Always seem to have an issue with this McDonald’s, either a long wait time or there’s something missing. Went through the drive thru last night to collect my order from the app, came home and a burger was missing from one of the meals, got the chips and drink but no burger. Amazing, Was the most expensive item and it wasn’t there, Also the fries were horrible, cold hard and brown. I can understand when they are busy but it was late at night as I had just finished work so they weren’t exactly rushed off their feet, you can see them chatting standing around through the drive thru window! I should be able to trust that everything is in the bag before driving away but obviously not with McDonald’s

Never have I ever been too a worse mccdonalds, rude staff, 20 minute waits and cold food. They should be ashamed. Oh and no drive through unless your the next car. Embarrassing.

Delivery Drive waiting too long but no response

waited 40 minutes they put all just eat first and other customers 2nd the food was cold and dried out not freshly cooked i think every body should sound their horn after 15 minutes

This place always gets the food wrong or something has broken so you can't get a certain item.

Love McDonald's generally but I received 2 errors from my order which was nothing out of the ordinary, at a non peak time. There don't seem to be enough staff on to cope. The big Mac patties were oozing fat too, not something I've ever had before. The condiment machines were all broken/extinguished and it was a pretty bad atmosphere on the whole.

Ordered Double big mac with no onions (seriously, worst decision McDonald's have ever made adding onions to all burgers on the grill!) Seems No onions meant ALL THE ONIONS! To the person making my burger! Not impressed, finally picked them off to enjoy a nice cold burger. Great stuff.

28/8/24 No ketchup in pump machine and still charge me 10p for 1 satchet of ketchup which isn't even Heinz. 27/5/22 Every time I go to this McDonalds they never have milkshakes, the machine is always broken down. I'm not exactly sure if this branch does milkshakes. Still haven't got milkshakes.

Service is great everytime. BUT they can never get my burger right. i always order double/triple cheeseburger NO onion EXTRA pickle, but everytime i get onion and either 1 pickle or non at all. I’ve worked at mcdonald’s before, it’s not that hard.

We have a lovely yong man taking our order today called Will 😄 Will is a perfect example as a fantastic and helpful employee. Polite and couldn't try harder to make customers experience as great as possible 👍 Well done Will hopefully your colleagues will recognise what a pleasure they have working alongside you

Worst service as always 39 minutes for a bloody egg cheese muffin

Waited 12 mins in drive through coffee was now cold went into store to get fresh coffee and was given food as well . Opened food at home to find not what was ordered, cannot recommend this this store at all would have given no stars if possable

Was very poor service took then ages to bring the food out they missed items off our order and got it wrong the food we did get right looked like it had just been thrown together very disappointing won't be goimg here again

Trent Vale store,Springfield Retail Park.Spent 20 minutes watching part of our order going cold,set on the side.When the order was completed it was cold, so we asked for it to be swapped for hot meals.10 minutes later,our order was handed over to us,and yet again,it was barely warm,but we decided to cut our losses,went home,discovered one of the orders was wrong(fiery chicken instead of plain chicken fillet), but we ate what we could.Staff were too busy preparing Just Eat orders instead of serving instore customers,so other customers were making the same complaint about cold food and wrong orders,but not approaching staff.We travel alot and use McDonald's quite often,but this is our local branch and is definitely the worst experience.Not a good service but some of the staff were understanding, some were rushing orders,so was inevitable that mistakes were made.We won't be using or recommend this branch ever again,and not because we're moving out of the area. Very poor experience.

Although this is my nearest McDonald’s drive through I generally avoid it at all costs. It should be done the under trade descriptions act. It’s the only drive through in the world where you can never simply ‘drive through’. You are always made to park up and wait regardless of the day or the time of day. Incompetence of the highest order and has been the same for years.

Everytime we’ve come here it’s can you just park up and you wait for ages for it to come out which is mainly cold. McDonald’s used to be fast food obviously but not any more not the best for a fast food place.

