McDonald's in Doncaster

It’s really nice with Friends and family, it’s really good food and a wide variety of different flavours

They were very helpful efficient even though they were very busy thanks guys..

After waiting 10 minutes for my order I had to take it back as the burger was hard, it looked about a week old. I would not have fed it to my dog. I understand that just eat is popular but it's frustrating when the drivers abandon their cars anywhere, disabled bays, parent child bays, in the road. I counted 6 just eat drivers walk in and out while I was waiting for 1 burger and a tea.

Ordered extra bacon and received one portion :-(

Cannot fault the delivery but the food was horrific. Mcchicken sandwich was a Mcrispy in a McChicken sandwich bread bun, cheese dippers were missing and the chips were stone cold. Would not recommend Thorne McDonald’s to a dog.

Took an hour and a half to arrive

I ordered at 9.50. It arrived at 11.37. McDonald’s breakfast ends at 11 so as you can imagine it was cold and inedible. I’d like to be refunded as I had to throw it away

Food was on time but was Luke warm at best I am not happy with this due to my little brother not being able to eat his food !!!

Stone cold food, McFlurrys melted and the free chicken nuggets were missing.

After a disaster of an order last week and head office issuing us vouchers as compensation we decided to try again and use our vouchers big mistake! Yet again items missing customer service from the store leaves a lot to be desired absolute joke of an establishment will never use this branch again

Items missing as usual, terrible

Got a burger with my little brother at 1am last night, the box was falling to pieces because of how much grease was coming off the burger! It was literally a couple mm puddle in the box, and as much as I knew I shouldn't have eaten it i did as I wanted to get home ASAP. Today we both feel extremely ill. Been to this maccies for years and it's always been awful! Avoid!

Waited for 10 minutes to be served, got ignored cos staff to busy doing just eat orders or drive thu, mc ds il rather go hungry than waste my time with you again

Got a message 7.05pm food on way turned up at 7.40pm, food was cold chips like rubber and milkshake was very runny. most of it went in the bin, very disappointing considering how much it costs

Didn’t receive the right meal I ordered!!

Bag split when driver delivered items which caused 2 full drinks to spill on the floor outside the house. Driver then left the spilled drinks and rubbish outside of the front door - no effort made to clean or help clean up the rubbish which was directly outside the front door.

Food came and it took nearly 2 hour to come!when the food arrived it was stone called

My food was cold, they got my order wrong and put cheese on my meal which ruined it. Chips were cold and dry and the drink wasn’t even filled to The top

All the time the same problem. You will not receive all your food when you order online . When you call the manager to tell them about your order they will tell you “ will you sent again the order completed in few minutes “ and never happen….

Shocking... Second time my daughters burger as come with onions and gherkins.. When asked on note not to and was cold at that aswell... Joke

We work for nhs and have been waiting for dinner for over an hour, was cold when it arrived

Just wanted to thank a manager called "Abbi" as I ordered x 2 quarter cheese meals, only realised the mistake when on the M18 south bound and discovered I was given 2 was plain burgers, on my return some 3 hours later I was met with a middle aged female jobs worth telling me I had no cause for complaint as it was over 3 hrs ago, this is where "Abbi" comes into this, she listened to what I was saying and gave me a code to redeem for later for x 2 said quarter cheese meals, Common sense prevails !!! Thank you Abbi

The food came cold and a asked for no cheese and there was cheese on my burger would like a refund

Took over an hour for delivery (not the driver I don’t think) and arrived freezing cold when it’s only a 10 minute drive away (I don’t have a car) other McDonalds are fine but I wouldn’t recommend Thorne.

Quick ordering, Reasonable delivery time, only problem is food is cold but guess distance from Thorne to us is the problem

When I made the order, the expected delivery time was 25-30 minutes, when that time passed, the expected delivery time changed on the screen and added another hour. one and a half hour delivery time. That's an incredible amount of waiting time

got chicken nuggets instead of selects and it came cold

It has not been delivered to the right address. I spoke to the lady and she said she will deliver it to the correct address and she has not. That was over an hour ago.

We had to wait while the just eat drivers were served it was chaotic. Food was cold Not fast food!

the driver picked multiple orders and deliever a few completely wrong direction to me before I got mine. now stone cold and only got a £3 refund for cold food that I waited over an hour for.

The drinks had leaked all on the food and most of the food was soaked in my drink. Only got to eat the fries and burger. Id like a full refund please.

Not sure if McDonald's or uber eats is to blame I ordered 30 quids worth of food waited 40 minutes for it and ended up with three drinks and about ten sachets of red sauce. Either the restaurant staff are useless window lickers or the drivers are low life thieving rats.

Asked for cheese only in all the burgers and had tomato sauce in all 3 but although It spoilt the overall satisfaction of my grandchildren s meal was ok had to reheat everything as well wasn't very hot 🔥
