ordered party sharing bucket £34 i have had this twice and still got the order wrong so the third time of ordering i did say please get the order right ,when i got home the order was missing wings and popcorn chicken ,tried ringing the shop but no answer ,not returning

Great team, great customer service. Best Kfc in town, amazing to see the improvement in the last year. Quicker, tastier and clean, can’t ask for more

Ordered 17 items at drive thru. When home 2 miles away 1 item wrong, 4 missing. Drove back, whilst waiting for correction, 1 guy was given 2 bags of the same order left laughing to himself, one women waited 15 minutes to be told by counter your orders disappeared are you sure you haven’t had it!? It’s clear they all just fill same bags with no system to check items are correct.This place is literally chaos. But looking at these reviews looks like the franchisee doesn’t give a t*** . I won’t be using this circus again.

Went through drive through ordering my family meals each totalling just under £30. We were told to wait in the bay. After several trips to staff and being snapped at by a staff member stating they were busy, I requested a refund. I was refused and told it was on its way. I got chatting to another drive through customer who was still waiting on his order for 30 minutes! There were only 3 drive through orders on the screen! After a staff attempting to deliver someone else's order to us, I went to speak to staff inside again as it was now over half hour wait (what happened to their 6 minute food rule?). I asked for the second time for a refund to be told it was on its way. I asked to speak to a manager as I just wanted my refund as we had been waiting so long. I was informed from the staff member she was the manager!. I asked to speak to someone else as I had requested a refund 3 times now and been refused following 35 mins of waiting. She refused again and then my order arrived at the counter. I said I wanted the refund not the food as it was too late to eat it now because of where we had to get to next and the reason we stopped off at a fast food place was to get fast food! She then continued to shout at me, picked up my order and smashed it to the ground there infront of me violently screaming and then walked off. Another 5 minutes gefore I was given my refund by a different manager once the entire restaurant had finished staring at the violent episode and cleared up all the mess created by the attack. Not what is expected from KFC staff or is this the norm??

Fast food at its slowest more bothered about uber eats and outher deliverys than eating in customers a staff member who you can't even understand who shouts out the 4 digit number when your waiting then gives you the wrong items and shrugs there shoulders when you ask a question about it absolute moron on the counter food was good but bad customer service

Busy Saturday night, order wrong, food barely warm, bread stale. 25min wait for chicken!! Disappointed

This is our local KFC and my son loves KFC, however, this place infuriates me! Every time we go the service is ridiculously slow and there's always an issue of some kind. Just recently, there's always an error on our order. Today is my son's birthday and he doesn't ask for much but as a treat wanted a birthday KFC. I queue as I always do at the "drive thru" for 25 minutes to get to the front of the queue to be told its cash only! I had no cash so had to park up and go inside and wait again to be served. I explained that there's always a problem on every visit and didn't even get so much as an apology. I told the staff how there always seems to be an issue on every visit, as last visit the gravy was missing from the order. I felt the bag to check the order and drove home. Once home I realised that the gravy I'd ordered was in fact beans which my son doesn't like. They couldn't even get a simple order for one correct. Some customer service staff training is most definitely required.

How KFC are still in business is beyond me. £24 6 piece family feast and 6 fillets. 4 pieces of the family feast were so dried out they were inedible. The chips were cold, dried out. Absolutely disgusting. I think the environmental health needs to drop in here because food was not at the temperature it should have been. So so bad. Lesson learned.

To start things of the bread was as soggier than a wet tea bag, in connection to this a child behind me was poking chips down my neck the whole experience and when i complained i was told to sym. On another level i couldn’t fit my wheelchair through the door so my nan rammed me through. Once again i stumble into the shop to my ears blesses with the sound of a loyal kfc fella 6’2 sht run hair like a mong chased me out the shop with a wet floor sign saying no gravy!!

Utterly miserable experience dining at this KFC. Rude, miserable staff. Never give salt, napkins or forks. I will never visit this place again. Avoid!

After waiting 26 minutes, asking was food actually ready before paying and asking name of manager for complaint re organisation and wait time (PAIGE) Then arriving home to find the bag with a bulky box in actually contained just 1 main item – unbelievable Complaint form online will not submit complaint COMPLETELY SHOCKING service

I got two family feasts the other day, This is by far the worst KFC i have been to look at photos the chicken had blood in it and was undercooked and the gravy was just like water I WILL NEVER GO TO KFC (drive through) AGAIN IN WARRINGTON No apology did not even answer my complaint. Only giving 1 star as 0 stars isn't an option. Ordered after 20 mins, waited about another 30 mins to get to the second window where it was clear the staff hadn't go a clue what they were doing or any basic English skills - they gave us the wrong order, then asked for our receipts to check and still got it wrong!! (Took 3 of them). Took about 15 mins to sort it out. The girl on the second window was so rude!! Last time we'll visit a kfc.

