McDonald's in Doncaster

TLDR; An excellent example of a McDonald's in the UK. We visited on a Saturday lunchtime with a few parking spaces available near the restaurant - not far to walk otherwise. There was also a play zone available outside which looked to be open. We ordered on the app and our food was delivered quickly and piping hot! Staff were friendly and attentive - quickly clearing tables and mess. Thanks for showing how it should be done!

There was no Mcflurry or ice cream machine broken. This is by the way is a regular event at Mcdonalds. Not just here but country wide. You would think a massive global entity like Mcdonakds could develope /purchase a ice cream machine that could cope with demand.

Ordered 20 chicken nuggets and didn't come so re-ored them with a suger donut and came as a Blueberry muffin

Nice and quiet if you pick your times, one of the cleanest McDonald’s and staff are friendly and polite

An absolute joke. Drive through, 9pm, 5 mins for someone to take the order. Drove past the pay window as no one was there, so thought it was next window. Next window was food collection, had to pay there.... then had to park and wait 15 mins for 2 chicken wraps

Same as any other McDonald's below average food

Stopped in at the Thorne McDonald’s and was really impressed. Service was fast and friendly, food was hot and exactly as expected, and the restaurant was clean and well looked after. The staff were helpful and seemed to be working hard to keep things running smoothly. Perfect spot for a quick bite on the go

Great McDonalds. Food was piping hot and delivered quickly. Slight error made and quickly corrected by helpful staff. Brilliant.

Typical MaccyD but with the downside that being a franchise not all menu offers are available. Service can be slow, very hit and miss depending on the staff on duty and simply having to wait does not mean the food will be hot, we have had a few luke warm meals here.

Nice and clean except the toilets they let the place down

Chips were cold, said it would take 10 minutes so ate rest of the meal by time they came but when they did they were fresh and hot.

Worst I've ever been in, this is the second time I've been in here, and the service is shocking. I'm a driver for National Express, and I'm lucky to be served and have time to eat my meal in a 45-minute break . Tonight, I had to say I've been here 30 MINUTE'S Is there any chance that you could find my sweet chicken chilli wrap, please? Nothing more wtf. Seriously, the staff couldn't move any slower if they tried. Not 1 white shirt to be seen . Oh, only 2, yes, 2 chicken bits in the wrap, plus it was cold !!!!! It should be closed down and a greggs to replace it

Missing food and freezing cold

food made at 8.34 delivered at 9.50 inedible food that we've waiting over an hour for ? unacceptable

Delivery driver had no idea where we were even though every other driver finds us. Instructions are clear we have no number but a name

Absolutely rubbish 3rd time I’ve ordered and they bring wrong thing I’m left with other peoples drinks and no food and left to wait for a refund to then order again absolute joke

The ETA was 40 mins however took over an hour. The food was stone cold upon arrival and the milkshake had melted. I was also missing an item.

the meal wasnt great but i enjoyed it and the courier couldnt find his way to my house but its okay as i live in a complicated spot.

Driver passed my 9 year old son 2 bags at once and dropped the pop bag before he had hold off it . Pop all over my front door and all over my floor . I’m not happy at all what a mess

Otdered a £9.99 minecraft meal for my child purely for the toy that we didnt receive i am now dealing with tears and a meltdown and tears i have contacted the restaurant who can apparently fo nothing about it cheers!!! Great customer service 🙄🙄

The food was great; no complaints regarding McDonalds. However, regardless of giving very clear directions not only did the driver go to the wrong street but he couln't speak ANY basic English and as I am diabled a neighbour went to look for him.

No red onion only a few chopped up white onions, is there an onion shortage?

Big Mac is rated very poor should never put the sauce at the bottom which is bad making. Secondly Fried is slightly soggy. Deliverers is good and easy dealt with. So tonight I've rated it 4/10

Paid a fortune to feed the family and the staff got most of the order wrong. Don't even know how that's possible. If 3 meals are large, then 3 chips must be large, this isn't rocket science, it's primary school maths. How did one of the chips become a small? They were also more than happy to charge me for the cheese bites I ordered, but didn't put them in the bag. Was told I had to bring the entire order back to have it remade or refunded, which is extremely unsanitary and dangerous. Once it leaves the restaurant it should never be brought back. Other fast food places like Dominos know this, why doesn't this branch of McDonalds? So they're expecting me pay extra money to drive back, wade through the customers at rush hour and ask for everything to be remade when my family could have been eating an hour ago? Very poor. This isn't the first time I've had bad service from them, they should be checking orders before sending them out, but they never do. Avoid.

2 small, 2 medium fries from the meal deal missing. An extra portion of large fries, and 20 piece nuggets missing. Crispy chicken wrap, instead of grilled, . Dissatisfied.

This mcdonalds is really upping its quality from what I've had in the past. lovely hot food with everything that should included, included. very happy.

I asked and paid for extra bacon but only received one portion, the muffins were barely warm and not wrapped properly :-(

Food was cold when opened, food was still okay but was just cold to eat had to warm up in microwave to make it okay to eat.

The estimated time was 15-25 minutes the delivery time kept going up and up and up it was an absolute mockery the food finally arrived ice cold I couldn’t even eat it so all in all what a waste of a morning.

They are tight with the fries, think it's acceptable to half fill fries or less!

no gherkins on anything. nothing seasoned it seems. slapped together. waited a hour for a really pretty rubbish fast food meal.

Burgers okay but a little squashed.Fries okay but nearly cold. 2 large Malteser mcflurrys,one came larger than the other and it's not Maltesers in them.More like bits of chocolate biscuit
