everything is cold and practically inedible!

I was there for the first time and after a long time I received a great customer service and hot food which was fresh. Place looked hygienic.

I’m went so many times in Bk , every time have a great experience food was very fresh and tasty also staff was very polite I definitely recommend my friends and I will come again soon

Really enjoyed the food as busy as the shop was I got my food in considerably good time and it was still hot and tasted very fresh.

Food took 2hours 21 minutes to arrive, as you can imagine it was cold, and only half the order arrived, not good don’t bother, try mcds instead

we received someone else's order but had the right receipt on the bag they just didn't check which bag they were putting the order in.

Not happy at all.. 1) why do push bike drivers think it’s okay to deliver food which is roughly 15 mins away by car and expect the food to be warm 2) when you request your COLD drinks to be bagged separately from your HOT food so it doesn’t make the food cold quicker and it isn’t and when you ask get old no I don’t know and walks off rudely 3) taking point 1 and 2 into account I then see on the map the delivery guy made a pit stop in holbrooks the opposite direction whilst delivering our food .

Highly illiterate staff, they don’t have any sense how to deal with customers.

why put cold sprite in the same bag as hot burger and create warm sprite and cold burger?

took 50 mins to arrive then the driver took the order to the next door neighbour and I had to go collect it from him plus the charges are ridiculous

We hadn't been to a burger king for a while. We used to love the burgers from there. This was a huge disappointment. The burger was cold with hardly anything on it. It was definitely not a whopper. We ordered large meals, but the portions were more like a kids' meal. It will be a long time before we visit again.

This was my first and positive experience in bk, good menu , looking classy location and reasonable prices. The food was pleasant enough and served hot as well quickly. Also I will recommend to my nears and dears .The staff was very polite . Definitely I will come again🙂

Really loved the atmosphere in the shop especially the time I arrived with my family. Very busy am sure because of the Coventry game but got our food in good time and the correct food as we ordered. Great work guys keep it up.

Had double whopper, bacon and cheese loaded fries and chicken nuggets and it was all absolutely perfect. Possibly some of the best nuggets I’ve had. Food was piping hot still too.

The food was fresh, the staff polite and helpful. A completely different experience to the truly awful branch at Central Six retail park. Will definitely be back.

Ate in here and ordered a whopper with no onion. Good job I checked the contents and that I'm not allergic as it came with onion. What's the point in being able to customise your order if they just ignore it anyway? Order number 5 wasn't picked up but 1 customer who had already got his food decided he would be dishonest and pretend he was order number 5 and go and collect it while looking shifty. Staff didn't ask him what was in order 5 (a sure way to check he was genuine as he'd have known what he ordered), but just gave him the food. Really wouldn't recommend and won't be returning. Wasn't worth the money.

Meal was over 1 hour late. I even travelled to the restaurant to see where it was to be told it was out. Delivery driver just said really busy. Burgers were cold, chips cold and soggy, onion rings cold and soft even had free cheese bite cold

my order is cold. my chicken legend was squashed and soaked by the bottle of coke zero. the chips are cold. the order took over an hour to arrive.

If I didn’t have to give a star then I wouldn’t. Awful service. Tried calling the restaurant twice but no answer. Had to wait an hour and a half for my order. Turned up cold and half of it was missing. Not happy at all!

They said 12:15 then changed so many times it’s come and my food is all freezing cold it’s not even edible the chips are hard for my toddler to even chew

The place was incredibly filthy when we came in. We wanted to eat in but when we saw the state of it, we decided to eat in the car instead. Wrappers, food, sauce packets all over the floor, tables and chairs. There wasn't a clean space to eat in the whole place. 🤮

Came here on the 24th with my girlfriend. Before this visit, I hadn't had anything to do with BK in a decade. Whether it was nostalgia, I don't know, but the food was lovely. It was warm and tasted fresh. Atmosphere was so so as there was nobody in there so difficult to rate. Definitely priced higher than your McDonald's, but in my opinion, it is worth the extra money.

order was accepted at 17:45, didn't arrive until 19:04 and it was stone cold

Minus stars for every thing , food cold , chicken royale had nearly a whole bottle of mayonnaise on it ,delivery took over 2 hours

My order was wrong no loaded fries only half a share box and the burger was wrong the drink was wrong

It was about as good as you could hope for. The food was pleasant enough, the staff were polite and the food was served hot and quickly. The toilets were clean enough too.
