by the time the food came it was freezing cold

time kept being pushed back on the app

chicken was dry and all was cold

Give the driver my code he passes me someone else’s food I give him it back and I get nothing ring restaurant they say nothing to do with them

I ordered at around 3:50, said it would be here by 4:25, when it didn’t arrive, I checked the time and it had been pushed back to 4:45, then 17:00 and it kept being pushed further and further back until around 17:30. The driver was extremely slow with everything he did. He even came to the door without the food!! Customer service from the restaurant and driver wasn’t the best at all. Won’t be ordering from here again in a hurry :(

On time ish, food was cold the moment I opened the bag to dish it all out and it was cold and the chicken had gone rubbery and the chips were hard, not appetising at all.

One of cans of pop was missing but on the app you can’t get money back or do anything about it as it wasn’t the complete meal that was missing.

Always tastes nice not always very hot but then I do like my food boiling not a problem just goes in microwave for 2 mins 👍 good delivery

Ordered this at 6:30 arrives at 8 pm and cold, very disappointing, even when the times kept changing of when it was going to be delivered! Probably the worst delivery we have gotten from here! 2 hours to receive cold food! 🤦‍♀️

Ordered food at about 2:30 to come at 3 as we work and that’s what time break is at and it didn’t come till about 3:30 and the food was all dry

The chicken had hard pieces in from the fryer, the food was moderately warm, the gravy was like water, chips had NO seasonings and got the wrong drink somehow.

This is more like a successful order unlike the one from this morning were we wasn’t even given the things we ordered

the driver kept ringing the door bell and knocking on the door. he was asking for a code but we've never ever given a code before. I was getting ready yo ring the police on him. intimidating. never ordering again.

Very fast delivery but half of order missing (again!) No vegan burger delivered, no boneless fillet meal (including chips) delivered but the drinks for these two meals were sent. The only completed part of the order was the sharing bucket deal. Nobody answering phone to sort. This is a reoccurring problem with this particular branch. We leave ordering from here for a while and then try to give it another go to find we have the same issue. Will never order from here again now, it's beyond a joke.

Food turned up and I was missing an item I ordered. The food I did have was cold and Abit of the chicken was pink. Worst kfc I’ve had in a long time and won’t order from them again.

Today i visited this place! I had outstanding customer service, food was too juicy and fresh! Will take my family to this place on weekend ! Keep it up guys

Absolutely horrendous experience! We ordered the 12 piece boneless feast at the kiosk, for eat in. Paid at the counter and again was asked if eat in or take out.... I again said eat in. Brought our food out in a bag and again, for the 3rd time, told them that we were eating in. They took it back and put it on a tray. I took it to our table where it went from bad to worse. The chicken was gray, and no that isn't a misprint! I tasted a piece and it had a nasty taste to it, so I tried one more piece....same thing. I took it back to the counter and asked when the chicken was cooked. All of the children that work there just looked at each other but no one could tell me how long it was sitting there. I made the young man that told me he was manager to smell it. As soon as he did he said they would replace it and asked me how many pieces I had ordered. I told him 12 pieces, but my chips, which were barely warm when I got them, were getting colder by the minute, he grudgingly said they would replace the chips. I told him not to bother with the chips. After a few minutes I got my boneless chicken in a bag. I'm sure they must have picked out all the smallest pieces because most weren't any bigger than them my finger. When I looked in the bag I asked the young girl if that was 12 pieces and she said yes. I took it back to the table where I took them out of the bag to count them..... 10 pieces! I go back to the counter where the 'manager' basically called me a liar to my face and said there was 12 pieces there. I told him to come over to the table and count them, which he did. He said that he would get 2 more pieces but by this time I had had enough and I said no, he can keep his food and give me a refund. He said he couldn't do that and I said yes you can! By this time he was back inside the counter and ALL of the kids they have working there went behind were I couldn't see them! Eventually, after about 8 or 10 minutes another young worker came out and, in a very abrupt manner, said they would replace the food. I asked who he was and he said he was the manager (with so many 'managers' in there you'd think someone would be able to take the time to train the staff in customer relations) I told him he can keep the food and I'll have have my £25.00 back. He said I needed to bring back what was on the table and he would refund my money. My husband got the chicken and brought it back, which was more than I would have done. I would give them 0 stars but have to give a minimum of 1. I can't believe the terrible food and the even more terrible service I received from all the staff and I strongly recommend that if you're hungry, DO NOT GO TO THIS KFC! You'd get better food from a dumpster and you wouldn't have to put up with snotty nosed children talking down to you!

I received the complete wrong order and have evidence of this and just eat are simply choosing to ignore my complaint “just eat” simply “just don’t” care, at this point I suggest a rebrand maybe you could use “just eat somebody else’s order”

My sisters just ordered and 2 pieces chicken not in the meals rang up to say they definitley packed them and will ring back after investigation. By the sounds they do this alot. I will push forward if nothing doesnt get sorted as it seems to be happening alot by the reviews. Nearly £50 order to be made out that we are liars this is disgusting. This shouldnt be happening it ok because il message regional managers or directly kfc and get them to do an internal investigation

Ordered gravy with my order at £2.49 didn't receive but on the up side at least the correct food I did receive was warm and edible. Surely not receiving what you have paid for is theft ....

Visited KFC on sprotbrough road this afternoon for a quick bite to eat and what a rubbish service to receive. Using the drive through and wasn’t even greeted. CAN I GET YOU ?? that was the first impression at the speakerbox … rude. Anyway got to 2nd window to pay and same again no thank you no greeting & to make it even worse my food bag was just thrown at me. I know this KFC has the worst customer reputation but honestly I do agree with people. To make it even better got home with my food and the wrap was thrashed. 😡😡

Ordered food for the England game. Said it was going to be here at 7:28, it’s now 7:45 and still not here. Usually KFC are right on time. I left my number in the notes and no one rang the number. Seriously need to get some sort of number from the driver so when peoples food dosent come, they can ring them. Sort it out :(

Friendly staff & Hot food - very impressed.

Went through the drive through, and was asked to wait in the car park, which we did. Eventually staff brought us 1 large bag with our food in. Once at home, we discovered our hot wings were missing. I rang, to be told our order was checked twice by the manager so I'm wrong. They went on to say we were definitely given 2 bags. In the end they said they would ring me back, which they didn't. I rang again 3 hours later, they put me on hold for 5 mins, then hung up, and didn't answer the phone after that. Extremely poor customer service, I will go out of my way to avoid this restaurant in future
