Waited over 20 minutes in the drive through & my burger was wrapped in a stale bun. Not impressed at all. I won't be back. I should have read the reviews first.

Asked what drink I wanted with my cheeseburger meal - assumed it was included but was charged £1.21 for a bottle! Charged £2.78 for cheeseburger and fries as a meal deal but would have been £2.58 if bought separately! Either a con or staff not trained properly.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!I’ve had my daughter work there not for long though they tried firing her for missing a day when she couldn’t log in her app she came back absolutely upset she got her job back with £300 pounds but later she quit all the staff was apparently disgusting with the food they eat it in the back and would pick at the food totally disgusting and not professional wouldn’t suggest going here!!!!!!!!!

Ordered for a family of five using the machine. Not triangles left for table service, can't press the back button, no one around to ask for more triangles, and didn't want to restart the order for 5! So we put a number I'm, my sons and their dad stood waiting for the order regardless. 15 mins later, I ask yo be given stone cold food. I swear them pick it up from the side nr the drive-through window. Manageress was rude and confrontational, despite me explaining the situation above and that someone had been standing there. She said she'd replace the chips, but I explained the burgers were also stone cold. Aggressively, she snatched them from the tray, stating it was my fault. I stated that someone had been there at all times and 2 adults had checked, and there'd been no one free to speak to about the issue with the table triangles. She walked away rudely. Even the lady behind me stated how rude it was. I have to say the server named 'Niamh' was utterly lovely and helpful. You could she was embarrassed about the lady was speaking to people. It was a busy time, the staff are evide tlt very young and the management staff definitely need some customer service training. We were still a drink short, but I didn't have it in me to go back as i felt it wasn't worth the hassle. As I said, the team is really young, I take o pleasure in complaining and, in fact, very rarely do. But if the franchisees read this, they need to train the staff and also reward the good ones like mentioned above!

Shocking! Big bit of plastic, the end of a sealed bag someone has cut open, made it into my S&E McMufffin this morning. Miles away by the time I bit into it. Shocked that simple stuff like this can't be avoided. Chucked the rest in the bin; just in case 🤮

I ordered some meals for my children to the amount of £40 , which once again was wrong an entire meal to the cost of £6.22 was missing, i spoke to the stores manager to point out the mistake only to get an extremely rude response & no help was given , they wouldn't give us what we had just paid for or even offer a refund. If you were to buy a pair of shoes you would expect to get both of them. In my opinion the procedures at McDonald's need to addressed & the staff require further training on how to speak to their customers. Going forward I will avoid Rawtenstall McDonald's & I will advise my family, friends & work colleagues to do the same as they see nothing wrong with stealing your hard earned money

The manager Chloe needs to be sacked, she is very rude and condescending, speaks down to customers, never fill their fry’s up and when you ask them to fill them up they accuse you of eating them so you can ask for more. Shame on you Chloe for being such a evil cow, do us all a favour and quit and a bit of advice for you, if you ever speak to me again like the way you did last time and I won’t hold back.

Wow. Is all’s I can say! Ordered a bacon roll and asked for some butter for the roll. They refused!I asked why not and the girl said it’s the managers discretion . When we received the items they were trashed in the bag. The hash browns were ripped up. Totally unacceptable childish immature behaviour.

Cold Big Mac and fries from take away took them to car but cold and horrible. Phoned them and they said come back in for replacement but young girlie manager refused to replace or refund.Head Office also refused a refund so have issued a claim at Burnley County Court for £1-99.The franchise is called " Nuestra Familia" My family in Spanish but it is also the name of a prison gang in Northern California for Chichanos ( Mexican Americans).

Every time I go here, the food is always cold and never fresh. I have been to other McDonalds and they have always been fresh and the foo piping hot. This needs addressing as this is simply unacceptable. I have complained so many times and nothing has ever been done about it.

We came here this evening and weren’t allowed in because of no masks - fair enough, we didn’t have our masks they didn’t have to let us in! But as we were leaving, someone who knew the managers name and the manager also knew by name was allowed in WITHOUT A MASK!!!! Not in uniform and went to the desk to order food which is what we weren’t allowed to do. Absolutely fair to not let us in without masks, but to have a different rule for the manager’s friends? Well that’s not ok.

After queuing for 30 mins at the drive through, tap and payed , sat at pay window for 2 mins before moving on to collection window, was then sent to the last window to be told the card hadn’t worked when tapped... asked if I could try again as the account was fine. Was told I’d have to queue and go round again ... didn’t bother... ‘Kin idiots

Went in At 6 p.m. wasn't too busy but There was Rubbish Everywhere...on tables on floor...The bins were overflowing ...Water on floor Grandaughter slipped on wet floor...The toilets were dirty. Tables full of dirty Food wrappings..food and drinking cups... tables dirty. Complained to Manager but was not interested... Staff no energy no interest.. food cold... Sorry but what's going on at Rawtenstall...Avoid.

An absolute disgrace. Went tonight with my Grandson and Nieces at 6.p.m and was appalled at the state of the restaurant. Nothing had been cleared as all the bins were full so customers could not empty their trays consequently there was litter everywhere . Tables were dirty and the floor was soaking wet and my niece slipped on the wet floor. There was no one cleaning up, there were no sauces and the food was cold . Absolute disgrace . I did mention it to the manager who eventuality sent someone to clean up. No excuse for the dirtiness will not be coming back. And as for the loos a disgrace . I have pictures but can’t load them on here however I will on trip advisor .

