Mcdonald's Restaurants in Lichfield

Food was cold and wait time kept increasing not decreasing. Very poor McDonald's, all food was cold. Didnt bother eating. Its like it had been prepared and left for 40min

Ordered at 17:35, Original delivery time was 18:10 finally arrived at 19:00. So just under 1.5 hrs from order to delivery! I Never had to wait that long for any previous orders from the same restaurant

Food was cold , soggy and dripping with grease

Visited here as we were driving through. Lovely lady at drive thru who took our order and payment. Didn't wait too long for the food. Tasty and warm.

Very poor service, ordered at 7:15 and it didn’t get to us until 8:45 and when it arrived, the coke had spilt in the bag. I don’t often if ever complain but wasn’t exactly fast food.

Continuously the WORST macdonalds for service times.... Be prepared to wait EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU ORDER here... Unfortunately it's the only macdonalds on our route home but if it wasn't ild never ever come back here... Always wrong, always cold, always waiting... Today we waited 15 minutes for an apple pie whilst staff just stand around looking gormless... We come here once a week for over 2 years.... And it's ALWAYS rubbish... Update 14.3.25 waited 17 minutes in drive through.. Told to pull up and waited another 10 minutes for cold food.

this is my regular place to go but the service is getting worse. went thru drive thru. one order missing and have to tell them. this is not my first time food missing. already have previous problem for drive thru and takeaway. always check before driving off.

The service is shockingly slow! The staff although polite seem to have absolutely no motivation to do anything with any sort of urgency. Not ideal for a fast food company. Update 10/03/25. I didn't think the service could get any worse. They are so so very slow even when visiting like I did today at 6am with no other restaurant customers and only 2 drive through customers. The hash browns were cold too. Management really need to sort this place out.

This McDonald's is staffed by very friendly, helpful, polite staff. Unlike a lot of McDonald's It's always a pleasure speaking with the staff 😀 👍 This McDonald's I wholeheartedly recommend 👌 😋

Always messing up orders whether it's delivery or in store last I visited I ordered regular fanta and regular diet coke I was given regular milkshake and regular sprite

Look what can I say it's another McDonald's great place for the kids but is it really a great place for us older sorts I think not im flying through my 50s and I just don't enjoy it anymore and the people who work there do t really want to be there ok so a few do I mean the burgers are just threw together and all over the place hot drinks are usually cold and don't get me started on the delivery side of it so yeah great for kids but for me unless I forced to have one by my son it would be a carvery for me sorry So to sum up these fast food restaurants are getting worse and more expensive so u can have a cold coffee and a burger a 3 year old has made but it is good for kids

I visited at 12.45 a.m., and the food was absolutely awful. I ordered fries, 9 nuggets, and a double cheeseburger. As an ex employee, I would expect it to be all fresh food at that time of the morning. I only live 1 mile away, and normally, the food is still warm. All the items were cold, and it was like as if I had food that had been in the bin for a while.

The bins were overflowing and overall the place seemed dirty, very disappointed.

Better to eat in here the service can be a little slow though

It's a macdonalds. Some are better than others, and they're different on different days. Fills a hole when you're hungry.

Probably one of the best maccies I've ever been to. Staff are friendly and the food is neat (literally looks like it does in the adverts) and made fresh. Burger was still hot. Quick serving time too! Good job guys!

Worst service I’ve ever had at McDonald’s, staff just couldn’t care less

This is the most frustrating McDonald's. The app seems to fail too often. So today, following the app failing again, I went inside, and all the ordering screen were down. So we joined the queue, and there again seemed to be a hold-up due to faulty tills. In the end, I had to leave as my son had training (this being the only reason we went in for a quick refuel). I have given the food a 1 star as we didn't get to order it.