Absolutely terrible went through the drive through, after paying went to the collection window to be asked to park up & our food would be brought to us. Did this & noted multiple other cars also waiting. Eventually had to go ask where our food was as everyone had received theirs, further waiting to get our order which eventually arrived 20 mins later with no apology

Ordered it through the app and it didn’t arrive I am furious

Ordered food to eat inside. Had to collect as no table service . Waited for 20 mins for the food which was stone cold. Took it back and waited another 15 mins for replacement.This was also cold . Gave up at this point and had my money back. The place is chaotic and with no management direction. Everyone running around, but not achieving anything. Apart from being cold, food not very well presented. Place also could do with a good clean. I will never return.

If you are not in a rush it’s ideal!! ordered on the app and ended up waiting in the car 15 minutes for a happy meal. McDonald’s recently is awful and far from quick. BRING BACK THE OLD DAYS WHEN IT WAS FASST FOOD !!!!

Yet another delivery from this McDonalds with missing items and thrown together burgers. The big mac was almost a side of party's and missing both Apple pies. Surely its not that hard to check the bag before it's collected? O and straws would have been nice for the drinks.

Just ordered a Double Big Mac though the drive though, get home and they gave a normal big mac in a double mac box. Not only that but i had tio wait 15 minutees for my food. Service is absoulte rubbish will go KFC next time.

Just been to this McDonalds. Sure it's convenient on the A34 if you're passing, but I won't be calling again if I'm passing through. I've never in My life seen such a filthy disgusting McDonalds. I know it's cheap fast food and it's not going to be fancy but there is no excuse for a food establishment to be so dirty. The toilets, the tables, the floors, even the baby high chairs were all disgusting had not been cleaned. Food on the floor, everything grubby, discarded packets under the chairs and it all looked like it had been there some time. Glancing over at the food prep area it also looked disgusting. Other customers were moaning about it too. The cleaners need the stars taking off their badges until they can master the basics of using a mop. We decided not to buy the rest of what we were going to order and left. Filthy pigs. We won't be back. They clearly don't respect their customers.

horrific experience even for mcdonald’s… place was run by kids chatting smack non stop… ridiculous food experience. not even cheap. edit, waited ten minutes got a refund and walked out… the worst mcdonald’s experience i’ve ever had in 20 years

This one ia by far the worst in stoke

Order food. Receipt did not come. Waited for 20 minutes. The staff were shouted at by all those who collect and deliver food. Those who ordered food at the drive thru were annoyed. Someone drove out of the queue after waiting a long time. The staff experienced being asked about refunding the money people had paid. When the food finally arrived, it didn't look like the picture, no. Hot shoeload drink looked like dishwater. Had to complain again and get a new one🤬

McDonalds needs to wake up, stressed staff, poor service, thrown together food. It's not an enjoyable experience for those who manage to get food and eat. Its far too busy they should think about giving priority to those who go to the establishment rather than delivery drivers. Consider restricting number of delivery orders. The delivery service is sadly a product of a lazy society, which will be the downfall of any eating establishment. Won't be long before mcdonalds and others will be operating out of an industrial estate and it will all be delivered.

Not sure how this branch stays in business, milkshakes are never available & now mcflurries are hit & miss & cheese bites are a rarity. Today hit an all time low with no chicken nuggets, a basic staple for McDonalds you would have thought. This will be my last ever visit, they don’t deserve customers. Went to the one in town centre, everything we asked for on the menu.

Yesterday I bought one of the promotion burgers and as soon as I got home I noticed there was no sauce or onions on the burger and was also very dry. They are tight when they hand out sauces and never have milkshakes in. Disappointing.

Thank you staff after me flattening my battery and getting my dog locked in the boot in a cage and luckily he has his water bottle and being scared to shut my doors incase they locked and him getting to hot. They came out and reassured me I wouldn’t get ticket for parking and offered me a drink and water for Bert and gave the address for the brake down company.

Been here a few times. Chaos is an understatement. Always told to park up when I place an order (even if it’s for standard items). Takes them 5 minutes to find the car and always walking around like lost sheep trying to give people their orders. Food is always cold. Who ever runs this McDonald’s needs to take a good hard look at how they run it - utter rubbish.

Food excellent, hot and fresh, service excellent too, very quick table service. All good. The only thing to mention is people are using the disabled space to pick up when they are not diplaying a blue badge. One of the best McDonalds we have been to.

