No one ever really eats salad but the grilled chicken and a strong coffee i recommend, but my partner love every about this place and the new way of ordering on the monitor and the app is very useful

Terrible experience today no milkshakes no hot chocolates or frappe only cold drinks I am not sure why you advertise products and such slot are not available

Burger cold, everything else hot. Fast service, which was a pleasant surprise as it was absolutely heaving with people, both dining in and drive thru. Car park rammed, unable to park at restaurant, large carpark next door however. Not my worst McDonald's experience, not my best either. Acceptable.

Absolute joke this place! Never any hot drinks or flatbreads at 0800. Just been waiting 20 mins in bay for breakfast.. Ended up going in to find it's still not ready although other people being served. This has happened several times now. Stay clear people if you expect FAST food 🤣

Ordered on just eat, im only 2 minutes down the road, it took 45 minutes 🤷‍♂️🙄 so it came burger was missing (double big mac) the girl behind counter replaces order, i think she struggled with that, she seemed away with the fairies! Anyway got the order got home just about to tuck into my burger and realise its a normal big mac 🤬 i mean seriously how hard is it 🤷‍♂️ i really wonder sometimes how some people get ready in a morning! They ALWAYS mess up at this restaurant!

The food was not the best. Service limited. Atmosphere awful. Most importantly it was filthy. The floor, tables and highchair were all dirty and sticky. I didn't use the toilets I wanted to leave ASAP. Horrible experience.

Sorry wish I hed read review while I was there some one bought food back because it was cold .My meal also cold I wish I had sent back but the service was so slow .please call me back to arange a refund you should not be service food like this how an earth you get a food rating

A vibrant mcdonalds with a great shift manager and staff

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Every single time I’ve been there’s been an issue. Today we waited 50 minutes for our food which arrived stone cold. I was amongst quite a few people complaining about wait times and cold food. It seems they prioritise just eat and Uber rather than the actual people that are in the restaurant. I would warn everyone not to go here unless you like waiting and receiving cold food!

Shocker. Chilli doubleburger was so small I lost sight of it in the bag. ZERO taste of what it was. AWFUL so u will never go there again. Dirty dingy and miserable place. If I could give zero stars I would. SHOCKER.

Slow service, rubbish presentation but it is McDonald's and you expect this.....major flaw lately in all McDonald's within stoke is all of the delivery drivers congregating

The poor staff who work here must hate it. There's a manager I see at night who's always nasty to the staff and even the delivery drivers too. If the managers are nasty to staff in front of customers then I can't imagine what they're like in the back. The staff just seem like they're trying to do their jobs but what do I know I don't work for Mcdonald's.

Taken 3 of my grandchildren to McDonalds drive through. Ordered 3 Happymeals to include 3 tomato ketchup, 2 off oasis drinks, which I was told they didn't have any. So ordered fruitshoots instead. I then asked for a small banana shake, which they also didn't have (no shakes at all), at which I laughed and said "what do you have, what's the problem"? The reply came back, "waiting for a delivery". I then also ordered a cheeseburger and 2 large fries. After being told to wait at the furthest window, it was 10 minutes before the food was handed to me. After the 4 minute drive home I took the food out of boxes/bags only to find the fries cold and limp, (advertised as 'fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside', the cheeseburger cold, one of the Happy meals only had three chicken nuggets instead of four, no sauce and again, meal cold. I was so angry. I called the restaurant several times but but no one answered, disgusting.

Sat waiting in the collection bay for 20 minutes to be brought out cold food… stood waiting for a replacement for a further 30 minutes. Staff didn’t seem bothered at all, no apology for the wait or anything. Fast food? Seen more speed on a comatose snail

by far the worst mcdonald’s in stoke at the moment, went here at 7:50pm and was told to wait by the parking bay for our food, waited 10 minutes and got the wrong order so we went back in and asked for a our food, then said they’re coming with it so we sat in the car for 5 minutes. the worker then came out with our food and gave it to someone else so we questioned him and he said it’s not ours when it clearly was as there was a fruit shoot there and all the same drinks we orderd. honestly it’s so bad do not recommend waited for nearly half an hour just for two big macs and two cheese burger meals

Food was terrible, everything was cold and seemed old. The milkshakes weren't the right consistency to much concentrate of flavour and just milk, we were told it was because they turned the machine off and our order was the last, we weren't offered a replacement just reassured we wouldn't get ill, order not complete but staff were good and sorted right away when told. Wasted over £30 even the kids wouldn't eat the food.

Sunday 5pm out of chicken big macs, cheese bites and mcflurries. Happened to be the bulk of my order. Hopeless. Went elsewhere. Made the mistake of coming back. Zero improvement. Cannot believe the wait for even the simplest of orders. Worst McDonalds I've ever been to for service. Even on a slow night.

