McDonald's in Wigan

It's not for me I just take my granddaughter's there....what you get is definitely not what you see on photos

Probably the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Staff are rude. Restaurant is dirty. Food is cold and very badly made. Awful.

There was no one except to people at imce on the till, it took ten minutes just for someone to start making the drinks for the orders, my drink which is supposed to have cream had zero cream.

Ordered three drinks and a hash brown. After five mins I realised our order wasn’t in the screen so asked had someone taken it by mistake. The child behind the counter in a managers uniform said no and she was doing it now. After ten minutes with no other customers. Five staff behind the desk doing nothing, one of them trying to improve his Michael Jackson impression which was almost as bad as the service in this absolute dump I gave up and got a refund. My order still somehow wasn’t fully ready. 2 got chocolates, a fruit shoot and a hash brown. Not that hard

Absolutely awful. No coffee no milkshake no napkins and very rude staff

So apparently the staff don’t even know the ingredients of the items on the menu. Ordered a Philly cheese stack for it to come with just the burgers, abit of cheese and some onions. No pickles or crispy onions which is what makes this burger different. As well as forgetting straws and sauce as usual. Honestly thick as pig ****.

McDonald's and just eat are letting delivery drivers sit there and wait for other deliveries so they can deliver 3 orders at once so I get cold food

food was cold sauce/dip was missing the tops on the drinks didn't fit so both drinks emptied out almost getting into an live electric socket all in all bad experience

the food was stone cold! i ordered a chicken big mac and a beef big mac came so i had to return to the store as when i rang up they told me there was nothing they could do about it

Fuming… ordered food for me and the kids… only drinks showed up. Rang 8 times no answer. Finally someone picked up and was told to come and collect it or have a refund… what a joke.

the driver has rang for me to walk to him for this order because he didn’t want to drive the other way around because of a road closure if i wanted to walk for my food i would have walked to mcdonald my self i have paid a delivery fee for a reason

Yet again items missing order a large 9 chicken nugget meal and we just get the drink no nuggets or chips

Although the food was on time they forgot an item and gave me a sausage and egg muffin instead of a breakfast roll. Can’t remember the last time I had a correct order from here

Rubbish order placed at 17:05 delivery time kept changing called restaurant at 17:55 to find out where the order was. Was told driver wasn’t even at restaurant even though according to app he’d been there since 17:20. Was told would be made fresh ready for driver. Soon as I hang up food is on its way arrive at 8:15 food not fresh either cos he’d been to another address before us. Also when he arrived he told me he’d been at the restaurant for 40mins waiting

I ordered my meal at 5.06pm it turned up at 6.09pm and it was cold!

when i received my order , it was completely wrong , none of it was my food , i am particularly annoyed because my friend has an intolerance to one of the food items that was brought to us and she had no meal to eat , leaving her with no food!!!!!!!

my burger bun was burnt and then a massive peice of burnt something was inside the burger box and burnt crumbs everywhere. was disgusting

Food cold. Burger had hardly any sauce and no crispy onions. Lid of coffee not properly closed so half the coffee spilled in cup container. Apple pie barely warm. Had same order last week and was fine. It shouldn't be hit and miss

why does it promote free delivery if you spend over 15 pound but then still charge you a delivery fee. It does state participating restaurants but it is listed on Mcdonalds Leigh branch so that is misleading.

The place was cold, like a refrigerator. The muffin was so small it was ridiculous. Underwhelming and uncomfortabley cold.

How can a fast food restaurant take almost an hour to send out food and then still get the order wrong? never send condiments and the food was cold plus asking for no lettuce apparently means they will send you a totally plain burger with not even sauce on it... shocking

Mcdonalds managed to miss ALL the fries from the order (5 sets of fries were ordered), and a drink. Feel like every time there is an issue with the order from Mcdonalds.

Poor customer service. Staff have no urgency to serve customers. Clearing numbers of the screen and then forgetting what orders are to be collected. Staff uniforms always looked dirty and have hair trailing over food areas.

We called today called in today for my grandaughters treat, she had nuggets,chips,choc milkshake,fruit,all good,partner had big mac meal,chips cold,burger cold? Useless once again. Complete wrong items. I ordered a sharebox of mozzarella sticks and paid £7 for them. I’ve received 3 mozzarella sticks in a small paper bag??? No sauces and my son’s happy meal is missing!!! Ridiculous’

Food is a 1 star because i didnt get it Service is 1 star because the manager Atmosphere is 1 star because everyone was annoyed So i ordered my food on the app got there and was stood waiting. A staff member came out and turned all the ordering stations. So i continued to wait. After a shor while i asked what was happning and they said that everything wasnt working. So i asked if im still goin to get my food as i ordered before it all went off, one staff member said we dont know. So i asked for a refund and they told me to wait at the counter. So one woman was getting a refund infront of me at one of the counters and after a couple minutes and a female member of staff comes over and i say i need a refund i ordered on the app and she said hes better with the app so i continued to wait and wait and then i asked to speak to a manager who just staired at me with a blank expression and said we cant give you a refund you have to do it through the app. So i waited around for about 20 minutes when they could have told me this from the start. Alos as a side not the app is terrable! it is unnecessarily hard to request a refund. Very convoluted they know what they are doing.

Yet again, £29 order and receive a box of 20 nuggets. Its really not hard guys. Rapid at getting the qrong food to your door.

The food has not arrived. It originally stated it’d be here by 5.30, however that changed 3 times over the course of an hour and still has yet to arrive. It’s been 2 hours from when I placed delivery and safe to assume it’s not coming. I would like a refund.

I made an order yesterday when my food arrived it was cold the chips where soggy and my chicken burger was rock hard as though as the food as been there for days and then just reheated. as a customer and like many other customers we expect our food to be hot and fresh we don't pay for our food to be cold and for poor quality food, as a fast food restaurant they should make sure that there food is up to standards everytime, it's appalling how they can serve food the way they do its disgusting!

So i came here after the cinema, and a few months ago i came. I can say it was better this time round. Food was good, chicken nuggets, double cheeseburger and garlic bread dippers were all hot, staff were kind and helpful, asking people if they needed help on the kiosks

Your order number is disappearing from the panel... each time I go there is the same , and the food delivery has priority to dine in

My delivery driver dropped a Greggs order off and drove off when we order a McDonald’s 10 mins later the drive came back with my McDonald’s order wanting to swap fair enough but when we looks order had been opened and food had been tampered with which left my girlfriend and two small children not want to eat the food was going to leave this review but after a second mistake in a week in which the last order didn’t even come and was marked as delivered

more than half my order was missing. spoke to restaurant and just told me to get a refund. very bad service.
