KFC Doncaster - York Road in Doncaster

Never received my food, contacted customer care who responded 3 days later to say my order was delivered in a safe place which is not true, a code was provided for me to give to the courier which I never got to use. Dishonest courier will not be using this service again . Never got my food and refusing to refund me.

Items missing ! Seems to be a regular occurrence……

shocking portions for the price, was just chucked in a bag and sent out appealing quality and rice bowl was tiny nothing like picture

The chips were either undercooked or had been left there for hours and they just picked them up to pop them in my order, they were horrible and stale. The gravy didn’t taste very nice, even the garlic mayo dip looked off. The lettuce on the fillet burger was NOT fresh at all, looked like it was going dark and soggy around the edges. Bread bun was tough and chewy. Wasn’t impressed at all.

The food was cold the gravy was cold and thick .the chicken was not safe to reheat . Poor food a waste of money . It cost £25 and it went in the bin . I would like a refund .

It’s an absolute dive coming here. Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star rating. Customer service is absolutely diabolical, food is rank and the atmosphere is worse than a morgue. Been here about 3 times now and every single time the foods been lukewarm and somehow there's always food or items missing. It’s never busy when I’ve been or driven past so god knows what the staff are doing. Finally decided to complain about our food last Thursday and was promised a free meal next time we come. Turns out we were never written in the complaints book and were given a false complaints number that never existed. Manager failed to resolve the issue and we wasted half an hour of our evening to walk away empty handed. The place is an absolute shambles and I don’t recommend anyone goes there because all you’ll get is major disappointment and wish you never stepped foot in the place.

The taste, food and the service was excellent. Staff was also friendly and supportive. Highly recommended to visit this store if you are passing by.

We didn’t receive our full order.and when I rang to explain.they wanted me to order again .so they can sound out the driver.what sort of company ash’s you to order something else.the man I was talking to.who by the way I could barely understand.

Every time I order from this kfc their chicken is always spoilt or dried, is never freshly made I just don’t understand

Never even put all the items in the bag and even the gravy was wrong why can’t you seem to get any order right

Ordered 3 flaming wraps in the drive through, got the bag at the same time as paying, so super fast, shame one wrap wasn’t wrapped in a paper wrapper and none of the wraps were warm, so we went straight into the food place and asked for some hot chicken, to which the young man said that it was meant to be like that, he took a probe and put it in the chicken, it was showing at 59 degrees, he then had a young lady “make a fresh one” I watcher her unwrap them and put them in a panini press for a few second's and then re wrap them and put them in a new paper bag, so I opened then again at the counter and guess what …., they were still cold, again he probed them at 59 degrees, I always thought chicken should be served at 79 degrees, I asked for a refund for all 3 as they were all cold and he only wanted to refund me for one item, I ask you, i guess it’s right what people say, you get monkeys when you pay peanuts, no wonder this place is always empty

generally good however please ask your drivers to close the garden gate on their way out, they often leave gate wide open. good apart from that.

It's been a long time since I last had a KFC. I won't be having another in a hurry. The fries were lukewarm and floppy with an odd taste, the mayo in the Twister also had an odd taste and the milkybar crushems milkshake ( which I paid extra for) was more than crystallised flavoured water with very tiny blobs white chocolate. Extremely disappointed with the food.

Courier couldn't find us, spent ages driving around till I went outside and attracted their attention. Fillet burger was tiny and practically on a bare bun, chips seemed undercooked, mini fillets and popcorn chicken ok, gravy the only thing still relatively warm, wouldn't order again.

Not the fastest of service in my opinion

I would give minus star for delivery if I can. Driver rang me saying he was standing in front of the house but he wasn't. He rang me again twice. I offered to give him directions while I was standing outside in the rain - he didn't listen. Eventually, he turn up on foot! Then he was trying to blame me for putting the address on the app incorrectly, which he was wrong - the address is CORRECT! Food was almost cold - nearly half an hour late from the original estimated delivery time.

Ben a couple of times food order is rarely correct and when/if they do get it right it's dry like it's been kept warm all day. Very poor

Absolutely disgusted received my order Which was incorrect food missing food, cold phoned up the restaurant spoke to the manager who didn’t give a shit basically called me a liar. I took pictures of my food and I said I would pay £35 for nine piece of chicken and three cans of pop. Absolutely appalling food and service KFC, you should be ashamed of your workers and what you are delivering to customers.

The worst KFC we have in sprotbrough! Without a fail missing food on every order or extremely rude staff. Whoever own this KFC they need to look at standards and service the staff are providing. I have worked in hospitality all my life and this restaurant is shocking by far.

I ordered at around 3:50, said it would be here by 4:25, when it didn’t arrive, I checked the time and it had been pushed back to 4:45, then 17:00 and it kept being pushed further and further back until around 17:30. The driver was extremely slow with everything he did. He even came to the door without the food!! Customer service from the restaurant and driver wasn’t the best at all. Won’t be ordering from here again in a hurry :(

One of cans of pop was missing but on the app you can’t get money back or do anything about it as it wasn’t the complete meal that was missing.

Ordered this at 6:30 arrives at 8 pm and cold, very disappointing, even when the times kept changing of when it was going to be delivered! Probably the worst delivery we have gotten from here! 2 hours to receive cold food! 🤦‍♀️

Ordered food at about 2:30 to come at 3 as we work and that’s what time break is at and it didn’t come till about 3:30 and the food was all dry

The chicken had hard pieces in from the fryer, the food was moderately warm, the gravy was like water, chips had NO seasonings and got the wrong drink somehow.

This is more like a successful order unlike the one from this morning were we wasn’t even given the things we ordered

why is it that this restaurant gets it wrong again I asked for 7up I got water even tho it says 7up on receipt poor service
