missing a kids happy meal toy. and no fruit bags

food was stone cold on arrival, abysmal service, £3.00 credit doesn't cut it

Food was very cold and took l hour and 1/2 hours

Great customer service helpful and efficient and friendly

much better but had to ask for extra pickle to get the normal amount and fries actually had salt.

delivery driver didn't even know where she was going , very abusive when I've met her to my son, food us cold so had to be put in the bin so a waste of money to be honest.

Chips was cold, wrong wrap delivered!!

When I ordered my food and it came with a Diet Coke and my Diet Coke has spilt all over the the bag leaked all over my kitchen

not very good asked for only cheese in the burgers all had filling in 1 fries missing otherwise all ok put up with for once

no gherkins on anything. nothing seasoned it seems. slapped together. waited a hour for a really pretty rubbish fast food meal.

cold. again. last till I'll order from McDonald's.

Burgers okay but a little squashed.Fries okay but nearly cold. 2 large Malteser mcflurrys,one came larger than the other and it's not Maltesers in them.More like bits of chocolate biscuit

She first went to the wrong house which delayed my order time and then when it came she was mouthy and my drinks were flat and all my food was cold

i am paying for a meal so i expect it so be a good standard the food was cold and the drink was split all over in the bag so im paying for a drink not to be able to drink it needs sorting out

Absolutely shocking. Can't get an order correct for the life of them, it's like the 20th time they've give me my order with items missing, I ordered 3 double cheeseburgers they've put one in, I ordered 2x big macs with fries 2x quarter pounders with fries, i received 4xfries 2x quarters and no big macs... i previously ordered 2x double big macs out of the 4 patties on each burger they served me it with one patty in each big mac, only 6 patties off what I was meant to receive, just shows you they'll set anyone on, and it doesn't say much for the senior staff managers/trainers ect... absolutely brain dead

everything fantastic all ok I ordered chicken selects by mistake lol so have done another order for 20 chicken nuggets originally needed any chance of getting any discount next order 😉

Service can be slow compared to your average McDonald’s restaurant even when not busy, so if your in rush perhaps avoid, having said that staff are friendly and food does come prepared well & hot which you don’t always get at other McDonald’s restaurants so while I rated the service a 4 do be prepared to wait.

Spent 21 pound on food for it to be freezing what a joke

It’s really nice with Friends and family, it’s really good food and a wide variety of different flavours

They were very helpful efficient even though they were very busy thanks guys..

After waiting 10 minutes for my order I had to take it back as the burger was hard, it looked about a week old. I would not have fed it to my dog. I understand that just eat is popular but it's frustrating when the drivers abandon their cars anywhere, disabled bays, parent child bays, in the road. I counted 6 just eat drivers walk in and out while I was waiting for 1 burger and a tea.

Cannot fault the delivery but the food was horrific. Mcchicken sandwich was a Mcrispy in a McChicken sandwich bread bun, cheese dippers were missing and the chips were stone cold. Would not recommend Thorne McDonald’s to a dog.

Took an hour and a half to arrive

I ordered at 9.50. It arrived at 11.37. McDonald’s breakfast ends at 11 so as you can imagine it was cold and inedible. I’d like to be refunded as I had to throw it away

After a disaster of an order last week and head office issuing us vouchers as compensation we decided to try again and use our vouchers big mistake! Yet again items missing customer service from the store leaves a lot to be desired absolute joke of an establishment will never use this branch again

Stone cold food, McFlurrys melted and the free chicken nuggets were missing.

Got a burger with my little brother at 1am last night, the box was falling to pieces because of how much grease was coming off the burger! It was literally a couple mm puddle in the box, and as much as I knew I shouldn't have eaten it i did as I wanted to get home ASAP. Today we both feel extremely ill. Been to this maccies for years and it's always been awful! Avoid!

Didn’t receive the right meal I ordered!!

Bag split when driver delivered items which caused 2 full drinks to spill on the floor outside the house. Driver then left the spilled drinks and rubbish outside of the front door - no effort made to clean or help clean up the rubbish which was directly outside the front door.

All the time the same problem. You will not receive all your food when you order online . When you call the manager to tell them about your order they will tell you “ will you sent again the order completed in few minutes “ and never happen….
