McDonald's in Lichfield

They say open 24 hours yet they say at 2.00 am they cannot take any orders. What’s the point of visiting the restaurant to find they are shut. This has happened on many occasions and they are really cheesing me off. Either you’re open or your not, you choose.

Ordered on the App to be delivered only for it to turn up cold and milkshake was wrong flavour. They just can't be bothered 😡

Absolutely horrendous. I went here for lunch as I thought this would be a nice day out. I was entirely wrong! When I ordered my food, it had taken at least 30 minutes even though I only ordered one medium meal. When it finally arrived at my table, the food was freezing cold and tasted like it had been left out for a month. I hope this review will help anyone looking for a nice place to eat at. Remind me to never go to Burntwood McDonalds again.

I use the McDonalds in Milestone Way, Burntwood WS7 3XA on a regular basis as my car gets serviced next door and I also use it when on my way to football games. EVERY visit has met with the Wi-Fi not working. I get excuses every time, it must be my PC etc, but new PC, tablet, mobile phone, they all connect but no internet. Excuse after excuse after excuse. And I thought McDonalds was all about service

A ram shackle place that attracts idiots in cars who blast their music and hoot their horn at 2am in the morning. The sooner this place gets shut down the better

Have been twice in the last 2 weeksOrdered 9 nuggets and only got 8 ??Once is a slip up twice is ridiculous Staff need to learn how to count !Boy on the drive through ordering needs to learn please and thankyou too

Third time in a row they got the order wrong through the drive through. Will use Wall Island from now on!

Ordered 3 meals and had to wait only to get home and find we only had 2 meals. Absolute rubbish service

One of the worst if not worst around. Ordered food just after breakfast had been finished, and the burger and chips are cold yet again. This has been going on since it has opened. You would of thought 11:15am would be the best time to go as it should be pipping hot and fresh. Never wasting my money there again.

Will never use ubereat again or macdonalds burntwood disgusting customer service when asked and asked again Over 4hr period

We use this MacDonald most as it’s our local and never have a bad experience and the staff always friendly too

Asked for a Big Mac with just cheese, with extra cheese. Charged me for extra cheese, but I received a plain Big Mac with no cheese at all. Not happy

My son called here to collect family food order and I have to say the food was absolutely awful double cheeseburger and other meals where a disgrace over running with way way way too much ketchup and the bit we tried to eat gave us upset stomach and feeling sick and that’s down to poor hygiene in store they just don’t seem to care how bad they give you the food it’s not acceptable whatsoever this place need a visit from the local environmental health urgently to teach them some basic food hygiene skills before someone gets really ill with food poisoning...

Everytime I go my order is wrong. Defeats going through the drive through to have to go back in store. One day I checked at the collection window..wrong again so I asked for a refund. They asked for my card and pin number for the manager to process it. Most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. I laughed so much before getting angry..wtf..another time..I go back in as food is missing...comment from cashier to some one out back.."can we get a big mac.apparentley hers is missing "Apparently !!!! No moron..its really not here. I cant be bothered to rant anymore...

Parked for just over an hour and got a £100 parking fine! I'm so angry. We go atleast a couple of times a week and if this is the way they treat their customers we won't EVER be going back.

Food was cold and over cooked, this is not the first time I have had poor food from Burntwood McDonald’s. Every time I go through the drive thru there is a wait for food, considered I’m waiting for the food to be cooked you would expect it to be hot

We was on our way back home and we all agreed to have a McDonald’s so we stopped at the Burntwood branch and ordered Big Mac meal chocolate shake the reply was sorry no milkshakes available . This is the second time in so many months this has happened so question is what is going on???? Please answer...

We are finding this is happening more and more with the McDonald’s chain saying the milkshakes are not available so question is are they not available or is it that staff doesn’t want to use the machine because of cleaning up at the end of their shift. Food was hot but no tomato sauce on the cheeseburger. All in all not a good experience today but at least the staff was enjoying the loud music what was playing inside the restaurant as we pulled up at the drive through window to pay.

Popped in on several occasions. Staff could not of been more helpful. Warm and friendly. Couldn’t do enough for us

I ordered my child a veggie wrap happy meal today at 3.30pm my child starts eating it and it was a chicken wrap in a veggie wrap packet In 10 years now my child has never eaten meat until today, when going back into the shop they apologised and replaced the wrap and offered me a dessert which is not going to help turn back time

Been here quite a few times, never had an issue, always found the staff friendly and helpful and the food the usual standard as at any other mcdonalds establishment. However, what ruins this place is the groups of teenage kids that seem intent in causing as much annoyance as possible outside the entrance especially at weekends. Dropping litter, foul language, smoking and occasionally blocking the entrance with bikes or mopeds a visit here may be intimidating for some.

Great for a quick stop. Always been clean staff work hard to keep it this way. As i am dieting can still join my family and have a said which are very tasty.

Visited this particular McDonald's on several occasions and it's always the same - full of chavs and their friends who somehow were deemed employable by McDonald's. Frequently get orders wrong, not apologising for it, and are otherwise ignoring you to talk to their chav mates.The food is good though, so I'll give them that.

This is a typical McDonald's. It is clean someone is always cleaning the tables and floors and the service is excellent. It had a drive through which is quick. It can get a bit noisy on a Saturday lunch time, but to be expected.

Very clean staff are good. Not the restaurant's fault but the App doesn't work. Customsied burgers are as quickly cooked as normal ones.

