disgusting. i got food poisoning eating from this place. the chicken is warmed up using plastic bags so that they dont have to clean the pots. the driver of the restaurant took a fry off the drying rack using bare hands and ate it. this place should get closed up

Being there last night, service is above the mark, food is really nice n fresh, staff is really friendly. The crowd n customers here were too drunk to deal with, but still they put every effort they can make to provide their best service. Surely, I will come back again.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! Ordered online waited over 2 hours for my food to then get missing items like no chicken on my kebabs no salad no extra sweet chilli sauses or drinks wouldn't recommend to go here staff didn't want to help and weren't bothered so rude

Went in this afternoon for a burger and chips pretty normal would not go again, the burger, bun stale and chips have been reheated a total waste of £7.00 would not recommend and to top it no tissues 😔

Order it through delivery app, waited very long. Food was all very very salty as if someone slipped a bottle f salt onto all the food. Would not recommend

Worst kebab I've ever had ordered mixed meat in naan ,chicken cut so small they looked like tiny croutons ,didn't ask for salad and got peppers in there which I hate. Naan was barely cooked .won't be visiting again

Extremely rude staff, tried calling them they blanked the phone. I got to the restaurant they were not busy just ignorant tried telling him my order and he was in his own little world and to top it off my chips weren’t even cooked properly and the bread was stale if I could give a 0, I would please I do not recommend this place !

I would never go back, terrible service and the 2nd time they have tried to rip us off. As we got there the shop was empty and the guy completely ignored us because talking to his mate was more important. Then tried to charge us 8 pounds for something that was worth 4 quid! We tried arguing with him but he still charged us 5 pounds. It is the 2nd time this has happened. I am pretty sure they take advantage of people being drunk and take extra cash because people dont always check the change they get back. Disgraceful.

Food is alright but customer service isn’t, I called about 30 times and no one answered. Unacceptable service to the customer, so disappointing!!!! Learn how to earn your customers, if you ignore them you’ll lose money and you’ll need to close the shop, I think you don’t want that

Second time they have gotten my order wrong. First time was rectified. Today we ordered and they put chilli on my food and didn’t answer the phone after 48 calls. Phone busy all night

The best and tastiest kebabs, not to mention the freshest in town that I have tried. There whole range of food from piri piri chicken there great burgers and great ice-cream milkshakes is a treat anytime of the day or night there open til 3:30 am on Spon st in town

Shocking! Ordered a chicken shish wrap with garlic mayo and chilli & no salad and got a lamb shish wrap with salad and NO garlic mayo and Chilli... Odviuosly don't care

Order from here tonight and the food was an hour late. When answered the phone just sounded like it was taken off the hook, no one on the other end. When food did arrive, salad on my partners burger (including cucumber 🤢) even though no salad asked for. I ordered the chicken burger with hash brown, this was definitely brown, completely over cooked, chicken dry and something spicy on it, I hate spicy food and could not eat it. Maybe a could place after you have had a few drinks and will eat anything not worth it for a nice treat of delivery at home.

The mix doner wrap meal is the best I’ve had, not tried anything else but the wrap is definitely worth it

Really appalling. Took 2hours and turned up cold, dry, and more lettuce than meat. Rarely had food this bad. Ordered chicken grilled Mixed grill Chilli cheese chips

Food never arrived, will need to get a refund from uber but the reviews here don't look good I wish I'd checked first

Cane back after 20 years still awesome

Unfortunately this occurred after a night out with my partner she decided to get us both food. After catching her up I got to the food counter I found the server was trying to charge her £24 for two meals when the total cost came up to £12. I confronted him with this and he laughed at me. Stay away from these guys, absolute criminals and food is well below any standard of the excellent other take aways in our beautiful city of Coventry.

Ordered food it’s now been an hour a 45 minutes and is still not here. Phoned them 30 minutes ago and they said it’s on the way but I live a 10 minute drive from the place

This place is a blessing in disguise fair prices, great food, brilliant delivery times, the kebabs are like god himself has blessed my tastebuds, couldn't ask for a better boss man to run this shop, staff are always kind and pleasant, if you want a kebab on a night out or even at home if you like it solo, here is the place to be!

They are so rued order two hours food was cold damaged and it wasn’t even the right order. I rang them up and they wouldn’t even do anything about it. Completely utterly rude

Food wasnt even cooked properly, chicken burger should have just been a batch with just mayonnaise with out the chicken with how much they put on it, didnt bring my milkshake they forgot to to give me, also wouldn't answer the phone, vile food really gone down hill, used to order every weekend but now they always forget the food or give me food poisoning 🤢

Perfect and quick meal to end a night out

I have always rated this place 10/10. But tonight out of spite they put chilli sauce in my food because it was ‘funny’. I asked for bbq and Mayo, idk how you can mix that up. They gave me the completely wrong order to what I had asked for. Charged me more then what the deal was because I had drank alcohol so it was ‘jokes’ in their opinion and they were rude. Ive always come here in the past, but tonight has changed my opinion. So gutted. Shocked at how unprofessional and rude people can act.

Paid and waited 90 minutes for the food not to even turn up. Driver made no effort to make contact and restaurant refused to pick up the phone. Very unprofessional, and I will be avoiding this place in future. Be warned if you order for delivery, I suggest not pre-paying.

