Easy to order , friendly girl on payment window , order window got drinks and told to pull up , order was with us in 5 mins . We have had bad service here in the past but recently there has been a vast improvement. We live local and will go again.

Stupidly I decided to order a Mcdelivery today. Food arrived and we were missing a burger. I contacted McDonald's who strangley say its nothing to do with them so I contacted uber. They refunded my burger. Not really what I want as we ideally wanted something to eat. Said I want my burger delivering but refused. What a truly awful system. Bad enough mcdonalds employ people that can't count and I'm missing something everytime I visit, but now tea has been spoiled for everyone. £50 and we have just argued and I had to have toast so my kids are happy.

Ordered from the app. As usual with mcdonalds, they forgot my brownie. I went to tell the assistant who started asking irrelevant questions such as my name, email address, picture of receipt, mcdonalds address, and more. Please if you come here, check they have put all your food in because they most likely haven't and I have NEVER had a mcdonalds including all my items.

I once again made the mistake of going to this place again. When ordering was told they had no big tasty lefy so ordered what i assumed was a quater pounder. Upon getting home and opening the box there was this wafer thin peice of meat which was bigger than the bun and it tasted like a dodgy burger van burger. I one hundred percent will not be going back. I’ve been here lots of times and it must be one of the most inconsistent businesses in the world. However yesterday it was shocking. I ordered large chips and to start they weren’t full to the top which is purely a scam when your paying £1.99. They were so bland. The salt was anonymous. My mates ordered burgers and they were off centre. The cheese was pouring down the side of the bun making it almost impossible to eat fully. The patties are greasy on the outside and dry on the inside. This place is just getting worse the more often I come. Overall I’ve had some bad and good trips here but bad is becoming more common nowadays

After A long and weary travel home I couldn't wait to sit in peace and eat my dinner. What an awful experience. A crowd of teenagers were fighting swearing. Avoid this McDonalds outlet at all costs, especially delivery…they never have a full menu and the delivery never comes with a full order..it really is a joke. We keep ordering thinking it’s bound to improve but it’s gone worse. Rang today when they didn’t send all the order and they just blamed Just Eat . Terrible work ethic. I have visited this restaurant a few times and every time it's been ill trained kids working . The attitude on them is your typical teen attitude. I have witnessed them throwing things at each other, swearing and immature behaviour. Avoid if you want quality service.

What an absolute mess! Every customer had to park up & wait for orders, no spaces left so cars were driving round. Uber are given priority at this drive through to the detriment of other customers. I waited 20 minutes for my not very fast food. Uber have designated spaces & use the customer spaces instead. It will be a long time before I use this Mcdonald again

I purchased a quarter pounder meal and strawberry milkshake at around 11pm last night from the drive thru. I drove 1.5 miles home before I ate it. The fries were stown cold, the burger was not fresh - cheese was ingrained onto the burger. It was like warm, no onion, gherkin, ketchup or mustard!!! Just awful! I will not return.

Went here on 13th April 2019 at 9pm I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and a chicken mayo. Got home and they was freezing cold (I only live in bryn a 2 min drive away) the burgers was hard and chicken burger I couldn’t even pull it apart it had been cooked for that long. Bread really dry! Absolutely disgusting. I tried to ring them all night but it was engaged (they must have had that many complaints they unplugged the phone)

We visited this branch on McDonald's as the usual one we go to was closed. The service here is terrible, young teenage girls are more interested in the boys in the drive through, or talking about hair and make rather than serving customers. We had to wait 20 minutes for food and it was cold when it arrived, our other friend who ordered at the same time had to wait longer and eventually go and ask for her order while they all just stood there doing nothing. I would not recommend visiting this location and I will not be using this branch again. We came late evening, there wasn't a lot of customers to be served, but this still seemed to much for the amount of staff on shift to handle!

Well this is the 4th time in a week they have managed to get my order wrong. Went to drive through this morning. Screens at order point don't work so can't check what has been ordered. Then charged me too much, then confused at food window as to what I had ordered. When they eventually figured it out, food was cold and drink albeit wrong anyway, was luke warm. This coupled with very poor customer service. I don't appreciate someone young enough to be my child saying, "that ok for you darlin". Earns them worst McDonald's in region award.

Never have I felt the need to write a review so soon after visiting a place. I took the family on for a little treat after a day of Christmas shopping and was absolutely appalled by the whole experience. The ‘restaurant’ was dirty, bins were overflowing, toilets were DISGUSTING! When our food finally arrived (we chose table service) burgers were cold. The chips were vaguely warm which was a bonus. My latte was almost cold and when I went to exchange for a fresh one I was met with 2 queues; 1 for orders and another for complaints! The atmosphere was dreadful due to the number of people complaining and swearing due to incompetent staff who had no idea how to talk to customers. My replacement latte was equally as cold as before by the way. We couldn’t wait to leave and I wish I’d never bothered to go in! Serious improvement required!

