Burger King in Coventry

I recently visited the newly opened branch of Burger king, and i have to say i am very impressed. The staff is understanding, friendly, and they are always ready to help you in any way possible. The atmosphere here is also very nice and clean. This place is definitely going to be my go to place for fast food, and i would highly recommend people to visit this branch of Burger King.

Food was nearly cold when served

my 3rd time coming since moving to coventry and the staff are always friendly and my food was fresh they even colked my onion rings to order！

Table service is very bad and the tables are full of bred crums…and the drink is with out ice…I will not refer any one this place..

I came yesterday with my family, almost after many weeks for dine in. I was surprised with its inner dine in change. Sooo goood food and served hot specially onion rings. Everyonemust try..really happy with table service. See you guys soon.

This has to be one of the consistently bad burger king branches. The staff barely recognise you as a customer and look as if they would rather you didn't interrupt their conversations than serve you. Then you get to food. Pre-ordered on app. Delivery drivers get a warm welcome and preference to visiting customers. Went to desk to ask how long my food was going to be and was snapped at and told to wait. The food came out nothing like what was advertised or I'd had at other BK branches. Fries were basically cold and how dare I interrupt them again to ask for sauce. I would avoid this restaurant at all costs. Will try again in 6 months to see if it improves but unfortunately it never does

sept 2024 Food ok but the the tables were stickey and toilets were the worst. Men's toilet's smelt of urine and were out of date with slow hand dryer. My mum said the ladis had a broken dryer and was dirty too! Birmgham moor street one is better! this need needs a full refurbisment or hand it over to MCdonald's who are better at keep the places moden and looking clean. Will not return!

BK made the driver wait at the restaurant for 15 minutes with my food while they prepared other orders to give him. food was stone cold.

The food is all cold because the delivery driver is doing multi drops obviously

Excellent food, staff and services. I ordered at drive through and the food came a bit late, but the staff(I think named Ife or something like that) gave me reasons for the food being late. I at least like the fact he gave me reasons. As I know how hard fast food restaurants staff work, especially when it’s busy.

Freezing cold food. Badly packaged and crammed into a small back pack. Drinks all had lids off and had spilt all inside paper bag also crammed into a backpaxk. Chips hard stale and cold. Think twice guys have a pot noodle.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Burger King. The staff was rude, particularly a tall guy at the front who seemed completely uninterested in assisting customers. His lack of professionalism and poor attitude really stood out. To make things worse, the burger I received was dry and appeared unappetizing. It’s clear that cleanliness and attention to quality are not priorities here. I will definitely not be returning.

Had a really bad experience . Uninterested staff to help especially the tall , slim boy not making any effort . Don’t feel like going back. Bad management, they keep talking to each other.

food was exactly as expected from BK, the order was at least correct, hot and edible, however unable to give less than 1 star for delivery, order time kept going up. we only live 5 minutes away from BK at the ricoh and yet the order went from originally to be delivered between 7 and 7.20, eventually arriving at 9.05. tried numerous times to ring the restaurant in the intervening 2 hrs but no answer. if I'd had the option to cancel I would have. Will not order from here again.

Your food not hot and not good quality

Had the plant based whopper it was so good. Service was good as well Parking just in front of store. Good deals in burgerking app. It is nice and clean and spacious

The time kept changing constantly originally it was a 19.20 delivery time it came at 8.15! I rang the restaurant who said the driver was refusing to take my order because he had a problem with another order that was there. The food was stone cold

Ngozi took my order after having trouble redeeming my offers at the self service kiosk. She was absolutely lovely and handled my issue extremely professionally. Will definitely be coming back 👍

food arrived cold due to driver not knowing how to follow a map, I watched him on the delivery tracker, he went a full 8 miles extra from being at the back of my house to the front door, he said he was looking for an ally? worst service I have ever had

Ordered food at 5:09pm it turned up at 7:03pm, I left a note on the system and ask for a straw for the thick shake, never got one, and when the food arrived everything was cold Thanks Burger King

Food took 2hours 21 minutes to arrive, as you can imagine it was cold, and only half the order arrived, not good don’t bother, try mcds instead

we received someone else's order but had the right receipt on the bag they just didn't check which bag they were putting the order in.

Not happy at all.. 1) why do push bike drivers think it’s okay to deliver food which is roughly 15 mins away by car and expect the food to be warm 2) when you request your COLD drinks to be bagged separately from your HOT food so it doesn’t make the food cold quicker and it isn’t and when you ask get old no I don’t know and walks off rudely 3) taking point 1 and 2 into account I then see on the map the delivery guy made a pit stop in holbrooks the opposite direction whilst delivering our food .

why put cold sprite in the same bag as hot burger and create warm sprite and cold burger?
