Absolute morons work there. Always get the wrong order. Not sure how since it was mear empty. Not cheap, yet staffed by retards.

Did drive through and only one car waiting in front but we just sat there for almost 15 mins. Food was OK. Don't go there if you have a train to catch!

Fantastic and friendly service and for a chain my burger was made to a very high standard. The staff member who served me, Tyler, provided an excellent service and made the visit quick and unproblematic, which is everything you could want from fast food.

Poor service, not a friendly staff

Absolutely shocking , 25 minutes stood waiting for food to then be served freezing cold food I don’t know what actually takes them so long. Literally no Options for drinks didn’t even have coke ! Raspberry Fanta zero was basically all that was available ! Very expensive for a cold meal

The food was great. However, the staff were unhelpful, and the restaurant was scuffy looking more. Staff stood about talking when they could have been leaning the eating area. As a disabled customer, when you order table service, that's what you should get. You don't expect to get your food, then have to go and get your drink. It's the little things that make your dining experience

All bins filled to the brim. Surrounded by flies even in the toilets and a awful smell no good drinks at all hardly anyone working and really cold hot drinks and freezing to walk into

Absolutely filthy, toilets were horrible, bins overflowing. And outside rubbish everywhere. Coffee was not hot, no cold drinks. Never go again

Burnt burger absolutely disgusting

What a disgrace, self service, expensive, and onion rings were that hard and dry sent them back.. coke came in a bottle which wasn't even cold. No cups no ice... Really disappointing, only kids working in there, no idea, and one that had bad language... so really gone down in my last visit...

Waited a very long time for our food even though my wife, stepdaughter, and myself were the only people inside. Attention was given to drive-through orders. When we questioned about our, it was met with an uninterested attitude and poor customer service, especially by the manager. I expect a manager to lead by example and demonstrate ownership and responsibility for his/her staff,food, and service. The food had been sat on the side for a while as it was all cold. The manager actually touched the food to check the temp. That's a big no-no. My stepdaughter had to struggle in getting a replacement order. No apology was given. Not recommended!

Not been for a long long time, so with a new app downloaded decided a visit here , should of gone somewhere else , kiosk only as tills not working, kiosk seems not to sync very well with the app, assistance sorted this , you can’t actually customise your burger other than how they want you too , wanted to remove pickles but no option of doing that , so we ordered our food , not too long a wait, arrived with no napkins/ wipes so went to til and were told none available? , the air con now getting very chilly in here and food barely warm , considering it’s just been made ? Which I doubt very much , chips near cold and burgers looked like slop on a bun , general feeling of an unhappy environment in here too and not a clean one either , doesn’t bold well , only tried here due to new app and the offer on the app made good value , but definitely not , if I’d have paid full price I would have returned it for a refund which I nearly did but my wife hates a scene , so reluctantly eaten what we wanted and immediately left , will never be back at this site ever again.

Popped in for our lunch, ordered a large meal as I was hungry, only got a regular side not large, burger was lukewarm and dry, my wife paid extra for cheese and bacon on hers and they didn't put it on, so had to go back up when I think the woman making the food had misheard me and thought I'd asked her to donate a kidney with the reaction from her. Food isn't cheap at all. Went to the loo before we left and there was a metal bucket on the floor with water and what I can only assume was toilet roll in it. So if you're after overpriced lukewarm food that won't be what you ordered, and doesn't make a difference whether you order a large or regular meal cause they're exactly the same, drinks machines that either don't work or don't have all the flavours then please do call in, you just won't be seeing us in there again.

Dining area is a mess, the manager always on his phone walking round the kitchen and front counting, doesn’t care

2 x Signs on counter stating, "Please uses selfservice screens. 0nly 1 0f 3 working!Cold drinks dispenser only 1 of 2 working with limited availability. Many options "Not available". Gents toilet closed. Sign saying "Please use disabled toilet," which was dirty. Tables dirty. Staff need to learn to smile. Won't be back. Luck to get 2 stars.

Hardly any drinks available. Ordered dine in table service, shout to come collect take away bag. Burgers were swimming in sauce. Toilets out of order.

Missing item not happy at all and I’ve not received a refund one child with no food

Food always take forever needs, better management and even when I order of Uber the delivery drivers cancel because they take to long and they have to find a new driver and often happens more then once on one order

Certain things were not working so I was limited to what I could buy

cold burgers, stale and hard onion rings, 45 minutes since food was ready for pick up, totally disappointed as was family get together, why accept orders if cant fur fill them properly, expect better from both companies

The staff were throughly miserable. We waited 20minutes for 2 xl bacon double cheeseburger meals with 2 teas,as a takeout. The food was lukewarm and the cups of tea were half full and lukewarm.

Ordered through the app for in store pick up. Told what i ordered wasnf sold in the store and told to take it up with the app. No help from the manager at all.