The staff clothing isn't very appealing. One or two of the staff looked scruffy

Visited this lunch time after a trip to Trentham Gardens. One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve visited The service was shocking. Took 15 minutes to get the food, the staff were miserable, bins overflowing and clear priority on drive thru customers.

This macdonalds is possibly the worst in the country! I do a lot of traveling and I've never come across a worse one! Always get the order wrong! Never have milkshakes among other things! I'm currently sat waiting and have been for the past 15 minutes at the "next window" supposed to be fast food! Must be a requirement to be special to work here!

0 Stars, fast food service at its worst, the staffs attitude was really good although the waiting time was in excess of 28 minutes and when we received the order their is part of the order missing, this is not the first time hence we have not been for months but decided to try again, this store is a no go, no milkshakes, no frappes, no sauces, and waiting times that exceed sitting and having a meal in a pub/restaurant with healthier and tastier food in a more comfortable environment, when I try to call the phone number says busy constantly (phone off hook or cancelled line), 0 stars for a reason although the staffs professional apologetic manners do help.

Typical McDonald's visit. I'm not sure what they've done to the fries, but they definitely have gone downhill. Plus they'd ran out of tomato sauce portions. Don't like using the communal one.

If you're eating in the restaurant then expect high quality service, not the cleanest environmemt but woth how busy it is it's to be expected. I have not encountered anything particularly wrong with any of the food in the years I've been eating here, delivery can be quite dodgy however

Absolute joke this place. Everytime I go I get parked up. Takes longer than going to Cook food for myself. One time they forgot about me completely. If you are in a rush and want fast food do not go here. It’s quicker to go to a restaurant. Then half the time the food is cold by time you get it. Never going again.

Food recently has started to take ages to be prepared then once it's arrived it's cold. Many people are going back having to ask for new food due to there order being still cold

Order the most simple thing on the menu and wait for 60minutes while they focus on the just eat / delivery orders, it's completely unacceptable to have to wait a stupid amount of time when your actually there over people that aren't and it gets worse each time

Always seem to have an issue with this McDonald’s, either a long wait time or there’s something missing. Went through the drive thru last night to collect my order from the app, came home and a burger was missing from one of the meals, got the chips and drink but no burger. Amazing, Was the most expensive item and it wasn’t there, Also the fries were horrible, cold hard and brown. I can understand when they are busy but it was late at night as I had just finished work so they weren’t exactly rushed off their feet, you can see them chatting standing around through the drive thru window! I should be able to trust that everything is in the bag before driving away but obviously not with McDonald’s

Never have I ever been too a worse mccdonalds, rude staff, 20 minute waits and cold food. They should be ashamed. Oh and no drive through unless your the next car. Embarrassing.

Delivery Drive waiting too long but no response

I have just visited the store to be handed a gone off warm banana milkshake. On entering the store and speaking to staff I was told that was how the milkshakes were coming out. I advised them to stop serving them as it was a health and safety risk. I then wait for my food in the car to watch a guy double lap the restaurant looking for whose order he had so I approached him and found out it was mine. The food was then cold. I asked him to ask management to call me which they did not. I arrived back home feeling sick and will be raising this with the food standards agency within the local authority in order to protect other customers. It was like something off faulty towers. I have also alerted head office.

waited 40 minutes they put all just eat first and other customers 2nd the food was cold and dried out not freshly cooked i think every body should sound their horn after 15 minutes

Love McDonald's generally but I received 2 errors from my order which was nothing out of the ordinary, at a non peak time. There don't seem to be enough staff on to cope. The big Mac patties were oozing fat too, not something I've ever had before. The condiment machines were all broken/extinguished and it was a pretty bad atmosphere on the whole.

Ordered Double big mac with no onions (seriously, worst decision McDonald's have ever made adding onions to all burgers on the grill!) Seems No onions meant ALL THE ONIONS! To the person making my burger! Not impressed, finally picked them off to enjoy a nice cold burger. Great stuff.

Service is great everytime. BUT they can never get my burger right. i always order double/triple cheeseburger NO onion EXTRA pickle, but everytime i get onion and either 1 pickle or non at all. I’ve worked at mcdonald’s before, it’s not that hard.

28/8/24 No ketchup in pump machine and still charge me 10p for 1 satchet of ketchup which isn't even Heinz. 27/5/22 Every time I go to this McDonalds they never have milkshakes, the machine is always broken down. I'm not exactly sure if this branch does milkshakes. Still haven't got milkshakes.

