Busy place but staff is all friendly and always have a smile on their face. Restaurant looks good after renovations

Absolutely disgusting. The lady who is assembling the burgers touches the toilet door and then goes back in the kitchen without even washing or sanitising her hands, pretending like it’s normal. We waited for so long even though there were no customers. I understand that they are not wearing gloves but at least a bit of common sense in a place where food is served.

If you need the toilet I suggest you put salt in your eyes and tissue up the nostrils, you will need to desensitise. If you are old enough to remember the toilet scene in Trainspotting then this maybe a good starting point as preparation. Food, if you are looking at the pictures on the menu there maybe some resemblance in colour to the product served but I have seen more appealing road kill and certainly better nutritional value in the bathroom (1 plus point for the bathroom I guess) All in all this venue is not fit for purpose.

Today I visited at Burger King I placed an order that was very simple but they still got my order wrong.There was this old man he is bald with a beard. He was very rude and shouted at me for no reason. I will not make this visit again.

It’s disappointing that after renovations, this store seems to be much less efficient when preparing for orders that were made earlier. I had to wait much longer than 3 people who ordered after me, and what I ordered were not something rare (like onion rings and halloumi burger) and I believe it’s not because of shortage of labour or something like that…

Food was excellent, Angus steak burger meals we had were exactly as ordered and cooked perfectly, thank you to the staff on the shift, top marks.

Wrong food in bag food missing and half the drinks wrong I mean it's written in front of them on a piece of paper it's not hard

The staff have all the grace and decorum of a reversing dump truck, my friend asked if he could order some food and was just shouted at by the manager saying it was too busy even though there was less than 10 people in the restaurant. I ask for a slushie with my meal and was looked at, as if I just booted the ladies dog across the room into the frier.

All the staff looked like they hated themselves, the customers, the manager, and their job. The manager was shouting at customers for asking to be served after waiting for 15 minutes with no service. All the brand new self-serve kiosks had broken down. There were two tradesmen using an abrasive wheel and hammering metal inside the restaurant while people were eating about a metre away. I now have tinnitus. They didn't follow the customisations on my order despite me paying extra. But apart from that I would wholeheartedly recommend.

Went to take my son out for a treat. Have a blue light card so asked prior if I still order at the till as it's changed since the refurbishment. Lady mentioned I needed to order at the self service and choose cash option so I could get the discount. Went to pay by card, but was unable to as the only card reader they had was for the drive thru and wouldn't reach over. My cards wireless no longer works so I have to enter my PIN. It took a lot of faff and eventually the manager came. He told me I needed to walk around the building to the kiosk window. I stated this was ridiculous. He said I had to do this. I then called my young son over and explained the situation, the manager then perhaps realises how stupid and dangerous it is to have a mum and small child walk through the drive thru, and changed his mind. He then tries to get another card reader turned on and ready to take my payment. No apologies or acknowledgement for how ridiculous or stupid the situation was from the manager. After a lot of frustration, waiting around and nonsense he then states he will "take the risk" and allow me to enter the kitchen to pay for my meal. Absolutely ridiculous and I have no idea what this man is doing running a Burger King with such poor people skills and customer service. On the other hand, the young girls did their best and were polite and one did actually apologise. The food was okay. I felt like I deserved extra chips for the chaos but was instead made to feel like a nuisance.

I ordered an extra patty , this was missing. I ordered whopper with cheese, but I the cheese was missing!!!! what you supposed to do? not impressed

They have a different closure time than that displayed on Google Earth. Staff team is rude. I'm sorry but I really don't recommend it.

Burger King has massively gone downhill. Dry burger, cold soggy chips. Far better options available

clearly mentioning in my delivery instructions that I am 35 weeks pregnant and requesting that the food be prepared fresh, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the Vegan Royal Patty I received. It was not fresh at all, which is particularly concerning given my condition. However, the delivery person was very rude and insisted that I come outside to collect the order, which was both inconvenient and upsetting. I expect better service from Burger King, especially considering the detailed instructions provided.

Whilst the food is as you would expect in a burger King the wait for the staff to put the simple order together was disappointing. Especially standing there looking at my whopper for over 5 minutes while the staff gossiped with each other about a rude customer earlier.

Nice tastings burger and bacon loaded cheese fries are really nice prefer bk as there more tasty 😋

Ordered my food which said it would take 20-30 minutes, it took over an hour and a half, had to eat something else, app wouldn’t let me cancel my order, sent the driver away as already eaten. Just eat app is terrible to get in touch with someone and make a complaint, requested a full refund as not had the food.

No complaints food wise other than the temp but the delivery driver was so hard to co-operate with. Went to the wrong road despite delivery instructions then proceeded to tell me i gave the wrong address and that i’m in the wrong. After a near 20 minute phone call he finally turned up with the food cold. Hate to sound like a Karen but it was so infuriating having someone tell me i don’t know where i live. Going to eat my cold fried now :-p

We have got home tonight from the Coventry Central Six branch after deciding to have a treat, my son set up an account as we don’t normally use Burger King but on recommendations decides to click and collect, we live 15mins away and when we go home one burger short, bacon double cheeseburger XL the most expensive at £10.99. Then when I opened the other burger the lettuce was very brown not fresh at all. Tried to phone them to get the message that unable to leave message as mailbox full, I wonder why, we won’t be back fuming 😡

I ordered a chicken royal meal and they forgot to bring my drink which was a coke which I am quite upset about?

horrible, hasn't been cleaned there were flies in the bath room, food all over the floor, it smelt so bad, and the workers didn't have gloves on whilst touching the food, all the tables were dirty, i had cleaned the table with a napkin and it was grey, can't believe this has a food hygiene rating of 5, the place is disgustingly

I went to order at desk and they refused to serve me telling me I had to use machine I told them I have dyslexia and they asked me to leave the restaurant this is disability discrimination absolutely disgusting

Loved the experience at this burger king. food tastes hot and fresh, gets busy at times but the staff are always happy and cheerful good to see. Will definitely visit again.

Not been to burger King for a while and thought I'd try it. I had bacon double cheeseburger XL meal. Quite liked the bacon topped peppercorn sauce loaded fries and tried some dorito chicken strip things, neither of which were on the menu last visit which was years ago.

Currier didn’t even have a keep warm bag It was a sports direct bag . . Food was cold and when requested refund it was denied

Food was cold, 'loaded' ???, hardly loaded would be a better title...delivery time kept changing so hard to gauge accurately but 12 mins difference at least from initial time. Expected more from BK especially with 10 % service charge too :(

Burgers were cold and Solid as if they had been microwaved multiple times......Like a Rustler burger. Chips were cold and not fresh. The only edible items were the onion rings. Delivery driver was rude and argumentative accusing me of putting the wrong address on the order when it wasnt. Not happy and will not be ordering from here again

The food is freezing cold, chips have gone hard, burger is cold. Awful!!! And the fact it came at the later end of the delivery time explains this!!! Absolutely not acceptable after spending £20 including tax and delivery charge!!!

I'm not a regular visitor to burger bars and I thought this visit was disappointing the food was ok but in my mind is was not good value for money I am glad I did not have to pay for a family.

Food was cold, chips tasted as if they were cooked hours before and very soggy

Ordered at it said 30-45mins delivery. Got a notification about 6pm to say it was on its way, delivery then said up to 6:30 which made it an hour and 15mins more than stated. When I checked to see where the courier was they were stopped at another restaurant for roughly 10mins. So by the time they had dropped the food off at half 6 they had held my order for half an hour and the fries were cold, burgers were just about warm enough to eat.

Added bacon when I selected not to and forgot items - make me not want to order again from here.
