Burger King in Hounslow

Only ordered fries. Couldnt even get that right. Cold fries delivered by a weirdo that kept staring at me. Toilets. Only 2 cubices, locks broken and toilet full of excrement. Avoid this place like the plague...unless you eant to catch it

Best customer service and great food. I recommend vegan people to try their vegan royal as it is too tasty.

It was quite clean and a nice lovely atmosphere with kind staff, the food was very warm when I got it which is what I loved the most, I was able to dine there with my family I would visit again for sure

I was here with my son for lunch and when trying to use the toilet,the floor was wet and the toilet seat was full of urine from someone else. No soap on the dispenser. I communicated to the member of staff at the counter and 15 minutes later when going again the toilet was still the same . I went to the person again but didn't look interested in sorting out the issue. Very slow service and not focusing on the customer's experience.

There are always very few people using this branch of Burger King and there are good reasons why this is the case. The service is always slow, doesn't matter how few customers they have. The last time I (and it will be the last time) used it, I bought a double whopper meal. The chips were fine to be fair, but the burger was stone cold and had clearly been sitting for ages and was well past it sell to a customer state. That was the last straw and I now prefer to drive out of my way whenever I fancy a double whopper meal, rather than use this closer branch.

Guess they are short staffed no one is there to take my cash order and no one is answering the customers and i dint know what happened to their speed of service and friendliness towards customers and its not even busy the dining is literally empty

Ordered an Steakhouse Angus burger, it was ready in 1 minute, the taste and smell was awkward and I was sick for three days after it. Will never go there .

The food quality is excellent, and the staff provides outstanding and helpful service.

I came in with my partner and noticed that the floor was absolutely disgraceful- rubbish everywhere and all the tables looked dirty. Once I found a seat, the team member (Salla) came around the front to clean up the restaurant. However, she only had one cloth and first cleaned the bin (the inside and outside) and then proceeded to use that same cloth on the tables that customers are supposed to eat at. So unhygienic and disgusting I do not want to eat in this restaurant again. I would reconsider having her as a staff member in your restaurant if this is the standards of cleanliness she believes is okay

Great experience at Burger King Feltham! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious—exactly what you’d expect from a good Burger King. As per usual with the lunch time chaos at this branch. It was completely mis managed by the team. They cleared multiple orders of the screen when they had not completed them or even started packing them. Leaving myself and several others in limbo waiting for 15mins plus whilst others who ordered after where seen to. Asked manager for refund and got an attitude. Tried explain but clearly not interested. Really poor BK service if it wasn't for the food I would never go back

Went with my son on our way home worst mistake Ordered what I thought was two meals for only one meal to come and two drinks wasn’t given order number or receipt so unsure if I paid for my sons meal twice by time I got his mine was cold Also the toilets are horrible not locks on doors and so dirty I heard another customer say this to the staff she really didn’t look bothered Won’t be going back here !

Who ever the indian woman working on the last window on DT today (19 Dec) needs customer service training. There is only 2 cars on the DT and you are struggling. Missing items and wrong orders in wrong bags. Its not that serious. It was a simple order. Please management. Micro manage your staff better.

Freezing, really bad burger, just terrible value

Me and my partner we went there as we wanted a change from other fast food. We went there as we like Burger King but we actually never go because this Burger King close to our house it’s very unwelcoming. Inside it’s freezing we’ve been talking to a mother and son in there and they didn’t want to stay there long as there was no sense spending time in a place where you go to keep warm and eat out but it’s always cold as they never turn the heating on. They said to her the heating doesn’t work but in reality it’s been years like this keeping lying to customers. It’s warmer outside than inside in the winter like they don’t want people staying or going there. The staff very rude and there’s no one ever ready to welcome you to order or in the floor. Their personality are cold like the temperature inside. Another thing is they don’t speak to you so they presume you just eat away from there not asking anything of what you might want. No music at all inside never and all you can hear is voice call from staff phones or order from deliveries. Never been in my life all over the world to such terrible place and I’m fed up of this keeping happening because Burger King is a big company and the owner should read this to put this people a close look and investigate them because they are ruining the reputation of this places and I bet that many people that they would happily eat at Burger King they won’t do for the things I’m mentioning. Today really encouraged me to take such step after realizing a kid and mother being very sad in that table and rather be at home. No one ever cleaning the tables and the floor full of napkins and the tables are dirty. The female toilet was clean. The food was cold and it was shout out after 2 seconds as they already have no customers and they have constantly I checked everything ready so they don’t have to work not even that little. I worked myself in hospitality for many years and this is unacceptable and probably in breakage of standards. I really ask to investigate this place. As it’s really unbelievable and you want believe until you experience how cold atmosphere and staff and the sad feelings that you gonna feel there. And the revenue they gonna make is probably sad too. I will attach a video here obviously you not going to feel the cold but it proves the place I’m talking about. Also the people leaving 5 stars review they have a pattern in names, ethnicity and most of them work in there and other burger kings as I was opening they profile one by one and checking them out. Also the pattern in days as they want to cover the negative reviews and cover their a**** from the company. Please it’s really disturbing watching this happening and I repeat I understand asking friends and family and workers to leave reviews but first try to actually do the job and actually do it properly because all the reviews they actually mentioning the disappointment of the people and don’t lie to yourself as you just want to keep your jobs. I don’t see a single positive review out of that pattern of people I was talking about.

Do NOT get the halloumi fries...can I even call it that? It is the most artificial thing I've ever tasted, it was rubbing against my teeth as I chew as if I was eating rubber or something. What a waste of money. The Fanta frozen is good though but yuck to those "fries".