We have a lovely yong man taking our order today called Will 😄 Will is a perfect example as a fantastic and helpful employee. Polite and couldn't try harder to make customers experience as great as possible 👍 Well done Will hopefully your colleagues will recognise what a pleasure they have working alongside you

Waited 12 mins in drive through coffee was now cold went into store to get fresh coffee and was given food as well . Opened food at home to find not what was ordered, cannot recommend this this store at all would have given no stars if possable

Trent Vale store,Springfield Retail Park.Spent 20 minutes watching part of our order going cold,set on the side.When the order was completed it was cold, so we asked for it to be swapped for hot meals.10 minutes later,our order was handed over to us,and yet again,it was barely warm,but we decided to cut our losses,went home,discovered one of the orders was wrong(fiery chicken instead of plain chicken fillet), but we ate what we could.Staff were too busy preparing Just Eat orders instead of serving instore customers,so other customers were making the same complaint about cold food and wrong orders,but not approaching staff.We travel alot and use McDonald's quite often,but this is our local branch and is definitely the worst experience.Not a good service but some of the staff were understanding, some were rushing orders,so was inevitable that mistakes were made.We won't be using or recommend this branch ever again,and not because we're moving out of the area. Very poor experience.

Although this is my nearest McDonald’s drive through I generally avoid it at all costs. It should be done the under trade descriptions act. It’s the only drive through in the world where you can never simply ‘drive through’. You are always made to park up and wait regardless of the day or the time of day. Incompetence of the highest order and has been the same for years.

Everytime we’ve come here it’s can you just park up and you wait for ages for it to come out which is mainly cold. McDonald’s used to be fast food obviously but not any more not the best for a fast food place.

Absolutely terrible went through the drive through, after paying went to the collection window to be asked to park up & our food would be brought to us. Did this & noted multiple other cars also waiting. Eventually had to go ask where our food was as everyone had received theirs, further waiting to get our order which eventually arrived 20 mins later with no apology

Ordered food to eat inside. Had to collect as no table service . Waited for 20 mins for the food which was stone cold. Took it back and waited another 15 mins for replacement.This was also cold . Gave up at this point and had my money back. The place is chaotic and with no management direction. Everyone running around, but not achieving anything. Apart from being cold, food not very well presented. Place also could do with a good clean. I will never return.

Just ordered a Double Big Mac though the drive though, get home and they gave a normal big mac in a double mac box. Not only that but i had tio wait 15 minutees for my food. Service is absoulte rubbish will go KFC next time.

Yet another delivery from this McDonalds with missing items and thrown together burgers. The big mac was almost a side of party's and missing both Apple pies. Surely its not that hard to check the bag before it's collected? O and straws would have been nice for the drinks.

Just been to this McDonalds. Sure it's convenient on the A34 if you're passing, but I won't be calling again if I'm passing through. I've never in My life seen such a filthy disgusting McDonalds. I know it's cheap fast food and it's not going to be fancy but there is no excuse for a food establishment to be so dirty. The toilets, the tables, the floors, even the baby high chairs were all disgusting had not been cleaned. Food on the floor, everything grubby, discarded packets under the chairs and it all looked like it had been there some time. Glancing over at the food prep area it also looked disgusting. Other customers were moaning about it too. The cleaners need the stars taking off their badges until they can master the basics of using a mop. We decided not to buy the rest of what we were going to order and left. Filthy pigs. We won't be back. They clearly don't respect their customers.

This one ia by far the worst in stoke

McDonalds needs to wake up, stressed staff, poor service, thrown together food. It's not an enjoyable experience for those who manage to get food and eat. Its far too busy they should think about giving priority to those who go to the establishment rather than delivery drivers. Consider restricting number of delivery orders. The delivery service is sadly a product of a lazy society, which will be the downfall of any eating establishment. Won't be long before mcdonalds and others will be operating out of an industrial estate and it will all be delivered.

Order food. Receipt did not come. Waited for 20 minutes. The staff were shouted at by all those who collect and deliver food. Those who ordered food at the drive thru were annoyed. Someone drove out of the queue after waiting a long time. The staff experienced being asked about refunding the money people had paid. When the food finally arrived, it didn't look like the picture, no. Hot shoeload drink looked like dishwater. Had to complain again and get a new one🤬

Not sure how this branch stays in business, milkshakes are never available & now mcflurries are hit & miss & cheese bites are a rarity. Today hit an all time low with no chicken nuggets, a basic staple for McDonalds you would have thought. This will be my last ever visit, they don’t deserve customers. Went to the one in town centre, everything we asked for on the menu.

Yesterday I bought one of the promotion burgers and as soon as I got home I noticed there was no sauce or onions on the burger and was also very dry. They are tight when they hand out sauces and never have milkshakes in. Disappointing.

Thank you staff after me flattening my battery and getting my dog locked in the boot in a cage and luckily he has his water bottle and being scared to shut my doors incase they locked and him getting to hot. They came out and reassured me I wouldn’t get ticket for parking and offered me a drink and water for Bert and gave the address for the brake down company.

Been here a few times. Chaos is an understatement. Always told to park up when I place an order (even if it’s for standard items). Takes them 5 minutes to find the car and always walking around like lost sheep trying to give people their orders. Food is always cold. Who ever runs this McDonald’s needs to take a good hard look at how they run it - utter rubbish.

Walk in customers having to wait longer for food while food packed ready for just eat collection sitting on the counter makes no sense.
