First time trying a special burger with egg and bacon and it was absolutely beautiful I think this is my new favourite 10/10

Absolutely lovely takeaway! Did a large order and everything came hot and fresh. We ordered from just about every section of the menu and everything was good. Really recommend! 🩷🥰🩷🥰🩷😂🥰🩷

Being late isn't the problem. it's when the app tells me to enjoy my meal, assuming it has been delivered when it hasn't arrived yet. Am I just supposed to hope that it'll be delivered??

food arrived perfect time. the chips were soggy and lots of burnt ones and black bits in the box. wrong sauce was put on the donner meat and completely missing one part of the order. disappointing as always order from here.

The food arrived about 35 mins after the expected delivery time, but it was piping hot as if it was made 2 mins ago. Don't provide delivery times if you can't stick to them.

Driver turned up with the calzone and the fishcake missing so basically 50% of the order, gave it him back and cancelled. Good job I opted to pay cash.. Never again.

The food always arrives hot and tastes amazing . Delivery is always on time. I can't fault anything.

Expected at 19:25. Delivered at 19:52. I called at 19:36 to check if it was on its way and they did say it had been a busy night and apologised and said that they use their own drivers so the eta isn’t correct. I Enjoyed the meal and will order again in the future.

Said on the app food had been delivered .. half an hour already late I phone the restraunt and they claimed 5 more mins . Gave the benefit of the doubt and waited and still no food we’re now 45 mins into past delivery and still have no food. Might just start eating my hands - I’d get seen to at A&E quicker ..

Food extremely late although it was hot. Most of the food was nice but there was too much chilli sauce on one of the kebabs so it wasn’t eaten.

Delivery person polite, food lovely. I order from Captain’s Table frequently and enjoy the food every time.

Food has been absolutely beautiful every time we have ordered and always a super fast delivery. Called on one occasion as order got mixed up and got rectified straight away ( everyone makes mistakes) ! Honestly can’t fault them! Thankyou and will continue to order

I am very disappointed with service from both yourselves & captains table. I placed an order for delivery for 18.30. The driver came at 18.10. I was not ready to receive the order at this time. I called the restaurant. And asked them to deliver my order at the correct time.I also said that I did not want the order that had been stuck in the drivers car for half an hour. delivery came at 18.45. It was freezing cold. I know that it was the initial order that the driver tried to bring earlier

delivered wrong food apart from my sons calzone that went cold waiting for nine and my other sons because he didn't want to eat without us .then driver come back without my food took the wrong food back to shop .I had to then wait extra hour for my food . that come without my pop so rang them back and they never come back with mine and my boys drinks !! peas was hard nothing mushy about them chips was under cooked my pudding was cold inside .my sons burger was burnt the other chips was cold.

Order had been delayed then was still late on the delayed time. Final delivery time was 9:35pm originally to be 8:40pm

order made at 5.40pm when it said should take 35m - 50m to deliver. after order was paid for said would be later, due to arrive 6.30-6.50pm. no sign by 7.10pm so began calling the restaurant repeatedly until order arrived at nearly 7.55pm. they never answered phone once & eventually used the text option which said delayed & would arrive at 7.45pm. which it still didn't. made a request to get some money back & they refused stating driver was stuck in traffic. appalling attitude never using again.

Preordered for 4.15pm as we order chips for our football team every week. Turned up 1 hour and 20 minutes late! Flavourless as well. Wouldn't order from again.

absolute shocking take away, meant to be fast food, told me it was to be delivered at 2025-2045, after ordering at 1930, didnt turn up untill 2120, no apolgy from delivery driver, restaurant told me driver was stuck in heavy traffic at 2100 in the evening, yeah ok!!. this isnt the first time this takeaway have been late, food was cold when it got here!!! my advice simply avoid

Food was very disappointing, prawn toast was burnt, black in-fact ! Pie,chips & gravy was cold and undercooked. Items are not clearly identified as fish under fish and chips category does not come with chips ! 2 ⭐️.

Ordered at 6.30, delivery due between 6.55/7.15. phoned at 7.15 to be told it was on the way. Phoned back at 7.45 and was told only 2 drivers, and it should be with me soon. Finally turned up at 7.58. food barely warm, left most of it

Ordered about 19.45hrs and it said the delivery would be between 20.25hrs and 20.45hrs, at 20.55hrs I rang up to see where it was, the line was engaged, 28 calls later I decided to go to the shop to see what had happened, the girl said there must be a problem with the phones which was BS then told me it’s already out for delivery, I then traveled back home and about 20 minutes later it turned up, popped it in the microwave and will never order from them again as it’s happened before to others

You can't fault this place the food is always perfect you get plenty for your money and I have never had missing items 10 stars every time

Chicken wraps are great and we'll worth the money. Never had a bad meal from there.
