Terribly long wait for food in the drive through!

Excellent customer service. Received my order in under a minute. Crew member on front was excellent and only added to the resounding positive experience

Enjoyed my food and the speedy service.

Chicken Royale cam with loads of cheese on it (didn't order any cheese). Double cheeseburger was missing ketchup, mustard, pickles and as a result was tasteless. Avoid!

Food was cold again along with the coffee. The place is a mess and everyone behind the counter should still be at school. They just natter amongst themselves.

Waited nearly 30mins in the drive thru, people were turning off their cars that’s how bad of a wait it was and it always is. Seem to be understaffed and under trained. Don’t recommend stopping here unless you’re looking for “slow food”

Dreadful service at the drive thru, waited 45 minutes and as you cannot get out of the drive thru you couldn't even change your mind and leave. Obviously taking too many online/just eat orders to provide a speedy drive thru service. Shocking!

Came here tonight and all the food was hot and fresh and the staff were lovely especially the manager( think he was called Joe or Jim). The restaurant was very clean and I'd definitely go to this store again.

Majority of these reviews have been left by the staff and it shows. Place is slow, food ends up cold or soggy and some of the staff are rude.

Fries were hot, burgers were OK but not up to standard they used to be. Remembered why I stopped eating here years ago. Who charges extra for sauce, what is that. Also, the app is rubbish. Customer service was amazing though. Give the staff a raise.

Have you ever wondered how Burger King surrendered their No1 spot to McDonalds? Cold food served without the trace of a conscience! 20 years ago, I would have chosen Burger King over McDs every day of the week. However, in those two decades, McDs has constantly raised their game. Burger King have just given up the fight. To be fair, I very often return McDs food due to it being served cold. However, given that Burger King's selling point is "Flame Grilled Burgers", you have to wonder how they manage to do that. Have they invented cold flames? I ordered a Wopper Meal with Gourmet Fries. The fries were stone cold! I took them back to the counter and got them replaced. Second time around, they were beautiful, but why does it take two tries? The Wopper Burger was lukewarm, but I had lost my will to fight. At least my Coke was cold!

This is probably the worst BK in the UK. Cold food. Cold coffee. The place was empty at midday which likely reflects others opinions of this place. The staff looked totally demoralised. This place used to be buzzing all the time. Ger your act together.

Never delivered our order. Waited 3 hours, tried 4 times to ring with no answer. Have just ordered from somewhere else.

The only things that wasn’t cold was the coke

Long wait. Wasn't particularly busy. The order arrived with 2 items missing that were replaced. Fries were non-existent.

A great experience, ordered from the counter and Riley was very happy and helpful! There are order machines in store but I prefer ordering from the counter sometimes. The wait time was short and food hot & fresh.

I walked in today and was in a bad mood, but was instantly changed by the incredible service. Staff had smiles on their faces and was extremely quick service. 100% would recommend. Keep up the good work.

The Doritos chicken fries were hard and dry. It felt like they had been left under the warmer drawer for hours. The burgers were ok.

Why put delivery 30 45mins on the restaurant then change the time every 5 minutes after ordering? Just eat is really going downhill. Food was completly stone cold as well. Waste of money. Would not order again

Why they closed the front at night and only left 2 or 3 tables available for customers but they close at 10pm.

Absolutely terrible… Incorrect order.. I ordered Cheese fries, they had no fries soo they sent onion rings instead. Food also cold seems to be a recurring thing with these take aways.. they just need give it up as a bad job.

The whopper was limp, soggy and tasteless

Onion rings so dried out they wouldn't tear or cut. The drinks machines only had odd flavours working but weren't told. Paying 30p for a single dip sauce when the chicken burger was nearly £9 was ridiculous.

Ordered a delivery from here last night must say they actually got the order correct and arrived piping hot better than I expected it to be to be fair.

Absolutely disgusted with Burger King! Ordered 9 Chicken Dorito Flaming Fries through the drive-through, but when we got home, there were only 5 in the bag. What a joke! This isn’t a mistake—it’s daylight robbery. How hard is it to count to 9?! Thieves! We won’t be coming back.

After being delivered late after being ordered in in plenty of time the girl refused to give us the food for a further 10 mins as she said she wanted a code number even though it was paid for and my address was all over the bag and she was at the rig

Waited over 20 minutes in the drive through queue. I hoped this meant they were making every burger fresh as they were busy, so got excited for my BBQ Angus steak burger. Alas no, I feel the burger may have been fresh when I initially ordered it, but it had the warm and dryness of being sat under a heat lamp for 20 mins. I also ordered a coke, which came as a warm bottle. The additional star is only for the polite service

How does a ‘fast food’ restaurant take 90 minutes to deliver a burger??

This was so unprofessional, I ordered a Dorito flaming hot chicken fries 20 pieces and halloumi, with burger so I can share with my daughter and son, my daughter only eats the Doritos and she was craving it, picked this up as takeaway, getting home it was onion rings in the bag, I was so pissed off, had to beg my daughter, just a waste of 26pounds that night getting the wrong order, called their number and it wasn’t going through.

ordered around 5:20 wasn't delivered until 7:05 expected delivery was originally 6:05. so food arrived cold

Ordered on the app and checked in. After waiting 30 minutes I asked them to cancel the order that they hadn't even started preparing. They said they would and send a refund, they lied. Still haven't had a refund after a week! Emailed a complaint as the store can't process app refunds, no response. Absolutely disgusting service.

Arrived evening time to a very quiet restaurant, food served reasonably promptly but contained the coldest chips I've ever received, the bread on the burger was dry and the coffee only luke warm. Despite being one of the only customers there were a number of tables left uncleaned. Worth avoiding if you have other food options.

Ridiculously slow. Lad behind the counter dont bother to do anything apart turtle walking around the kitchen where rest is trying to work. 25 minutes and 3 orders on the screen so not busy at all. When busy you'll probably can collect next day 😱🤦

Food was the usual BK standard, the only issue is prioritising take out orders over actual punters in the building! But I suppose it's the same with all fast food places... 😐 No wonder the country has an obesity crisis, if people can't be bothered to leave the house. Rant over 👊

Waited a while for the food and when it was ready, it was cold and dried up. Burger edges were very dry and was less than luke warm. Wouldn't go again.

it took well over an hour to get to us and say at "courier at the restaurant" for around 30 minutes. when the food arrived it was cold but the drinks were warm.

I was refused to be severed by a person and was directed to the 'self service' machine. £3 for a portion of large chips ... 3 bloody pounds!!!

Ordered on the machine as soon as we walked in, only one other order was pending and 1 family sat inside the restaurant. we waited 20m for our food which was 1 meal and 1 burger. in this time we also watched staff be rude to 4 customers refusing to serve them at the till and told them to complete their order on the electronic board in which 2 customers walked out upset and went elsewhere. Food was barely warm and ice cream was melted, looked like it hadnt even seen a freezer. atrocious.

delivery driver left food in porch, did not ring or knock. delivery driver was incredibly rude to neighbour who asked him politely to move his car from their drive as he had visitors. 0 stars for driver. I'd take back the tip if I could.

Consistently the slowest and most disappointing service I've recieved from a BK. Regular errors in store and the drive through, often resulting in confrontations with aggressive and unhelpfully staff.
