Order never arrived and just eat will not refund ordered from uber and got the food as expected. Will never use a second rate company like just eat again

food cold ordered two strawberry milkshakes, one was banana and no straws

Didn’t bring all that was ordered. Poor service and won’t use again

No dips , and 3 hot chocolates spilled in bag

Forgot part of the order and one of the drinks had spilt everywhere

Shocking no food was delivered only drinks and still no refund, your quick to take money but won’t refund

The delivery did not arrive. Driver rang me and asked for code and once i said it he hung up and food never arrived...... Shocking.... Never use again. Even rang McDonalds store who said couldnt help £36 roughly worth of food.... Complaint been raise

We only ended up with half a drink as the driver had let it tip over, it was all through my house leaking out of the bag. Ordered dips which I paid for didn't get. My burger looked like it had been thrown at the wall and put in a box.

Over an hour late from time we was given food was freezing. As soon as the delivery driver had it it was here so wasn’t there fault but McDonald’s just kept pushing the time back and couldn’t contact just eat

I have no problem with going to this restaurant, for a quick cup of coffee or something for lunch. If you have young children they have high chairs and some colouring sheets and crayons. If you struggle with stairs, they have a disabled toilet downstairs.

Food cold and wrong food delivered. No sauce as ordered and no straw. Half McFlurry with a pinch of the flavour I ordered.

Shocking service raw burgers to the point we left our food behind staff to busy sorting there social life out and not attending to customers needs by far my worst experience I’ve ever had the displeasure to pay for and I will be here to answer any question there staff have with their behaviour shocking service if there was a minus option I’d say -10

Only issue I had was that I was charged twice, I assumed after a few days that would be adjusted but it hasn’t and I’m still waiting for the £30 to be added back to my account.

why can you not read an order? I ask for lettuce, mayo to be removed and then pay for cheese etc and you do nothing...just get the original...had to use buns from home for my son what a waste if money... the McCrispy? for something that is over £6 this just isn't acceptable

One burger had lettuce and onions on my son doesn't like and my little boy crying because the is no pure orange with his happy meal

Absolutely ridiculous - over an hour late. Food was freezing and courier turned his location off so we wouldn’t track him (is he is accepting other restaurants and driving around so we can’t see?) all food went straight in the bin - absolutely vile

Happy meal came without a toy, drink without a straw, the apple pie was completely missing and food cold.

Ordered at the wrong place, rang to see if j could get money back. Absolutely no help and proceeded ro tell me I'm wrong and cause I'm to far it wouldn't have gone through yet I have a recipe in my bank and on my vanilla saying its from here.

Food ordered at 8:09am. Came burnt. Had to pick a layer of crap off before I could attempt to eat it. Even then, it was rubbish. If the food is that poor at the start of the day, I can only imagine how bad it will be later on. Avoid.

Some how two burgers were missed!

The two sprites we ordered were flat along with only getting 4 chicken selects.

Delivery man very polite & prompt. Unfortunately McDonald’s can’t tell the difference between a cheese bites share box and a chicken share box!!! Totally wasted when we don’t eat chicken. Absolute waste of money!

food was cold , the courier initially went to the wrong address in the next street , although I tried to tell him on call and tried to get his attention as I could see him at the right door number on the wrong neighboring road . my delivery details are correct so unsure why I tried to wave and grab his attention and give him directions but there was too much confusion. ultimately when the food arrived it was cold so not best pleased disappointed I spent £13 for cold food

I recently bought a box of chicken nuggets from McDonald's, and I can't believe what I found! I was excited to enjoy my meal when I spotted a fly nestled right in the nuggets. I was horrified! I mean, how can a place like McDonald's let something so disgusting happen? This is completely unacceptable. I expect better hygiene and quality control from a fast-food giant. I won't be returning anytime soon, and I definitely won't be recommending this location to anyone. It was such a disappointing experience! I DIDNT EVEN GET A REFUND
