Great service, food was delicious

The food was exceptionally delectable and served promptly. The staff exhibited exceptional politeness, and the ambiance was immaculately clean. Highly recommended for a delightful dining experience.

Order of +£40 missing half of the food 20 nuggets, 2 drinks and 1 large and small cookie doughs. Couldn't refund and didn't pick up calls. £20 down the drain.

They not give me food I am waiting for food in 1hour and I speak to socialize (shift manager) she told me I don't know

Do NOT get the halloumi fries...can I even call it that? It is the most artificial thing I've ever tasted, it was rubbing against my teeth as I chew as if I was eating rubber or something. What a waste of money. The Fanta frozen is good though but yuck to those "fries".

Very great experience and good staff, environment is so nice and I like the food mostly which is crispy chicken and chicken nuggets.

I and my family enter this place for a quick bite and once we made the our order they didn't know how to take payment and left me waiting standing until the i have asked to speak to the manager called Celia kept passing by me and ignoring me not even a made a eye contact then came a wile later arriving with a arrugante atitude and asking me what you want and no apology it felt discussing and then food arrived cold. I will never go back there again after a terrible experience.

Went today to get a good meal after church, and I was not disappointed. Got the chicken royale with cheese meal. The new kiosks make ordering at Burger King much easier and quicker. Good experience.

Food, tastes normal, but the amount of mistakes with 4 people working and only 3 orders is crazy. They're arguing with other customers when they clearly were in the wrong. I don't think the staff knows what they're doing. I'm saying this from 3rd persons perspective. Personally, I've been waiting for my order for almost half an hour. I Don't recommend at all.

Definitely have to RE Review - lady doesn’t know what’s going on even when I tell her £ and what I want. the other reviews also show this place does need new management or takeover as 2nd time I was waiting over 15mins for 2 £4 burgers which is no good

Worst customer I've encountered in a long while ..rude and bad attitude especially the European lady .all need to have service training towards customers...probably won't go again poor value for money ..better to go to local burger joints..

Worse customer services ever, we arrived at 21:30 on a Sunday, to order food and use the toilet. As we tried to use the toilet first, lady called Priyank(manager) storms out shouting at us “don’t use the toilet as we are closed”. when the signs in the door signs says otherwise and google says otherwise, she lies saying “the place is closing at 10pm. “ We said “okay so that’s gives us 30min, we just want to quickly use the toilet and get our food”.But she told us “no go do it outside” I was like “but you don’t close till 11pm”. She was very rude and dismissive. Didn’t even want to listen at all. Honestly I was shocked. I hope Burger King can retrain their staff/managers because the services is rubbish with this new management. DO BETTER.

Went to the feltham branch around 5.40 ish on sat 21st September. Got 3 meals and one of which was a chimichurri burger with chimichurri fries and a side of onion rings. At first they forgot the burger all together then we realised the chips also weren't there. We asked where they were, they said we didn't order them and even printed the receipt. I was fine with paying extra for them but they said they'd be an extra £5, i wasn't happy with this as it was only £1.50 on top of the meal when we were ordering them. I said its okay, refund the whole meal and we'll start again. A girl i presume the manager, Priyanka, came over and was very rude to us. They started speaking their own language in front of us!!! They then took our onion rings back (which they couldn't now serve because they were cold) and we paid £2 extra for my chips. Overall not a pleasant experience. I don't expect to be spoken to in such a rude manner and especially not to have members of staff talking over us in their own language. I can not stress enough how rude they were to us

I got very ill from eating a chimicuri Angus burger and cheesy bites. I Projectile vomited and I am having constant diarrhea.

Very unsatisfied with this particular outlet. Burgers were overcooked fries were cold. When using the mens facility room I found outdated toilet, sink and hand dryer. Water all over the floor just under the basins. Cubicle door cannot be locked as part of the door latch is missing. We all went through the covid 19 pandemic and yet here in 2024 they still have a touch hand dryer whereas in vast amount of places hand dryers are hands free as a safety measure but not here at BK Feltham. Just appalling.

Used to come here quite regularly but the women at the drive thru became extremely rude and borderline aggressive for no apparent reason. I then got severe food poisoning, which I had never had from BK. Have not been back or eaten at BK since.

That staff very good at their service .. whenever I visit this restaurant it’s always clean and tidy. Celia one of their good must say .. helps me out every time I came over and very friendly .. Keep up this service and thank you 😘😊😊

Very disappointed, my mother ordered loaded fries and burgers, she received no loaded fries yet paid for them and they gave her no receipt and didn’t even answer the phone when we rang when we got back and realised there was no loaded fries in the bag yet she paid for them. Also her burger was cold. And there was only one person in front of her and the restaurant wasn’t busy.

Service was quick and efficient, but probably because I was the only customer in there. As for the food, never again. I ordered hamburger and it was the most tasteless burger I had in my life. The bun was so old that it was hard to chew and it would get stuck to the top of my mouth. It was just disgusting. I haven't been to a BK in the UK in a few years and always wondered why do I see less and less branches. My experience today explains it. Never again.

Zero respect for delivery riders, excessive waiting time, no value for delivery orders, adding on that they ignore you when you ask them if you order is ready or not, no answer, i advise you to not order online from this shop, it takes them 15min or more to make your order but they cant even waist 5 sec to tell “you order is not ready”, you deserve the review rate you have, you even deserve less stars

The service is disgusting. Ordered takeaway through just eat. I could see the delivery driver running around in circles. He literally went past my address two times. Delivery is 25min late already and none is picking up the phone at Burger king. Never again will order from this place. I probably won't accept the food either

What an absolute disappointment everything I ordered and requested no bacon completely ignored it literally paid 35 pounds to just wait half hour to throw the food in the bin I tried to call the shop multiple times and no one answers the only thing I could eat was the chips and they where so cold I wouldn't have given it to a dog.. this always happens in this store amd I'm going to be making a formal complaint about the store manager .. absolute joke and waste of money

Service was very poor. Burger was cold. Two INDIAN Female staff taking in their own language when I asked for tomato ketchup.Only two ketchup was given. Both Indian lady looks not very clean. Suggestion Please learn British culture and be more helpful to customer Please ask each customer if they need salt , tissue paper and few tamato ketchup. I hope senior management take notice of this kind of unhelpful unclean staff will harm Burger King market value.

I have been to Burger King for a very long time. I like the atmosphere and food but the waiting time is too long for a walk in customers. They're mainly focusing on delivery rather than the people there in person.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Absolutely terrible customer service and rude I went throw the drive thru waited at the speak for about 10 mins with no reply after saying hello about 20 times so drove to the window and was meet by staff who were rude and I stated they no one answered the speaker and been waiting at least 15 mins and they say they can't take my order even tho they have before at this window I can see the woman with the headset around her neck no good there needs to be near your ear then they tell me I have to go back around so I left will no be going back VERY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Never before have I been asked do drive back around through a drive through again to the back of a queue to serve my food because they need to make my order and wanted to serve the car behind me, top that off when I got back around they didn't even have my order that was made through the app, had to sit there for 10 minutes before I said I would just drive off and call up customer services to cancel the order, you wonder why its dead inside.
