Food is amazing only place I order from now from chips to coleslaw and garlic mayo is amazing its unbelievable food and great service I accidentally ordered loads of chilli on my kebab and they sent me a fresh one even though it was my mistake highly recommend

Absolutely banging loved the food the staff was absolutely amazing and a good chat always get the food warm and the ordering time was 15 mins max! For pick-up would definitely recommend and billy is a amazing :)

The service of their delivery was simply awful, I ordered a delivery, I live just down the street in Skellow and it took them over 30 minutes to deliver my order. When I called the takeaway asking where my order was they first hung up on me, then I called them again and they acted confused. My food was then delivered to me cold and in a very unpleasant manner. They could not be bothered to even mix in the salad with kebab I ordered, and there was a lot of paper stuck in the kebab itself. There was barely any naan bread. I ended up throwing most of it away The chicken kebab itself wasn’t really that tasty, I recommend choosing Donner anyways. What a Pure waste of £13, avoid this takeaway.

Shocking service. Walked out after being totally ignored by the 6 staff members behind the counter for several minutes . Thought we'd give them another chance after a previous and somewhat similar experience on one Saturday night. This being a Sunday afternoon with only 1 other customer in was the final straw . Never Again !!!

Ordered food and took over 2 hrs to come rang the shop to be told he’s just left and still took another 20 mins to come chips soggy and food not that great used to be higher standards before but now it’s shocking they need to sort it we’re now ordering from somewhere new now so they will be losing more and more people at this rate

Absolutely fuming. We live in Norton and travelled all the way for collection and was waiting for 30 mins. Didn’t check both wraps (ordered 2x chicken sheesh wraps) and got doner kebab which was vile! Absolutely hate lamb and can’t even get though because they’ve turned their phone lines off. Foods in the bin and literally having a dry garlic bread for tea as that’s the only thing they have got right! Lost a good customer as I will never order again

2 hours 15 minutes after ordering the food finally arrived. Rang several times before this to be told it'll be here in 10 minutes. At point was told he was checking where order was and hung up on me. Pizza was cold, soggy and stuck to the box. Deluxe burger was cold and had no cheese. Kids meal cold and she couldn't even eat it. Fuming is an understatement as I really used to like this place. I rang back and was told to just write a review. Over 30 pound of food ordered.

Absolute joke of a delivery service. Rude staff, messed up the order and it arrived 2 and half hours late absolutely freezing. Never again.

Sorry but lately the Service has been rubbish and the food has been Luke warm, never using them again.

Arrived 2 and half hours late. When we rang after a hour and half, they said 10 minutes, which turned out to be an hour later. Freezing cold and 2 of the cheeseburgers which were ordered, turned out to be a plain burger in a bread bun. Shambles and the staff weren’t very helpful either.

Always late, no on time, joke, not recommended at all, tried again after 1 year break, give up, shut down this block for ever please

The food is lovely when they get the order right. However the service is ridiculous. Waiting hours for food, when it arrives it’s not hot. Staff don’t seem to really care when phoned. And don’t bother to expect your free garlic bread because that’s a complete sales con!!

Always ordered with efes been great food but lacks very bad in delivery time had to cancel my delivery and order elsewhere. I understand they are busy but at times simple text could help them but sorry efes too many lets downs means no orders anymore fed up of this and no compo for late deliveries or on the next meal if i could put -5* for service i would not good service

Ordered cheesy garlic bread came with jalapeños on it and couldn’t taste the garlic completely put me off the food what a waste of £20

Messed up my order I ordered a kebab beef burger and I said kebab on the side and it was in the burger and the beef burger was horrible

We ordered a meal at 20:15 and the order was incorrect, we called and they said they would re-send. We waited till 22:30 and called back to be told ‘we tried to deliver it but no one was in’. Rude staff poor customer service.

Sadly was recommended by a friend first time order never received it after 3 hours said they would refund me 3 to 5 working days no refund ordered online contacted datman still on joy just said contact takeaway waist of time will not recommend 0 out of 10

Pizza - pure grease, bland sauce, bare cooked dough, base of the pizza was ridiculously thin in places and super think in others. Burger - as you would expect from any takeaway. No issues, same cheap burgers as everywhere. Doner Kebab - greasy and dry at the same time. Clearly been sat in the bain Marie in a pool of grease being allowed To shrivel up. The worst part was the grissle, every mouth full we were pulling gristle out of out mouth. Disgusting and cheap. Star of the show - the chips. Hot, crispy and flavourful. McCain extra crisp for sure. Lol.

Our server Jenis was really good and the food was amazing!

We went here while staying at the travel lodge near by. They were so lovely and helpful, and we were made welcome and given advice where to get cash, as they are (or were that day) cash only. I wish I'd had the paprika offered on my chips though! Lovely people, good food, and generous portions.

Lovely food every time, tonight made mistake of doing my order for pick up instead of delivery... they rang me not long after I placed the order because I didn't pick up... and they arranged delivery and was very quick food was still very hot and was my mistake brill food every time

The worst pizza I’ve ever had, inedible. Staff member was rude and threatening to people in the store. Seriously avoid this place and go literally anywhere else.

