Food is good and tastes like a proper fast food burger shop not too similar to mc Donald’s but tastes good would recommend. Staff are friendly but the shop is usually quiet which is good for bringing small children. Not always the cleanest but usually fine. Overall a good Burger King.

Went to Burger King and the staff seem to actually have a good chemistry with each other, the food was fresh and the store was actually clean too to bottom. My food took only 3 mins to come and I will deffo be coming again. So happy with the service. Sally was a star wonderful customer service.

From ordering to delivery on a Friday afternoon 13:00-14:00 I never received it it until a hour and half later. Food was stone cold and the loaded fries was laughable, never again will I order from Burger King again. I used to prefer it over maccies now it’s shown how far it’s fallen. Pure Shite, rubber and cold food.

The service is crap, I asked the young white girl to take my order at till because the machines were very busy, she'll told me tills ain't working, next person to go up & do same thing she tuck there order.

My friend referred me to Burger King arena park. It was a such a nice experience. Food was so tasty and hot. Staff were friendly and attentive. Definitely will come again.

This was my third visit, same positive experience as pervious visits. Nice classy location, good menu and reasonable prices. Will recommend to my friends and family. Good staff and fast service. Keep it up the good work. You guys are awesome 🤩.

If you want cold food, less of a priority than there is for Uber eats delivery drivers, missing items and then wrong items oh and every single being dirty including the floors then come to burger king Coventry. If not the try McDonald's instead. It has better offers and is all round a cheaper and cleaner experience.

Food good, service OK, apart from could only order on tablet not at till which isn't people friendly. The girl shouting order numbers was loud considering the place only had about 4 customers at any one time. Was dead on a Sunday lunchtime

Paid £11.75 for a reasonable meal service is never with a smile and no sauces are extra and 30p for mayonnaise surely for the cost of the meal one or two sauces wouldn't go a miss... Definitely last time I'll ever be using burger king. There service and prices are shocking and definitely not getting any better... Better off going McDonald's!

Food was good except it was freezing cold because the delivery man left the food outside with the bag open and never updated the app or knocked the door to let me know it was there !! Terrible delivery and the food was not enjoyable because of how cold it was.

I deliberately asked for no mayo on the burger ! And the thing was absolutely covered in it - like more then you would ever expect- feels like this was a deliberate act - shocking! This is BK not a back street takeaway … will never order from here again !!!!

Considering I had to wait near on an hour for the order to be cooked and delivered all the food was cold I can’t even say it was lukewarm it all had to be warmed in the microwave and by doing that the food was disgusting plus it would of been nice to of been given a straw for the milkshake. Disgusting service waited over 90 minutes with zero communication from the restaurant. Food arrived cold (not warm it was stone cold) will never order from them again. If I could give minus stars I would.

I was absolutely disgusted when I opened the bag. My burger was in pieces. It looked like someone shook the bag up. I think deliberately as I cannot see this happening accidentally. The bits of burger were stuck to the bottle of coke, mixed with the open box of onion rings. The only thing that didn’t get destroyed was the fries. I cannot imagine what happened.

From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, making me feel welcome. Despite the lunchtime rush, handled everything with remarkable efficiency and a positive attitude. My order was taken promptly and accurately, and they made sure to address any special requests I had with ease. Their attention to detail and customer service skills are truly commendable. The food was prepared quickly and tasted great, which added to the overall positive experience. It's clear that one of them employee name was Manikanta takes pride in their work and strives to provide the best possible experience for every customer.

Visited in Coventry for the first time, unlike in other cities, I found fantastic staff assisted very well of choosing the best out of menu.
