Good food and brilliant service from friendly staff

Octagon Hanley terrible service moody lad on the coms and at the window no straws and pay 30 odd quid and don’t have majority of the items we pay for sort it out will you 14/11/24 at 3:05 pm

The management at this place seem to think they’ve discovered a hack that means they can save on staff on the drive thru. Instead of having a person taking orders and taking payment and other staff preparing orders. They have one member of staff taking orders and payment whilst serving food and making drinks. No wonder they get orders wrong

Food was good but look warm . Attempted to use the order kiosk 3 times every time attempted to pay rejected the order before even asking for the card . Went to the tills stood with a few others and waited to be served . Waited to the point where I was about to give up and some suddenly realised there was a queue to order food . Kiosk failed because 1 of the burgers selected was not available and they couldn't remove it ( very frustrating) atmosphere was tolerable although everyone seemed fed up staff and customers alike Sunday vibes

I find that Burger King is the best fast food by far. It is a bit pricey but it's worth it

Lovely - A group of us have just ordered food. It came hot and was super tasty. We'll be ordering again soon :)

Missing food from order bad was partially open and when called the restaurant they said they had missed of a burger but yet I didn’t have a full meal

Sadly, my order was cold when it arrived; the fries weren’t crisp and the wrap around my chicken royale had marks on it. It’s a real shame as my last few orders from this store have been great/5*.

One girl is working inside her name is mim she is very expart and fast service to every people... Her work is brilliant. We are setisfied to her good Service lovely

he was not only late but didn't deliver to my door I had to come down to accept delivery he apparently had been out 10 minutes my food was inedible I have ordered from manyjust eat places without any issue I am sorry to complain but this is is so unacceptable

Food was great but having to use the touch screen to order was a nightmare as the machine lost my order after I tried to print my receipt and when I ordered it at the counter I was still having to wait longer than normal.

I ordered at about 10 past 6. the order didn't arrive until 9! that's horrendous! i watched the estimated past get delayed over and over for nearly 3 hours!

I went a month ago on a Sunday evening, never again! Unfortunately I can't give 0 stars as this is what it deserves across all areas!! Staff very ignorant and focus more on preparing deliveries than the customers in front of them. Food lukewarm despite coming straight out! Icecream freezer burnt. Toilets were disgusting if I'd of gone the toilet first I wouldn't of ordered! Hot water is piping someone is going to get burnt and no cold water! No soap!

I will never order online again. Large fries what a joke the box what the chips came in wasn't even half full. And the burger and the few chips I got was cold. Not very happy with spending over £13

Not the restaurants fault, the delivery guy couldn't work the code system, i tried to help him but he refused, and stood outside with my food freezing cold until he sorted it. I rung the restaurant and they had to sort it.. Before sending drivers out ensure they have training, resulted in me becoming very distraught and stressed after an already bad day.. The food isnt even worth giving my dog.. Pkease refund to account and please get this man some training

Food is cold, and the ice cream was completely melted. I do not know who thought it was a good idea to put the ice cream on top of the hot food. Not happy, not impressed, won’t order a delivery again.

Wished I'd gone McDonald's no wopper meals available no ice in drinks machine, no Fanta coke only doctor pepper along with many other items missing from menu I've had bad experiences here before but thought I'd give it another go to my again disappointment, I'd guess won't be long before closes again

Driver stole order. Abysmal service from the Just Eat help services. No fault of the restaurant. They are always lovely and helpful when called. I hope this review doesn't effect the restaurant because they don't deserve it, but it's the only way to review the delivery.

I pay 11.67£ for this food and onesly this food is no more then 6£ . And more then that you receive a empty cup 🥤 and you need to filling up with you drink yourself. I just wondered 🤔 why we should keep support this business to keep buy from there?

ordered at 8:00. Rang them at 9:45 to ask why it hadnt arrived. Was told there was a problem with a driver but it woukd be here in 20 minutes. 1 hour later, it showed as 'delivered'. The food never arrived

Nice place for eating but it definitely need a refurbishment and needs to be cleaner and more staff then it would be a better place to visit

The magic seems to have gone from when we went before, it's gone faceless whereas you have to use the machine to order and pay then wait for your number to be called out. One I would say is that a member of staff came over and helped with ordering, I asked if we could just go to counter and order but no, so won't be going back.

