The burgers and chips we had last night were wonderfully hot, juicy and so tasty. Even after driving in such nasty weather, the driver remained friendly, as well. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Food is always good from here. Can highly recommend. But unfortunately I was missing a drink on my order tonight but hopefully won’t happen again.

the order was not delivered and the app says it was delivered. bacup Smashies say it must have been Crawshawbooth Smashies and vice versa. hard to understand the people on the phone but neither branch wants to admit to taking the Just Eat order.

Very rude staff, offering discounts but they do not work and staff deny all knowledge of Facebook posts or any discounts when it’s clear as day it’s on there! Shame because foods great, service is just shocking.

Must order from here weekly atm. Really nice food and quick delivery.

food hasn’t arrived nearly over an hour after expected time, guessing they have shut and left there customers waiting hours on end for there delivery which was expensive

I have just ordered the zinger smashie and it was amazing! Chicken burger with cheese and salad and onion rings and I also added a hash brown, was absolutely amazing 🤩!!

Burger fantastic, chips were hard and cold

Poor experience tonight forgot half the order and the food was as cold as being in a fridge, what a waste of money if they can't deliver to where I am with warm food don't bother taking the order or covering the radius Definately won't order again. Do you self a favour pop two toast in the toaster you will have a much nicer experience of food

Food standards have dropped smal chips and were overcooked. Patties have shrunk in size. Not sure I will be ordering again. When first opened everything was decent size and portions.

Delivery driver was very polite and no complaints whatsoever. The food was nice but the burgers were spicy when we asked for mild. Which was very frustrating as one was for a child. Please read when requesting mild sauce. Other than that everything was fine thank u.

Ordered a double smashie meal which cost £9.85 and they forgot the chips. I rang and they said they’d deliver them but never did. Very disappointed.

Those burgers are amazing….you don’t realise the rubbish that comes from elsewhere until you eat these. Hot, fresh and the delivery driver is a star.

On the website it says biscoff cheesecake is £3.49 but we were charged £4. Staff were rude. Won't be going there again. Shame as we liked ordering from there too. Bacup.

I ordered some food via Rossendale Eats at 20:43. At 21:53 i received an email saying my order was ready for delivery. At 22:30 i called asking where my order was and they said itcwas on it's way. I called again at 22:53 and they stated my order had been delivered. This was definitely not the case. I was not offered a refund or for this mistake to be rectified. The delivery driver came on the phone saying he had delivered my order to me but when adjed, he could not describe me. He relayed where my address,was hiwever he has delivered here before. I am disgusted with the service at this premises and will not be ordering from this place ever again. The delivery driver basically called me a liar and was,adamant i had had my order. I would advise anyone to avoid ordering from this place because not only have i had nothing to eat i am £16 out of pocket. They have no customer service whatsoever.
