Massive portion of kebab meat and salad, which was all so good. Porky pizza is our favourite.

Ordered at 6.30, delivery due between 6.55/7.15. phoned at 7.15 to be told it was on the way. Phoned back at 7.45 and was told only 2 drivers, and it should be with me soon. Finally turned up at 7.58. food barely warm, left most of it

Ordered about 19.45hrs and it said the delivery would be between 20.25hrs and 20.45hrs, at 20.55hrs I rang up to see where it was, the line was engaged, 28 calls later I decided to go to the shop to see what had happened, the girl said there must be a problem with the phones which was BS then told me it’s already out for delivery, I then traveled back home and about 20 minutes later it turned up, popped it in the microwave and will never order from them again as it’s happened before to others

Takes the absolute piss with delivering to your door and IF they do answer when you ring for an update no one seems to know what’s going on, ordered from here a few times but not again after this. Definitely shouldn’t take so dam long to deliver a pizza 😂😂 Update not even received my food yet I’m convinced it will never arrive 😂

You can't fault this place the food is always perfect you get plenty for your money and I have never had missing items 10 stars every time

Absolutely disgraceful delivery time! The phone is constantly engaged, we tried calling 28 times to check on our order, no response. We ended up driving to the takeaway to ask where our order was, to be told that it was out for delivery! It’s been an hour and a half and still no sign of the food.

Food has been 2 hours and 15 minutes. I was told food had left 50 minutes ago. The phone has now been engaged constantly for ages, pretty sure they’ve taken it off the hook.

Every time I order from here and ask for salt and vinegar I get none at all I order with salt and vinegar because that’s how I like it, try reading what the customer wants before you prepare the order

Have been to captains table on and off for a long time. Certainly the worst fish I’ve had and around 45 mins later than the initial delivery time given, 30 mins later than the revised time.

The best pizza and burger I ever had. These guys have some magic to make people their regular customers. So happy.. ❤️💐

ordered the 10in hot and spicy pizza and the Mexican Doner wrap...food arrived on time and hot!! very tasty and good portions....worth the money

normally the food is really nice, but today I couldn't eat any of the chips they were hard or scratchings that were left, I can't believe they served them like that.

Order a donnercalzone with chips and burger sauce. Assured it would be 20-25 mins at most. 2 hours later, only a dinner calzone arrived. No chips in there and no sauce. Employee just wanted to argue and give it to a delivery driver in 15 mins for him to make a new one. Asked for a refund as I’m not waiting 3 hours but was refused… incredibly unhelpful and not what I ordered either. Shambolic.

The food was unexpectedly really nice I’ve never been a fan of captain’s table but seen the hygiene rating had changed and heard the staff had to so thought I’d give it ago and I was shocked the food was exactly how I asked for it to be cooked so it was all made fresh delivery time was before the time stated so all in all am very pleased

It was delivered early!! Food was really hot and freshly cooked and I even got a free portion of chips that they had wrote a little smiley face on and it said free which gave me a smiley face ordered from here loads I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it’s so good!!

The food, once it arrived was actually really good, however delivery service has gone very poor. Took 1 hour 30 minutes to arrive and was way past the window of time communicated. As the food was so nice and hot, I doubt very much it had been out for delivery all that time, so the restaurant perhaps just needs to be more honest with their preparation and delivery times to prevent disappointment/unnecessary calls chasing orders etc.

JUST DON'T ORDER FROM HERE, that's my recommendation... Even though, I have been ordering from this specific place for over 20 times, this place recently turned into a "joke" to say the least.... Last time I ordered, the delivery was one hour late, when it came, it was cold af... I won't order from this place ever again, if I ever did, I would probably get spitted into my food, judging from the "attitude" after the phone call to the place...

Delivery was due at the latest 9.40pm arrived at 10.15 and pizza was cold. I called restaurant at 10.10pm and they told me ringing driver. Raised my concerns about being worried the pizza would arrive cold and was told it wouldn't as they use bags for them. Clearly don't as it did arrive cold and very late.

I was a regular customer until tonight! Food was nearly an hour late when I asked for an update they came back with the excuse of heavy traffic! No traffic at all! When the driver did finally turn up he said they was very busy and he himself said there was NO TRAFFIC!! I will no longer be ordering from here!!

The most disgusting food I have ever had from take away. Chips that could break stones, Donner meat had suspicious smell and the sauces... I can't even call it sauces, not sure what they was made from, but disgusting aftertaste will haunt you for hours. I. Do. Not. Recommended.

ordered a 12" chicken and donner calzone didn't come with chicken and wasn't a 12" was alot smaller, kids wasn't happy with their chicken nuggets, but the burger was lovely, we always order from here and usually very happy but tonight was Abit of a let down

Food missing, rude customer service

fantastic service and great food they even rang me to ask if everything was ok with the food after I had a bad experience half an hour earlier with the takeaway from The Crispy Cod. I would highly recommend them 👌