Do not use this restaurant. Sat staring at a window for no one to answer, drive past thinking it’s broke to hear the staff ask the car behind for their order!! Sat in a queue for over 30 minutes before we got to the front to tell them we still needed to order. Go anywhere else!!

Sat in drive thru for 15 minutes only to get to the window and be told it’ll be another 10 minutes whilst they cook some chicken, actually took 20, so 35 mins in total 🙄

Food was extremely greasy. it's the worst kfc we've had. If I had gone to the toilet first, I certainly wouldn't have stayed! Each one was absolutely filthy. They had clearly not been cleaned for days. We won't be returning.

The waiting time is discusting for a fast food establishment we visit once a week and each time we wait at least 30 minutes this week it was 45 minutes next week maybe one hour the staff are running round not knowing what to do and loos like there isn’t a manager or supervisor on site the whole place needs a overhaul or shut down

Visited earlier and was the first car in the drive-thru. Sat at the collection window to be passed our drinks and then sat and waited 14 minutes for our food. There was no communication at all, not even a ‘sorry for your wait’. I looked to see if I could find a KFC website to complain. Apart from that there was not even a please or thank you. The staff looked completely miserable and doesn’t make you want to visit again. You can forgive a bad meal but not bad service.

Not a big fan of KFC but it was an emergency! Needed food late . The drive stays open quite late and the food was freshly prepared. Ordered a meal with two pieces and fries and drink with gravy. It is the gravy that makes the meal !!

The staff of this kfc was really inexperienced and disorganized. They made a lot of mistakes in my order and in the one of my aunty. Thankfully they repaired at the mistakes.

When we assigned this restaurant looked untidy with a number of tables having uncleared tables - I then made a BIG mistake and placed an order.

I have probably never been to a slower and more disorganised KFC in my life. One girl literally just stands next to the drinks machine and doesn't move even though other others need help.

Very slow drive through visit yet again, get your act together KFC those poor staff must take the brunt of all the customer frustrations, bins on the Car park flowing over with rubbish, if that's the standard of what we can see I wonder what we can't see is like? People just need to stop using it maybe KFC will get the message instead of resting on the name!

Visited this evening (friday) at 20.30pm.

My wife tried to use the disabled toilet at about 15.45 on Wednesday 29th August. There was no toilet roll so she had to try to use the Ladies' toilet instead. She encountered the same problem there. She asked one of the staff for a toilet roll and, armed with one, she returned to the disabled toilet. She put the seat down and was appalled to find what looked like several days of crusted urine on the seat. She washed it off with soap and water in order to be able to use it. She was pleased to report that the flush worked

Popped in with my daughter for a treat. Shocking service took forever to be served & when we did the lad acted like he didn't want to be there & disappeared a few times to do anything but serve on the till. Food wasn't great either when it arrived. Won't be going here again !!!

Buying normal food for hospital patient was quick and easy through this drive thru fast food restaurant . A two piece meal with fries and drink approx £4 with gravy £5 and a fillet burrito for about £5 . Burrito good except for soggy lettuce.

I’ve worked in the fast food industry before, at a different KFC, so I understand how the store works and everything. But this store is ridiculous, they literally never have the full menu on, asked for a burger and they had no buns, then asked for a wrap and they had no wraps and no corn on the cob either. I feel sorry for the staff because I’m sure it’s not their fault, that they’re understand and never having anything in. Something seriously needs doing about this as many people I know are avoiding this place and going to winwick or Widnes. We always wait 10 plus minutes for our order, and the staff are never happy or friendly or apologetic about the wait. They seriously need to sort this out.

Still no chicken. This was supposed to be sorted months ago. How can they STILL have no stock of the ONLY thing they sell? Don't bother going here because they're shut due to having no food.

Ok, the location is not that good, particularly if you arrive on foot which is probably the most polluted part of Warrington (air and litter and general filth), but coming by car it has a more appealing outlook. Food usual KFC standard in a clean pleasant atmosphere.

just want to say that the staff here work very hard , and it is a busy place at times but the manager has always been really nice and when something does happen like maybe something missing from the order ect he always corrects it and makes sure he gives you a discount . we can all make mistakes but i have found him to be fair . we still need to come back for our birthday treat meal . i have always noticed how clean it is and all the staff seem very nice indeed . thank you and see you soon

The food is good here (providing it's not out of stock) - it is KFC as you would expect.

After 10 to 15 minutes no one in the queue had been served. The seemed to have 2 people in the kitchen and one hovering near the tills. If you want food from here, check the bins; it would be faster and better service.

Brand New establishment, it did not disappoint. Quick service, very friendly staff. the food was very tasty and the restaurant was spotless

Food was a very good standard KFC fare, mega bucket, fries, drink, and Strawberry sundae. Service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff, courteous people. Place is clean and tidy (as soon as a table vacated - it is cleaned and prepared for the next customers immediately).
