Excellent food and service. Very clean place .staff also very kind . Food is fresh and tasty.

Very dirty place and also the toilets are stinky and disgusting. This place needs a refresh ASAP!

Food good, service OK, apart from could only order on tablet not at till which isn't people friendly. The girl shouting order numbers was loud considering the place only had about 4 customers at any one time. Was dead on a Sunday lunchtime

Paid £11.75 for a reasonable meal service is never with a smile and no sauces are extra and 30p for mayonnaise surely for the cost of the meal one or two sauces wouldn't go a miss... Definitely last time I'll ever be using burger king. There service and prices are shocking and definitely not getting any better... Better off going McDonald's!

Gotta be my favourite burger joint ever - I only gave it four stars because my burger wasn't as warm as I'd have liked it, but to be fair the flavour was great.

Food was good except it was freezing cold because the delivery man left the food outside with the bag open and never updated the app or knocked the door to let me know it was there !! Terrible delivery and the food was not enjoyable because of how cold it was.

I deliberately asked for no mayo on the burger ! And the thing was absolutely covered in it - like more then you would ever expect- feels like this was a deliberate act - shocking! This is BK not a back street takeaway … will never order from here again !!!!

Considering I had to wait near on an hour for the order to be cooked and delivered all the food was cold I can’t even say it was lukewarm it all had to be warmed in the microwave and by doing that the food was disgusting plus it would of been nice to of been given a straw for the milkshake. I was absolutely disgusted when I opened the bag. My burger was in pieces. It looked like someone shook the bag up. I think deliberately as I cannot see this happening accidentally. The bits of burger were stuck to the bottle of coke, mixed with the open box of onion rings. The only thing that didn’t get destroyed was the fries. I cannot imagine what happened.

I recently visited the Burger King. I was incredibly impressed with the outstanding service provided by one of your employees, Manikanta. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, making me feel welcome. Despite the lunchtime rush, handled everything with remarkable efficiency and a positive attitude. My order was taken promptly and accurately, and they made sure to address any special requests I had with ease. Their attention to detail and customer service skills are truly commendable. The food was prepared quickly and tasted great, which added to the overall positive experience. It's clear that one of them employee name was Manikanta takes pride in their work and strives to provide the best possible experience for every customer.

two of the asian staff members in the office while I was waiting to order only to be told to order at the kiosk. The male manager was walking around with airpods in his ears since when was this allowed.

Chicken Royale was lovely but over pricey for small size, peppercorn fully loaded fries was lovely too plus 26 odd quid no drinks with a bit disappointed

Visited in Coventry for the first time, unlike in other cities, I found fantastic staff assisted very well of choosing the best out of menu.

Customer service was diabolical. Grunted at through the drive through speaker, sounded as if we had annoyed her just by making an order and asking what flavour sauces they had. Again rude at the checkout, literally no eye contact no please, no thank you, and as the food was not ready I was told in a rude tone ‘can you go and park over there and wait for your food’. Blows my mind how bad customer service has become but if you go there yourself you will see why. I don’t know the customer service assistants name so I can only describe her as a portly woman in a hijab with a face covered in make up…my advice to her, if you hate your job so much move on, I’m sure it’s not hard to get paid more than minimum wage or maybe she just didn’t like the way I looked. Last time I go anyway.

Haven’t tried the food as I was working installing the new coke machine and ice machine. Behind the counter area where the food is prepared did look clean compared to other Burger Kings