OMG Bunch of kids working here who don’t knw nothing and who can’t even read or do clear instructions and the manager thinks he is in Ibiza couldn’t sort nothing out....I ask for NO TOMATOES and I get tomatoes “are you having a laugh” so I went to change it then I get mayonnaise instead canjun sauce for this canjun wrap “now they are taking the Mick” change ur staff I won’t be coming here again and as the manager is next level at what he is doing !!! I ask for my money back next min he goes at back didn’t even apologise or say nowt Have a good night “keep my money as a tip ...I am annoyed cause I was hungry!!!!!

After a 2 hour round trip to Lancaster we made the mistake of stopping of at this branch.What should have been a 5 minute drive through experience turned into a crawl along 30 minutes nightmare.As soon as we joined this slow road to nowhere, we realised our mistake, but by this time you’re left with no other choice other than to sit and wait..This was after 8pm and very few people where inside the place.Avoid this place if it’s fast food you’re after

Got to be the worst McDonald's in the UK. Constantly getting orders wrong, literally almost every single time myself and friends/family have been. Paying for food and just not receiving it or its not what you ordered etc. God help the staff if they go on to further employment with the attitudes they currently have.

Staff was very rude. I understand that it is a busy drive thru especially at this time of evening. However; the bone idleness and attitude was unnecessary. This is third time I've had this problem at this McDonald's. They need to monitor how staff speak to customers through the headset.

Ever since Mcdonalds opened in Rawtenstall, there has been an issue with every meal we have purchased. Tonight was no exception, and when I made a comment to the young girl at the window, she was rude and very defensive. I asked if there were any managers around, but the only response I received was a nod of the head! Last ever visit here, I'll save my money. Massive void in the training department.

Walked in with my sister, for a quick bite before heading home. All I can say is Wow! Staff who refuse to deal with problems of teenagers with feet on the furniture including the tables. One said” it’s not my problem, I’m not on customer care today” and the other who said “what do you want me to do”. One female staff member who was bringing food to the customers who looked like a bull dog chewing a wasp, she didn’t look happy to be there at all. How can they expect the customers to have a pleasant experience when it looks like the staff don’t even want to be there! The only plus of the visit was the young man who brought over the order, he was very pleasant and asked if there was anything else needed. I have never felt as uncomfortable in a McDonald’s restaurant as I did yesterday. And the only reason I stayed and ate in was because of the poor weather conditions. But in future if I was to return I’d take away.

This is the worst drive through in the morning for breakfast. Over 50% of the time, it can be extremely long wait, once at 25 mins! The reason given was electric faults, which we had heard on 3 separate occasions! They don’t use the waiting bag when there’s a delay for collection and one time when we made a complain about the long wait, the manager said it’s not a fast food chain it’s a restaurant!!! It’s a joke

I am not a regular at McDonald's as I don't do fast food, however, I took my 2 year old grandson here as a treat after swimming. We ordered a kids meal and I had a latte. The foid is average as per any McDonald's, however I would like to comment on the politeness of the staff and the efficient way the restaurant was run. The place was spotless, any spills being cleaned up immediately and the staff were smiley and polite. My grandson enjoyed the balloon, more so than his meal!!

Crawled out of bed at dinner time on Sunday with a fairly substantial hangover and forced myself to brave the mission to mcdonald's rawtenstall. I ordered a spicy chicken legend meal and all seemed well so I made my way home. Unfortunately as I stated to devour my greasy purchase I realised, to my horror, that my so called chicken legend was lacking a most vital ingredient - chicken. This pretty much ruined my day. You may think that a chicken legend minus the chicken is simply a legend but I can assure you it is not, its a very expensive salad sandwich.

I have been to this McDonald’s only 3 times since I started spending more time in the area 6 months ago and more recently moved there and each time they got it wrong. A shipping order of breakfasts collected one Sunday morning only to get home to find 3 hash browns missing....on a family visit they couldn’t get my girlfriends order right for a simple request for a quarter pounder with extra gherkins...they gave her the wrong burger altogether and everyone else’s food got cold waiting for them to sort it out....and just this last Monday....is an order for a white and a black coffee so difficult....it is for this lot.

When you go in and have cash, you have to go to the till to be served, but there's no staff there. In fact, I couldn't see a single member of staff anywhere because of the giant wall hiding the kitchen and preparation area. I timed it and it took eight minutes before someone emerged to take my order. They took my order then disappeared again, behind the giant wall. When it said on the screen to collect my order, I stood at the counter expecting it to be there. Nope. It took over five minutes after it said my food was ready to appear. When it did, the fries on the order were stone cold! So I asked for fresh food, and the woman wanted me to eat the burger while I waited! No....when you order a meal, you get served your food and sides together, not five minutes apart! So I asked, politely, for them to make the order fresh so it could be eaten as a meal. The girl was horrible about it and I had to argue, in front of the other customers, to get her to do it. She disappeared behind the giant wall, from where a loud bout of laughter came, and two staff members peeped round to look at me. That made me extremely uncomfortable. Then, when the food finally arrived, it was the wrong order!!! In all, it took nearly thirty five minutes to get my food from enerering the store. When the correct food finally came out, the fries were cold again!!! I gave up at that point, but I will never return here again, nor will my friends or my family.

So the place is ok regarding service. Albeit there is sometimes a wait but that's to be expected with a new establishment. It's well needed in rawtenstall no doubt about that! My only issue is that I NEVER get cream on my toffee latte. This is a small issue but an issue non the less considering I ask each and every time. Maybe it is because I go through the drive through?