Orderd a cheesy chip wrap ( vegetarian) when eating it I bit into a piece of bacon. Dismissed by staff as an easy mistake, but having not eaten meat for many years I was disscusted. Won't be returning and would just advise others with dietary requirements to be vigilant

Customer service was amazing, there was a delay as the ticket from online ordering had got stuck in the machine, but owner fully rectified the issue, order from here regularly and food is always very good.

So order from efes skellow which from my house is literally no less than 30 min or so, said several times on the phone for a chicken fillet burger, yes I am happy with the time of delivery and the product of food but the burger was not what I asked for. Also the driver Rang me saying he was outside, when I went out I then had to ring the driver back 3 times when eventually answered it sounded in the background like a party, I told him correct address which was literally 3 doors away from mine and it still took another 10 mins to arriv, even though he said he was 2 doors up,

Shocking spend 28 dont get anything free when clearly states you do! Then I order cheese on my nuggets instead of chips and still get charged £1.30 even though chips are more always 2 hours to come even though there not busy not surprised pizza hot has all custom now

Bad delivery times and low food and hygiene, they have a 2 rating which is bad, I will never order from them again

we ordered food via a telephone call but to be advised to download the app,which we did,then ordered our food to be delivered which came within 30 min,but unknown to us it had come from another branch,it was freezing cold and partly wrong order which was unedable,the bag it came in was covered in grease and smelt shocking,when we made another phone call to enquire what had gone wrong they said that we had order from the wrong branch and they said they didnt have our order...we was told the order wasnt placed here and no knowledge of the order whatsoever...after investigation it seems to be that our order had been found ,the gentleman i spoke to was adamint that the order wasnt received by themselves,we questioned this. an assistant came to the phone to help and looked through the orders on the computer as it came thruogh on the app,only to find our order as previously said above totally wrong...so why cant we speak to somebody instead of feeling alienated,not everyone is computer knowledgeable,only to find they was soon to take the money from our account and then to be told it will be 5-7 working days to be refunded

The customer service was shocking after I questioned the man behind the counter hed over charged me.Screaming in my face. No hand sanitizer, no social distancing marking ,no masks no gloves serving. Food was horrendous do not use.

Quality food at really good prices

So not only, do they bring me half of my food. Then tell me not to argue when I was simply contacting and asking for what I paid for. Then I find a jet black short hair in my meal. Absolutely disgusting. Then completely refuse to talk to me about it. I’ve been a customer for years but recently this place has gone downhill and disgusting. And completely awful customer skills! An apology would of sufficed. Will be taking it further.

Ordered della pizza with chicken and lamb, came with diced chicken, no sauces as requested. Pizza base was shocking.

Absolute nightmare at times get someone who can understand on the phone 2 chicken Donner n chips we mayo and it comes dry! U sent 2 others out n there no way near as more meat than the other. £16.00 in bin

I was staying at the travellodge Doncaster and I asked for details for takeaway and was given the details for Efes. I went online, placed order after an hour and half no food arrived so I rang them and they said they don’t deliver to travellodge at the weekend (today is Friday). I said shouldn’t someone have called me to tell me the food wouldn’t be coming and the person on the phone said nobody seen the order. So she cancelled my order so we won’t be eating tonight. I will be informing Travellodge of this so they don’t give out Efes details when someone enquires about a food delivery

Husband ordered a donner kebab and assures me it was as always particularly good. The chicken kebabs are also good and the paprika fries are a welcome addition. They are a victim of their own success though as it can be incredibly busy impacting on experience and service even when pre-ordered for collection you can expect to wait - but this is still advised! However I would say this is a sign of a good takeaway.

Food was ok , but said between 30-45 minutes for delivery and was over an hour . Pizza was ok but was a little bit well done around the edges

Waited 2hrs for delivery, they wouldn't answer phone to see where our order was. Food eventually came like warm. Wouldn't order from here again

I went to the restaurant as a family treat, as it was recommended by the hotel we were staying at. The staff were rude from us arriving and kept calling my wife love. Which I found disrespectful. We waited over an hour after ordering and when I asked why there was a wait I was shouted at which I found shocking. When the food did arrive is was cold and the meat was undercooked. When I brought this to the attention of the staff. I was told to pay and get out, I thought about calling the police . I decided against it as I did not want to cause my family more distress. To add insult to injury I was over charged for the meal. This was the worst restaurant experience of my life. The food was awful and potentially life threatening. I recommend this place is avoided at all costs.

Member of staff was abusive and threatening for literally nothing. Heard from an number of people the same about this person. It was late at night so might be different in the day. But shouldn't have to put up with that. So wouldn't go again.

At this point we had started cooking as we had been waiting for 2 hours. I rang the shop and offered to take the order with a heavy discount or they could take it back and I'd not use them again... They preferred to take the order back and lose any further business. We have made allowances in the past for incorrect deliveries, but after tonight's fiasco we will not be using them again.

The food isn't bad but haven't yet actually managed to get an order right. The lady that took the order was nice and wrote down what I asked for but when it comes it's never right.