Ordered the ultimate breakfast and extra hash browns the hash browns were bitesized,crispy and tasty the breakfast burger was full of flavour from the smoked bacon I was surprised to see a sizeable omelette as part of the item everything was tasty and in my opinion a better eating experience than macdonalds breakfast meals

Service was very friendly and welcoming. Fast food yo takeaway was served quickly, maybe too quickly. The fries were a little undercooked - pale and rather firmer than expected; the burger buns were stale. Not my best meal from Burger King.

We went through the drive thru and ordered a chicken royal with cheese. Parked up and realised no cheese. Went into the restaurant to ask for it to be changed for one with cheese, got a very snotty response no apologies just snatched off me. Taken and unwrapped and then added cheese onto the now cold chicken burger and given back to me. When I questioned the snotty little madam I was told ‘well you wanted cheese didn’t you !?’ Awful staff and awful food hope it closes down as will never visit there again.

Updated review: Avoid, staff wiping nose on hands before picking off allergens from food ordered with those items excluded, just to still get the order wrong. Not worth the very real risk to your health to go here. (Also bathroom broke for a year, drinks machines never refilled, last refurbed when thatcher was milk snatching)

No sauce or salad, burger was cooked till dry. Edible but not pleasant! I need to avoid BBK and go to McDonald! BBK used to be far better than McD but they are failing now.

Lucky if the staff even looked at you. Slow service due to having to order via machine and not at till. A customer who waited to have his order taken at the till was told to order at machine. Toilets still out of order and having to use the disabled toilet which was unclean with flies hovering around you. Seat fixtures are broken and need replacing.

Oh dear. Not been here for a long time and doubt I'll be going back any time soon. Staff, whilst friendly, looked lost and confused, probably because there wasn't enough of them to meet demand. The food was OK, although 80% of the menu wasn't available, Inc drinks which was very disappointing. Could only order using those ridiculous machines. Hate that. The place wasn't exactly the most hygienic either, the toilets were disgusting, well one was actually out of order. No mirrors, toilet rolls on the floor, stunk of urine and sticky. What a way to greet people. Seriously gone down hill and way too expensive these days too. Saying that, it's still better than McDonald's!!

Tried to use the app to pickup before we got there and get a % discount. App wouldn't let me get past a certain point. Went in and told staff who were less than helpful. Instead of just giving me discount on til they made me retry on the app. Then eventually let me order on til with % off. Then brought my take out order on a tray to eat in. When asked to package to takeaway they left a ton of chips on tray. I asked for them and they pored most on worktop. The drinks machine was missing 90% of the Coke Freestyle flavours. Charge you 30p for every sauce on top of rip off prices. Chips were stone cold. Avoid!

took over 70 minutes for food to arrive, 2 out 3 burgers were cold and not nice, luckily the kids burger and fries was ok, keep having issues like slow delivery with JUST EAT, might have to move elsewhere for food deliveries

Absolutely terrible restaurant. It's always been slow with staff that don't care..and somehow it's got worse!! I waited 27 minutes tonight for two burger with fries. Staff didn't care, offered no compensation or apology. Oh and the food was cold as it was on the hot plate the whole time. I went home and microwaved the burgers and air fried the chips. Will never bother here again.

Ordered a Whopper plus Tangy Cheese Chicken Fries. The bun tasted stale, didn't particularly enjoy it. The Tangy Cheese Chicken Fries didn't taste any good.

All food arrived unbelievably cold!

Got given Sprite instead of Fanta but other than that I wont complain about my order being a bit cold because I have the means to reheat it in the air fryer and the microwave.

Wouldnt allow us to order at the till despite having allergies and needing to give specific instructions, was told repeatedly the tills were out of order and to use the machines by the very patronising member of staff after being offered to be served by a very nice girl working there

We usually order from bridge street which we have never had an issue as the food is always lovely but tonight we ordered from Winwick Burger King and it had to be the worst food we have ever eaten from a takeaway. Cold and stale, the fries tasted like the worst quality chips reheated again and again then left to go cold. £30 on two meals for it to be that dismal. Never again

I often ponder what it is about any burger king joint....and then boom no back ground music hmm or am I wrong??? Any how here at this one at wa2 8rd just off junction 9 m62 was clean and tidy the food (whopper meal) was spot on yet watching people and using the drinks machine Despenser can cause a bit of ice cube chaos and does take a little bit of mastering push the cup inwards for ice select drink and keep the button pressed to fill your cup😀....sit in/out or drive through it's down to you. Would go here again ...staff friendly 🍔🍔 ..visited again and there was music 🎶🎵😀

This place should not be allowed to serve food. Both our Burgers (over 10 pounds each) were not flame grilled, cold and greasy and were totally inedible. At least we managed to get a refund. The burgers looked like cold char Sui pork outer on a tinned burger inner, with stale buns, melted cheese and weird super flat soggy onion rings. My partner received the usual and expected attitude from the staff... Save yourselves the trouble and just don't bother.

Always like to call in to this branch. Staff always pleasant and helpful. Food usually very good and hot (last occasion chips not quite as hot but this is rare) Worth a visit

Drink looked like the syrup had run out. Burgers barely had any toppings on them either.