The burger was undercooked, the rest of the food was lovely

The chips were cold and there was hardly any cheese sauce or bacon bits, it’s called loaded fries but they where poor

ordered at 20:15 with an estimated delivery of 20:45-21:00..delayed till 21:10. at 21:05 I called the restaurant to chase my order when I was told it was ready and waiting for a driver to collect. had been for 20 mins..food finally arrived at 21:15 but the food was stone cold.

Dirty pee on floor no hand sanitiser soap dispenser ripped off the wall no clean tables staff were told by several people but nothing was done

Food was piping hot and and fresh, didn’t disappoint on quantity whatsoever. Much better than McDonald’s!

Food was nice and fresh. However it has to be the dirtiest restaurant I have ever eaten in. Toilet facilities were dirty. Brown stains on the sinks. The restaurant was empty. Every table was dirty. The bins were overflowing. The doors and floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. Everything felt grimy. Well, I have to take all of that back. Today the toilet facilities were spotless. The tables clean the bins empty, food was spot on too, massive improvement.

Tastes better than mcdonalds but is becoming quite overpriced now. Staff didn't want to be there and seemed more interested in chatting with eachother than serving. Tables were unwiped and floor was dirty.

On 2nd July at approximately 18:15, I placed an order (Order Number 49) which included 1 kids burger meal, 3 burgers, 2 drinks, fries, and onion rings. The individual who served me was a South Asian male. Despite my repeated inquiries to ensure that the kids meal was included in the bag, he assured me that it was. However, upon returning home, we discovered that the kids meal was missing. I immediately contacted the restaurant to address this issue. Unfortunately, the manager who answered the phone was dismissive, stating that there was nothing he could do as he needed to attend to staff matters, and then abruptly ended the call. I am extremely dissatisfied with this service and the handling of my complaint

Ordered 4 burger meals, including a kids meal, came home and realised the staff had not given the kids meal. Called them to complain, and one of the staff members disconnected the call, saying he is busy after a couple of minutes. Customers' service was very poor and shocking!!!

Came here to order a quick something to eat, went to the counter as I was paying with cash and got told to go to the machine to order. I ordered then have to go to the till to pay cash?!? Why someone couldn’t do the job that they are paid for I don’t know.

The staff here really let the restaurant down, they are rude and impatient.

this was our first time using an online service to deliver. it was easy and the delivery driver was pleasant.

I was a regular customer and also worked there for a short period of time. I have to say, the staff is good. Not everything is perfect, but they work hard for your food. Fast food, but I love it; BK is the best so far, in my opinion. This place has improved a lot since I visited it for the first time. The only bad thing is that I worked there in the winter  just weeks before my wedding, and we were all always sick, so as I did not want to take any risk of being sick at my wedding, I resigned. Otherwise,  I loved to work there, and I still could work there, I think. The timing was bad, unfortunately. I wish the best to the workers there. It's a cool place to work and/or eat.

The food was OK but i did not recieve the sweet chilli sauce which was meant to be included with my halloumi fries.

Lovely food - burgers so much better than other chain brands. Interesting sides too like the Doritos chicken and jalapeño bites. Yummy

No chips arrived at all. I know that is not the restaurant's fault, but the food was not so hot, and we have seen that the driver came without the delivery bag, which should keep the food warm.

Chilli cheese bites didn't have much chilli compared to usual, whoppers drowned in mayo and the double bacon XLs didn't have the delicious crispy bits it usually has.

This was my second attempt at ordering food tonight. The first delivery driver didn't even deliver my order, but marked it as delivered! THIS order took an additional 25 minutes on top of the original estimated delivery time for the driver to deliver the food, because he went all over the place before eventually coming here! As such, the chips were aired and the burger was like a brick!

Food was cold on delivery, when opened food they sent a chicken Angus rather than the steakhouse Angus that I ordered. The delivery drivers attitude stink to high heaven, shouting at me as he went to the wrong London road, telling me I need to sort it out and I’ve wasted his time. My address is correct on the app including my postcode. Absolutely awful, my tea is now in the bin!!!!!!
