Food was late and stone cold when arrived and missing items

The driver could not find the address when the food arrived it was cold

ordered approx 1pm it was delivered 2.45pm and was cold.

lovely set meal for one I'm obsessed with the Cheese chilli bites.

Burger King always deliver where quality is concerned.

Absolutely amazing service from this branch of Burger King! We made a snap decision to exit the M6 at Winwick Quay due to a traffic incident and to grab some late lunch. Unfortunately, when I made my click & collect order on the Burger King app, I forgot to change my store location from our original destination so my order went through to the wrong branch. Upon explaining my mistake to Winwick Quay’s staff, a lady, presumably the Branch Manager, very kindly and quickly arranged for my order to be prepared immediately anyway and to resolve the matter with the other branch. Who goes to those lengths these days?! Thank you so much 🥰 We shall definitely return next time we’re passing! Also, our food was delicious and very satisfying 😋 Much better quality and taste than the other well known burger brand 😉

He was an exceptional guy with a great sense of humour he got out of his car and danced away in the rain with us. We was all dressed up and made this guys night when we waited outside for our order in our fancy dress costumes with our favourite music tunes. This guy is a legend. We came outside with our sparkly hats and helmets and this guy was an absolute laugh he made our night proper jokes. I would recommend this guy to anyone who wants a big king little king burger, great service, good scran

What an absolute joke our visit was. 35 minute wait for food. Had to ask for an update on what was happening with my order. Staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. Charged for hot drinks but they were not available. No signage in restaurant to say this was the case. No apology offered. This place needs someone in there to actually run the place properly.

Refurbishment looks great, quick service and good food!

Ordered a quick bacon double cheese burger .. it was cold .. bacon . we don't heat the bacon. Bun.. well we toast the bun at the beginning so it goes cold.. Cheese ice cold.. well if you left it wrapped longer it would've melted... not with the Luke warm burgers that were on it... I was told we can do it again but it won't be any warmer.. two staff arguing the toss... shocking ... scratch and win offer .. not worth the arguing..

Very disappointing, ordered the Angus burger with bacon, more fat than bacon, ordered table service and ended up collecting it myself , no sugar for my latte, the sugar is behind the counter , outside table obviously had a fizzy drink spilled on it from previous customer so when we sat down the table was sticky and dirty

This Burger King has just undergone a full refurbishment and is superb. We ordered Angus burgers and they were delicious. Freshly made on demand with fresh, hot fries, and with a brand new soft drinks dispenser, the fizzy drinks taste like they have just been pored from the bottle. We used the facilities before leaving, and they have been fully refurbished also, and were spotlessly clean. Staff were smartly presented, polite and attentive. Overall, a very positive fast food experience. Well done Burger King!

Waited over 30 mins for a meal, when I got it it was wrong and wasn't great quality. The restaurant absolutely stunk inside (I imagine this was more a clientele issue rather than cleanliness, but the whole experience was poor. Considering you have to pour your own drinks, you would think that once you had paid you could at least go and get a drink but Nooooooooo they don't give the cup until they've given you the meal.

Really good food from here and staff were very helpful. Can’t wait to see what the refurb is going to be like

Missing food, took over an hour to get here and its down the road.

Slow service. Had to remind the cashier twice of my order. Kept waiting for 45 minutes for a Luke warm meal, which have been prepared for a while. It was just left on the side cooling. No heat lamps. Eventually, received my order with missing items. Tried to to complain. No apology just a "Right Oh!"

Terrible service whopper meal burger had no mayo on and when I went to complain and ask for some the manager told me they had ran out of mayonnaise but I could buy a sachet for 30 pence last time I was here they had no lettuce either this place has just been updated and they still can’t get it right don’t eat here go to Warrington instead.

Recently renovated. Really clean and modern. Self service via order board. Ordered peppercorn Angus burger. Not as expected. I like the self serve soft drink machine.

Genuinely one of the worst ones going. Operating by kids who couldnt care less. Avoid unless you have no other choice

Only drive thru open due to refurb and even now the service is slow. Waiting in line for a good 15mins till you’re seen at the window. Food is normal that’s why it’s 2 not 1 star. Nothing fast about this food

Chicken Royale cam with loads of cheese on it (didn't order any cheese). Double cheeseburger was missing ketchup, mustard, pickles and as a result was tasteless. Avoid!

Dreadful service at the drive thru, waited 45 minutes and as you cannot get out of the drive thru you couldn't even change your mind and leave. Obviously taking too many online/just eat orders to provide a speedy drive thru service. Shocking!

Food was cold again along with the coffee. The place is a mess and everyone behind the counter should still be at school. They just natter amongst themselves.

