the delivery driver was late picking the food up and took a long time to deliver my food, food was then very cold. waited 1 hour for a small order where the restaurant is close by

Worst kfc I’ve been too, served awful chicken several times, genuinely uneatable sometimes.

As it's KFC, taste was fine. However, dirty tables all around and there was a hair in my food. My twister wrap was both open on the wrong end and broken (wrap bread looked old)

Absolutely shocking behaviour, bags all ripped, fries were in bottom of bag and food is cold. Drink never turned up either.

Toilets don't lock, can't use kiosk,card or contactless and it's been like that for months, the cashiers are always shouting at you and the time it takes to make the food is spent with them all arguing

I was pleased with the prompt service and delicious food. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. However, the restroom facilities were below standard and could benefit from more frequent cleaning. Overall, a satisfying experience, but attention to the toilets would enhance the visit.

I ordered a zinger chicken burger. I was already disappointed when I opened the box as I paid £5.99 for 2 buns (25p) a single piece of lettuce (3p) a slap of mayo (5p) and a SINGLE chicken strip (50p). I let this go, ate my burger and went home. About an hour later it hit me. The curse of Montezuma. The floodgates of my ass haven't been opened this violently in a very long time. The hygiene and food standards at this place must be disgusting and I'm afraid of what happens in the kitchen. There is a lot of places in Coventry that does better chicken and for better value. Do not waste your money and health coming here.

Just order a bucket 10 pc chicken wings with fries and a drink, and the one tasty thing from it was the drink. The chicken becomes more oily and the portions are smaller and smaller. Do not recommend

Chicken was cold I had to bin the fries because they rubbed whatever seasoning that thing is on the fries even after I had specified on the order to ensure they do not put anything on the fries.Just take note of information people put on their order!

KFC is a big chain and I prefer to visit happily 2x a month but, also i prefer to support local fish and chip shops and local pizza shops. They are not a big rich chain and these individual business need the boost I provide. The milkshake was chunky, a bit too icy still great but, not super nice and if kfc is a 4 star for the food and the value, you can imagine how critical i would be for 5 guys restaurants, i have only been to theirs for 2x in a year but, kfc i visit every month. Chicken wings are the best as they have zingy taste some flare, zinger burger also.

For years now I've ordered the same things from them on a Sunday but for a while now they just can't get it right. Today there was an item missing, the last two times there were problems with delivery tines, before that items missing again? I order the same 3 things every week! How hard is it. The food is good, the staff are ace but the order is never as simple as it should be. I'm not sure if I will bother ordering again.

I had a very poor experience from this KFC while having lunch last Sunday. 1) We ordered 1 Zinger buffalo burger meal, 1 Zinger burger and Chicken wings. Chicken was not tasting good and had an off smell. 2) Customer service from serving food at counter needs serious improvement. 3) We had food from upstairs. It was not clean at all. Staff should have been aware of the situation as there is already a camera installed there.

My water was plain not sparkling - no big deal but destroyed my day lol

The meal only had about a dozen chips which is well below the amount that is normal for a KFC meal. The tracker showed your courier in the middle of Coventry for at least 20 minutes before delivery was finally made so the meal was delivered cold. Not the experience I have come to expect from Just Eat or KFC.

I'm very disappointed with my recent KFC order. I ordered a 10-piece wing meal but only received 8 pieces—2 pieces were missing. This isn't just about a couple of wings; it's about getting what I paid for. It's frustrating that such a large company can’t fulfill something as simple as a basic order correctly. This experience has made me reconsider ordering from KFC again. Attention to detail and customer satisfaction should be a priority, and unfortunately, KFC fell short this time.

one of the worst KFCs in town. I usually have great experiences at other KFCs in Coventry however at this KFC it was different.. staff are unbelievably rude. I ordered a crushem and had to wait around 10 minutes which I didn't think much of as it was busy however I received my drink aggressively and it was very watery. I had to chuck it away as it wasn't nice to drink. was not worth the price. staff are demanding and only 2 people working so service was slow. uber/just eat workers always have their bikes blocking entrance and theres a step which isn't wheelchair friendly for those with a disability. not impressed. Will not be buying from this KFC again

I ordered a mighty bucket for one meal, there is nothing mighty about this meal, it’s disgraceful, and the 2 portions of chicken are smaller than the tenders, in fact I’m pretty sure the chicken wings have more meat on them. Disgusting to charge £12 for something that wouldn’t feed a child and have the audacity to call it mighty. I’ll never order from cross heaping KFC again

I kept a collection sharing bucket and surprisingly it’s not even prepared on time . The moment I opened my bag , a wave of greasy despair washed over me. The chicken pieces were not cooked properly, soggy mess. The coating was a limp, oily, and the meat is rubbery. Overall I got cold food and stale taste. Not a good place to have KFC….. very less hygiene and chicken taste is too bitter because may be it is a expired chicken…. Too worst to have food in this location…..