Walk in customers having to wait longer for food while food packed ready for just eat collection sitting on the counter makes no sense.

Spotless and very friendly staff

PARKING SCAMMERS. AVOID. They try to fine you as you leave the car park. They have a nefarious company watching the cameras AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Absolute shambles fast food it is not, a joy for uber, just eat and deliveroo drivers as they walk in grab there orders and go/ max wait was 5 minutes for them whilst I was in here, yet the people who take the time to come and eat in have to sit and wait and wait and wait, nearly 30 mins for a breakfast roll and bacon roll meal which was thrown together and only warm when it eventually came. Me and my wife weren't the only ones 5 other tables were sitting without anything for just as long and having to ask about their food, which then most had to take away. When the question was put to the manager, he said they don't prioritise the delivery services although it may seem that way, we'll if it seems that way then it probably is. Again the delivery drivers came and went whilst we all sat there twiddling our thumbs. This store does not seem to think much for the overall customer satisfaction or overall dining in experience you get when visiting.

A group of children with zero understanding or application of that age old standard called 'customer service'. After waiting 23 minutes for food and approaching the staff to ask where it was, I was ignored and sniggered at. Food finally arrived and was cold. When approached again, I was ignored again whilst they discussed instagram posts........Then I remind myself that it's just a 'burger' 'issued' by a bunch of disrespectful and wasteful millennials. Can't wait to return! 😀

Gud customer service. Burger 🍔 was bit cold . Fries 🍟 where hot . No milkshake. Normal for macdonalds. OK for meal deal .

Nearly everytime I order it comes wrong, the last dew times quite a few items have been missing and just eat think you're trying it on after a few times. Always order milkshakes if they are available half the time Literally there is no straws and they're the wrong shakes. It's not hard putting an order together and losing about 7-15 pound a time isn't right at the minute

If you want to pay for food you’ll never receive this maccies is the one for you😍 takes a special kind of degenerate to work in maccies and fortunately Stoke is not lacking in those.

Order in the morning you get the good staff don't ever order in the evening as none of them know what the hell they are doing. Received less then half my order and after 2 hours. WEEKEND STAFF ARE CRAP

Very loud to many noisy kids and food normally missing from order staff are nice enough but if your willing to sort the problem out straight away why not put that effort into not messing up the orders instead

Ordered through just eat half a mile from the Trent Vale Macdonalds couldn't find the address which is a BMW dealership about 25 acres!!! Driver rang me to say I was wrong and I put the wrong address said it was tough went to his next job and hung up. Just Eat said they will be back within a couple of days and Macdonalds didn't answer. Don't bother

Been at the waiting window 25 minutes how is this a fast food service at 10pm at night

Ordered meal minus lettuce. Asked when collected if the lettuce had been removed, and got told that it had. Got lettuce. No straw for drink and no serviettes. At payment window, no order on the screen.

Sunday 5pm out of chicken big macs, cheese bites and mcflurries. Happened to be the bulk of my order. Hopeless. Went elsewhere.

I would like to personally thank a crew member on the drive thru named TOM LEWIS, this man was impeccable and after I ordered I told him the urgent matter that I needed my food right away, without question he went straight to get my order so I could go straight away. This man need some kind of praise for his amazing customer service and polite manners all crew members should take a note or too of this man…

Today’s visit went reasonably well. The chips were hot and fresh, the burgers all had special instructions so were hot and fresh. They gave us a stone cold pie that should have been discarded, according to the sticker, 40 minutes before it was served to us which was a shame as everything else was unusually spot on. Always at least one thing lets them down.

Ordered two kids happy meals at 18.08 on a Friday food was ready at 18.45!! I understand that it's a busy time but surely plans need to be place to cope. Waiting over 30 mins for McDonald's is crazy!

