Delivered wrong drink and no straws

Wait three hours for it to get here it was as warm as a cup left a n the side just warm too let you know at some point it was hot.cant put to much on delivery driver as was quick when it said they left will only go to stop online ordering

Hot food being left in the same bag as frozen drink and hot food and is now cold loaded fries have not been loaded but no bacon smallest squirt of cheese sauce really disappointed

when ordering the delivery time stated 44 mins Max however the time kept increasing and it took over 2 hours. The food was cold and we had already eaten by this time. I would like a full refund please.

Not sure how they manage to mess up my order/forget half the food EVERY single time but they do. Learnt my lesson now after it happening, without fail, every time I go there. Useless staff.

Meal ordered earlier in the afternoon for 6pm delivery did not arrive until 6.30pm. What is the point having a delivery time slot option when it doesn't work? Very annoying and meant my hungry kids had to wait for their food longer than planned.

Great experience at Burger King in Central 6 Retail Park! The food was fresh, the service was quick, and the staff were friendly. Perfect spot for a quick and tasty meal. Will definitely visit again!

Food arrived quickly but cold, probably due to the fact it wasn’t delivered in a hot bag, the delivery driver didn’t seem to care either when he dropped the bag of food outside on the floor. Also considering we were supposed to have x2 large fries and a normal child’s portion of fries within the order we had placed all portions of fries were small and again cold.

The driver sat outside our house for 15mins on a phone call to his mate, so I had to go out to his car to get my order by which time the food was cold

Fast service/waiting times but overall atmosphere and cleanliness atrocious, the bathrooms were a mess and half the stools didn’t have locks. Feces scraped onto the walls and toilet paper covering the floor. Food was mid, the chicken nuggets just tasted like birdseye chicken

When ordered, delivery time was 25-40 minutes. Food was finally delivered 104 minutes after it was ordered…. Meal was cold & ice cream had completely melted & was pure liquid. Don’t know what the issue is but won’t be ordering again, it’s ridiculous.

Driver has turned off their location when leaving the restaurant at 17:50 and it was saying that it is on their way on the app. Messaged them twice with no reply. Restaurant is 5 min walk distance to my house, so this should have been a fast delivery. Food was cold and I had to throw it in the bin.

Don't really recommend coming here unless you feel like you have too. The food was fine but that was about it. Most of the tables where never cleared the whole time we were there, some had food that hadn't been touched so if you want free stuff feel free to take it. My main problem is that what's the point of offering table service when you don't do it. Me and other customers selected table service but had to collect it when they called the order. It was uncomfortably hot as well. There's plenty of better restaurants around here I recommend going to them first

Would avoid terrible attitude of staff who refused to serve me at the tills instead of me using the screens. This was after I was ignored for 5 minutes when I arrived. Disgusting. Retrain your staff. Moneys tight be grateful how we want to order and pay.

Food was over an hour late from ordering, the time kept getting pushed back. When the food did arrive ALL items were cold and Just Eat refused to compensate which is terrible customer service.

Food was cold when it arrived, despite receipt delivery time saying 15.15 it didn’t arrive until 15.45 and obviously not kept warm en route.

Stay away from this place as the food is not hygienic , found hair in burger once , the food safety agency should be alerted , the service is atrocious, the people who work at the service windows cannot take a simple order , I ordered a double burger with an additional patty and extra cheese , they gave me a whopper without cheese , although I repeated my order to the girl three times before ordering , the worst of all was when I got home I discovered the wrong burger and rang then , the manager said I can have a double whopper meal for free on my next visit and gave me a pin ref for it , but when I went in today to claim it , the guy at the window accused me lying and said I’ve been doing this in other stores plus they said the ref number is not valid , it was clear this was their way of not giving me my replacement meal , stay away from this place and spread the word to others , they are a bunch of con people and the food quality and hygiene is atrocious , I will be reporting them to the FSA as well
