Yet again, really awful service. I pulled up to the drive through order point and waited and waited. Eventually i said hello, anyone there, and a surprised-sounding individual took my order. Which was: a double sausage and egg McMuffin meal, a bacon roll and 2 flatbreads. I paid and pulled forward to the window, whete I was given my OJ and asked to go to the second window, where I waited 12 minutes (i counted) while no fewer than 9 cars behind me were served. Eventually i blasted the car horn several times and another surprised individual came to the window. I was then given some food. The girl recited my order correctly, but what I actually got was 2 flatbreads (so far so good), a single sausage and egg McMuffin meal, and another single sausage and egg McMuffin. Nobody expects great food from Maccies, but the very least you should expect it that they get your order right and don't forget about you. Not once has this branch done that for me and I will NEVER use it again. Absolute crap.

ordered today (13th Feb 2024) and got it delivered via just eat… where do i start? let me just add i tried to ring the store 20 times and no answer. missing items 5 drinks cucumber bag dips (WHICH I PAID FOR!) weather i know this should be just eats mistake but mcdonald’s you should really make sure your deliver driver collect the right items and not leave half our order at your store. anyways the food we ordered was £50 pounds worth. chips cold and hard, burgers cold & cheese dippers still raw… just unexceptional really. can’t expect much from mcdonald’s. before i could even wave the driver back he already left. explanation would be nice if you know a refund or even better give me my bloody drinks.

I'm sick to death of going to this place and leaving with the wrong order. They make you park up and then still have the audacity to bring out the wrong items. Yes it's partially my fault for not checking the order before leaving, but how hard is it to read a 5 piece chicken select meal has been ordered, but you get home and open a 5 chicken select box, that is full of mozzarella sticks?!?! I've had multiple orders from here that have been wrong for solo orders and also large orders for multiple people which is a bit more understandable, but you literally have to read an order list. I'm not using this place again and I'd advise you not to either. Over 50% of the time they get it wrong in my experience.

The coffee is awful. It is so strong it gives you headpins. Why on earth in this day and age do they not offer a decaffeinated option, surely they have a duty of care towards their customers? The staff are wonderful though especially the front of house team, Bavani, Jing and Joanne are so friendly and welcoming and are a credit to this place. Just a shame about the coffee.

This is the 3 rd time visiting this outlet in the past month . And the third time they can’t get a simple order right that my 7 year old could manage. Yet again I got home to find orders missing and the toffee latte was minus the toffee . I’m amazed that a simple order can not be completed with out messing it up . I will not be using this store going forward , it’s a joke

The coffee is awful. Numerous times had to send it back. Staff are great, have been going there for a regular catch up with an old workmate for about 2 years. But the coffee is not fit for purpose.

Ordered online to pick up. The place was chaotic, with numerous delivery people waiting, long wait for food which was cold, chips hardly cooked. Was told milkshake machine was broke, and when I asked for the money back for the 3 milkshakes I paid for he just walked off and carried on with other orders.

Absolutely dreadful service and restaurant. The staff were very impolite and slow at getting my order done even though no one was inside and I saw multiple workers on their phones doing nothing. The food then arrived cold and of course my order was wrong. I really do not recommend.

Dirty seats and tables, extremely poor service, cold food that is badly put together. Avoid at all costs. They fail 100% of the time in every conceivable way. Needs closing down in my opinion and the owner needs stripping of their franchise

I have bought my daughter here on two separate occasions in the last couple of weeks only to be completely ignored by the staff behind the till for at least 10 minutes each time, there is at least 7/8 members of staff behind the tills but they just look at you and totally blank you and ignore the fact that you are there waiting to be served. I walked out of the restaurant this evening after being ignored for 10 minutes by staff when all I wanted to do was place an order for food and came to another McDonald’s restaurant down the road where I might add the service was great. I thought it was an isolated incident so I was willing to give it another chance but tonight just proved that the staff are just rude and I will no longer use this McDonald’s. Staff training about how to treat customers and not ignore them probably would not go a miss in their restaurant.

Worst McDonald’s avoid Small queue At drive through but sat not moving for 25 minutes. Parked and went inside waited ages, order wrong, strawberry instead of chocolate shake, 5 not 6 nuggets, all food cold. I have had bad experiences here before and no point complaining will just avoid in future. But local and when kids would like it. Will put foot down and say no next time. £22 pounds down the drain. Basically the franchise model means awful service at most McDonald’s these days.

Ordered on line a few times now and EVERY single time it’s either wrong or doesn’t arrive. It’s disgusting. You phone no one answers the phone. I go to the restaurant to be told it’s the food ordering apps fault. NO they don’t make the food they just deliver it. Ordered a chicken burger with extra cheese. Got a plain chicken burger which was cremated. Tonight ordered a pineapple stick and two curry dips. They never turned up but I was charged for them and they were on the receipt for gods sake read your receipts before you seal the bags. It’s really simple !!!

