options or cook

First time I ordered through Just Eat for a long time. Food arrived cold and inedible. This is the reason why I ceased ordering through Just Eat.

I was very disappointed with this meal. The chicken was dry and cold and one piece of chicken was tiny! Each piece of chicken is charged at over £2 which is ridiculous for such a tiny piece! Also one side of fries was missing!

Driver delivered to wrong address😡

Delivery guy was not given full address , it took him a long time , he eventually rand me to get details . Food was cold on arrival and the drink can was warm . These guys are your representatives when they deliver your products . He was polite .
