Burger King in Coventry

Ordered at half 4 and its almost 7pm. Had to feed the kids a different meal. Estimated time of delivery in another hour! Expect a full refund.

First order from here. Was slightly late, but the food was perfectly fine after warming up a bit. Tasty, decent quality and better value and quality than McDonalds!

My son had a terrible experience in Burger King. He is 14 and loves Burger King food. It was a tough day for him with train cancellations etc as such he went in to treat himself for a burger and chilli cheese bites. He had to wait for 25 minutes before anyone answered his question then he was asked to place his order through the kiosk but he told them he had cash and the kiosk not accepting his order. People working there including the manager was not worried or even cared for their customers. Eventually, after 35 minutes someone took my son’s order and he walked off very disappointed having experienced a terrible customer service. No matter what age it is anyone walking through the doors should be treated with respect and unfortunately this particular branch in a busy area has no knowledge of the customer service or customers experiences. I was fuming when I found my son was treated in disrespectful manner. My kind request to this branch is to treat people the way you want to be treated. Thanks a lot!!

It took 1 hour 15 minutes for my food to be delivered…

Delivery time kept increasing as time went on. Looked like the delivery driver was in the restaurant a long time. Finally was seen on the tracking app, i waited outside to see the car go straight past me towards the other flats. Food cold

Only popped in for quick lunch as short of time. Staff were pleasant but hygiene not good. A guy came round with a cloth to clean tables but no sanitiser just the same cloth for all tables. I went to the loo and it stank of urine and was very very unpleasant, had I gone in before I wouldn't have eaten here and nor will I again!

Went for Dine in in today and staff name Sana (this is what she said as she was not wearing any id batch) was quite rude. First she refused to take order and told to redeem the offer at scan machine then we inform her that offer can be redeem at Kiosk and then she agreed to take order and we were 5 people but between every order she was standing at packing counter and wiping fridge but was not attending us even hospital was empty.Additionally her hairs were half open which is not good at restaurant.

Very unpleasant encounter with the staff, especially Sana, who is unworthy of being there when we asked to order meals and was really impolite to us.

Really dissatisfied with the service provided on the 24th of November. We placed an order at 16:00 and we have only just received our meal due to myself picking it up and stating we had been waiting since 4 o’clock this afternoon. I arrived at the restaurant to inform them it had not been delivered and found the delivery waiting and sitting there. Likely since 4 o’clock, I requested a fresh order to be completed but was told this was not possible. We had to have the meal reheated.

My order was missing many items and my food was delivered cold. My kids were absolutely starving by the time the food came. I am extremely dissatisfied by this and I will never be ordering from this Burger King again.

Hot and fresh food, great and fast service:)

The customer service was outstanding, food was served very fast, overall I was so pleased with the service.

The massive problem with this Burger King is that they put cold drinks in the same bag as hot food and it ruins the quality and makes the food cold and the bottles warm. It needs to be separate. I asked for this in the notes and they put three bottles on the side and one on the top of the food, which felt like it had been done deliberately.

Who in there right mind puts the ice cream and shakes in with the burger and chips . Melted ice cream and shakes. And cold burger and chips . Come on it’s not rocket science

Terrible terrible terrible. The workers here seem like they have no desire to be there. There are no ketchup pums so you have to go up and ask, God forbid you disturb them for some sachets of ketchup because they will go off on you. I like the food... but not the customer service.... avoid at all cost.

Food took an hour and a half to deliver, wrong meal delivered and all food stone cold. Apparently a £2.11 refund on a £28 order is enough to cover this though. Never again

0 stars delivery driver refused to even bring the food up to me as I have 3 small children that can’t be unsupervised and drove off with out delivering the food poor

Delivery driver was rude because he couldn’t find my address and said it wrong address he calling me up being moody with me, but he didn’t even get off his bike to look I had to go out and get him.

Our order disappeared so we had to track down a member of staff, who said that they will get a new one... Latte and Hot chocolate for kids tasted like water.....went back to a member of staff and turned out that Hot chocolate machine was broken and other staff members weren't aware.... Got juice 🧃 🧃 instead. If we weren't there but gotten take away.... wouldn't be able to rectify the order. Not coming back :(

I then ordered two vegetarian whopper burger dinners. My order was a non-vegetarian dinner when I received it. Since the meal wasn't vegetarian, I went to the counter and requested a change. After checking, she adjusted my meal. However, I had consumed that dinner.Once more, it wasn't vegetarian. They are serving bland food and deceiving the patrons.The service is terrible. On Saturday, I went to a restaurant. To order a vegetarian supper for two, I headed to the counter. Employees in attendance refused and requested that orders be placed via the screen.

The food was fine, but cold. The fact that a freezing cold milkshake is put in the bag next to burgers and fries is ridiculous. Burger arrived freezing and milkshake was just a cup of melted froth. Disappointing. The cold drinks need to be in a separate bag.

Ordered onion rings with additionall bacon xl cheeseburger they only sent the onion rings no burger still took over £12 off of me tried to get a refund multiple times but not received it.

Go here on occasions when passing but more often than not have to endure either cold chips, old cold burger with brown lettuce, or if I'm really lucky - both in one visit. Yummy I can't wait till my next visit!

