Closed for renovation. I was hungry and sad 😔

Used the drive through was typical McDonald's quick service and quick food. Busy but not as busy as some Macdonald's.

Food was cold and stale. Burger was cold and fries were like rubber. Won't have food from here again.

I enjoy a mcdonalds but... Burgers always cold the cheese doesn't melt The seating is terrible there's not enough room for anyone !!! There needs to be a section for delivery !!!! Not enough seating for family it's toooooo smallllll.. The site HAS TOTALLY OUTGROWN ITSELF in meir. It needs to be built up. the carpark is inadequate....! Delivery has taken over mcdonalds and they park everywhere it's really bad I hope this gets seen to implement change

For a fast food place there's nothing fast about it lately. Sat at the window for ages for 3 drinks.

Got the orders all wrong and missed one out but sorted it all out

We like the location, however the menus needed wiping down and the peas were overdone.

Meir park McDonald's far superior to the McDonald's in Trent vale

In my opinion, this branch is quite similar to other McDonald's branches in terms of food quality. The car park is relatively small, but the driveway service is efficient and convenient. The interior has sufficient space for weekdays, but it might get crowded during weekends and finding a seat could be a struggle. Overall, it's a decent place to grab a quick bite.

I ordered an egg muffin meal and I got a sausage egg muffin instead. I am a vegetarian really disappointed with the service you need to train your staff to read the receipt properly and to prepare the correct food!!!!!!

Milkshake machine broken again!

The food at this restaurant is as it should be but… the wait because of the online orders and drivers constantly coming in is really annoying. Serve well in the restaurant or quicken the drive thru or concentrate on the online because trying to do all three is failing the people coming into the restaurant.

No milkshakes on like most stores. Maccies has gone to the dogs severely.

Always clean and tidy, staff very cheerful,friendly and helpful. Food sometimes not hot on arrival and parking a little difficult as its a small carpark, but all in all its good to eat here.

Prefer this Maccies compared to the rest around the area! Quick and decent service and they pay attention to customisations on the orders which should be done anyway and they don’t just stand around chatting.

Never ever got milkshakes when I go and this is now the 3rd time the order is completely wrong when we get home! Useless

I got back home to have breakfast meal from meir park Mac Donald’s stoke on Trent unwrapped the burger and found someone had already taken a bite 🤮

3 words ,violent food poisoning

I can honestly say this is the best McDonald's in Stoke, always super clean in here and never have to wait long for food unless super busy. The staff are lovely here as well, really friendly and always make you feel welcome. The only McDonald's I actually enjoy going to in our area, we purposely travel to this branch.

Food must have been cooked a couple of hours before I got there. I think they do that to prepare for the early morning rush. If they carry on like that there will be no rush.

Longest delay ever for food even though place nearly empty. To busy on the on-line delivery orders. Food quite cold when received. Noticeable delay for all walk-in orders.

Terrible place. Watched as over a dozen people who came after me get served before me, get my food with items not done right and cold. My burger was a mess. The staff that said mine was the next one out was a liar. Don’t waste your time or money on the branch as the staff really don’t care for the customers or the food. They should shut this branch down if they can’t get anyone that can actually get the job done properly.

Very busy however with mackies that means freshly cooked everything was piping hot and fries where perfect for me

The amount of issues I’ve had with orders from this McDonald’s is ridiculous. Missing items, cold food, no dips the lot and all in a short space of time

Some times the food is nice. Sometimes it's not and is cold. Most of the time the milkshake machine ain't working. Which irritates the kids. Try not to use this place very often. However it is convenient

While the food tasted good I am positive I have got food poisoning and it shocked me I have went to this mcdonalds for years and never had too many problems only usually incomplete meals food is wrong but food poisoning?honestly cook your food properly before you serve it.

Ordered on the app this morning however upon arrival we discovered they had a power cut and we couldn’t get our food even though we had already been charged. We tried to get a refund on the app but were unsuccessful. we went back later on to try and get a refund or get some food but we were basically told they weren’t gonna give us a refund or any food. They fobbed us off and told us they couldn’t do anything about it. Fuming!