Generally Always manage to cock something up and no ice cream or McFlurrys tonight :( double cheeseburgers nice there

I just purchased a happy meal for my young grandson and when I got home the fries had been left out. Having a tearful toddler waiting for his special treat is not funny! I dashed back and whilst I was given the missing fries l expressed my annoyance at having to return l was smirked at! Smirking is neither attractive nor professional and I'm disgusted with the way I was treated! Not the first time order has been wrong but usually l just shrug it off ...... but not when a 2 year is wanting them.

Drive through ordered food quickly, paid and picked up food very quickly!! Staff pleasant and friendly Food piping hot and tasty!! Ordered a plan chicken wrap for my daughter, and order was done without any wait!!

24hr service unless your 12 years of age!!!Son had been at leisure centre and was walking home with 2 friends so I allowed him to have a McDonalds, or so I thought. It was 19.10 approx. and he was refused to be served unless an adult was with him so my husband had to drive there and order the food. I know that they may have problems with large gangs of kids sitting in there all night but 19.10 on light nights they don't deserve the kids business, off to the chip shop for a treat next time. And don't get me started on the rubbish now all around burntwood!!

My wife and I popped into the drive thru after going shopping, we were first in the queue and waited for a few minutes without any service. A van came into the next lane and got served straight away, I was just about to drive off elsewhere when the person on ordering decided to serve us. When questioned about this the staff had a couldn't give a damn attitude. McDonald's it seems do not care about customer service or satisfaction and are extremely good at loosing regular customers. We will not revisit this place again.

Having visited many mcdonalds restaurants in my life time. What can you say. They are all exactly the same. Sometimes its nice sometimes its cold... if the restaurant is busy the floors and toilets arnt the cleanest if its quite it's spotless. Not much else to say I don't think.

What can i say kids running kids what a 💩hole hopefully u don't want anything hot or even warm If it's cold old 💩 that you are looking for and a long wait than burntwood McDonald's is rite up your 💩 hole road

Very disappointed about this place,visited a couple of weeks ago .Spent £26 on meals ,firstly they forgot a portion of chips £1.49 had to go back and ask for these,also ordered 2 cups of supposed coffee it looked and tasted like MUD (disgusting).if you go to other branches Lichfield,Tamworth.Walsall,Sutton Coldfield you get a decent coffee..I did not complain at the time as our meals were getting cold,But next day I did fill in a survey form and complained about this visit ,and finaly a couple of days ago I had a very WEAK repsonse from someone at Burntwood saying the try to give a 100% service,not on this occasion perhaps minus 100%,Not even offered any form of vouchers etc..

Cheap and cheerful. Quick and on the go, food is nice and staff are friendly. Gets very busy so you have more chance of fresh food.

I like this McDonald’s retaurant is is so clean , there is nearly allways someone cleaning , it is nice and bright , and pleasant music playing in the back ground I have eaten here regular and it’s allways been good , the burgers are put together with care , and not thrown together like other McDonald’s restaurants . I hope they keep this good standard going .

Not rushed, took a little time to make sure the order wasn't thrown together and well-presented. Most polite and courteous

Customer service is ok and food was what you would expect. I prefer the interior of this MC Donald's to many in the local region and making it a 24 hour walk in was a clever decision.

good location as Burntwood lacks a lot of shops and eateries. Quick service and clean store. Entrance is rather hectic so watch out for cars heading oss island when walking here.

I purchased fillet o fish on Sunday which I asked for plain with lettuce, it however came with cheese on and was hard. The chips were like cardboard , this is the 2nd time I've had bad quality food from there and will never eat there again.

Absolutely awful place. Visited here with our two young children. Lovely clean restaurant. FULL of young teenagers literally hanging around, a whole group with one drink... charging their phones, all over each other, swearing and talking inappropriately. There were TWO of the most useless and gormless looking security guards doing I don't know what. The one was coming over to the girls next to us telling them in the quietest voice you have 10 minutes to be out. 30 mins later they are still sitting all over the table, feet on chairs, opening straws and shooting paper and high fiving and fist pumping said security guard.

This is a new venue and very easy for me to get to when travelling, I notice I am only the 2nd to review this venue and understand what the first reviewer was talking about, the food was ok for the price its a McDonalds - but staff are not good and there is mistakes on food orders, they always rectify the situation and we will call again as we only go for the food and not to make friends training issue I blame management

Visited with my partner and our 4yr old granddaughter for a 'Happy ' Meal treat. Having made our way through a 'boisterous' fairly aggressive acting group of hoody wearing youths gathered around the entrance we went inside to find a heated discussion going on between the management/staff and a group of seemingly 'friends' of the group outside who were being refused service and refusing to leave. Not too concerned for myself as a former door worker but it was definitely a situation that could have turned very nasty very quickly and I kept an eye and ear on the conversation going on next to me whilst I tried to order. Wasn't even a late night issue as it was only about 18:45pm. Got the impression that this wasn't the first time this situation had happened with this group as one of them was already banned for previous misdemeanours. Not a nice place to be and very bad atmosphere. If McDonalds are going to encourage families with young children into the place they need to sort this bad behaviour out sharpish. The manager simply told the group there were not being served and then went back into the kitchen leaving the aggrieved group in the ordering area getting angry and worked up. Had it been me I would have requested a police presence to break up and disperse them as there were a lot of them and if they had kicked off it would have been quite a serious issue. If it had been 23:00hrs I could have understood or even expected that a possible alcohol fuelled situation could have arisen but at teatime with lots of young children in there it was very unpleasant. Food wise, its McDonalds so you get what you expect.
