I have not received my order the driver has driven off with it absolutely shocking

The chips were cold and there was hardly any cheese sauce or bacon bits, it’s called loaded fries but they where poor

ordered at 20:15 with an estimated delivery of 20:45-21:00..delayed till 21:10. at 21:05 I called the restaurant to chase my order when I was told it was ready and waiting for a driver to collect. had been for 20 mins..food finally arrived at 21:15 but the food was stone cold.

When I ask for no cheese in the order and order notes I’d appreciate it if you didn’t put cheese on it as I’m allergic to it

Food was piping hot and and fresh, didn’t disappoint on quantity whatsoever. Much better than McDonald’s!

Food was nice and fresh. However it has to be the dirtiest restaurant I have ever eaten in. Toilet facilities were dirty. Brown stains on the sinks. The restaurant was empty. Every table was dirty. The bins were overflowing. The doors and floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. Everything felt grimy. Well, I have to take all of that back. Today the toilet facilities were spotless. The tables clean the bins empty, food was spot on too, massive improvement.

Tastes better than mcdonalds but is becoming quite overpriced now. Staff didn't want to be there and seemed more interested in chatting with eachother than serving. Tables were unwiped and floor was dirty.

Cold food threw half of it away

Ordered 4 burger meals, including a kids meal, came home and realised the staff had not given the kids meal. Called them to complain, and one of the staff members disconnected the call, saying he is busy after a couple of minutes. Customers' service was very poor and shocking!!!

On 2nd July at approximately 18:15, I placed an order (Order Number 49) which included 1 kids burger meal, 3 burgers, 2 drinks, fries, and onion rings. The individual who served me was a South Asian male. Despite my repeated inquiries to ensure that the kids meal was included in the bag, he assured me that it was. However, upon returning home, we discovered that the kids meal was missing. I immediately contacted the restaurant to address this issue. Unfortunately, the manager who answered the phone was dismissive, stating that there was nothing he could do as he needed to attend to staff matters, and then abruptly ended the call. I am extremely dissatisfied with this service and the handling of my complaint

Came here to order a quick something to eat, went to the counter as I was paying with cash and got told to go to the machine to order. I ordered then have to go to the till to pay cash?!? Why someone couldn’t do the job that they are paid for I don’t know.

The staff here really let the restaurant down, they are rude and impatient.

this was our first time using an online service to deliver. it was easy and the delivery driver was pleasant.

I was a regular customer and also worked there for a short period of time. I have to say, the staff is good. Not everything is perfect, but they work hard for your food. Fast food, but I love it; BK is the best so far, in my opinion. This place has improved a lot since I visited it for the first time. The only bad thing is that I worked there in the winter  just weeks before my wedding, and we were all always sick, so as I did not want to take any risk of being sick at my wedding, I resigned. Otherwise,  I loved to work there, and I still could work there, I think. The timing was bad, unfortunately. I wish the best to the workers there. It's a cool place to work and/or eat.

The food was OK but i did not recieve the sweet chilli sauce which was meant to be included with my halloumi fries.

No chips arrived at all. I know that is not the restaurant's fault, but the food was not so hot, and we have seen that the driver came without the delivery bag, which should keep the food warm.

Lovely food - burgers so much better than other chain brands. Interesting sides too like the Doritos chicken and jalapeño bites. Yummy

Ordered a burger meal and no Coca Cola what I ordered with the meal and loaded fries are cold

Chilli cheese bites didn't have much chilli compared to usual, whoppers drowned in mayo and the double bacon XLs didn't have the delicious crispy bits it usually has.

This was my second attempt at ordering food tonight. The first delivery driver didn't even deliver my order, but marked it as delivered! THIS order took an additional 25 minutes on top of the original estimated delivery time for the driver to deliver the food, because he went all over the place before eventually coming here! As such, the chips were aired and the burger was like a brick!

An excellent combo/would definitely order it again! Everything was delicious, thank you! 😊

Food was cold on delivery, when opened food they sent a chicken Angus rather than the steakhouse Angus that I ordered. The delivery drivers attitude stink to high heaven, shouting at me as he went to the wrong London road, telling me I need to sort it out and I’ve wasted his time. My address is correct on the app including my postcode. Absolutely awful, my tea is now in the bin!!!!!!

Took my two grandchildren. The place itself was absolutely filthy. Environmental health need to pay this place a visit. Used to be a nice clean place. Something has gone seriously wrong. I dread to think what the food preparation area is like. The manager needs to be sent on further training. He /she must be walking round with their eyes shut.

Guy at the till couldn't tell us if the ice creams had nuts even though the allergy chart was next to him, I had to lean across the counter to read the thing. Once I was happy they didn't have nuts I tried to order at the till when he claimed we couldn't order at the counter and must use the self service stations. The toilet was dirty and stank, the restaurant had litter on the floor and the bin was overflowing. The one good thing was the Ben and Jerry's ice creams which thankfully they can't get wrong. Abysmal service and a dirty restaurant.

Shocking 😲 Went to the till to order food, was told to use the self service, asked whe, she said that is what we have been told to tell the customers! Staff, heads down, no communication, no hello, goodbyes. This place is infection control gone mad! Food grimed into the seats, tables, tables stands, legs of chairs, seats. The seats are all ripped, and the table legs are all exposed with rust! No organisation, people walking out due to being told to use self-service, and they didn't want to, due to dyslexia and being visually impaired. Staff didn't care, and management was hiding in the back. No direction, authority given to the front of house Staff. The refillable drinks machine is not working, but it still wasn't working when I left 25 minutes later. Had to clean my own table and floor around it as their standards are obviously shocking!. Cardboard on the floor around the entrance. Whoever runs this store needs to go on an update course from scratch and shouldn't be in a management role!

First time in 12 months my just eat order showed up on time with everything accounted for.

Shocking experience, order delivered over 2 hours late. Phoned restaurant twice and told we couldn't cancel the order.

This was the best order I’ve ever had from this store! The chips were hot and crispy, the nuggets were succulent and the burger couldn’t have been better! Thank you very much!

Missing drinks and dips and cold food

Burger King is one of my favourite restaurants but the last couple of times I've ordered from there the food as been delivered stone cold and missing items. I ordered last night and jet again the food was cold double burgers were only single one of the box's had only 2 chips in and the drink was like it has been sat in the sun all day it was that warm. now I don't no if this is a burger king thing or a delivery issus.

Never delivered... Called restaurant, got told nothing they can do. Pathetic.

After waiting a hour and half I was given someone else order mine was £35 I was sent a kids cheese burger rang store asked if I brought it back would they re do my order to be told I need to go threw juts eat I’ve called and called the number no response.. called shop again to speak to manager explained I will bring the order back will they re do mine again manger said no.. I need to call juts eat I understand it’s the drivers fault but as a customer they should have done my order again.. so I’m now £35 down with a cold kids meal won’t use them again

My favourite fast food of all time. Yes it's pricey but yummy. I'd choose Burger King over McDonald's any time. The food was awesome as usual. The staff friendly, polite and accommodating. It's just a shame that Hanley is a dying centre and nothing of old.

Visited today told Head Office state customers ordering must use the order Pods no service at counter chaos and as a member of Staff stated they want you to do your own orders but machines not working correctly will not use again.The waste bin full to the brim and generally the place needs a good clean

Awful , and that’s being nice , cold and dry, also gave me a bottle of Coca Cola instead of a draught one , £14.90 for a burger chips and bottle of pop , scandalous
