NOT UP TO STANDARD. 3 McDONALDS CHEESEBURGERS SHOULD HAVE INCLUDED "PICKLES" THEY DID NOT...FALSE ADVERTISING & MIS-REPRESENTATION. RIP OFF!!!!

Did not get what I ordered, won't be ordering from here again.

Order error, nothing was correct with the order

Did not get all my food I ordered just got dip I find it shocking for has much you pay and don’t get what you want I ask for refund

only sent drinks no food when rang manager answered and refused to send food out and was very disrespectful on the phone I will never go to or order from this take away again

Ordered at 8:45 and it said it would come at 9:05, it didnt come until 10:00. I ordered 5 chicken selects and only 3 came. My mcflurry was also melted.

Ordered large coke and driver spilt drink so only had half of drink

I ordered mc chicken and got a beef burger

left pickles in my girlfriends burger and now she's mad , thanks McDonald's.

Delivery service was good, but the food wasn't very warm

I cannot fault McDonalds at all they have been very helpful however the delivery driver handed me 2 cups which had spilt all over the bag and as he passed them to me, dropped it all over my hallway and walked away.

Worse place had to wait 20 through drive through to get cold food only to park on main road to be charged £100 through cameras if you park any road out of mc Donald's, b and m KFC you will be find for just reading what's on the lamp posts ,it's not worth the risk going on Thorne retail it's that the only one in Yorkshire, says private land even driving on it is an offence

I ordered mayo chicken thinking it was chicken with mayo later to find out it's a sandwich 🤣

Late food freezing and no dip in my order

Food warm but over cooked delivery very good

Honestly a solid experience, all of our food was there and was still warm! And it even got here earlier than expected!

When I ordered it said 7.25-7.40 then it changed to 8-8.15 so was late from original time and no sauces at all for any of the nuggets

Delivery driver decided to drive round complete wrong side of village to where I live leaving my food food absolute joke

Didn’t bring the sauce and gave me a banana milkshake instead of vanilla also tried to walk away with my food

Time changed 4 times on the app! Food arrived cold! Packaging of double quarter pounder was battered

Food was cold upon delivery and had to be reheated, McFlurries were also partially melted. Very disappointed.

My fries were rock hard and it wasn’t edible how lovely never had that one before but my burger was fine and my McFlurry was alright but every time I order there’s something different wrong with my order? and it’s almost as if you really only hire children serving the meals out to people, the manager must really love kids working them or something weird like that.

My food was absolutely freezing and part of my order was missing

You should be able to add a photo of the disgraceful food they serve out to everyone I can’t wait for that. Did these kids that work for you go to cooking school or college or not ? to serve the poorly made food it’s not paid off very well them skills of cooking or preparing food to go out to customers your all wrong in head :)

Very large McDonald's fast, I recommend it

The restaurant go my order wrong and made my delivery driver late because of their laziness. My food was cold. French fries were soggy, and there was cheese on my burger when I asked to have it taken off. I took off burger sauce and requested ketchup on my burger. However, there was barely any ketchup on my burger making it cold and dry. I am highly disappointed at this common occurrence at the restaurant

the fries are soggy and aren’t fried. they suppose to be golden but they are soft and soggy:(

food was stone cold , burgers had slipped into he bag and had all come apart everywhere except for one , delivery time ended up being almost 2 hours from ordering , pretty much not edible ,

Absolutely disgusting , service ,then got the food ordered two wraps of the day the first two inches of the wrap was empty , ,then took the wrap out of the box it came in ,and everything fell out !! Will not be going again

Idk what this mcdonalds has against vegetarian food but nothing was correct. The dipper sandwich was just the dippers between bread no salad or mayo. The mcplant had tomato on it when it was specifically ordered sans tomato. And I ordered 3 sauces. No sauces were delivered. The chips were unsalted I think?

So so sooo so soo soo sooo soo slow 🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢 so slow my milkshake had to be redone as it was sat there for over 10 minutes. Burger was so greasy that it was dripping out of it.

My order has been cancelled - DELIVERY CREATION FAILED and received an email that I will have a refund within 14 days - it’s been a month now and I never received my refund. No live chat on the app to resolved that problem.

Absolutely ridiculous - didn’t receive my food AGAIN. Ordered from Asda on Just Eat and completely didn’t receive an order last time. This was the final straw for me I won’t be using just eat again. Do not recommend what so ever had nothing but problems even before these two missing orders.

The delivery person apologised as the drink had spilled into the paper bag I cannot blame them, I think the restaurant maybe didn't secure the lid properly and despite the slight spillage the drink was still filled right up to the top.

Terrible. Broke through my side gate didn’t even try the front door didn’t knock on the back or front door only knew he was here because of my dogs. Then come to find he’s not given me my fries absolutely useless

Classic McDonald's located near a motorway junction. There are many parking spaces available, sharing the site with other commercial activities. The three stars are due to the fact that, despite the kind staff and the good cleanliness of the bathrooms, I think the fact of being able to stay for only two hours under penalty of a hundred pound fine is unacceptable.

Food marked delivered 15 minutes prior to arriving. Driver explained that the sat-nav sent him to the wrong address (Regular occurence with drivers so I beleive it) Food cold due to delays

All our food came incorrect, my food was modified and came standard, no syrup was delivered.

Time kept going up on food. Came couple minutes early. Carnt fault the driver for this but my food was cold that’s not on him tho! 10/10 for delivery. 2/10 for food

Quality rating is 1 star out of 5 due to the food arriving stone cold which I feel is unacceptable given the short distance of travel from the food establishment to my home address. I can understand that the fries could perhaps be cold due to them being in a small open bag, however, the chicken nuggets are within a box within a sealed bag; so these should have at least been still warm if not hot. If possible I would like to request the service fee kindly be refunded due to the food arriving cold

Food was cold because of food delivery being 45mins late. We waited 1h and 30mins for food to arrive .

should of arrived about 6, kept changing times as it said food was preparing then next breathe said courier was on way then 2mins later he was here. food was cold and had missing drink, I've never had a problem until now.

So I ordered food for delivery turned up freezing cold chips were that cold they taste like cardboard they didn't send half my order will never order again, now I'm waiting upto 15 working days for a refund massively disappointed and angry

Great pitstop just off motorway. Petrol station b&m and aldi all next to each other handy for getting food, visit toilet and few bits while travelling to Bridlington

Only turned up with dill pickle when specifically said no pickle. This is why I don't use just eat because they just don't do anything

Burger & chips was all good but my drink was flat and it also had no ice. McFlurry wasn’t the one I purchased and whoever made it didn’t take the time to close the lids on it to.