I would give zero! Came here with two four year old girls. Stood to order at the till but was ignored but approx 8 staff including two managers in the white shirts. Tried to sit down and order the table service - not in use. Had to get the Girls back up to use the screens, 3 people deep. Once I finally ordered 17 mins after arriving I then waiting another 15 mins for my order. I watch countless Uber and deliveroo orders go out but only actually 3 people stood with me got orders before me - so if you’re there in the restaurant they’re only actually doing in house orders every five mins! If you have 3 before you…. Ur looking at 15/20 mins. Absolute joke. Get rid of the screens, hire more people and get back to being ‘fast food’. It’s not fair on the staff, young student getting eye balled by angry parents…. Felt sorry for them! Bad management and organisation. Avoid!

Food was good, staff were friendly, place was clean, atmosphere was good and the place was very busy which speaks volumes as people vote with their feet.

McDonald's is really going down hill fast, the food is cold, and no member of staff wants to take respinsibity for it whether you eat in or take out or even delivery.

The assistant manager and one of his staff members, foreign lady with ginger hair had allot of attitude towards us without any valid reason. They accused us of stealing food when they were the one that mixed up the order,they did not even bother to check the cctv before making strong statements.

Been to collect meals for the family. And as normal I get home to find something missing need from the order. I asked twice, "is it all there" answer came back as "yes I have checked". Funny as the three packs of fries were dumped on top of everything else! Checked, I think not.Get a grip all Mcdonalds and put staff on the drive throughs who are capable of making sure an order is correct. I must lose out on alot of cash in a year due to incompetence at many of the Mcdonalds restraunts. Oh and usually the food is cold!

i finishined work at 1 am on a saturday night i asked for fresh chips, because my last visit was disappointing. today they have outdone themselves, keep it up! it was the best mcdonalds iv had all year, the burger and the chips were fresh and spot on, so whomever was working sunday the 23 December, you have outdone yourselvs!

I can’t believe management here are so blind. When you don’t have ice cream or milkshakes put a sign out to save your guests waiting in line to be told when they try and order that you have nine and then you can’t get out of the que this is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been too. Never again.

Ordered food through the drive through today at 12.30pm by 12.50pm I rang up to see where my food was the person said they would check they I heard talking saying they would do it right here then I was put on silent then finally told someone else had taken the food.

Make sure to check food before leaving as 25% of time it's incorrect. You've been warned. Also don't like you amending your meal. I.e more pickles/ no sauce etc.

Como todos los Macdonalds café gran, aseos y lugar sucio, servicio lento, muy caro. Vea su aparcamiento. Ojo Parking tiburones. Si vas a Macdonalds y desde luego en el día de volver e ir a otra tienda en este aparcamiento al por menor problema ojo un montón de multas equivocado diciendo que nunca salimos del aparcamiento está causado doble inmersión. Como es un parque comercial de ninguno compartido los minoristas quieren aceptar responsabilidad si te quejas y sabemos que no parque allí todo el día.

in early march 2016 i purchased food to the value of14.99.on reaching my home one item was missing i phoned the shop and explained what had happend a man called naz gave me a ode and said next icame the they would replace the whole order .i forgot about this and did not find the code untiil may 28th i purchased over 17pound worth of food mentioned the code the manager came refunded the 14.99 without a discussion the best customer service for alog time thank you

after visiting this restaurant after one week apart sitting in the same place food and debris was still under seating area, this is not like Mcdonalds at all, the que for food was out the door and staff were struggling, but in the back office the manageress just sat there with no offer of help to her staff at all.

The staff are more interested in fighting with each other than serving customers. When i finally do get service its after they have served someone that came in after me. This has happened many times and im not impressed. The Asian ladies spend too much time ganging up on a blonde European lady to notice that im stood waiting to be served. This is a nice McDonald's visually but s#*t service.

Most McDonald's 'restaurants' are the same. This one just about gets a 3 out of 5 from me.I use it now and again. They regularly get my order wrong. Their command of the English language is not the best.

Good drive through McDonald's and exactly what I needed after a great weekend in Coventry.. facilities were clean and tidy and the restaurant was nice and tidy..

I'm not usually a fan of McDonald's but I was hungry and passing, so thought why not? This location is refurbished every other year it seems and its latest look is quite appealing.The 5am opening was handy, it was so quiet meaning I could get some work done.My only complaint really, is that as a non-pork eater there was no real choice other than to order a Sausage & egg mcmuffin and ask for the sausage to be removed, meaning I lose out. How about just offering an Egg mcmuffin?
