Food missing and it was all cold

Food was stone cold on arrival.

Comida sabrosa Sin embargo, tomó mucho tiempo para recibir nuestro pedido. Fui al mostrador a preguntar cuánto tiempo más tomaría y fui completamente ignorado. Después de 5 minutos más el personal luego se olvidó de nuestras tazas de bebidas y sonó muy molesto cuando pedimos las bebidas que pagamos.

Not usually one to complain but this is shocking. Service is terribly slow waiting ages for food and Customer service is absolutely not existent! Staff were very rude and completely ignored me when I went to ask how much longer for my food. They then sighed and rolled their eyes when I asked for the drink cups that I paid for. Then, when I told him his service was terrible, he said “and what would YOU know about customer service”. Absolute disgusting way to treat customers. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

The driver dropped off our food at the wrong address we had to leave our house go locate the food on the next street as he failed to read the street sign correctly unhappy with the service very poor

in the beginning the ETA was 5.10 pm and by the time I received it it was past 6.30 pm. it was too long of a wait. also due to that the food was not fresh, the chips were not crispy and all other food was not warm. seems like it was kept waiting a long time after prepared to be collected and delivered. very disappointed with the time taken to deliver.

I’m giving 1 star because I can’t give 0! What has happened to this place!? 😂 staff are awful, don’t have any decent customer service skills and there was two young members of staff stood in the kitchen swearing at each other while there was young children in the restaurant!? Food was on par with the staff, hardly any seasoning on the chips or filling in the Crunchwrap. I definitely won’t be eating there again, absolutely awful and a waste of money.

Please ignore the closing time as employees like to turn customers away at 6. Very disappointed

Ask for no sour cream and there was sour cream all over it so couldn’t eat it

Fuimos aquí como no hemos estado en mucho tiempo. Ordené a 3 de sus supremos crujientes... creo que debería demandarlos por la descripción de los oficios, ya que no había nada supremo en ellos. Muy planas sin apenas relleno y necesitábamos una lupa para encontrar el picado en ellas. Ahorra tu dinero e vete a otro lugar.

it's Taco Bell, feed was okay at best and filled the hole we had felt almost £3 extra to add a tiny bit of chicken to the chips was abit of a rip off barely any on it i would recommend not adding that to your order. The Delivery was really quick and food was still hot. So over all Food 3/5 but Delivery 5/5

Time kept moving for the delivery and foods was cold

Waited 20 minutes for 2x fries and one cheesy roll, and it wasn't busy at all. Diagraceful service, staff were moving like zombies.

The driver was ridiculous! I didn’t answer the first phone call and he assumed I was trying to get food that wasn’t mine. He don’t go to the correct address at first and then waited even longer to give us our food which ended up being COLD!

Avoid at any cost, 25minutes to get your food while some employees using personal phones. Not a fast food at all

Always have to clean up the table yourself before having food as it’s never really clean. The food is good however it could be made with better care. Sometimes the ingredients are abit scattered. I avoid going to the toilet as it never seems to be cleaned…

Never arrived. Courier drove off with our meal, conformed with the manager that order left hour before being marked delivered and cancelling the delivery

me and my family ordered £60.81 worth of food to share not only did we wait 2 hours for our food but the order turned up cold, stale and somehow at the same time raw not to mention the 13 items literally more than half of our order that didn’t turn up !? When i rang the store the man i spoke to was so unprofessional and was eating and slapping his chops down the phone and did not seem interested at all, i am absolutely disgusted and shocked at this and the lack of communication and professionalism and the lack of service i paid for! will not be ordering from here again and i advise everyone else to do the same!!!!

they only put few fries in my order for 3.99

originally said 30 minutes to be delivered then after waitinh got changed and was waiting over an hour and half for what ended up being cold and poor food was just thrown in bag and not put in the boxes so ot was everywhere nothing was labbeled absolutely poor

Taco Bell junto al lago. Pedí tango bebida del coche y recibí coca. Pedí fichas y no las conseguí. Muy decepcionado y no volveré a ir.

Never been here before but popped in because my daughter wanted some tacos and comes here sometimes. The service was slow, we were waiting 25 minutes just for 2 small tacos and not as if there's much to them. 2 new colleagues were on at the most busy time, can't blame them but the person in charge was basically more bothered about getting all the orders to the delivery guys than the customers waiting in store. Someone asked if their order was going to be ready soon and when they told her the number she said 'oh I'm no where near that one yet'. She didn't say it in a good manner.

When you order for a certain time, due to it been in my work lunchtime, i would expect it not to come over 30 mins late. very dissapointing food too

First time it came relatively warm and first time I've noticed the crunchy bits in the burrito! Always enjoy from here though, even if it comes cold; microwave for 1min30 and it's as good as new. Craving satisfied 👌

I would rate less than 1* if I could, rang up and complained about freezing cold food that was late and the manager said “there’s nothing I can do”. Waste of £30. Will be visiting them tomorrow for my money back, we’ll see if he’s gunna be so smug face to face.

This is to just eat… my Taco Bell order was delivered cold as usual. If it was just once that might be forgivable… but this is time on time. I feel sure that the food must be hot when it is handed over to the driver. After which the delivery is in his hands. I have seen drivers go on an unbelievable jaunt to my address.they turn up with a thermal bag which is obviously not effective. Sort out your delivery services

The driver was rude to the point of ignorance. It is not possible to tell how late when you constantly adjust the time of delivery

I ordered from here twice due to the first order missing 2 burritos. I paid a second service charge and delivery fee only for the second delivery to also be missing an item and receipt. So annoying that I have had to pay extra for their mistakes and still not to get my food.

Absolutely shocking , girl with glasses behind counter having a personal conversation with another French gate worker. Stood at the till for 10 minutes and the other worker didn’t have the decency to acknowledge me. Shocking service from staff

The delivery took just short of 3 hours to deliver. Restaurant said food was ready and waiting for courier but app said courier was at restaurant waiting for restaurant to prepare order. Absolutely disgusting. Manager at taco has the worst attitude in the world and just eat refused to refund because I needed to do it through the restaurant.

The packet of fries was not even full there were approximately 15 fries in the bag and top of this the fries were cold. I also requested for some sauces but they were not provided. Very disappointed. Not their usual standard!!

Taco Bell, you did it again! Ordered yesterday from you and, for the first time ever, all our food was here! Ordered again today, again missing half the order. I am starting to think this is the norm

Stone cold and it arrived early, Restaurant didn’t wait for courier to prepare hot food and loosely wrapped everything and put it into one big bag.

My food was never delivered. I’m not happy first of all I’m paying for food that I’m not even eating myself and second I’m paying ridiculous prices for delivery fees. It’s absolutely unacceptable.

Delivery time was great but order wasn’t perfect. They didn’t give me the caramel sauce and they gave me cheese when I asked for no cheese on my taco they still gave me cheese. Other than that delicious meal.
