the fact I ordered 2 mix n matches and only 2 items turned up out of 6 is ridiculous I hope I get refunded for the for the. missing items

The restaurant has bad customer service.

Food was cold ( Big Mac and fry, coke drink were not good due to late delivery. Delivery man didn't have any bike or car to deliver, he walk all along the way.Terrible.

It was more than an hour late, turned up stone cold. Staff were friendly and helpful on the phone, but I can't leave a good review due to how late the delivery was and as a result it ruined the food.

Food was made quickly however the driver failed to contact me , it came up as delivered and it turns out he had left it at reception without letting me know or telling me when he arrived.

Absolutely furious with my recent McDonald's order through Uber Eats. One burger had only cheese in the box—no patty! This level of incompetence is beyond belief. McDonald's needs to get its act together and provide the quality it promises. This experience is utterly unacceptable, and I won't be ordering from them again until I see some serious improvements. It wont be the Uber eats delivery guy as the bag was soo sealed its from the kitchen staff

Order the big tasty no cheese...top of the burger has the cheese removed I could see where it had been...underneath the burger had cheese....I telephoned straight away Connor the manager dud nothing just said get a refund on the app...it really isn't good enough....if I had eaten that burger I would have been ill ....I will never go here again ...awful customer service....food inedible...

Ordered two milkshakes today and unfortunately the milk was noticeably off. As in, the milkshake was sour and gross. Called the store just to let them know they should have a look at their machines to avoid giving anyone else this experience and the person on the phone was just defensive and rude. I will not be ordering from here again.

We did not approve of the driver, when dropping off the food my partner struggled to open the door and the driver was shouting at him through the door, then when we managed to open the door he continued to shout and make my partner feel uncomfortable

Driver wasn’t assigned for a long time. Food was made straight away and left sitting for an hour and half before it got to me. Came to me cold so I had to put it in the oven when it got here. Not acceptable. Will not be ordering again

Aman the shift manager started to argue with me over returning a sausage and bacon roll and then lied about my refund gave my 4.99 when I paid 4.80 +0.80. Nice manager

Perfect burger and fries food restaurant near to all shops and very good restaurant for hot drinks and meals provides even a breakfast menu and is exceptional for everyone who wants a quick meal there.

My delivery driver turned up on a bike cycled around when I tried to get his attention muliplte times he sped past me after about 15 minutes of me trying to get his attention and going off in different directions and left with my food however he put on the app that my food had been delivered I complained over 2 hours ago and have still not received any information about my refun

Absolutely awful experience, delivered without drink at 12:40PM and the delivery man said MacDonald staff didn't pack properly and it spilled on the way, phone MacDonald service they told me they had no problems with packing, and i can get refund through Justeat app, then contact Justeat customer service, didn't received the reply until next early morning.They insisted me sending photos as evidence but i didn't see any drink at all, then i explained it but they closed the case saying the reason was i can't provide evidence. What a joke

Do not visit this place, or order from this McDonald’s due to the incompetent staff that can’t even get a simple order right I ordered two bacon batches with extra bacon. When it came. I had two bacon batches with cheese were not asked for if we are expected to pay the price that they want. At least they can try and get our orders right

This is clearly based on the cleanliness of the McDonald's in west orchard. The walls and door frames are absolutely filthy. There were all slashes up the walls and you can see the dirt that has built up on the staff door frame and keypad. The walls have black build up of dirt which is not very nice when having children who touch everything then touch their food. As this is used alot by the public and a proper eating place. These walls need to be deep cleaned on a regular basis. I can fault staff as they are always on the floor cleaning away tables and wiping them down it just the surrounding area of restaurant.

The worst McDonalds in Coventry. The shift manager at 4:30pm today was extremely rude and passive aggressive. With the example he sets for staff, no wonder the service is so poor. The reason I visited McDonalds rather than KFC today was for the chips so I ordered a large meal to eat in and some bits to take home. The chips I got didn't have any salt on them so I asked if i could get chips with salt on them. The lady came back and said the shift manager said the chips can't be replaced because I had eaten out of it and if I wanted them replaced I will need to speak to him. I had to leave my 3 heavy bags of shopping behind and my food tray just to go see him about the large chips. I asked for the large chips to be replaced and he repeated the same thing. When I said I don't mind if he replaces them with medium chips I would just like to have them replaced with hot salted chips he left and came back with small chips, a smirk on his face said 'that's all you're getting' and continued to give attitude. It's funny how service can just ruin your appetite, I just felt like returning the entire order but I was exhausted from shopping and I had enough of attitude for one day. I will make the mistake of visiting there again.

First McDonald's Restaurant in Coventry that actually took an effort to phone me to apologize they ran out of carrot bags and offered milk shake instead. Delivery was bit late because of that but that's okay. Keep up good work 👍🏻

It doesn't matter whether you visit the restaurant or have it delivered, the quality of the food isn't great. The fries are cold, the burger is put together half-arsed and your order is always missing one item or most of it. I've worked for Mcdonald's myself so understand the conveyor belt process and the original methods of preparing food to order. However, the food in this location has slipped significantly. Every order on Just eat has missing items, so much so, Just eat refuses to give me my money back. The same goes for in-store, every time I order, I usually have to take food back or obtain the missing food/drink. Until they retrain their staff, be ready for half of your order to be missing.

Ok so the food was fine here and so was the staff, but the restaurant was full of flies. This completely spoilt my dining experience.

The mcdonalds app said it was open until 8pm and allowed me to order online to collect. When I arrived at 6pm the whole building was locked up and I couldn't get my food. They still took my money.

It was alright, although staff forgot the straws which I had to go up and ask for and also forgot the salsa dip that comes with the mozzarella dippers, tables wasn't that clean as I had to wipe them myself.

A guy kicking off probably drugged out of his head. Fig beefy security guard totally ignoring him and a petiti female member of staff intervened. The whole seating area is taken up by Just Eat courier's waiting for their order.

Not the nicest meal I've had from this McDonald's restaurant, the fries were dry and tastles, while the plain double cheeseburger had relish inside. Thankfully the apple pie was spot on.

There's always violents, fights, staff are rude especially the young lad on the till, got no good word to say about this place would have gave it a 0 if I could.

I actually ordered delivery for this food. The food is usually cold. Sometimes it is warm. They usually don't send the dips I paid for. Today I ordered a BigMac and a double quarter pounder meal. The quarter pounder was just 2 burgers and a bit of ketchup. No salad or pickles, nothing! So disapointed. I don't think I've ever been 100% happy with the meal delivered.

I completely understand the dire Covid circumstances but come on.....we are all suffering. I stood in line for 15 minutes. Then ordered by machine. Got my order after 5 minutes without one of the items I had ordered only to be told by staff that it was not on his slip and therefore I need to order again. I ordered but felt that I was buying that item twice and that was not on. I asked another member of staff and he was apologetic and got me two of the items. I get home to find that another item was missing (the main item.......wtf). I phone the contact number and no answer. I have paid money and did not get what I asked for. Joke

Ordered from this restaurant twice this month from Uber eats and both times have forgotten parts of order. They forgot fries with both meals and only sent burgers and drink and didn’t include no onions or added cheese (TWICE!). This is the second time it has happened. Gave it the benefit of the doubt before but pretty sure they now owe me some money back. Avoid

Everytime I visit this resturant with my wife and children, there has always been an issue for example the food is missing or the food is stone cold. Now the place is just too violent to visit. I will be visiting either the West Orchards or Binley Mcdonalds branches from now on, I really think you should be closed down for good.
