McDonald's in Wigan

the driver went to the wrong address. He rang me telling me had arrived but was somewhere else. Food was cold not able to eat it

Missed out one of the meals so had to reorder after refund request but still had to pay another delivery fee

4 hours late and stone cold……going straight in the bin

Took 2 hours to arrive food obviously had been standing there majority of the time stale and cold inedible and got a 4.53 refund on a 15 quid order

It took over an hour it’s mental

order missing food and no minecraft toys in the meals. terrible

How they can forget to include 3/4 items on most orders is insane to me. Food is always stone cold as well.

30 minutes! late, food is freezing. this is substandard! I order quite frequently and this isn't common. driver claims just easy gave him 2 orders simultaneously. it so happens mine was delivered second. not happy.

Quality of the food was terrible with one of the burgers buns hanging out the box. All the fries were underfilled and all the food was cold. None of the drinks had ice and despite ordering condiments with the meals and adding and paying for extra sauces none were included in the delivery. Extremely Poor!
