Disappointing Experience at McDonald’s (Again!) I’m honestly tired of visiting McDonald’s only to find that half the menu isn’t available—AGAIN. I went in today hoping to grab a milkshake, but surprise, surprise, they weren’t available (for what feels like the 100th time). It’s becoming a joke. It’s not just the milkshakes either. Other items were unavailable too. What’s the point of a menu if you never have the items? Very frustrating and definitely not worth the trip. McDonald’s needs to seriously get it together. Won’t be returning anytime soon.

Visited McDonalds Fenton (Victoria Road) 14 September 2024 at 6pm. Paid at 6.01pm and food not ready until after 7pm. Cleanliness of the restaurant was poor (tables not cleared) and this is certainly not fast food and way below expectations. Prioritising home food delivery drivers over visiting customers. Several customers were complaining as well as us and much better is expected from McDonald because this certainly was not fast food. Very poor indeed.

Fined £100 I was parked in a disabled bay and didn’t realise there was a time limit of an hour and a half, been coming for breakfast for years but won’t be returning!

So here we have McDonald’s Victoria Road Stoke-on-Trent currently rated on TripAdvisor 42 out of 44 quick bites (bear in mind quick bite number 43 and number 44 are permanently closed), making this the worst establishment in the whole of Stoke-on-Trent to get some fast food. The venue is placed in an industrial car park in between Aldi and Buzz Bingo and is 24 hours. Luckily I came in the morning for some breakfast. I very much doubt I would like to be here after 9 pm. It must be something like the south of the Bronx in New York in fact that would be an insult to the Bronx. On entering the drive-through, I was greeted by the sight of a passed out drunkard with no teeth sitting on a cardboard box, drinking a cup of McDonald’s coffee. Then I tried to order via the intercom and the intercom wasn’t working probably due to the apple pie that was mashed into the speaker, so I carried on to the first window . I ordered a McDonald’s breakfast with a cappuccino and after waiting between seven and nine minutes in the drive-through queue, the kind gentleman in the serving hatch with a beard and eye shadow eventually handed me a bag I continue to the car park only to find out the cappuccino was an orange juice and the sausage and egg. McMuffin was a double sausage and egg McMuffin, but at least they remembered the hash brown. I parked up to quickly eat the food and the guy with no teeth came over to my car asking for some money. I gave him a pound coin and he said thank you very much and I’m glad I made his day but overall I know I will never visit this place again And I strongly suggest that you go somewhere else, it’s not conducive to any form of well-being and should be avoided at all costs.

these 2 women that stand near the front door refused to let me sit in if a didnt buy a drink?? then i said i was just ordering on the app as i was trying to log in to my mcdonalds account and they said i clearly wasn’t and told me i couldn’t sit in

Order was placed at 7.38Pm . I enquired at 7.50 as to why my order wasn’t even on the scree and was told that «  it was the top one on the preparation screen «  7.57 m, I required a refund but my order arrived just at that time . Was told «  enjoy your meal «  . I took it and left, as by that time I was ready to be unpleasant . I actually wish I had gone ahead with my refund request . I suspect my order had been ready for a while but left   somewhere , and only brought to me when I requested a refund. It was cold when I arrived at home . I managed to reheat the bacon double but the big cheesy was inedible and the reheated chips too dry . The restaurant was not even busy, and ordered placed after mine were being served before me . I don’t often go to fast foods but I do enjoy the odd McDonald’s or similar places, so this was disappointing . If my order had been left / missed, then I wish someone had had the honesty to say so, apologised and either redo it or offered,me a refund .

Absaloutely atrocious I waited half an hour for a small frize and a big mac the chips came cold and soggy I told them the woman said it's becuse they have been sat in a box all day I'm furious my chips came cold and soggy once agin and my big mac had burnt bits all over the patty I'm furious what a waste of money and has left me with food poising #not happy Adding to this my freind has found hair in her burger and proceeded to find more hair in her mc fulrry NOT RECOMENDED

Made to wait in a parking bay even though it was not busy When order arrived was five a bag I asked ifs all here yes was the reply When I got home drinks ice cream we’re missing on this very hot day Telephoned to ask for a refund or for a delivery said no you can have a code for next time no apologies Poor service will avoid in the future

Waited 20 minutes to get order. Absolutely manic in there. Full of delivery drivers! Eventually recived my order. When I got home items were missing. Tried to call branch no answer. Followed by email still no reply. If you wish to have poor service wait too long for "fast food" and pay for food you don't receive by all means give it a visit!! McDonalds is getting too greedy and taking too much on so lots of mistakes are happening. They are no longer a fast food restaurant!