The cleaner was so rude!!!!!!! Our son is autistic and will only sit at a certain table and eat at a certain table. The table he always sits on was free but the cleaner was cleaning at the time and we asked if it was ok to sit there, her reply was sharp and rude, she just said there are other tables to which we replied our son is autistic and we only sit at this table she then continued to ignore us, my husband went up to the counter to ask another member of staff or asked the cleaner who was clearly taking her time if we could sit there, the cleaner rudely said 5 minutes, after 5 minutes we were allowed to sit at the table, when i got up to order our food the cleaner then said there is nothing wrong with our son and that we are self entitled. We really wanted to get up and leave as you can imagine but our son refused to eat anything else hence up being their and desperately trying to get him to eat something. We are in shock at her behaviour and the discrimination we received. Such a horrible rude woman

This mcdonalds was very welcoming and made sure i had the correct order. All the food was fresh and piping hot. Gracie who served me was lovely and took the time to speak to one of my kids. Would come again

Went the drive through and ordered my food. Went to pay ! All good then got the food half the order was missing so I to the staff about the situation and they couldn’t understand what I was on about kept asking well what’s wrong ? I told them 4 times the order wasn’t in the bag the attitude on them was extremely disrespectful and rude trying to make out I was in the wrong. Was extremely annoying experience tbh.

took an hour to get delivered and when food arrived the fires and chicken nuggets were soggy and cold and we ordered a box of 20 nuggets but there were only 16 in the box , terrible all round

cheese bites were stone cold. complained and was declined a refund. very un happy. I microwaved them and they tastes horrible, could tell they had been heated up. threw them away

Fast food that doesn't really stay that hot after they cook it, had to wait for our order because we asked for a different option to our order like no pickles / gurkins.

Overheard staff saying drinks machines were “minging”. Guess that’s why my coffee was absolutely disgusting.

I received a call after waiting an hour and a half saying that they haven’t got any McFlurrys I was told to just try n get a refund. Which just eat dosent just hand out refunds. I had to accept having a brownie otherwise I would’ve just lost my money. I don’t even like brownies ,when my food eventually did arrive after nearly 2 hours. It was freezing cold and I don’t mean a car drive cold I mean it’s been sat there it wasnt eatable worst McDonald’s i’ve ever had even the Coke was flat.

Ordered from 1 restaurant Lichfield wall island as they claimed they didn’t have our order so the driver was sent to Lichfield city and made to wait for over an hour to pick up our food. The food is cold and milkshake is melted.

Same bad experience, same rude and disrespectfull employee, waiting more then 25 minutes for an order and packaging was a disaster, the bag just broken in front of the customer and ask me if i open the bag and take something. Absolutely disgusting . It seems no one cares about customers and drivers.But the worst part is that managers and supervisors have the same disrespectfull and i don't care behavior as their colleagues I really don't understand why Macdonalds management don't care and do anything to fix this so long lasting issue. Shame of you McDonald's!!!

Typical McDonalds experience, which isn't great at all - staff get the orders wrong more often than not, service was slow and staff couldn't care less about you as a customer (expect anything more?) Place was packed to capacity yet again, toilets were not in the greatest condition either.

I had a bacon and egg McMuffin on a Saturday morning. Good price at £2.80 with a coffee, but was cold. The service wasn’t great either, no napkins - had to ask, and at just after 11.00 the floor was dirty.

I have never encountered such terrible customer service as I did today. My daughter was in the midst of a panic attack and feeling unwell. I quietly asked the lady behind the counter for a brown bag, explaining the situation discreetly so as not to draw attention. Her look of disgust at my request was bad enough, but it got worse—after I walked away, she loudly complained to her colleague about how 'ridiculous' it was that she had to give my child a brown bag because she was sick. Her voice carried so much that my daughter heard, as did a kind gentleman in the queue who asked if we were alright as we passed by. My daughter wasn’t physically ill; she suffers from severe anxiety and was experiencing a panic attack. We left immediately. It saddens me that in today’s world, there is still such a lack of kindness, especially towards children. McDonald’s, you should better educate your staff and consider providing mental health training. To the lady behind the counter, I hope you never have to experience what we did today.

Ordered on app and delivered to car as I had just been lake swimming ad didn't want to b seen. The girl brought it in the rain and I apologised and she was very polite, pleasant and smiling and told me not to be silly. The food was on point and the fries were fresh and hot
