Order all the time never had a problem, unfortunately items missing tonight, frustrating when paid for and not received.

Chips could of been cooked longer

we initially ordered at around 7:30pm to find at 8pm that our order had been cancelled (drivers unavailable? still awaiting refund) however 2nd attempt of ordering I was validated in trying again, food arrived hot and tasty, plenty of food. Canadian burger 10/10. chips 8/10 slightly anemic and unseasoned, nothing some salt and vinegar can't fix, however not soggy and thoroughly cooked, donner and steak kebab 10/10. our new go to takeaway!

Perfect as always!! On time and great value for money

I'm not sure how late our order was, maybe 10 mins, but it was definitely worth the wait!! The chips were amazing!! I think it's the first time my daughter ate every single bit. I had forgot to add a small chips to my internet order so I phoned, the lady was lovely and very understanding, she said to give the driver the driver the money for them.

Waited over 1hour 30 minutes when i got it it was not hot just warm i asked for fresh onions on both sausage dinners did not get any

Pitta bread rock hard, steak just as hard as the pitta bread, chips was all mushy and falling apart, salad was brown and watery, won’t ordering again

Can't enjoy food that has not been delivered. Was ordered for 4pm and still not arrived

Turned up late. Didn't have the rice I ordered. The chips tasted odd. The onion rings were really soggy. The fish was NOT fresh. Suffice to say, I won't be ordering again.

the Main entrance is where you come in to the hospital not A+E entrance.

burger was an absolute mess soggy bread cold called them after being 20 mins late to be told 20mins then another 40 mins till delivery then it arrived an absolute mess will never order again

chips were nice, the batter on the fish far to greasy. was an unpleasant eat. soaked in grease

Best food ever kind employees and a very chill and comfortable place

Foods always great, but they messed up my order. Should have been Garlic Mayo on my donner meat, but they put it on my sons plain cheeseburger instead. So he wouldn't eat it, wasted meal but still good food.

ordered fish and chips, they forgot the chips, all the over food was cold, don't bother with this place they'll rip you off and won't have a care in the world about it.

You Forgot a drink a sausage and beans! The chips and fish was extremely soggy, the rest of the food was nice and we did appreciate the free garlic bread with cheese

Food is always hot. The only reason I’ve given a four star for quality is because I ordered coleslaw. Red cabbage and mayo is not what coleslaw is supposed to be

Upon my recent visit, despite its unchanged name, I no longer regard it as a traditional fish and chip shop, given the shift in focus towards a broader selection of fast food, including pizzas, kebabs, fried chicken, wraps, among others. A look through the reviews, I noted a high number of low ratings attributed to delivery issues, a challenge that seems commonplace among many food establishments reliant on delivery services for timely and satisfactory food delivery. The staff were courteous and efficient, offering swift service and freshly cooked fish upon order. Overall, I found it to be an acceptable take-away option, albeit with scope for enhancement. Food was good. However my jalapeño bites were missing.

Fantastic food, always hot and on time. Proper chippy chips, gorgeous pizzas and kebabs. Chicken breast delicious too!! Highly recommend

Oh my goodness this food was absolutely beautiful When the soft crispy chicken entered my mouth it took me back to 1992 in Limerick where the Shannon waters shined so bright I was 8 years old and my mother was cooking in the kitchen while my father was fixing the lights on his 1990 Ford Cortina (it was red) if I could give 10 stars I would, I’m gonna get this again as soon as my universal credit Grant payment comes in. Lovely staff

Took ages to arrive then it arrived with no Gravy and freezing cold he said he was sending fresh out but hasn’t

Some of the order was missing and took over 2 hours to resend the missing items. Which were freezing and floating in grease 🤢

I don’t know why all the negative reviews. They serve great food and the staff are friendly. One of the best in Warrington by far.

Food missing, the barms was hard and still half frozen and the chips were really hard like dinner time warm ups really disappointed

Spot on as always they did forget my pizza but were straight on it and it was delivered within 10 mins it is extremely rare that anything is missing but unlike other takeaways the driver went back and got it... excellent service!!!!

Very bad I’m awaiting my meal it hasn’t arrived ,despite the driveling where I lived. 5 times

Placed an order and it said 40 mins delivery, 1 hr later still no delivery tried to call them numerous times and just ringing out ( order placed on Just Eat)

Delivery was extremely slow, chips wernt properly cooked, although the kebab was Definetly better the whole thing was let down by the delivery time being over an hour late. After already waiting 35-50 minutes, completly unacceptable

The food isn't cooked the service damages your stuff and blame you and the atmosphere is like a away day in sports

ordered meal deals with sauces being on food i asked for the sauces to be put in pots,both came with chilli sauce on them,one off i asked for no sauce as i wanted it in a pot,i did get get them but both were garlic mayo,should off been one and one chilli sauce,i had to scrap most off it off my food so i didnt have a lot left,staff need to read notes proper to get the orders right.

No one anwser the phone and it was late but the food taste good so it’s not all bad.

apart from it being 45 mins earlier than what we were told by just eat (2nd time this has happened !)it was delicious as always. the only sad part was we weren't ready for it, so it had to sit on the table for almost an hour, so we had to re heat it xx

Do not order from this place. We placed an order at 6pm sat 12th Jan.on the app it said the food was on its way.over 2 hrs later no progress, continued tried to telephone but phone constantly in answered. We decided to drive down there to be told in an abusive manner that they tried to deliver but no answer.Even though we had the evidence on the app that it wasntv delivered they failed to replace the food and acted in a bad manner.£15 lost.Disgraceful..

Can never fault the food we order from here …today the food was horrid the chips were like rubber and the donner meat must of been a few days old!!

Ask for plenty of salt and vinegar and there was none.

I’m pregnant was eating the steak pie and when I bit into it, the meat was pink and wasn’t cooked properly this is dangerous for my pregnancy won’t be ordering from here again.

Lovely Fish in a light batter - perfect. The large chips is plenty for 3 people or 4 with smaller appetites. We order from here regularly and the food and delivery time never disappoints.
