food hasn’t arrived nearly over an hour after expected time, guessing they have shut and left there customers waiting hours on end for there delivery which was expensive

Terrible service. Didn't receive the food we paid for and would not drop off the missing food. Definitely won't be a returning customer

I have just ordered the zinger smashie and it was amazing! Chicken burger with cheese and salad and onion rings and I also added a hash brown, was absolutely amazing 🤩!!

Poor experience tonight forgot half the order and the food was as cold as being in a fridge, what a waste of money if they can't deliver to where I am with warm food don't bother taking the order or covering the radius Definately won't order again. Do you self a favour pop two toast in the toaster you will have a much nicer experience of food

On the website it says biscoff cheesecake is £3.49 but we were charged £4. Staff were rude. Won't be going there again. Shame as we liked ordering from there too. Bacup.

I ordered some food via Rossendale Eats at 20:43. At 21:53 i received an email saying my order was ready for delivery. At 22:30 i called asking where my order was and they said itcwas on it's way. I called again at 22:53 and they stated my order had been delivered. This was definitely not the case. I was not offered a refund or for this mistake to be rectified. The delivery driver came on the phone saying he had delivered my order to me but when adjed, he could not describe me. He relayed where my address,was hiwever he has delivered here before. I am disgusted with the service at this premises and will not be ordering from this place ever again. The delivery driver basically called me a liar and was,adamant i had had my order. I would advise anyone to avoid ordering from this place because not only have i had nothing to eat i am £16 out of pocket. They have no customer service whatsoever.

we had the chicken burger which was lovely... would take of the cheese next time... onion rings with a sweet sauce as extra very tasty... the hot burger.... yes hot take the chillies of next time... delivery fast, good price, would def order again, good produce, best burgers /chicken burgers

Ordered here for the second time today and much better than the first time. Ordered a single smash and triple smash and both burgers came really hot and fresh. The burgers are so juicy and soft! The pattys had so much flavour bussin bussin 👌 the biscoff cheesecake also a 12/10, so light and not too sweet!

Food came nearly 1hr after expected time (2hrs after order) when we finally recieved the food there was no chips with the meals and all the food was cold. When you pay £35 for 3 burger meals and some nuggets, id expect alot better!

Best burgers anywhere, juicy and dripping with cheese and the amazing house sauce, always fast delivery too, the one time I called to see where my order was after 45 mins I got a massive apology for the system crashing and my meal arrived ten mins after my call with a free slice of yummy cheesecake. Can’t recommend enough 👍🏻👍🏻

Never had an issue before. Unknowingly to me, my neighbour was in his front yard when my food turned up. The delivery driver presumed it was me waiting for food in -1 degree weather. Of course nobody is ever outside their house unless they are eagerly awaiting food (!). After an hour and a half of waiting I rang up and was made out to be lying, because he said he "definitely had the right door number because we were stood outside". I stayed on the phone with the driver while I went to the neighbours house, I didn't get an apology when I confirmed it went to the wrong house. So please try and make sure your delivery drivers get some glasses, and some manners.

Expensive and the wait time for delivery is shocking, delivered 2 hours later and didn't deliver full order, after calling several times I ended up getting a rude member of staff claiming its not there fault I didn't get my full order, but clearly its not my fault when I've ordered it and paid for it and not delivered, finally got my order 2 and half hours later

Very nice burger was very juicy and tasted delicious, staff very friendly, big selection of burgers on menu, only two things i didn't like was that it was a bit oily as seen on the picture, and price is quite expensive, but none the less i will be back in future, i will come try the stacker burger. This was a fantastic find late on Monday night…pulled smashie / coleslaw / chips / drink & dessert all for £9.95 we ate in & smashed the food as we were all hungry!!! Go eat & enjoy!

Was Way too overpriced, ordered what I thought would be three big burgers, two lots of wedges and a bag of chips but instead was left disappointed as the burgers where the size of the regular £1 cheese burgers from maccies as well as receiving three lots of chips instead of the wedges. The burgers weren't even made correctly as two of the top buns where used on one burger and two of the bottoms where used on another. This review maybe a bit nitpicky but when spending £30 on burgers for three people I expect a little better. Other than that it tasted alright

Smashies is the place for the finest dining in Rochdale. The burgers are amazing of top quality, always made on time and always made fresh! I honestly can't fault this place and very glad they do halloumi! (by the way the halloumi absoloutely bangs on another level, definitely one to try). The staff is beyond amazing and friendly, always welcoming and positive. This is one of them places with amazing food where you get a good vibe, on top of this the prices are one of the best for what you get, 100 percent would recommend this to anyone looking to bite down on a tasty burger.

Was served by Jafar today. This was our second visit. Excellent service and looked after us very well and the food is 10/10, we have tried quite a few place’s- these guys are on top hands down.

I come to smashies every week or so, its my nightly treat when I'm not working out, taking a gym class or intermittent fasting. Unique, delicious and wholesome food, cooked on site and made from scratch. By far the best eatery or fast food place in Bacup to date. The fact they were too busy to serve any more orders in Monday night, gives testimony to this. I will order again soon, thank you so much!

Burgers are on point every time. People say it’s expensive but you’re paying for quality here. They prepare the burgers and cook them themselves most take aways buy burgers ready made. The customer service is amazing. This definitely tops 5 guys.

Burgers are okay, I could personally make wayyyyy nicer ones for a fact, for a lot cheaper. £6.50 for a burger with super thin patties? It’s like a normally sized burger at that point, and that’s £6.50 without chips and a drinks. Massively overpriced and not worth the money.

The burger is more greace than sauce and the chicken has been sub par multiple times, for the prices they charge you'd expect better. Imagine paying £5 for delivery and then it being 15+mins late???

I physically can't express how good these burgers are! Staff are amazing, food is always on time and hot. The burgers are soooo juicey not grease but full of flavour, the sauce is incredible. My friend has been taking about another smashed burger joint but when he tried Smashies he said that he was blown away by the quality and flavour. Seriously, excellent food

Had the halloumi burger honestly best by far. Lovely chips and chicken, and dessert is to die for.