The place sold me hard waffles that were burnt and also bad and dry kebab in my dry chicken burger. The food was also spilling all over my bag. I had caramel in my chips and wings from the waffles. Presentation was poor

I got a delivery.....mixed grill kebab on naan bread. It arrived quickly, nice and warm, and it was very enjoyable. It was enough for me for 2 nights. Highly recommended.

Certainly can’t beat the hours on this place. Open later than anything else I know! Good guys too nice to talk to and joke around. Food comes out hot and for the turnaround it’s better than some fast food joint late at night. 5/5 until I find another place open late!

Worst service in Coventry. Called up 45 mins before arrival to make sure that it was ready as in a rush… They ‘re - took’ my order and started to make it once I arrived at the take away. Would leave 0 stars if I could. Thanks for nothing.

Best place to get a snack after hours in Coventry, near to the clubs, always busy and with fresh fast food. Card accepted so no hassle there. I come as a regular and I am always happy with what I get.

Love a big daddy burger with chips after a few pints

I've only ever used kebabish after a night out in Coventry's excellent pubs, but they've always been excellent at providing just what's needed after a few pints. The late-night clientele always make it an entertaining and slightly bonkers experience.

Had Chicken tower meal, that was bang on, I've also had kebab and that was also Bang on.

Only rating one star as won't let me rate any lower Tried ordering over the phone as a collection and when I asked what the total cost was I was told "find out when you get here" After refusing to hang up until I had been told the price I heard someone in the background say £20 and was then told by the person on the phone " I don't know, between £25 and £30" Food tasted horrible and service was shocking. Do not recommend to anybody at all.

Food is fantastic, if you remember "express diner" near the uni, it's the same owners. Update 1 year later: So the food has gone downhill and the staff have become lazy.

Orderd the food at 1am, phoned at 2.30 am to see where it was and got a load of abuse on the phone saying im being impatient. By 3.30 we thought we might aswell leave it and go to sleep, we were then woke up by a bang on the door at 4am by the delivery driver

Ordered food and it took almost an hour to arrive understandable, but, the chicken burger was raw, along with the southern fried chicken wings/pieces this is so so dangerous and I can’t believe this would happen.

Terrible food. Masala fish covered in cheese, who does this? Why would you? Special donner drenched in mayonnaise, why? Parmesan chicken just looked a complete mess and unappetising.

Brilliant burger. 10/10. Nicely spiced chicken fillet.soft bun. Decent amount of sauce on the burger. Wish the chips were fluffier on the inside.

Order was wrong and cold by the time he had found address. Rude staff when I complained. Used kebabish many times but time to find a different takeaway. Well done kebabish you've lost my custom.

AVOID. Order never came!! Called them 4 times. They lied 3 times that it is on the way for my order that they even didn’t cook. They just ignored the calls after that. So disappointed. If you didn’t make the order, just say it! You can’t make us wait outside in the cold for ages by lying that I’ll receive the order in 5 mis, I can go wait outside. Such a shame.

I'll keep this simple. The food arrived after nearly 3 hours and was cold, but luckily we'd had time to cook for ourselves. To add insult to injury we had to ring 5 times in 1 1/2 hours, to be told that the driver was on his way every time - we live a 10 minute drive from them. Food being this late was bad enough, but the constant lies and '5 minutes away' when calling mean we will not be ordering from here again. Awful service.

The bald man at the front of the shop is disgusting takes advantage of young girls and tries to charge £18 for a kebab. He is rude and intimidating, tries to take your bank card and won’t let you pay for contactless. Please do not use this place!!!!!! Only put one star cause it wouldn’t let me post this review. Absolutely worst place in town for food! They are thieves as they take your order and your money but then give you the wrong items! When you call to complain, they deny their mistake or setting it right. They refuse to refund you or correct your order, they are dishonest. No customer service at all!! Ordered at 00.16. Rang at 01.40. Got told I hadn’t been waiting hour and half more or less. He argued with me then when finally arrived it didn’t have everything it should have. There was no apology nothing. Will not be using these ever again.

I placed an order for a chicken fillet meal and chicken wings. Recieved on time, I even tipped the driver. However, on taking a bite into my burger, the batter was rock solid hard, I had to stare it with my hands and the chicken smelt off. I called to complain and was abused over the phone from some sri lankan guy who could barely speak English. These people have no respect for their customers verbally or the food they cook. Please pay an extra quid else where but do not eat from this digustly place and food cook by these filthy unhygienic animals!

Ordered a portion of cheesy chips got home and they had been in a box clearly used for something else. Possibly meat products. Picture attached. Absolutel disgusting - unhygienic.

ordered through deliveroo, waited two hours and nothing arrived even though the app said it had been. called them and asked why to just hear laughing and "everything closed" normally not an issue but they just dont seem to care. Glad i went through deliveroo so i can get a refund on this

A wide variety of burgers (beef, chicken and lamb) and chicken dishes. Kebabish is open till late. The staff are polite, they also do milkshakes. The fries are hot and crispy. And the chicken wings are crispy and tasty.

Would give a 0 if i could, the food didnt even turn up, and when i called them, they said to charge an extra £3 for a re delivery. I was standing outside the whole time. No one came. And I accepted the £3 charge, it was no problem to me, they called back saying they are not delivering unless i pay online, even though there was NO option to do so, Waste of time. Had me waiting nearly 2 hours for the food, The guy on the phone was extremely rude, would not let you get Word in and just cut the call off on you. Horrible customer service!! Never again. And a extremely encourage everyone not to order from this place. No manners whatsoever!
