This is the best takeaway by far. Chicken kebabs are amazing. Proper grilled chicken cooked on the chargrill. Chips are beautiful and plenty of them. I love it because the dips come in little pots. Fast service, hot and a great price. Will not go anywhere else for kebabs now.

Had a chicken kebab lastnight drive could not find me luckily my food was hot kebab was lovely but a large kebab 10.90 was not worth the price nor nearly 5 pound for potato wedges

Always get excellent hot wings from here, takes a bit of time but that's because theyre freshly cooked to order, they don't sit out for hours like the place opposite. And vs. KFC: more expensive per wing but about twice the size, so it balances out - there's nowt wrong with KFC's wings but it tastes a little bit better here too. Both are crispy style. The guys who work here are friendly, offering good efficient service. They operate their own delivery service, so I would advise that over KFC. Nice fresh fries too!

Best kebab not only in Lich but in the west Mids. Regular delivery customer and the food is freshly cooked on a charcoal grill and very very tasty. Chicken kebabs are amazing but the alll time winner is the meal deal 3, huge portion of doner meat, fresh salad, large chips and 3 delicious pieces of freshly fried chicken. It could feed a family of 4 for a week 👍

Disgusting and over priced! Came to £36 for 1 medium pizza, chips and Donna meat. The pizza was over done and dry with little to no toppings Donna meat was like scraps, also dry and tasteless Chips under cooked and the box looked like it had been trodden on! I don’t expect the highest quality of food when ordering from somewhere like here, but I do expect it to be edible and have some flavour! If your thinking of ordering from here, I wouldn’t waste your money

Abysmal delivery service, food never even arrived even after a 50minute wait after being told it was our for delivery and 6 phone calls, none of which were answered, to enquire where it was. Not worth the money. Not with the time.

It seems unfair that Lichfield Pizza And Kebab House would simultaneously have the best pizza, best kebab and best fried chicken in Lichfield, but they somehow manage.

Have recently found this place after needing a kebab compass to get home one evening and loved it so much I've been back sober!! Twice. The team in here are super friendly and the food is brilliant. All cooked perfectly yet without delay.

Had the large lamb shish kebab - fantastic. Delicious marinated lamb cooked to perfection (juicy, yet slightly singed on the outside) with an excellent fresh salad, add the garlic mayo and chilli sauce and you have a meal that's hard to beat at any price.

Food literally 10/10. Service is nice but slow as so many people order but no problem to wait 15 minutes The shop is a little small but you have the outdoors it is true it is clean and nice indoors.

First time stay in Lichfield, and found this takeaway. Had a mixed kebab and was not disappointed - good quality meats, a fair portion, and the staff, (especially "Tom") were really friendly/chatty, and made sure i was fully catered for. Will be back, when in the area again👍👍

Absolutely dreadful, ordered food at half 11, was told it would be delivered by 12:20 at the latest. Food was delivered at 2:30AM by which time id gone home.I rang the restaurant 4 times between 12:20-1 for them to cancel the call and offer no updates when requested, dreadful service. Thankfully was able to get a full refund from Uber eats but don’t order from here.

Twice I’ve tried to order from this place and they’ve just cancelled my order without letting me know. First time was back in January, so I decided to get them the benefit of the doubt and order again tonight (July 22). I got an email to confirm my order had been excepted and their online live update system changed from “order received” to “food is being prepared”. After over an hour of waiting I rang them up to be told “darling I cancelled that order” with no explanation for why. They didn’t care at all when I explained this is the 2nd time they’ve done this to me and still offered no further explanation, simply stating I should receive a refund. Both times due to the time I ordered and by the time I’d waited around for the food, all other takeaway places were now shut so I was left hungry without another alternative. Absolutely shocking service.