Waited nearly 30mins in the drive thru, people were turning off their cars that’s how bad of a wait it was and it always is. Seem to be understaffed and under trained. Don’t recommend stopping here unless you’re looking for “slow food”

Came here tonight and all the food was hot and fresh and the staff were lovely especially the manager( think he was called Joe or Jim). The restaurant was very clean and I'd definitely go to this store again.

Majority of these reviews have been left by the staff and it shows. Place is slow, food ends up cold or soggy and some of the staff are rude.

Fries were hot, burgers were OK but not up to standard they used to be. Remembered why I stopped eating here years ago. Who charges extra for sauce, what is that. Also, the app is rubbish. Customer service was amazing though. Give the staff a raise.

Have you ever wondered how Burger King surrendered their No1 spot to McDonalds? Cold food served without the trace of a conscience! 20 years ago, I would have chosen Burger King over McDs every day of the week. However, in those two decades, McDs has constantly raised their game. Burger King have just given up the fight. To be fair, I very often return McDs food due to it being served cold. However, given that Burger King's selling point is "Flame Grilled Burgers", you have to wonder how they manage to do that. Have they invented cold flames? I ordered a Wopper Meal with Gourmet Fries. The fries were stone cold! I took them back to the counter and got them replaced. Second time around, they were beautiful, but why does it take two tries? The Wopper Burger was lukewarm, but I had lost my will to fight. At least my Coke was cold!

Started on my Gourmet Fries first. Cold! Returned them, and started on my Whopper. Luke Warm! At least the Coke was cold!

This is probably the worst BK in the UK. Cold food. Cold coffee. The place was empty at midday which likely reflects others opinions of this place. The staff looked totally demoralised. This place used to be buzzing all the time. Ger your act together.

The only things that wasn’t cold was the coke

Long wait. Wasn't particularly busy. The order arrived with 2 items missing that were replaced. Fries were non-existent.

I walked in today and was in a bad mood, but was instantly changed by the incredible service. Staff had smiles on their faces and was extremely quick service. 100% would recommend. Keep up the good work.

A great experience, ordered from the counter and Riley was very happy and helpful! There are order machines in store but I prefer ordering from the counter sometimes. The wait time was short and food hot & fresh.

The Doritos chicken fries were hard and dry. It felt like they had been left under the warmer drawer for hours. The burgers were ok.

Why they closed the front at night and only left 2 or 3 tables available for customers but they close at 10pm.

Why put delivery 30 45mins on the restaurant then change the time every 5 minutes after ordering? Just eat is really going downhill. Food was completly stone cold as well. Waste of money. Would not order again

Absolutely terrible… Incorrect order.. I ordered Cheese fries, they had no fries soo they sent onion rings instead. Food also cold seems to be a recurring thing with these take aways.. they just need give it up as a bad job.

Do not go been sat in drive through for 45 mins absolutely shockingly slow. Would not recommend certainly not fast food!

The whopper was limp, soggy and tasteless

Onion rings so dried out they wouldn't tear or cut. The drinks machines only had odd flavours working but weren't told. Paying 30p for a single dip sauce when the chicken burger was nearly £9 was ridiculous.

Ordered a delivery from here last night must say they actually got the order correct and arrived piping hot better than I expected it to be to be fair.

Absolutely disgusted with Burger King! Ordered 9 Chicken Dorito Flaming Fries through the drive-through, but when we got home, there were only 5 in the bag. What a joke! This isn’t a mistake—it’s daylight robbery. How hard is it to count to 9?! Thieves! We won’t be coming back.

Quick service and singing staff

After being delivered late after being ordered in in plenty of time the girl refused to give us the food for a further 10 mins as she said she wanted a code number even though it was paid for and my address was all over the bag and she was at the rig

Waited over 20 minutes in the drive through queue. I hoped this meant they were making every burger fresh as they were busy, so got excited for my BBQ Angus steak burger. Alas no, I feel the burger may have been fresh when I initially ordered it, but it had the warm and dryness of being sat under a heat lamp for 20 mins. I also ordered a coke, which came as a warm bottle. The additional star is only for the polite service

How does a ‘fast food’ restaurant take 90 minutes to deliver a burger??

This was so unprofessional, I ordered a Dorito flaming hot chicken fries 20 pieces and halloumi, with burger so I can share with my daughter and son, my daughter only eats the Doritos and she was craving it, picked this up as takeaway, getting home it was onion rings in the bag, I was so pissed off, had to beg my daughter, just a waste of 26pounds that night getting the wrong order, called their number and it wasn’t going through.

ordered around 5:20 wasn't delivered until 7:05 expected delivery was originally 6:05. so food arrived cold

Ordered on the app and checked in. After waiting 30 minutes I asked them to cancel the order that they hadn't even started preparing. They said they would and send a refund, they lied. Still haven't had a refund after a week! Emailed a complaint as the store can't process app refunds, no response. Absolutely disgusting service.
