used to be our fav, not had in a while due to delivery ect making cost too high. So disappointed the garlic bread was thick, it used to be thin & was stuck to the box li,Hardly any chilli in wrap & was dripping in grease, threw most of the food away

Skip the burgers (clearly frozen and no seasoning) but should absolutely get the mozzarella sticks!!

garlic bread was dry, cheesy chips was swimming in Grease , kebab meat was cold and chips to salty

Got a pizza burger but burger inside not cooked properly and tasteless and I only went there cos 5wonders was shut and price are similar but 5 wonders 100% better plus bigger and better plus at 5 wonders you get choice of sauce as well

food all arrived just warm and very tepid. not warm at all, very disappointed

Honestly couldn't ask for better customer support, I had issues with my order not arriving (which isn't their fault ) and they proceeded to resend me my entire order in an incredibly timely manner, the food was great and I'll be eating here more often

My meal was amazing it was all there it was all hot and very tasty even the chips which McDonald’s can’t bring hot, even though they are only half the distance of these guys better food tbh won’t be using mc Donald’s again il be coming here in future excellent will definitely order from here again

Ordered 1 Italian and 1 dellar calzone. Got 2 the same and no dellar calzone.

I haven’t had anything from burger Jim’s in a long time and to be honest I wish I had kept it that way. The kebab meat was soggy and tasted of nothing and the pita bread was a damp mess. The burger and chips were bearable to say the least, I’m wondering if all the times I’ve eaten burger Jim’s in the past was it the booze that made it taste ok. Would certainly not bother again that’s for sure 👎🏼

Nice meat and salad and chilli sauce pitta was dry.

They're false advertising promotions, they left bits off the order. And the child that answered the phone. was very obnoxious. That's 3 stomach aches that won't be happening from here again

Not impressed, I used to like this place but the portions have gotten smaller, the staff seem less friendly and the food wasn't as warm as I'm used to. It needs to improve.

All good apart from not getting the free 10" garlic bread after spending over £30.

The food got delivered early however when we come to open the food it was cold , had to microwave the food which isn’t acceptable

Disappointing that you can’t throw in a couple of garlic dips as requested, the amount we spend at Burger Jim’s at DRI. Other places we order usually throw in a cheesy garlic bread and dips.

Best kebab I've ever had! I asked for extra pickles and I got a box full, the portions were huge and it was all cooked well and arrived early I was well impressed.

My pop never came with the meal, the salad wasn’t very fresh, the chips where not very good was thrown in the bin awful.

restaurant very helpful after delivery driver said delivered but wasn’t. They sorted it ASAP. Got here nearly cold but still nice and tasty. Restaurant I can’t fault or food, just delivery is ridiculous as I order from here a lot. Late, nearly cold.
