Went with my son on our way home worst mistake Ordered what I thought was two meals for only one meal to come and two drinks wasn’t given order number or receipt so unsure if I paid for my sons meal twice by time I got his mine was cold Also the toilets are horrible not locks on doors and so dirty I heard another customer say this to the staff she really didn’t look bothered Won’t be going back here !

Who ever the indian woman working on the last window on DT today (19 Dec) needs customer service training. There is only 2 cars on the DT and you are struggling. Missing items and wrong orders in wrong bags. Its not that serious. It was a simple order. Please management. Micro manage your staff better.

Freezing, really bad burger, just terrible value

Me and my partner we went there as we wanted a change from other fast food. We went there as we like Burger King but we actually never go because this Burger King close to our house it’s very unwelcoming. Inside it’s freezing we’ve been talking to a mother and son in there and they didn’t want to stay there long as there was no sense spending time in a place where you go to keep warm and eat out but it’s always cold as they never turn the heating on. They said to her the heating doesn’t work but in reality it’s been years like this keeping lying to customers. It’s warmer outside than inside in the winter like they don’t want people staying or going there. The staff very rude and there’s no one ever ready to welcome you to order or in the floor. Their personality are cold like the temperature inside. Another thing is they don’t speak to you so they presume you just eat away from there not asking anything of what you might want. No music at all inside never and all you can hear is voice call from staff phones or order from deliveries. Never been in my life all over the world to such terrible place and I’m fed up of this keeping happening because Burger King is a big company and the owner should read this to put this people a close look and investigate them because they are ruining the reputation of this places and I bet that many people that they would happily eat at Burger King they won’t do for the things I’m mentioning. Today really encouraged me to take such step after realizing a kid and mother being very sad in that table and rather be at home. No one ever cleaning the tables and the floor full of napkins and the tables are dirty. The female toilet was clean. The food was cold and it was shout out after 2 seconds as they already have no customers and they have constantly I checked everything ready so they don’t have to work not even that little. I worked myself in hospitality for many years and this is unacceptable and probably in breakage of standards. I really ask to investigate this place. As it’s really unbelievable and you want believe until you experience how cold atmosphere and staff and the sad feelings that you gonna feel there. And the revenue they gonna make is probably sad too. I will attach a video here obviously you not going to feel the cold but it proves the place I’m talking about. Also the people leaving 5 stars review they have a pattern in names, ethnicity and most of them work in there and other burger kings as I was opening they profile one by one and checking them out. Also the pattern in days as they want to cover the negative reviews and cover their a**** from the company. Please it’s really disturbing watching this happening and I repeat I understand asking friends and family and workers to leave reviews but first try to actually do the job and actually do it properly because all the reviews they actually mentioning the disappointment of the people and don’t lie to yourself as you just want to keep your jobs. I don’t see a single positive review out of that pattern of people I was talking about.

Has ordered 5 meals and 4-5 items were missing and when we go back and asked about it they were showing very rude behaviour. Didn't even apologise for what happened.

Order of +£40 missing half of the food 20 nuggets, 2 drinks and 1 large and small cookie doughs. Couldn't refund and didn't pick up calls. £20 down the drain.

Do NOT get the halloumi fries...can I even call it that? It is the most artificial thing I've ever tasted, it was rubbing against my teeth as I chew as if I was eating rubber or something. What a waste of money. The Fanta frozen is good though but yuck to those "fries".

I and my family enter this place for a quick bite and once we made the our order they didn't know how to take payment and left me waiting standing until the i have asked to speak to the manager called Celia kept passing by me and ignoring me not even a made a eye contact then came a wile later arriving with a arrugante atitude and asking me what you want and no apology it felt discussing and then food arrived cold. I will never go back there again after a terrible experience.

Went today to get a good meal after church, and I was not disappointed. Got the chicken royale with cheese meal. The new kiosks make ordering at Burger King much easier and quicker. Good experience.

Food, tastes normal, but the amount of mistakes with 4 people working and only 3 orders is crazy. They're arguing with other customers when they clearly were in the wrong. I don't think the staff knows what they're doing. I'm saying this from 3rd persons perspective. Personally, I've been waiting for my order for almost half an hour. I Don't recommend at all.

Definitely have to RE Review - lady doesn’t know what’s going on even when I tell her £ and what I want. the other reviews also show this place does need new management or takeover as 2nd time I was waiting over 15mins for 2 £4 burgers which is no good

Worse customer services ever, we arrived at 21:30 on a Sunday, to order food and use the toilet. As we tried to use the toilet first, lady called Priyank(manager) storms out shouting at us “don’t use the toilet as we are closed”. when the signs in the door signs says otherwise and google says otherwise, she lies saying “the place is closing at 10pm. “ We said “okay so that’s gives us 30min, we just want to quickly use the toilet and get our food”.But she told us “no go do it outside” I was like “but you don’t close till 11pm”. She was very rude and dismissive. Didn’t even want to listen at all. Honestly I was shocked. I hope Burger King can retrain their staff/managers because the services is rubbish with this new management. DO BETTER.

Went to the feltham branch around 5.40 ish on sat 21st September. Got 3 meals and one of which was a chimichurri burger with chimichurri fries and a side of onion rings. At first they forgot the burger all together then we realised the chips also weren't there. We asked where they were, they said we didn't order them and even printed the receipt. I was fine with paying extra for them but they said they'd be an extra £5, i wasn't happy with this as it was only £1.50 on top of the meal when we were ordering them. I said its okay, refund the whole meal and we'll start again. A girl i presume the manager, Priyanka, came over and was very rude to us. They started speaking their own language in front of us!!! They then took our onion rings back (which they couldn't now serve because they were cold) and we paid £2 extra for my chips. Overall not a pleasant experience. I don't expect to be spoken to in such a rude manner and especially not to have members of staff talking over us in their own language. I can not stress enough how rude they were to us

I got very ill from eating a chimicuri Angus burger and cheesy bites. I Projectile vomited and I am having constant diarrhea.

Very unsatisfied with this particular outlet. Burgers were overcooked fries were cold. When using the mens facility room I found outdated toilet, sink and hand dryer. Water all over the floor just under the basins. Cubicle door cannot be locked as part of the door latch is missing. We all went through the covid 19 pandemic and yet here in 2024 they still have a touch hand dryer whereas in vast amount of places hand dryers are hands free as a safety measure but not here at BK Feltham. Just appalling.

Used to come here quite regularly but the women at the drive thru became extremely rude and borderline aggressive for no apparent reason. I then got severe food poisoning, which I had never had from BK. Have not been back or eaten at BK since.

Very disappointed, my mother ordered loaded fries and burgers, she received no loaded fries yet paid for them and they gave her no receipt and didn’t even answer the phone when we rang when we got back and realised there was no loaded fries in the bag yet she paid for them. Also her burger was cold. And there was only one person in front of her and the restaurant wasn’t busy.

Service was quick and efficient, but probably because I was the only customer in there. As for the food, never again. I ordered hamburger and it was the most tasteless burger I had in my life. The bun was so old that it was hard to chew and it would get stuck to the top of my mouth. It was just disgusting. I haven't been to a BK in the UK in a few years and always wondered why do I see less and less branches. My experience today explains it. Never again.

Zero respect for delivery riders, excessive waiting time, no value for delivery orders, adding on that they ignore you when you ask them if you order is ready or not, no answer, i advise you to not order online from this shop, it takes them 15min or more to make your order but they cant even waist 5 sec to tell “you order is not ready”, you deserve the review rate you have, you even deserve less stars
