McDonald's in Doncaster

Great and fast service at thorne. Woman who served me was very polite. I will be recommending visiting this place to everyone if there in the area

Went in late at night food waste on floor very dirty floors staff couldn't care less when I told them so took photos will pass them to the Lincolnshire council

Paid a fortune to feed the family and the staff got most of the order wrong. Don't even know how that's possible. If 3 meals are large, then 3 chips must be large, this isn't rocket science, it's primary school maths. How did one of the chips become a small? They were also more than happy to charge me for the cheese bites I ordered, but didn't put them in the bag. Was told I had to bring the entire order back to have it remade or refunded, which is extremely unsanitary and dangerous. Once it leaves the restaurant it should never be brought back. Other fast food places like Dominos know this, why doesn't this branch of McDonalds? So they're expecting me pay extra money to drive back, wade through the customers at rush hour and ask for everything to be remade when my family could have been eating an hour ago? Very poor. This isn't the first time I've had bad service from them, they should be checking orders before sending them out, but they never do. Avoid.

Food came fast and was cooked really well. But could have done without the staff member leaning right behind/beside us to clean the windows.

Food was very cold and took l hour and 1/2 hours

delivery driver didn't even know where she was going , very abusive when I've met her to my son, food us cold so had to be put in the bin so a waste of money to be honest.

not very good asked for only cheese in the burgers all had filling in 1 fries missing otherwise all ok put up with for once

They are tight with the fries, think it's acceptable to half fill fries or less!

Burgers okay but a little squashed.Fries okay but nearly cold. 2 large Malteser mcflurrys,one came larger than the other and it's not Maltesers in them.More like bits of chocolate biscuit

Absolutely shocking. Can't get an order correct for the life of them, it's like the 20th time they've give me my order with items missing, I ordered 3 double cheeseburgers they've put one in, I ordered 2x big macs with fries 2x quarter pounders with fries, i received 4xfries 2x quarters and no big macs... i previously ordered 2x double big macs out of the 4 patties on each burger they served me it with one patty in each big mac, only 6 patties off what I was meant to receive, just shows you they'll set anyone on, and it doesn't say much for the senior staff managers/trainers ect... absolutely brain dead

i am paying for a meal so i expect it so be a good standard the food was cold and the drink was split all over in the bag so im paying for a drink not to be able to drink it needs sorting out

Friendly driver happy with order

Service can be slow compared to your average McDonald’s restaurant even when not busy, so if your in rush perhaps avoid, having said that staff are friendly and food does come prepared well & hot which you don’t always get at other McDonald’s restaurants so while I rated the service a 4 do be prepared to wait.

Spent 21 pound on food for it to be freezing what a joke

They were very helpful efficient even though they were very busy thanks guys..

After waiting 10 minutes for my order I had to take it back as the burger was hard, it looked about a week old. I would not have fed it to my dog. I understand that just eat is popular but it's frustrating when the drivers abandon their cars anywhere, disabled bays, parent child bays, in the road. I counted 6 just eat drivers walk in and out while I was waiting for 1 burger and a tea.

Cannot fault the delivery but the food was horrific. Mcchicken sandwich was a Mcrispy in a McChicken sandwich bread bun, cheese dippers were missing and the chips were stone cold. Would not recommend Thorne McDonald’s to a dog.

I ordered at 9.50. It arrived at 11.37. McDonald’s breakfast ends at 11 so as you can imagine it was cold and inedible. I’d like to be refunded as I had to throw it away

After a disaster of an order last week and head office issuing us vouchers as compensation we decided to try again and use our vouchers big mistake! Yet again items missing customer service from the store leaves a lot to be desired absolute joke of an establishment will never use this branch again

Got a burger with my little brother at 1am last night, the box was falling to pieces because of how much grease was coming off the burger! It was literally a couple mm puddle in the box, and as much as I knew I shouldn't have eaten it i did as I wanted to get home ASAP. Today we both feel extremely ill. Been to this maccies for years and it's always been awful! Avoid!

Got a message 7.05pm food on way turned up at 7.40pm, food was cold chips like rubber and milkshake was very runny. most of it went in the bin, very disappointing considering how much it costs

Bag split when driver delivered items which caused 2 full drinks to spill on the floor outside the house. Driver then left the spilled drinks and rubbish outside of the front door - no effort made to clean or help clean up the rubbish which was directly outside the front door.