This is our regular maccies however they do spend the majority of the time completing order for delivery which pushes the customers back and have to wait.

Food was cold and slapped together. Mayo chicken had mayo splattered all over it. Garlic cheese bites tasted like cold rubber. Staff don’t care. Cold and dirty inside restaurant

Went in to grab a coffee. Service was a bit slow for just a hot drink. Staff were very polite.

The worst McDonald’s of all time. Never have any milkshakes NEVER probably because it’s run by children who can’t be arsed to clean the machine. This child like attitude spills into there customer service which is 0.

Went to drive through to see a notice saying no coffee. Surely it would help if the notice was placed before you drive in to the drive through

Ordered our food to the table and it was delivered very quickly by a lad named Joe . Very efficient.

Its McDonald's. Had a coffee and hash browns. It was ok but the hash browns were a bit cold.

Last time I will be visting this place.Ended up with norovirus the day after ordering food here.Stomach cramps and sickness lasted over a week.Ive read of staff being forced to work when ill and clearly serving infected food is not a good recipe for repeat customer business.

Luke warm food and never have any McFlurrys been here a few times and it should be ashamed of its feed back and closed down had to go elsewhere for ice creams not going to this one again now I’m done with them

Food is excellent. And customer service is excellent. But Trish is the stand out member of staff no offence to anyone else but she is the the perfect customer care member for McDonald's. Other branches could do with a Trish or Trish train another Trish.

Not for the first time we had a delivery not all items delivered absolutely no idea how to run a business. They are blaming uber but they are in sealed bags. No customer service and no complaints procedure. Anyone reading this please boycott them in future

Don't go to McDonald's often, I'm more a burger king man. The food was excellent as were the staff one of the best McDonald's I've visited.

I would just like to give a big shout out to Diane (not sure how to spell) who, when she saw my friend group of 4 21 year olds with crayons, went and got us a big colouring sheet so we could all share. Thankyou for the smiles

Terrible service, possibly the worst branch in the whole country. Ordered food via the McDonald's app, delivered by uber? The order was incomplete and of poor quality. When we contacted the branch, we asked for them to deliver the missing food, which they said is not possible, so then we said for them to collect the food and issue a refund, which they said was not possible. Lost for words and out of pocket!

Missed items again... Cold. Customised items completed to mcdonalds wishes not the customer.

I spent 62 pounds on a delivery order for 6 of us waited over 45 minutes to then have all sauces that had been paid for and all fries with every meal missing and two meals missing also every burger that was delivered was stone cold to say disappointed would be a understatement especially when four children where excited to have a special treat to be completely let down. Huge improvement is needed

Smelly toilet. Unhappy staff. Burned meet in tge burger. It looks like nobody checks the food before it is served. I like McDonald's, but the service is not good enough 😕

Waited for at least 15 minutes for our food (having ordered to eat in) and then it arrived and it was luke warm almost cold! We were’nt the only ones - lots of people were returning their orders complaining they were cold. So much for fast food - slow food and cold would be a better summary - very disappointing. It has just reminded me why i dont go to McDonalds very often!

Mier maccies is a lot better than longton branch. Food is cooked much better and service is also much better

Had an issue with my orders tonight. Talk to a member staff and got it sorted out freeway with no issues. Fantastic!

Always busy however always clean. Young staff seem pre occupied and not customer focussed. I have had 5 missing items orders throughout the past year, 2 checked at the window, 2 when I got home and had to return and 1 from a delivery. Getting things rectified is not an issue. Over all the place is well maintained, ladies and disabled bathrooms clean, front of counter staff friendly and helpful.

Always good for a quick bite at good prices.

Food was ok. The drinks had no flavour like the syrup had gone.I Didn't find out till I got home. Very disappointing.

The self service seems to have slowed the service also the deliveries have had an effect and the delivery drivers think they can just park anywhere.