Just been for cheeseburger with onions only and ended up with just a burger on bread bun - no onions and no cheese. How is that a cheeseburger. My partner ordered a double cheeseburger and fries and guess what no fries. Also we ordered milk shakes and guess what no milkshakes that is the third time we have been for milkshakes to be told no milkshakes somebody needs to sort Trent vale McDonald’s out sooner rather than later - absolutely shocking😡😡 can’t give any less than 1 star else would have

Absolutely terrible staff Ordered through the McDonalds app on the self serve screen. Payment went through instantly and was prompted to sit down at my table with the place holder selected. Food never came, when asked the staff, women serving was incredibly rude, shift leader tried to say I was lying about the order because I haven’t got a receipt. Even though the order was shown on the app and shown the order came out on the bank app. They tried to say we already received the order after viewing this. The young gentleman who came to look through the app was nice, as the cleaner, they both tried to help. Meanwhile the person on the till and staff leader was absolutely vile. Belittling and tried to accuse us of trying to steal a £1.99 meal!!

If I could give zero stars I would, horrendous service, walk in customers are treated like lepers as the store is given over pretty much exclusively to unhappy delivery drivers. The order was wrong, surprise surprise. I honestly don't know how this store remains open or why I keep giving them a chance. Never again, avoid avoid, avoid..........

I went 3 times this mcdonalds drive true 1 time l asked for extra onions and pickles and how ever the stickers on burger’s showed extra onions extra pickles they just didn’t put anything in it so they given me buns and patty no sauce no onions no pickles second time exactly same thing and today third time they didn’t give me one of my chips so l went back to get it and l come home and bite the burger no onions no pickles no sauce like what is going on 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫 worst MC I BEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!

You never get what you ordered, not once!!! Is it so difficult to check the orders before sending them out??? Every time something is missing or wrong item sent. The manager instead of apologising was so rude and disrespectful. At last do the job you are being paid for!!

Dirty, uncleaned, unserviced and the food was like warm. Sauce dispensers were empty and yet they wanted to charge for sauce... bins were overflowing which is why people left the trays on labels.

Just received an order from there through Just Eat, had 1 burger mc spicy instead of 3 and got 2 large fries instead of 3. So missing 2 burgers for like 6pounds each plus 1 large fries 2ponds That's 14 pounds I paid you extra god knows what for. Robbers thats all I can say. On top of that the leftovers I received were cold!!! The bags came to me closed so it wasnt driver's fault it's restaurant Don't loose your money like i did guys One star is too much for this place!!!

On my visit to this branch of McDonald's, I placed my order at the till as opposed to the touch screens. My friends ordered via the touch screen & one requested table service. All our food was hot, fresh & I very much enjoyed a little treat for me, that is McDonald's.

I ordered a PLAIN double cheeseburger with bacon. I received a NOT PLAIN double cheeseburger without bacon at home. The staff do not listen at all!

Can’t rate the atmosphere as never go into the store. But for deliveries I consistently order from this store and never receive the sauces I’ve requested. Spoken to the staff regarding the issue of not receiving the sauces and very apologetic but when you’ve ordered the 20 chicken nuggets and have the option to select sauces you expect to be given them.. as no one wants to receive dry chicken nuggets. Please sort out the sauce rations in future. Thank you.

Trent vale McDonalds is the worst used to be brilliant . Always getting the order wrong You have to wait on the carpark for up to an hour by this time your hot drinks which they give you before you get your food so you have to drink them first or else they go cold Poor customer service. Shocking

What an absolute joke. Went and ordered breakfast today. A breakfast wrap with NO EGG it was served to me with a label on ot stating there was NO EGG when I opened it there was clearly an egg inside. When I asked for this to be fixed I was told by the manager LUCY that nothing nothing could be done as breakfast has now finished. After the argument I was eventually given a lunch time menu wrap and a free breakfast for another day. But regardless. This has been a ridiculously poor customer experience. NOT HAPPY

I ordered a meal and a berry muffin through uber eats and my muffin was missing. I tried to get in contact through the app they said they can’t refund me and I called the store to get my muffin or money back and they said I am supposed to come to the store to pick ul what I already paid! I also paid almost 3 £ delivery fee and small order fee. I am also a disabled person and the store manager was extremely rude on the phone!

After 25 minutes and having to remind the staff we were still waiting, we were given a cold coffee. No apologies were offered. Very poor and felt extremely undervalued
