Ridiculously slow. Lad behind the counter dont bother to do anything apart turtle walking around the kitchen where rest is trying to work. 25 minutes and 3 orders on the screen so not busy at all. When busy you'll probably can collect next day 😱🤦

Drive thru closed, 20 min wait for 2 kids meals. The burger bun was rock solid! Awful

Ordered on line to collect but was still waiting 20 min to get the food. 2 portions of chips missing. Buns on the burger was rock hard. Everything cold. Not impressed

Cold Fries, wet lettuce on burger, 20 minutes wait for "fast food" and over flowing bins.

Food was the usual BK standard, the only issue is prioritising take out orders over actual punters in the building! But I suppose it's the same with all fast food places... 😐 No wonder the country has an obesity crisis, if people can't be bothered to leave the house. Rant over 👊

Waited a while for the food and when it was ready, it was cold and dried up. Burger edges were very dry and was less than luke warm. Wouldn't go again.

The place was filthy with all bins inside and outside overflowing.

Food hot and great, coffee hot and really good quality.

I was refused to be severed by a person and was directed to the 'self service' machine. £3 for a portion of large chips ... 3 bloody pounds!!!

Ordered on the machine as soon as we walked in, only one other order was pending and 1 family sat inside the restaurant. we waited 20m for our food which was 1 meal and 1 burger. in this time we also watched staff be rude to 4 customers refusing to serve them at the till and told them to complete their order on the electronic board in which 2 customers walked out upset and went elsewhere. Food was barely warm and ice cream was melted, looked like it hadnt even seen a freezer. atrocious.

Machine was broken. So no food and didn't get my 750 points id used either.

Painfully slow service for the drive thru, had to wait about 25 mins with only 5 cars infront, it's been like this for years, they simply have no intention of improving matters, but once you're stuck in the queue, you can't leave

delivery driver left food in porch, did not ring or knock. delivery driver was incredibly rude to neighbour who asked him politely to move his car from their drive as he had visitors. 0 stars for driver. I'd take back the tip if I could.

Consistently the slowest and most disappointing service I've recieved from a BK. Regular errors in store and the drive through, often resulting in confrontations with aggressive and unhelpfully staff.

Food is good, Ordering machine no receipt, Note on till use machines, Problem is you carnt tweak your Order like no salad, Told staff about receipt stood there for 5-9 minutes

delivery took an hour, food was cold, and was missing an item, and they guy at the door asked for some random code for no reason.

Waited a long time for our order to be completed with later orders given out before ours. Food and hot chocolate only just warm. Less than 10 fries in a portion. Won't be back.

So I had the Vegan chicken whopper and was actually surprised I enjoyed it. 👌 Takeaway even though further away than other’s seems to be hotter on arrival Birchwood. Thank you.

Ordered three medium burgers meals,when I got the burgers they were cold and the fries were cold as well ,I ordered one burger without gherkins and got all three without gherkins, I was so mad I just put them in the bin, will never go back again

They are not professional, I ordered 6 burgers they gave me 4 and less fries. I paid £50 and got half.

I placed I an order at the self service screen and waited by the counter to collect my food it took over 15mins to arrive. Whilst waiting 2 members of staff were talking to each other with their backs to us and not paying any attention to customers at the counter. I man who had been through the drive in, came in to complain about missing items. He waited for the two staff to react to his presence, they didn’t. He then tutted and said excuse me loudly to get their attention. They promptly apologised and give the man the missing items. When I received my order, the chips were cold, but I ate them. The onion rings were cold and over cooked, so I took them back because they weren’t acceptable to me. They gave me some straight out of a hot section and apologised, I got them back to my table and they were hot but over cooked. I didn’t go back to complain again, because I thought there was no point. I am fan of Burger King usually, but I was disappointed this time by the service and the food on this occasion. More attention to detail and focus on customers needs.

Not fast food over 35 min wait from ordering to getting food. Not the cleanest of places.

Amazing kind staff, quick service, hot food and great music. Couldn't ask for any more. Would like to point out the management team as very good service and help out staff with issues

Did drive through and only one car waiting in front but we just sat there for almost 15 mins. Food was OK. Don't go there if you have a train to catch!

Fantastic and friendly service and for a chain my burger was made to a very high standard. The staff member who served me, Tyler, provided an excellent service and made the visit quick and unproblematic, which is everything you could want from fast food.