Good experience. Typical McDonald's. A long table with 5 ipads and lots of areas to charge phone. Friendly staff. Clean. Small play areas outside with outside seating. Can order on app and collect inside or through drive through. Not much parking and if there's a queue for the drive through its difficult to get in to park. Parking layout not great, but pets at home next door also has car park as long as you're careful walking over. I generally try and avoid at busy times. Lots of people seem to get caught out with entrance exit roads. Entrance is off the roundabout before turning for A55 East junction. Exit is into road which either comes back onto roundabout or goes towards Rhuddlan.

It was really great for us. Food was hot and quickly at the table and we didn't have to wait long. Staff very friendly and tried hard to cope with the rush. We were satisfied!

Pretty basic - typical McDonalds ...... table service is ok but you ALWAYS have to ask for even the basics ..... milk, serviettes, sauce etc 🥴

One of the worst experiences of food outlet, called in for a coffee and a bite to eat, only to be told no hot drinks were available, still we ordered food, waited 30 mins for our food after ordering, sat down to a stone cold burger 😡 McDonalds now seem to concentrate on deliveries rather than the people who make the effort to call into the restaurant in person. Do Not think I will be calling in again 😡

Waited for ever. Restaurant packed with customers ALL waiting for their food. Very poor service. One customer was blamed for taking the wrong food even though she only responded to her order number.

The only negative right now with any mcdonalds is the prioritisation of uber eats over in store collection. You go into order and its all over the place in the queue and people barging in with big bags to fill and rush out to people. Mcdonalds should never have done delivery. Making fat people fatter and lazy people even more lazy.

Didn't eat here. Charged our EV and enjoyed a good coffee and a nice hot chocolate.

What a shock turning up here! Regret going doesn,t come close!! Me and my daughter pulled in lastnite after picking her up. A big mistake. She couldn,t drink the Frappe it was off, my cheese burger was cold worst burger. We go regular others but this was bad. The service. Their attitude. Hadn,t a clue at all. Nitemare. Im ill this morning 55 thankyou ruined. Will never go again!!!! Thought I was in Birmingham.

On this occasion I went through the drive thru. Staff were pleasant over mic and I was given our drinks and asked to wait in a bay which I did. We tasted our drink, coke zero and it tasted off and weird. I took the drinks in and the member of staff apologised and said she would replace. I heard her ask a member of staff about the coke zero which the reply was he had previously asked someone else to change it. While I was waiting I saw a member of staff show frustration with other customers. Another customer had queried about a problem with their order and it became apparent that the staff member was frustrated. After around 5 minutes I thanked the staff for my replacement drinks and went back to the car. When I got there the food had been delivered but we received no chips so I then had to go back inside to ask for missing items. When I went back in there were 2 other customers who were clearly not happy with their service. I've given 2 stars for the person who served over mic for pleasant service and for the poor young girl who tried to help me and sorted my missing items, she was close to tears. I told her it would get better and thanked her. I understand it can be hard at busy periods and I can accept that to a point but obviously it is expected at a place like mcdonalds. I just hope some staff will be more mindful on how they treat and talk to and in front of customers and to other members of staff too.

You either love em or hate em I'm in the later . If there burgers come out hot I think I'd change my mind , I can't remember ever having a hot or even warm one , yes I keep going back but only because of the kids , nice fries and milkshake though . Tiny carpark bring taken up my 2 car chargers and the constant flow of just eat delivery drivers making it a nightmare for parking and slowing everything down inside aswell as they seem to get priority

All of the tablets for kids were off. Had to clean the table myself. Lots of people swearing over by the order machines. Had to queue to get out of the carpark because the drive through queue blocked me in.

It was a nice place to have something to eat and drink and the staff are friendly too and it is a nice atmosphere in there as well.

The best fast food place around

One of the best McDonald's I've been to.

Usual McDonald's these days half the menu not available. On plus side no queue but then with few options no surprise.

We went through the drive through after initially not being able to park. Service was good and quick, food was cooked well and the chips were nice and hot! Parking is very limited and a bit awkwardly shaped, but we managed to get a spot in the end. Not a bad stop before a long drive home.

Restaurant we liked the most. Staff always make us feel welcome.