The food was horrible cold and messy. Staff were rude. More bothered about chatting and laughing with each other. Half my order missing. Not worth the money at all

The food came well in the time span stated for delivery, which is the only good thing , the Big Macs where not even Luke warm , the triple burgers and chips where cold , there was no sauces in the bag even though they where paid for , I called the site and was told that there was nothing they could do and to speak to just eat as it’s the drivers fault , ( the driver doesn’t cook the food) so over £20 wasted won’t use this McDonald’s again

Having just been in a queue in the drive through (fast food) only yo be told no milk shakes half an hour waisted. Then to be told use the app to which i responded on a mobile taht is usble to get Internet only messaging and telephone calls hence this been applied by work colleague Save people waiting in queues putvsign out of get some outbto inform customers Never on printable vist here again and i will encourage others to do the same

#1 worst mcdonalds in stoke on trent. Ordered 3 items off the menu at 11pm on a sunday night, and they finally came out at 11:28. The staff dont know the meaning of 'Fast', but they like standing there talking absolute sh#te to the prioritised Ubereats drivers.... refused a refund. Total sh#t show avoid at all costs, only useful for the toilets. Even Burgerking serves faster... thats saying something.

This has to be the consistently worst delivery quality I’ve ever seen a McDonald’s have. I’d say there’s about a 30% chance you get your order in the first place, and if you do it’s after 2 hours, stone cold, missing items worth over £10 of the order and if you actually get sauces then go to a hospital because you’ve probably hit your head and are hallucinating. Nobody has high standards for McDonald’s, so it’s pretty irritating when they can’t even meet the low bar that’s been set. Get it together McDonald’s.

I needed to pay cash so waited at the counter. I was stood there for 10 minutes. 4 employees looked at me and ignored me. 1 said he would be with me in a minute then continued to ignore me. Staff are rude, obnoxious and clearly only interested in drive throughs and auto service. Absolute rubbish

This is by far the cleanest restaurant but things are constantly missing, no coffee, no ice cream no salt, management please sort it out !!!

This place needs shutting down, the franchise is obviously not working, 55 minutes in bay 3 waiting for a happy meal a wrap and burger?????? The Managment need to take a look around them, I counted 25 staff and the only orders moving on are the just eat and Uber. STAY AWAY PEOPLE.

If you like spending 20 minutes in bay 1 you’ll love it the speed of this place is appalling. You can’t blame the staff seems to be run badly

All the disabled bays full of deliver drives .meet a friend for coffee as it's wheelchair friendly. Didn't no there's an one half hour time limit. So I've got a parking ticket. Which I don't think is fare

Disgusting McDonald's. AVOID. I've had gastroenteritis (food poisoning) from here the last few times I've been. The most recent time I saw pigeons fighting with rats (yes, rats!) in the car park. Do not go here.

Absolutely disgusting I had my food by Uber everything was wrong freezing cold ,wrong food the fries were not cooked properly there was a finger hole in the burger wrong size meals,rang the store they were rude and didn’t give a s,,t .said to ring...

Waiting in the drive through and there was one extremely angry and arragant customer in front which refused to move his vehicle. The manager called Sholane was extremely apologetic and did everything possible to diffuse the situation. She is a credit to your company.

Ordered table service for pretty standard food items and waited ages for it. People after us were getting their orders. Poor service. Will not return.

Ordered at drive thru, got home 5 mins away , nuggets were stone cold and bone dry and inedible. I decided to return item went in saw manager forget his name ( beard and long hair) he said he would get me some fresh ones to which I said I think I deserve a refund too as I’ve had to travel back, he said he couldn’t do that and give me the nuggets. I decided have a refund and go. No courtesy at all.

Went yesterday morning for breakfast with a friend and ordered the sausage egg macmuffin, (or whatever it's called). The young lady serving us, ( Jorgina I believe her name was ), was very polite, helpful and welcoming - thanks Jorgina! The food was good and warm. The place itself was very clean and free of litter.The only downer was one of the other girls working there, barged past me knocking my arm without an excuse me or apology. I shouted after, "Yes, just barge past, don't mind me"! No response or apology - just completely ignored. I didn't get her name or I would have named and shamed her! ( Got a fake tan, bleached teeth, sort hazel hair and glasses - probably thinks she's too good to actually serve people in a courteous manner ). Apart from that, not a bad experience.

