Usually wouldn’t complain, but TWICE in a row they’ve somehow managed to mess up the double Big Mac burger. First I asked for no sauce, I received only sauce on the burger and no lettuce etc. Then on the second “double” Big Mac, I received a single. I’m not being funny but something is wrong every time I go to this particular McDonald’s. Nearly 7 months pregnant so I’m really frustrated, I just want the meal I pay for. Sort it out.

We popped in here between appointments while in Stoke (we’re from Derby) and we received the warmest welcome from an employee (so sorry I didn’t get her name!) who kept our 2 year old little boy entertained with crafts, dinosaur masks etc, an absolute natural with children and you could tell she just enjoyed her job, speaking to customers, keeping the restaurant tidy etc. the food was spot on!

Had food delivered as we wer feeling a little under the weather, was all cold and meat on the Big Mac overcooked and dry. Missing fries and drink. It took one hour to come and was £26!! Pretty expensive meal and was the worst I’ve ever had. Not easy to make a complaint online anymore ! Which means you have to call. Joke.

Can't believe the number of scathing reviews but maybe I am lucky. Been to pick up a takeaway order in person on about 9 occasions while I've been staying with a friend a few mins walk away and the only inconvenience has been when the shakes were unavailable. The food has always been up to scratch and the order correct; I ask for my burger without cheese and they never overlook that like I've experienced at some branches before. A lot of reviews, granted, are based on JustEat/UberEats experiences and I ruled those out since we're so close by and being close by doesn't rule out driver-based errors! We're happy.

Worst McDonalds in Stoke, by some margin. Staff are often (not always) rude, orders regularly missing minor items. Biggest issue is the persistent long waiting times. Regularly 15-20 minutes at the drive thru, the car park is regularly filled with customers waiting for their food to be bought out. Festival park branch is a few minutes away and way better.

Ordered at drive through. Arrived at collection window, given drinks, 1 coffee, 1 orange. Asked to wait in bay 1, someone bring out when ready. Whilst waiting had at least 10 other vehicles collect their order and drive away as well as at least 5 go eat delivery drivers come out loaded with orders. After 10 mins waiting, went inside to query my order to see someone pick it up off the side, open bag, and hand it to me. No appology for the wait and obviously, even though live 2 mins away, food and coffee as good as cold. Bloody abismal service. Shall not move away from collection window in future.

Don’t use this McDonalds as they are just incompetent whether picking up or ordering via the app for delivery. 8 out of 10 orders you place have something wrong or missing… this morning my breakfast, last time my chicken Big Mac minus the lettuce was made with beef burgers… was still the customer order minus letter and was is a chicken Big Mac box. You’ll get Diet Coke when you ordered normal Coke. When they make a mistake they don’t even seem to care or be sorry for it. If ordering on the app for delivery you have to go to Uber who just refund it, but it takes 15 days for the money to get back in your account! Just don’t bother going there… either drive to Festival Park or into town or go grab an oatcake!

Arrived shortly after 9.00pm on Monday the 15th of April and ordered two cheese burgers and a Quarter pounder with cheese and were directed to the collection window. We were greeted with a grunt and asked to wait while our food was prepared. No further interaction until I food was shoved in to the car with nothing more than another grunt. No apology for the wait or thanks for your custom, . The terrible customer service was then exacerbated by luke warm food so no idea why were made to wait. On the upside the order was correct which is something of an anomaly for this site. I travel extensively and can safely say that this probably the worst MacDonald’s I have the misfortune of visiting.

Ordered via drive thru, the girl was extremely short with us. Half of the items on the menu were not in stock. When we took our order home, we realised that items we ordered were missing, were not as requested (for example, a plain cheeseburger that was not plain) or not to spec, such as sauces missing from burgers etc. I will not be returning to this particular location, and I’m half-tempted to avoid the franchise altogether. I certainly would not recommend it to anyone else.

Ordered food on the app for click and serve, waited 30 mins and went in as it was really quiet. Food was sitting in the cold and drinks were VERY old. Once I got my food it was cold and wrong so went in to complain. Chips were half full and the iced frappé had full ice chunks and felt like they barely got blended then to find out the drinks still wasn’t probably done. I had to go in 3 times before they got my order right then to find out I had no dips or straws. Absolutely vile never going here again and I would NEVER suggest here as a place to come get McDonalds. Horrible place

Absolutely DREADFUL. USELESS human being of a MANAGER and TOTALLY IRRESPONSIBLE. USELESS Uber driver only brought me half my order, not willing to help and blaming McDonald’s for the error. So I go into McDonald’s to collect the rest of my order (only 5 mins away) and the manager refuses me the food which is sat there on the counter and tells me to claim a refund and re-order through the app - in which I do, and guess what - my food arrives freezing cold! It’s these useless people that tarnish what should be an enjoyable straight forward fast food experience.

2 weeks in a row they've messed up my orders. Last weekend there was 6 hashbrowns missing and they gave us single mcmuffin meals and charged for doubles. This week, im missing 2 cheese flat breads, and both meals are single, again! I don't know what type of retar*s they employ at McDonald's, but it needs sorting. As if you need to sit at the drive-thru and empty the bag just to check you have the right order is beyond me, but im going have to start doing it as the staff have the competency of a potato. It happens that much that I believe they're trained to steal items you've paid for to make as much profit as possible

Probably one of the worst mcdonalds around. Lucky if your food isn't stacked sideways and all over the bag. Always missing things off. Order 4 mcflurry's and all of them different amounts. Staff randomly choose dips for you, but that's ok cause they never put them in the bag. Delivery drivers putting dirty delivery bags on the counter, with drivers leaning over and grabbing other customers orders. Regularly getting deliveries smelling of stale tobacco cause drivers are smoking with your food in the car. OVERALL, JUST AVOID AND DRIVE MILES TO THE NEXT ONE.

Don't order here if you actually want to eat and get what you have paid for. Never ever get my complete and correct order. No one answers the phone. You pay for food you don't get and no one there cares or answers. When I emailed the them directly to complain that the staff aren't completing the orders before sealing the bag they reply I got was phone Uber eats as has nothing to do with them. Not Uber staff packing the food. Sadly not the only McDonald's in this area who can't pack the order accurately.

This has to be the worst branch around. Like others have said they only care about the delivery drivers and everyone has to wait. Now, whist waiting isn’t that much of an issue, it the food was good at the end then it would be ok, but EVERY TIME, something is missing of the food is freezing cold. I get sick and tired of complaining to the HQ to be told that our concerns will get passed on. It has no affect and nothing changes. Place staffed by kids just after pocket money, and managed by stuck up tools just a bit older with no customer relationship manners.

Had to change this from 5* to a 1 right after the refurbishment things have taken a plunge, it's not fast food anymore, you'll probably get food faster across the road at the hungry horse than here, absolutely ridiculous 30 mins wait.

Generally untidy alot of the time, i just go Festival Retail Park Mcdonald's or the Fenton one.

I’ve been coming to this McDonald since I was little but recently it has gone to crap the staff are rude and some of them don’t wear hair nets or name tags and still wearing jewellery I was waiting 20 minutes for my food and had to go in for it and when I asked where it was I was yelled at I work at McDonalds and it’s not that difficult to be polite and when I got home there was a hair in my food due to them not wearing a hair net
