Driver was nice but food was cold because he had to wait, didn’t but straws in so my two year old had to drink a milkshake with the lid off

Possibly the worst Mcd around...very very rude staff on the drive in speaker ....and food wait was ages and cold whenit finally arrived...

the driver is so sweet and quick always polite to me and always makes conversation, food was hot still 100% reccomend

well cooked and not over greasy and hash browns was not stuck to bag and not greasy either.

driver sat in the next street for at least 10 minutes,yet clearly not the destination but eventually arrived,no apologies no explanation apart from blaming just eat maps. food was cold but was hungry so it was eaten miserably.

Got cut off at the ordering bay on outer edge at wall island McDonald’s , but then I spoke to a woman who worked there and she said I’m really sorry to hear that did you get your order I said yes thankyou but chips are really cold

Burger looked like a game of Jenga had taken place, fries had no taste and the cheese bites was cold.

Food was good. Delivery driver was very friendly and polite.

Order never arrived despite being charged

MY DRINKS WERE UPSIDE DOWN. EVERYTHING WAS SOAKED. DRIVER BLAMED ME SOME HOW AND KEPT SAYING 'COFFEE COFFEE' - I DIDNT ORDER COFFEE????

Food was over an hour late that promised, everything was ICE cold to touch, and got things I didn’t order

Fast food that doesn't really stay that hot after they cook it, had to wait for our order because we asked for a different option to our order like no pickles / gurkins.

Overheard staff saying drinks machines were “minging”. Guess that’s why my coffee was absolutely disgusting.

I received a call after waiting an hour and a half saying that they haven’t got any McFlurrys I was told to just try n get a refund. Which just eat dosent just hand out refunds. I had to accept having a brownie otherwise I would’ve just lost my money. I don’t even like brownies ,when my food eventually did arrive after nearly 2 hours. It was freezing cold and I don’t mean a car drive cold I mean it’s been sat there it wasnt eatable worst McDonald’s i’ve ever had even the Coke was flat.

Ordered from 1 restaurant Lichfield wall island as they claimed they didn’t have our order so the driver was sent to Lichfield city and made to wait for over an hour to pick up our food. The food is cold and milkshake is melted.

Turned up after 2 hours after ordering only ordered one meal and was stone cold disappointing from maccies

The delivery driver was brilliant and was extremely helpful and the food was fantastic.

Decent Maccies, just off the A5, nice little pit stop, quick service, order was correct and hot.

Same bad experience, same rude and disrespectfull employee, waiting more then 25 minutes for an order and packaging was a disaster, the bag just broken in front of the customer and ask me if i open the bag and take something. Absolutely disgusting . It seems no one cares about customers and drivers.But the worst part is that managers and supervisors have the same disrespectfull and i don't care behavior as their colleagues I really don't understand why Macdonalds management don't care and do anything to fix this so long lasting issue. Shame of you McDonald's!!!

Typical McDonalds experience, which isn't great at all - staff get the orders wrong more often than not, service was slow and staff couldn't care less about you as a customer (expect anything more?) Place was packed to capacity yet again, toilets were not in the greatest condition either.

I had a bacon and egg McMuffin on a Saturday morning. Good price at £2.80 with a coffee, but was cold. The service wasn’t great either, no napkins - had to ask, and at just after 11.00 the floor was dirty.

I have never encountered such terrible customer service as I did today. My daughter was in the midst of a panic attack and feeling unwell. I quietly asked the lady behind the counter for a brown bag, explaining the situation discreetly so as not to draw attention. Her look of disgust at my request was bad enough, but it got worse—after I walked away, she loudly complained to her colleague about how 'ridiculous' it was that she had to give my child a brown bag because she was sick. Her voice carried so much that my daughter heard, as did a kind gentleman in the queue who asked if we were alright as we passed by. My daughter wasn’t physically ill; she suffers from severe anxiety and was experiencing a panic attack. We left immediately. It saddens me that in today’s world, there is still such a lack of kindness, especially towards children. McDonald’s, you should better educate your staff and consider providing mental health training. To the lady behind the counter, I hope you never have to experience what we did today.

missing all the dips (3 requested)and salad dressings x3 and no apple pie. really disappointed

The delivery driver was very friendly. My son had to answer the door and he said the driver was super nice.

Always quick service and clean seating area

Ordered on app and delivered to car as I had just been lake swimming ad didn't want to b seen. The girl brought it in the rain and I apologised and she was very polite, pleasant and smiling and told me not to be silly. The food was on point and the fries were fresh and hot

Fastest delivery I’ve ever had from Maccies

Great McDonald's in a rural location with plenty of parking. It's always a pleasant experience to visit this McDonald's. There is always space to park, clean toilets and a tidy restaurant. The food is exactly what you would expect from the best McDonald's, served by friendly staff in a short time. Summer visits are the best, as there is a large outdoor seating area in a green space.

It is what it is. Nothing special, just what you would expect.

It's happened before they always get my order wrong during the drive through. This time ordered chicken selects and got chicken nuggets instead.