Myself and my boyfriend came in around 12:15 to which we ordered two Big Mac meals - the cashier was very rude, I’m aware that employees use the saying ‘can I take your order please?’ But for some unknown reason this employee simply said ‘what you want?’ We then walked away with our wrong order by the way one Big Mac and a hamburger to which we asked another employee for sauce and we received a huff. Will not return to this establishment.

McDonald's Fenton is very clean and well designed. The food and service was good. What made it special for us and our two Grandchildren aged 3 years and 9 months was a lady named Ros.Inbetween keeping the McDonald's clean she informed us of the menu choices and kept our Grandchildren amused. Ross made sure that they had the best experience possible. Our grandson said it was like it was his birthday. Ros made sure that he was enjoying his meal and made them both feel special. Ross gave up her time to make all of us feel welcome. If McDonald's give out bonuses or awards Ross deserves the biggest one possible. Our Grandsons are special to us like all grandchildren are to grandparents. Ros made them both feel special. Thank you Ros. McDonald's can't train people like Ros it's comes natural to her she's one in a million.

I will not be visiting again, order wrong, and the food was not kept warm whilst waiting for the rest of the food, gloves were not worn when prepping food, fries were awful, under cooked.

Used the drive through. Received a drink of Sprite for my son which was simply fizzy water....not even q hint of taste. Contacted McDonalds complaints via the web....no hint of a refund for the drink, just an apology.

went in today it seem at times is that thay dont lisen in what you are ordering and then when ask her a bout the order it like whats the problem. even though it only problem its not the point if you ask for it and paying for it you exspet it.

Me and my mate went for some food this morning so we order some breakfast then we see two girls Makeing the food one playing with her hair and then touching the food with out washing her hands and the other one touching her self and the same again not wash her hands at all that is bang out of order so ask for my money back and left I will never go back there again this shouldn't be happening hopefully the manager will stored this out and won't happen again

Sadly, the service here needs improving...yet again missing drive thru items. I have decided to apply my hand brake in future and check my order...I shouldn't need to do this, but my confidence in the young staff following a simple set of instructions has now faded..

The drive thru is designed dreadfully to the point where you could easily turn into the drive thru exit. Always cars parking in the middle blocking the view. Service tends to be fast but on past visits the food has been cold and poorly put together.

Mc Donalds is reliable if you need something quickly and on the go. We didn't go expecting anything gourmet but just a quick stop, and found it value for money.

We went tonight and the air con was on. It was -1 outside,I asked for it to be turned off and it never happened. Our food went cold and others were saying how cold it was so we left not very happy at all

Visited for a coffee only, thankfully didn't stay too long. I know it was freezing outside and pouring with rain but the only available seating had cold air blower right overhead...

Breakfast wrap was terrible,hash brown soggy, fatty bacon and spoilt because asked for "no sauce" and had lots of ketchup on it which I don't like so threw it in the Bin,-wouldn't get a take-away breakfast again, order was wrong! Been here for a Burger and nuggets that was alright, but giving the breakfast a miss after that experience!

It was perfectly ok and value for money at £9 for 2. It is what it is. Good value, quick and ok. Lots of kids running round but I think you can live with that. It doesn't claim to be the Ritz!

On way to Liverpool we stopped over for breakfast. Next to retail park but not much parking available. Used self service and zone delivery to table service. Bit slow but we weren't in a hurry. Toilets clean and tidy.

Reasonable wait, some staff are more helpful than others but still friendly. Since most of the staff were between 16 & 20? They were still learning which I give them credit unlike some who don't bother!.

As per title. Not much else to say really considering that's what we came for. Absolutely useless. This happens a lot at this particular McDonald's. Off to KFC now then.

Come here about once a month as a treat for my boys. Last 3 visits and never have shakes on offer. Sort it out please. I can understand a one off but surely you can sort it out??

lovely McDonald's staff are kind and love the Chips!!!!!!! great place. fully recommend coming here I'm surprised that a fast food restaurant would sell so much and also it's one of my favourite places.
