Absolutely ridiculous can't change sauce on a big tasty to big Mac sauce, despite not having an issue doing this at other branches. Staff unhelpful, never again went to KFC instead

Well once again they messed up, burger was crap looks like a kid made it. Freezing food, waited about 10 minutes to get served at the drive through all while the other lane had 4 cars through, I'd avoid at all costs as its so crap! They need new staff. Last time I went I had to go back in 4 times to get the order right.

Constantly running out of hot drinks and if you are lucky to get 1, then its barely warm, not good at all, sefinately guna start giving this place a miss.

The first few times we have visited for breakfast, this branch have had no coffee/hot drinks at all & do not advertise otherwise.

Such bad service tonight very rude member of staff was sweeping under us as we were eating then shut an area off making us feel very uncomfortable. Then asked if she could wipe the table whilst we were still eating. Rolled her eyes and tutted when I asked if she could wait until we had finished.

Unfortunately, this is the nearest mcdonalds to us... food is ok, as expected, but always the slowest drive-through. Some staff are good but some are really poor. Poor franchise owners here. We use the drive-through at the ollerton restaurant sometimes, and that is a different league. Fantastic staff, really quick

Fuming to hear someone shouting at a member of staff becoz he had not had a shave but when the lad walked out he didn’t even look like he needed one this was a horrible experience for our selves an no doubt the lad it happened to coz he looked so upset this is a disgusting way to treat ur staff

3 cars in the drive through and I was sat there over 30 mins and had to walk up to the window and say something then they decided to start my order and when I got home.it was all wrong and the fries where awful

Not open 24hrs!!! So why advertise? Been three times after midnight and the staff say not serving for an hour or system update sorry. Thats fine, Just don't advertise 24hrs when your not

We ordered from the App to try it out for the first time. Service was quick although we got an unpleasant surprise when we eventually opened what we had bought. We traveled to a local park to eat the meal and were saddened to see that we had received the wrong order, or parts of the order which were missing. Only one fries and a cheese burger rather than an extra quarter pounder with cheese which we ordered. A lesson learned to check next time before we leave the premises as looking at feedback this has happened to several others at this restaurant.

I ordered my kids meal and mine I paid and got to the window to collect my food and the woman didn't put my order through they didn't even tell me the price at the first window...and the woman at collection point said you will have to park up come in and reorder...I said to the woman they should listen when ordering and relay it back...and if I come in my son's meal is going to go cold...so I had to leave my meal all because they don't take orders properly...really not happy with the response from them bad customer service...

I don’t know who the lad was taking the orders through the drive through but he was absolutely hilarious!! Who’d have thought ordering a maccies could be such a laugh! That lad deserves a promotion absolutely made my day he did

Stopped at drive through for large cappuccino. Greeted by girl on speaker and i quote, " What can i get you, i told her, drive round" Exact conversation. Paying hatch same girl, "oh it's cash, handed correct money over and she shut hatch doors. NOT a single greeting and polite hello or thank you the whole time. The manager of this branch either needs to teach there staff the first lesson in customer service politeness, then remind them that without customers they have no job, or Mcdonalds need to lokk at this place and replace the most rude, ignorant staff that i have seen Maccys employ.

Just ordered a breakfast meal and requested brown sauce on one of the meals to be told that they don’t do brown sauce on breakfasts. The girl pretty much argued with me for five minutes. I’ve only been ordering the same for 20 years and never heard anything so ridiculous. Customer service …Zero out of Five and she needs to be in a different job. I’ll go to another McDonald’s from now on!!!

You never get what you’ve ordered! Always missing items or wrong items!! Also being a vegetarian and receiving meat burgers isn’t the best. Burgers look like they’ve been put together by a 2 year old. Staff need to make more of an effort.

Just bought a family of 5 drive through meals and very disappointed to say the least. Chips were cold and soggy and the burger had lettuce that must have gone out of date sometime last week. Not impressed at all.

very busy, quick service, and a selective menu, the tables were dirty and we had to clear it ourselves, toilets not great. value for money when you have children