Central Six Retail Park location: Went there with my mum, who is gluten free. After she ordered a cheese melt without a bun, when the food came it had a bun. None of the staff spoke English well at all, so it took several minutes to get across that she wanted the cheese melt *without* the bun. When the replacement arrived, it was in the form of a patty with two slabs of cold burger cheese and no sauce. As for myself, i ordered the chicken cheese melt a some cheesy bacon fries. When i was eating the burger i thought the cheese sauce tasted a bit odd but dismissed it. When i got to the cheesy bacon fries, they had no cheese on and when i went up to the till to show a worker i had to show them on the receipt that it said "cheesy" because they didn't believe it was a thing. However, the worst of it was after i got a replacement with the sauce and sat back down to eat. It was absolutely disgusting, the cheese sauce tasted like it had been out of date for some time, and when my mum tried it she said it tasted like soap. Overall, an awful experience, will not be eating here again unless they somehow get the restraunt and staff in order.

Food was cold and disgusting. Loaded fries had a drizzle of cheese sauce over them, box was half empty. No wonder Burger King is going under, I’ll never order again. Pure rubbish!

Popped in here for a quick bit, just a cheese burger to keep us going. How can you mess up a cheese burger? The meat was bland, there was more bread than filling, and the bread was dry as a bone. The condiments had a bitter, almost off taste. It was one of the most unpleasant burgers I have ever had. If you can't get a basic cheese burger right, how are they still open?. The staff were friendly and it was clean. The touch screen monitors were very temperamental and kept switching to different screens. It's at a good location at Central 6 and one of the few food options, but it was empty for the time of day. Walk a bit further into town and get a burger anywhere else.

Conveniently located however the staff gives priority to the takeaway orders and it's impossible to order at the tills in case there's a problem with the machines. We often go to the shopping park and we tried this Burger King quite a few times as my husband prefers BK to McDonald's. However the food was always cold, the restaurant is filthy even for a fast food place and the fact that the staff don't seem to care about anything else than the delivery guys from Uber Eats or Just Eat, made is decide not to go there anymore.

I ordered online to pick up in store and got notification that order was ready for collection. Got to the shop, order was not ready and I ended up spending an extra 15mins waiting.

no cheese on the bacon cheese XL that's like a 3rd of the ingredients missing. how can you mess this up. you hardly have a hard job, cook burgers, put the correct topping on and serve.

One of the worst Burger King's in the country. Repeatedly incapable of getting a Just Eat delivery correct, I'd long since given up on them. As I was visiting the retail park, I thought I'd try a visit in person. The food was cold, the service was slow and the staff were rude. As for the restaurant itself... They've had a full refit. Eating there is a completely miserable experience. The place is stark, sterile, and utterly depressing. A bright, white, tiled counter area that resembles a public lavatory. Oppressive, over bright lighting. Hard tiled surfaces that make every single sound reverberate around the room. It's as though someone deliberately set out to create a hostile environment, one that would drive away customers in the shortest time possible. Oh and the final insult... They hide the toilets behind a push button, code lock door. The code is printed on the bottom of your receipt. If you need the loo before your meal, tough luck!

I ordered a milkshake and cokes. Milkshake has spilt all over my food and bottle of coke was open! now me and my family cany eat our food as its soaked through and the ice creams have melted as were put onto the hot food! Not even a straw

Spent £30 got given warm drinks from the staff. no ice available, no sauce after asking for it after the staff said the sauce is free. For the money you spend now its just not worth it.

Had a perfect meal after long time. Hope to see soon again.

Staff are rude. Manager is rude. Assistant manager is rude. Not exactly fast food anymore. They have no organisation what so ever. No one likes to serve at the tills anymore. And they don’t have a clue how to read to get your order right!!!! Absolute joke

OMG!!! The milkshake was very creamy, dreamy delight, with a rich and velvety texture and a depth of flavor that was really great. I also ordered the Double Whopper burger, the beef patty was juicy and flavorful, topped with melted cheese and crispy onion, which was absolutely delicious. Overall a fantastic experience 😘 10/10 would recommend!

Drive thru customers must be rare at this location. The staffs appeared to be odd (it feels like they aren’t quite ready to take orders from drive thru), the manager-alike staff is unfriendly as well. Delivery truck/team is partially blocking the entrance of drive thru. Fries is salty, burger is cold (but cooked though) It gives me a feeling that the management at this location doesn’t bothered. Either the sales is too good or they are just incompetent. I would not recommend this location if you have other options.

Every time I order from Burger King they get things wrong, sent Coke Zero instead of Diet Coke and missed items of order, I’d say for all the times I’ve ordered from them 75% of the time I have to have a refund

said it was out for delivery for almost an hour but the dot didn't move for 30 minutes and then when it did, went in the opposite direction to our house for nearly half an hour. Kids were hungry and miserable and when it finally turned up it was cold and virtually inedible. shocking.

The premises are close to the shopping center. There are drink refills. Nice service

The delivery driver ruined my meal....he never knocked the door! He left it outside my front door and pranked my mobile phone. I wondered where my food was and realised i had a missed call, thought it might be just eat, it was. Cold food thrown out.

Once again both main meals not delivered so disappointed. Look at the time.

I went to go place my order on the kiosk and the kiosk stopped working so I went to get help but the staff was very rude. I went to go use the toilet but it was very dirty and not clean so I walked out. I will never be coming here again!!!

Brilliant service at Central Six in Coventry today!, Although I didn’t really catch the name of the person who served me today, she was very professional, polite and portrayed a great image of the company. The food was delicious, and I would not hesitate to return to Burger King or recommend it to my friends. Really great customer service. Well done, and keep it up.
