We had to order again due to a different order being delivered the first time round & on the second order items were still missing. Very unhappy with these orders.

I wish your delivery people could read the stat nav better they never come straight to the house.

The food was acceptable to an extent but it was squashed as if somebody sat on it and the food was quite cold.However the delivery driver was very polite which made the experience better.

It looks like we got the wrong order. We only received one correct item It’s not the first time it’s happened I will avoid delivery in the future.

The sprite wasn’t fizzy, the bacon double cheeseburger had the bun and bacon missing and we asked for no ketchup or mustard and it had ketchup and mustard

Ordered bacon egg and added sausage an clearly says on the screen and the wrapper yet no sausage on the breakfast, had these issues before so won't be going back there making mistakes like that come on!!

Fries were disgusting must have been left for a couple of hours hard as rock and cold. Double Big Mac had that much sauce it disintegrated the bun. Not a cheap meal anymore and quality was really poor.

Shocking. Waited over 2 hours for delivery. The delivery time kept changing. Then it stated that it had been delivered however it hadn’t. I never received the order!!

Ordered 2 takeaway raps both grilled chicken 1 was grilled other one wasn’t reported it to a staff member cleaning and waited half hour for this to still not receive it so went to the counter to ask for the order to find out they hadn’t even made it with no apologies ridiculous timings I told them to leave it because I wasn’t waiting any longer

I felt so sorry for the delivery driver he brought one bag and we’ve got loads of missing items no drinks no mozzarella bites not McFlurry. This has to stop everything in order there is a problem!!! Never ordering again. It’s beyond a joke my autistic daughter was looking forward to her ice cream and now she’s having a meltdown because of the constant let down by McDonalds taking money and not sending items it’s disgusting! Thanks for upsetting my child!

What a complete and total disgrace this place is! My partner and I ordered from this “restaurant” and it was appalling!! We had a drink missing, no sauces or straws as requested, and my burger looked like my dog had just chewed it up and spat it back out. All of this clearly displays the staffs can’t be bothered attitude! Absolutely disgusting!!!!

Staff please learn how to put lids on hot drinks properly, I’m sure the driver will smell hot chocolate all day and it’s all over the floors in our house! A large became a medium 😤

Never got it and the delivery driver said my address was wrong! He phoned my 5/6 times and I told him where to go and he still didn’t listen, he was rude! I never got my food and he’s put it through as delivered! I want a full refund! The biggest joke ever! He asked for my address I give it hi, I gave him my post code he still didn’t listen, he even went as far as saying my address was wrong and it’s not yes fault he can’t find it! I even went as far as standing on the front so he could see me!

Delivery was great but items missing from order

Order was wrong. Got a vanilla milkshake instead of chocolate, two garlic mayo sauces instead of sweet curry/sweet and sour dips, and was missing a cheeseburger.

only half the food came no hat trick burger no fries got 2 galaxy raspberry instead of 2 apple pies. ordered from there last time using just eat and driver gave us milkshakes and ran off without giving us any food at all even got doorbell footage of just eat driver running off. never using again shocking service and our refund report this time has been completely dismissed!!!! paid 10.39 for a meal and it was just a milkshake no fries no burger!! wigan town centre branch

Food items missing again, this is the last time I use just eat as you only get a refund whilst someone is missing a meal of your order. Easier to go yourself and pick up

missing items from my order it seems every time I order from mcdonald's there is always missing items and the items I did get was cold but it was sent by ebike and took 15-20mins from being picked up