Ordered a Kebab over an hour later it had not arrived. Phoned up, they cancelled my order and I should get a refund. Said if I wanted a kebab to order, and pay again. Still waiting for refund. I am opening up a dispute with the bank. A lot of hassle for a quick takeaway

WORST FOOD POISONING I'VE EVER HAD! On sunday 9th may 2021, i ordered a pizza, fries, garlic bread. It got delivered quickly and the staff was friendly but the delivery driver did not have a mask on and also was right up against the door with my food, so i stayed back a bit but i would of asked him to wear a mask but he didn't speak English. The next day (10th may)from 9am to 7pm i have been in the worst pain i have ever felt from food poisoning and i was throwing up continuously, also i got pretty bad diarrhoea. After 7pm i stared to feel a little bit better so about 10pm i tryed to eat soup and could barely get it down.

Tom is amazing, his team are outstanding. All food is prepared immaculately and there are no issues. The personal care is second to none, Tom delivers personally to us and a credit to the community

Saturday night take away from Lichfield pizza & Kebab house We ordered food for delivery and we’re told 1/2 hr to 45 mins 11/4 hrs later phoned to ask where it was and were told just a few mins 15 mins later phoned again and were told it’s on the grill 2 hrs later still no food phoned again and was told if you want your food just wait ???? Very rude Never got food had to walk to the chippy If your hungry order from elsewhere Usually good service but not today 👎🏻

Ordered a donner kebab and a chicken kebab. Donner was very chewy and tasted off. Like they served yesterday's donner. Chicken kebab very bland and boring. Staff miserable lot. Stay away

The food is always spot on from here, but what let's it down is that on several occasions they have messed up the order! No problem if you're there at the shop ordering, but I would go elsewhere if you're planning on having it delivered

Ordered via phone. They took the order and money. Nothing for 2 hours. Called up and was told they were busy and had cancelled the order. Now too late to order from anywhere else. Avoid this place at all costs.

When I’m on business in Lichfield and cannot be bothered with a sit down meal I always come here. The pizza is not classic Italian but normally is either good or excellent. Had an American Hot pizza here a few weeks ago and it was fantastic. Nice chaps who serve you as well. Far better than the usual chain takeaways

Have been a fan of these guys for years and now after we had moved 4 years ago, we didn’t realise they delivered... astounding, quality proper char grilled, superb, Shoah and donner kebabs, built properly with salad and sauces via their website, which incidentally, you cannot do quite so accurately on other poplular delivery apps. Amazing customer service too, will ring you if there is a problem with the order. Thanks guys you really are the best and most authentic kebab dispensary for miles around, we cannot get one locally even close... keep on rocking the flavour.....👍👍👍👍

We were very disapointed in our food today we buy food from here often and normally no problems but today we made a £40 order and the food was disgusting it was all dry chewy seemed pre heated my childrens burgers were hard they refused to eat them the chicken was dry with slimey skin chips were vile and chewy like i said as if yesterdays food re heated doner meat was like pale chewy leather when we rang to make a complaint we were treated very unfairly and they were very rude to us just told us not to order from them again then im very upset by this as like i say we order from here often and was an expensive order ive ended up cooking my children food as they wouldnt eat there food from here very upsetting 😞

First time ordering tonight, asked for a bottle of coke and got Pepsi and when I called I got some pathetic excuse, no offer of a refund or something else, I mean the food was OK but a bit of costomer service training perhaps and knowing the difference between coke and Pepsi should be obvious. Won't be ordering again any time soon 👍

I have been to many kebab places, here and abroad, but the doner kebab they sell here is the best I've eaten over the many years. Although prices have also risen over the years, this has been for good reason as the food they sell there is good. Good service and recommend.

OK Kebabs - need better salad & hotter chilli sauce options

Went online to place a delivery service to find at checkout a 50p service charge. What services is this 50p for? It might not be much, but the principle of adding such ridiculous charges is enough for me to go elsewhere!

When choosing a take away in Lichfield I always choose Lichfield kebab house! They Have NEVER got my order wrong, staff are always polite and I’m always advised of the wait times when ordering which is usually during their busiest time, the food is always hot and good value for money, if you haven’t experienced this for yourselves give these guys a try. You won’t be disappointed 😁