I appreciate the complexity of running a 24 hour operation, but having visited tonight ( early hours of Wednesday 21st November around 1.10am having done a 11 hour shift myself). I find it staggering that my response on the drive thru is that they are unable to take orders as they are on handover/till change. This is not the first time this has happened at this place. I'm not going to lose sleep being unable to eat my order, but seriously McDonald's you need to sort this out. So do other businesses close during handover of staff? Nope.

AWFUL customer service. Came here with 2 of my friends. After ordering (1 medium chicken legend meal 1 large chicken legend meal and 1 wrap meal), we realised that the staff discount was only valid on the medium chicken legend meal. At the till, we asked if it was possible to change our order as we would rather have had the discount. The kind server said that it was not a problem. After amending the order to 3 medium chicken legend meals, 2 with cool mayo and 1 with spicy mayo, 1 medium Coke Zero, 1 medium Fanta and 1 Belgium frappe, we continued to the final till. We received 1 large Fanta and 2 Belgium frappes. Not what we ordered. We quickly explained the problem and swapped 1 Belgium frappe for 1 medium Coke Zero - still being charged for the more expensive drink. We were asked to wait in the waiting bay which was not a problem for us as we did change the order. After waiting for about 5 minutes, a man came with our food and we had chance to look at the receipt. Instead of 2 spicy and 1 cool, we received 1 spicy and 2 cool but at this stage we thought it was too much hassle to even mention. As we thought, we had been over charged. We explained this to the man and he said he will calculate it on the till to check. No problem. A shift manager, unfortunately did not have chance to look at her name as she was jumping about, came storming over to us. My friend started to explain how we have overpaid and got completely shut down by the woman who stated she 'didn't even have to give us the staff discount as my friend didn't state which restaurant she worked at' (not a thing we thought necessary to state unless asked?). My friend tried to explain the situation again but the woman did not want to hear it as we had 'changed our order 3 times' (we actually only changed it once and was told this was not a problem). The two boys who served us were pleasant in service however the woman who came out to us in the car stormed off without listening us at all. There was no negotiations with her and she really was not interested to hear us out. No exaggeration. The issue did not get resolved she just WALKED OFF mid conversation. I have never seen anything like it. What a rude woman who lacks basic customer service and communication skills. We left being over charged and left with confidence that the manger was not going to discuss this with us anymore. Unfortunately none of us remember her name but she served us on Wednesday the 27th of September at about 13:45 and a shift manager at the Wigan Marus Bridge franchise.

I pass through here every morning to purchase a coffee on my way to work. Not only is the service appalling slow it's hit and miss as to whether they are serving coffee or not! I don't usually stop here for coffee even though I pass it every day on my way to Warrington where I usually get my coffee fix. I was pleasantly surprised that the same regular latte is 30p cheaper here. £1.39 instead of £1.69. Only downside, there is no canopy over the drive through so you'd get wet whilst paying!

Once again a trip through the drive thru ends up in a u turn and 10 minutes in the restaurant waiting for the staff to get us the right order, the only thing that was correct was the drinks, our order was mixed up with the car in front of us, ok this may be a simple mistake to make but they've been running a drive thru for long enough now to get the hang of it, it does make you wonder if they do it on purpose because they know most people won't come back, we nearly didn't as we were in a rush but the order was nothing like what we ordered. I walked in to all I could call a youth centre..kids everywhere throwing bottles of water waiting around for more kids to turn up.. And not 1 member of staff told them to stop.. This MacDonald’s is situated in a business park right next to a Sainsbury’s Supermarket and petrol forecourt.It was 11am and the restaurant was relatively quiet. I ordered a Big Tasty Meal, a Big Mac Meal and Chicken Nugget meal. However, this did not arrive until at least 15 minutes later with just an apology it had taken so long. I don't often write reviews like this but like to give credit where it's due. Went in to Greggs in the Big Asda in Wigan. Only wanted a sausage roll. During the transaction I was greeted with a warm, friendly welcome and a big smile from Ryan. He answered my question about the allergens in the sausages used for the sausage rolls with patience and clarity. He also complimented my favourite sports team because of my hat bearing their logo. When delivering the sausage roll to me, he transferred it swiftly but delicately in a manner that would benefit the Team GB relay squads at the Olympics. I have written to Joanna Adams (CEO of UK Athletics) to suggest taking Ryan to Paris as a coach but part of me wants him to remain at Greggs, where he serves as an example of everything their staff should aspire to be. I left the store feeling reinvigorated in a way seldom achieved by a sausage roll purchase and would recommend anyone to try it if they ever need cheering up.

Youve got some really hard working staff and then one lad with tattoos and glasses who is dancing in the back and has a terrible attitude! Train your staff

It's not for me I just take my granddaughter's there....what you get is definitely not what you see on photos