Absolutely shocking , 25 minutes stood waiting for food to then be served freezing cold food I don’t know what actually takes them so long. Literally no Options for drinks didn’t even have coke ! Raspberry Fanta zero was basically all that was available ! Very expensive for a cold meal

The food was great. However, the staff were unhelpful, and the restaurant was scuffy looking more. Staff stood about talking when they could have been leaning the eating area. As a disabled customer, when you order table service, that's what you should get. You don't expect to get your food, then have to go and get your drink. It's the little things that make your dining experience

All bins filled to the brim. Surrounded by flies even in the toilets and a awful smell no good drinks at all hardly anyone working and really cold hot drinks and freezing to walk into

Absolutely filthy, toilets were horrible, bins overflowing. And outside rubbish everywhere. Coffee was not hot, no cold drinks. Never go again

What a disgrace, self service, expensive, and onion rings were that hard and dry sent them back.. coke came in a bottle which wasn't even cold. No cups no ice... Really disappointing, only kids working in there, no idea, and one that had bad language... so really gone down in my last visit...

Waited a very long time for our food even though my wife, stepdaughter, and myself were the only people inside. Attention was given to drive-through orders. When we questioned about our, it was met with an uninterested attitude and poor customer service, especially by the manager. I expect a manager to lead by example and demonstrate ownership and responsibility for his/her staff,food, and service. The food had been sat on the side for a while as it was all cold. The manager actually touched the food to check the temp. That's a big no-no. My stepdaughter had to struggle in getting a replacement order. No apology was given. Not recommended!

Quick service, food nice, plenty of parking

Not been for a long long time, so with a new app downloaded decided a visit here , should of gone somewhere else , kiosk only as tills not working, kiosk seems not to sync very well with the app, assistance sorted this , you can’t actually customise your burger other than how they want you too , wanted to remove pickles but no option of doing that , so we ordered our food , not too long a wait, arrived with no napkins/ wipes so went to til and were told none available? , the air con now getting very chilly in here and food barely warm , considering it’s just been made ? Which I doubt very much , chips near cold and burgers looked like slop on a bun , general feeling of an unhappy environment in here too and not a clean one either , doesn’t bold well , only tried here due to new app and the offer on the app made good value , but definitely not , if I’d have paid full price I would have returned it for a refund which I nearly did but my wife hates a scene , so reluctantly eaten what we wanted and immediately left , will never be back at this site ever again.

Popped in for our lunch, ordered a large meal as I was hungry, only got a regular side not large, burger was lukewarm and dry, my wife paid extra for cheese and bacon on hers and they didn't put it on, so had to go back up when I think the woman making the food had misheard me and thought I'd asked her to donate a kidney with the reaction from her. Food isn't cheap at all. Went to the loo before we left and there was a metal bucket on the floor with water and what I can only assume was toilet roll in it. So if you're after overpriced lukewarm food that won't be what you ordered, and doesn't make a difference whether you order a large or regular meal cause they're exactly the same, drinks machines that either don't work or don't have all the flavours then please do call in, you just won't be seeing us in there again.

2 x Signs on counter stating, "Please uses selfservice screens. 0nly 1 0f 3 working!Cold drinks dispenser only 1 of 2 working with limited availability. Many options "Not available". Gents toilet closed. Sign saying "Please use disabled toilet," which was dirty. Tables dirty. Staff need to learn to smile. Won't be back. Luck to get 2 stars.

Hardly any drinks available. Ordered dine in table service, shout to come collect take away bag. Burgers were swimming in sauce. Toilets out of order.

Missing item not happy at all and I’ve not received a refund one child with no food

Food always take forever needs, better management and even when I order of Uber the delivery drivers cancel because they take to long and they have to find a new driver and often happens more then once on one order

Certain things were not working so I was limited to what I could buy

cold burgers, stale and hard onion rings, 45 minutes since food was ready for pick up, totally disappointed as was family get together, why accept orders if cant fur fill them properly, expect better from both companies

Ordered through the app for in store pick up. Told what i ordered wasnf sold in the store and told to take it up with the app. No help from the manager at all.

The staff were throughly miserable. We waited 20minutes for 2 xl bacon double cheeseburger meals with 2 teas,as a takeout. The food was lukewarm and the cups of tea were half full and lukewarm.

Ordered the ultimate breakfast and extra hash browns the hash browns were bitesized,crispy and tasty the breakfast burger was full of flavour from the smoked bacon I was surprised to see a sizeable omelette as part of the item everything was tasty and in my opinion a better eating experience than macdonalds breakfast meals

One of my fries were missing but everything else was top notch.

Really nice experience, friendly staff and tasty food. Will be returning more often :)
