They say open 24 hours yet they say at 2.00 am they cannot take any orders. What’s the point of visiting the restaurant to find they are shut. This has happened on many occasions and they are really cheesing me off. Either you’re open or your not, you choose.

I ordered food from Uber Eats. I have had issues with this restaurant 6 times already. Always missing items, cold food, and the last time, they gave my order to the wrong driver and they finished as a completed order. That was all the money I had to order food tonight and now the refund will take up to 5 business days to be back in my bank account.

Waited over 20 minutes in the drive through & my burger was wrapped in a stale bun. Not impressed at all. I won't be back. I should have read the reviews first.

Yet again, really awful service. I pulled up to the drive through order point and waited and waited. Eventually i said hello, anyone there, and a surprised-sounding individual took my order. Which was: a double sausage and egg McMuffin meal, a bacon roll and 2 flatbreads. I paid and pulled forward to the window, whete I was given my OJ and asked to go to the second window, where I waited 12 minutes (i counted) while no fewer than 9 cars behind me were served. Eventually i blasted the car horn several times and another surprised individual came to the window. I was then given some food. The girl recited my order correctly, but what I actually got was 2 flatbreads (so far so good), a single sausage and egg McMuffin meal, and another single sausage and egg McMuffin. Nobody expects great food from Maccies, but the very least you should expect it that they get your order right and don't forget about you. Not once has this branch done that for me and I will NEVER use it again. Absolute crap.

Don’t go here!!!! the table was dirty and unclean when seated we got handed dirty drink glasses, the food was cold, awful service from one of the waiters who looked miserable, poor hygiene from the same waiter wiping their snotty nose on their hands and not washing them, dropping food and picking it up still not washing their hands, people waiting to be seated and being ignored, food was brought out and was wrong while the manager sat doing nothing, when we told a worker about the dirty waiter she told us she’d handle it right away and the snotty waiter still never went and washed his hands, dirty chefs who were also wiping their hands all over themselves, we eventually made a complaint and got a refund, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY STAY AWAY!!

30 mins in drive thru and there was only 6 cars in front of us to the kiosk. So slow, cars were hooting their horns in the Q, so frustrating, and it’s not the first time. Food was good but not worth a 30 minute wait.

Absolutely ridiculous can't change sauce on a big tasty to big Mac sauce, despite not having an issue doing this at other branches. Staff unhelpful, never again went to KFC instead

I would like to bring to your attention an ongoing issue with the drive-thru service at your McDonald's location. While I have no complaints about the food or the staff's demeanor, I have noticed a concerning pattern with the right-hand side service speaker taking precedence over the left-hand side speaker. On multiple occasions, I have found myself waiting an unreasonable amount of time at the left-hand speaker while vehicles that arrived after me at the right-hand speaker were served first. This preferential treatment is not only frustrating but also unfair to those who arrive first. I understand that operational efficiency is crucial, but prioritizing one side of the drive-thru over the other creates an inequitable experience for customers. I kindly request that you address this matter and ensure that all customers are served in a fair and timely manner, regardless of which speaker they use.

The lady serving called my number then turned her back and chatted to a friend whilst i tried to ask for some tomato sauces. I gave up and went home where i discovered she hadnt bothered to correctly put everything in the bag. Great stuff, fast easy food turned into an unnecessary hassle from lazy workers.

At mcdonalds weekey now (30th August) dirty dirty dirty. Dirty tables dirty floor and inside bins over flowing. No cleaners on today and no staff interested in cleaning, three managers and all are oblivious.

Disappointing Experience at McDonald’s (Again!) I’m honestly tired of visiting McDonald’s only to find that half the menu isn’t available—AGAIN. I went in today hoping to grab a milkshake, but surprise, surprise, they weren’t available (for what feels like the 100th time). It’s becoming a joke. It’s not just the milkshakes either. Other items were unavailable too. What’s the point of a menu if you never have the items? Very frustrating and definitely not worth the trip. McDonald’s needs to seriously get it together. Won’t be returning anytime soon.

Wtf is this £2.25 for just ice cream no sauce in mc Flurry no chocolate!! Missing happy meal ordered on app no choice to get money back. apart from a one good batch off chips the other day this is a sht show 🤷🏼♂️ 13£ for one half eaten mc Flurry 1 cheeseburger 2 chicken mayos 😂😂😂😂

The staff are amazing, but it can get very busy so prepare for a long wait for your food. There was a missing item from our meal, but the lovely lady at the desk sorted this straight away.