Ordered our food but our table was dirty and the floor unswept. Staff were talking at a table instead of cleaning. Rubbish on the floor by the outside tables but we couldn’t eat outside because of the smell of manure. That’s not their fault I know but not having ice cream is a cardinal sin. You let us down bearing in mind we come all the way from Burntwood because our restaurant is really pants.

Food was tasty, service excellent, I love their ice cream. Highly recommended 👌

I'd not been before, but Sunday last was the fastest fast food ever, with friendly staff & everyone was really clean.

A well managed restaurant with good customer service. There is outside seating for sunny days.

Food arrived 45 mins late and stone cold

Ordered food at 07.41.Had to wait in the car park as there were no eggs cooked. Arrived 07.55 after chasing up the order. Not good.

Only given one star as unfortunately it won't let me give a zero Disgusting way to treat customers Regular visitor to this restaurant and have spent a lot of money over the years there. Wasn't aware there was a time limit for parking as they have the usual tiny signs and let's be honest who looks for parking signs when they visit a MdDonalds. Overstayed the allotted time by 10 minutes. Only visited this place didn't go anywhere else and have received a £100 fine for parking which surprise surprise McDonalds are claiming no responsibility for, despite admitting that they put it in place to stop non McDonalds customer using it. Parking company are of course standing by the charge even though I've appealed Appreciate it won't bother them too much but I won't be visiting any McDonalds again

Missing food witch was for the kiddies, they don’t have McDonalds often & it was a treat for them today, spoke to the driver who said to contact the restaurant who didn’t answer

It's a little out of the way for residential use, but this makes it a desirable outlet. Easy to get to, and the service was speedy

Nice food, good communication from staff at the store when they never had a drink I ordered.

Used drive through, ordered 9 chicken selects to find out been given cheaper nuggets instead on getting home . Was still charged for the selects and given same dips for selects.

Everything tasted weird… Couldn’t eat the chips. That’s a first !

Always a little bit quieter than the McDonald's located in the town centre.

Update: Fries being given don't reflect the size ordered. Large made the equivalent of a medium, if even. Ridiculous. Not the first time, hence leaving a review. Went from 5 to 1 star.

Visited here sun 26th may @10.40am. Drive through service was impeccable, the young lady answering the food radio and taking the cash was very polite and happy. I told her so too her name was Jazmine. Keep up the good work.

Ordered at around 16:20 and arrived at 17:55 food turned up cold couldn’t even touch the chips as tasted like cardboard no salt had no straw for my drink altogether absolute poor

I ordered a double MC chicken sandwich meal no burger

Normally good. However, tonight sat in drive through waiting whilst two cars that arrived after me were served first. Not good enough. Sort the system out. Can’t be that difficult.

Order just didn't show up at all

Some of the most helpful and friendliest McDonalds staff I've come across. Speedy service, offered to carry tray to a table for us, exceptionally clean and tidy including seating area. Will use this branch as my go to McDonald's.

My spooder senses are tingling

Took 3 hours for cold, dry food, melted milkshake and no toys in the happy meals.

the restaurant couldn't get a delivery driver, as they kept changing times, but didn't remake the food. it was stone cold when it came and just eat have offered me 15% off. That's not acceptable.

It’s not often I have good things say about McDonalds service being anything other than pour BUT today was a totally different experience thanks to a guy called Callum at the Wall Island branch. Lovely polite lad and SO helpful. Why can’t all of their staff be this way. He is an asset to that company and stands out by a mile.

I got the perfect big mac today, temperature, sauce and patty all on point. This is rare in my experience elsewhere

Wrong order from drive through

I've been to over 30+ Mcdonald's, and this was the worst branch I've been  to. 25mins into waiting for our food, I witnessed 4  different people coming to the desk to complain they had items missing. - obviously took note of this and made sure I asked " is everything there " when it was our turn to collect the food.. On collection I asked the guy 3× more as a joke if everything is there.. on the 4th go he actually took it seriously and looked at the tray of food..   3x chips were missing... I then said are you sure it's all there now.. he then said yes again ( my wife looked and realised a drink was also missing ) For context the total price on all the items missing was £9.36.. meaning if I went home I would be down nearly £10 due to the staff not taking care and doing their job right. Mens toliets we're also soaking wet due to the hand dryer not working.  Felt very unclean. Was also told the chicken nuggets can't be made due to the machine being broken - which was the main reason we came ( due to my son loving them )

Great McDonald's to go to, the only problem here is parking. The car park is quite tight at the best of times, but otherwise nice.

This is my second order now since my refund and I am not happy, it is cold again. I want a full refund. This is make me not accept.

Food was inedible. Fries tasted like 3 days old & freezing cold. Double 1/4 pounder with no gherkins, came with gherkins & no onions or cheese. Nuggets missing from order.

This McDonald’s is apparently not 24 hour even though signage and the app states it is. Don’t bother, save your money.

Always super busy. Long wait for food sometimes and have problems using the app at this McD's.

Food & service area always good but the car park does get very busy

Had delivery's man of times with no problems up until last 2 orders I have had missing food both times and mc donalds dint want to take responsibility for it considering they are the once that pack the food so you ARE responsible for it, WONT be eating from your guys again
