Burger King in Stoke-on-Trent

They do some good offers, the kids love burger king.

Staff were ok and food good, but the dining area was awful. Not clean and bins over flowing. This is basic stuff and takes five minutes to wipe a table down. It makes a customer winder about the stake of the kitchen where the food is prepared.

Clean tidy but the soft seats need recovering, Burger and chips good.Good range of soft drink flavours Really need to have salt free chips for children's meals

I ordered my food at 6 and it finally arrived at 7:35, when it finally did arrive it was stone cold so I had to microwave it at work to get the service I should of had in the first place, not happy at all.

Food took forever to come and was cold. Reheated but quality wasn’t the same. Waste of money.

Waited 1hr 30mins & it arrived cold. 3 bottles of ice cold drink were also put on the top of the food making it stone cold - just inadequate on all fronts

Disgusting place, bins overflowing, tables full of rubbish and surfaces dirty enough to blacken a serviette. Like a 3rd world road side cafe. Food was very good though, just don't touch anything.

Arrived quickly, driver was polite, food was hot, more reliable than some othe fast food places, everything was correct in the order.

2 hours for fast food, i could have drove to Birmingham and back and got it quicker!!

Over 2 hour waiting and only have the had all 5 chips and 2 drinking. I am very disappointed with this service and it should be alot better.

It was delivered not at all. The driver claimed he could not find where I was and then proceeded to not even bother looking properly. Then he disappeared and marked my food as delivered when it was not. Waste of over £20

Missing fries and bread is so dry

the double bacon burgers for 'adults' seem just same size as the kids burger what's that about? for price didn't seem too bad but now we have it not too great for price

The management at this place seem to think they’ve discovered a hack that means they can save on staff on the drive thru. Instead of having a person taking orders and taking payment and other staff preparing orders. They have one member of staff taking orders and payment whilst serving food and making drinks. No wonder they get orders wrong

Food cold so needed to be warmed up

Food was good but look warm . Attempted to use the order kiosk 3 times every time attempted to pay rejected the order before even asking for the card . Went to the tills stood with a few others and waited to be served . Waited to the point where I was about to give up and some suddenly realised there was a queue to order food . Kiosk failed because 1 of the burgers selected was not available and they couldn't remove it ( very frustrating) atmosphere was tolerable although everyone seemed fed up staff and customers alike Sunday vibes

I find that Burger King is the best fast food by far. It is a bit pricey but it's worth it

The time for delivery got changed considerably, which in itself wouldn't be a problem if only the food had arrived warm instead of cold

My food never arrived, I don't know if it was the courier or Burger King taking my money, but now I'm just upset and hungry. I know writing this won't do any good or improve anything but I just hope I won't be fully charged for it. Have a good Halloween

Restaurant didn't start preparing the food for over an hour after ordering as I could see this on the food tracker and given it's burger king the food takes very little prep and cook time.upon arrival all the food was cold

It was cold. I don't think the driver kept the meal in an insulated bag. He took it out of his car in the paper bag. You've been good recently. This? not so much

When my meal arrived it was cold. Burger, fries and onion rings were all cold. This was very disappointing for me as it was the first time I had done this and i was really looking forward to it.

asked for no mayonnaise and got burger smothered in the stuff. Items missing from order and order was barely warm

ordered my food at 3:32pm with an estimate delivery time of 4:05-4:25pm. I got my order at 5:05pm knowing already that it would be cold and it's just not what you expect when it cost so much! definitely will not order again!

he was not only late but didn't deliver to my door I had to come down to accept delivery he apparently had been out 10 minutes my food was inedible I have ordered from manyjust eat places without any issue I am sorry to complain but this is is so unacceptable

Food was great but having to use the touch screen to order was a nightmare as the machine lost my order after I tried to print my receipt and when I ordered it at the counter I was still having to wait longer than normal.

I ordered at about 10 past 6. the order didn't arrive until 9! that's horrendous! i watched the estimated past get delayed over and over for nearly 3 hours!

I went a month ago on a Sunday evening, never again! Unfortunately I can't give 0 stars as this is what it deserves across all areas!! Staff very ignorant and focus more on preparing deliveries than the customers in front of them. Food lukewarm despite coming straight out! Icecream freezer burnt. Toilets were disgusting if I'd of gone the toilet first I wouldn't of ordered! Hot water is piping someone is going to get burnt and no cold water! No soap!

I will never order online again. Large fries what a joke the box what the chips came in wasn't even half full. And the burger and the few chips I got was cold. Not very happy with spending over £13

Not the restaurants fault, the delivery guy couldn't work the code system, i tried to help him but he refused, and stood outside with my food freezing cold until he sorted it. I rung the restaurant and they had to sort it.. Before sending drivers out ensure they have training, resulted in me becoming very distraught and stressed after an already bad day.. The food isnt even worth giving my dog.. Pkease refund to account and please get this man some training

Food is cold, and the ice cream was completely melted. I do not know who thought it was a good idea to put the ice cream on top of the hot food. Not happy, not impressed, won’t order a delivery again.

Driver stole order. Abysmal service from the Just Eat help services. No fault of the restaurant. They are always lovely and helpful when called. I hope this review doesn't effect the restaurant because they don't deserve it, but it's the only way to review the delivery.

Wished I'd gone McDonald's no wopper meals available no ice in drinks machine, no Fanta coke only doctor pepper along with many other items missing from menu I've had bad experiences here before but thought I'd give it another go to my again disappointment, I'd guess won't be long before closes again

ordered at 8:00. Rang them at 9:45 to ask why it hadnt arrived. Was told there was a problem with a driver but it woukd be here in 20 minutes. 1 hour later, it showed as 'delivered'. The food never arrived

I pay 11.67£ for this food and onesly this food is no more then 6£ . And more then that you receive a empty cup 🥤 and you need to filling up with you drink yourself. I just wondered 🤔 why we should keep support this business to keep buy from there?

Nice place for eating but it definitely need a refurbishment and needs to be cleaner and more staff then it would be a better place to visit

The magic seems to have gone from when we went before, it's gone faceless whereas you have to use the machine to order and pay then wait for your number to be called out. One I would say is that a member of staff came over and helped with ordering, I asked if we could just go to counter and order but no, so won't be going back.

Dirty pee on floor no hand sanitiser soap dispenser ripped off the wall no clean tables staff were told by several people but nothing was done

ordered at 20:15 with an estimated delivery of 20:45-21:00..delayed till 21:10. at 21:05 I called the restaurant to chase my order when I was told it was ready and waiting for a driver to collect. had been for 20 mins..food finally arrived at 21:15 but the food was stone cold.

The chips were cold and there was hardly any cheese sauce or bacon bits, it’s called loaded fries but they where poor

order double whopper got a bun with trimmings but no meat

When I ask for no cheese in the order and order notes I’d appreciate it if you didn’t put cheese on it as I’m allergic to it

phenominal angus burgers and outstanding fries well worth the money.

Food was piping hot and and fresh, didn’t disappoint on quantity whatsoever. Much better than McDonald’s!
