Wigan Standishgate Macdonalds Macdonalds Standishgate Wigan I received something I didn't order "drugs" in my coffee ,when I reported it to head office didn't even acknowledge the seriousness of my complaint.let alone the repercussions the drug had on my body ,just let me stress this "my body"! Who makes decisions for myself .with mental capacity.

Ordered the Big Mac minecraft movie meal, the toy didn’t come with it, also asked for extra pickles, didn’t get ANY pickles

order wasnt acceptable . delivery time kept increasing food arrived cold. one burger was made incorrect and the extras toppings were not on it and the other inedible as the chicken was rubbery with a bad texture. would not order from here again.

pathetic. no drinks for the kids tea and you add sauces on what you have to pay for and they can't be bothered to put them I aswell. £35 for 4 kids tea and most of it missing. Rip off and pathetic service

Got what I ordered. Being a lazy fat bloke who can’t be bothered frying an egg and making toast I use this service whilst I lay in bed watching only fools and horses. Perfect day off work eating in bed. Nice sausage and egg McMuffin

Chips cold and tasteless, burgers not hot either. Whoever put the Big Mac together needs firing! To much sauce on it, went all over was a right mess! Won’t be ordering from here again

2 items were missing, large drink was more like a small, hardly anything in the cup, chips again hardly anything in them. Messaged to ask for the 2 missing items to be sent out they wouldnt do it and mcdonalds wouldnt answer phone.

Missing a burger and no dips with 20 nuggets

It was cold and small amount of fries compared to normal. None of the dips ie sauce never came with the food.

ordered 17.45 advised delivery at 18.25 at 18.15 told delivery changed slightly to 19.25 finally arrived at 19.45 and was cold

Ordered at 18.20. Food turned up at 20.10. It wouldn’t let me cancel inbetween as it said restaurant are preparing your food. Arrived stone cold. Completely terrible.

Delivery person was lovely BUT like last time I ordered my pancakes had NO syrup with them and NO STRAWS were sent (also no napkins but not important )

This order has not been delivered, I waited for 2 and a half hours and it never arrived. I attempted to cancel my order after waiting patiently but I was unable to, I had to order different food from another website due to the poor customer service and updates on when my food would actually arrive, I believe maybe the designated driver has possibly taken my food and eaten it themselves.

Delivery time kept on getting pushed back, showed up at the wrong time and was cold. Delivered 20 piece chicken nuggets instead of the Chicken share box that I ordered. The quarter pounder burger I ordered had no onions and no gherkins on it.

Requested food to be delivered by 5.30pm, order was placed a few hours before and was accepted by the restaurant by 5pm but for some reason it kept on getting pushed back When it did arrive the food was lukewarm

Cheese missing from my son’s burger, something missing from my wife’s Philly and our fries were a bit brown and stale (seemed like they were old, ie not fresh). And just over £32 for 3 people was daylight robbery. I’m never using JE again. Absolute rip off. 🤨

Despite my note to remember straws and condiments (which were paid for) the order came without, Again.

The app didn’t update that it was on way but order was delivered on time, no missing items which is a bonus 🤓

Incorrect order; got a strawberry milkshake when ordered a vanilla milkshake. Got a standard McCrispy instead of the BBQ smokehouse McCrispy which I had ordered (and that costs more!)

the bag was open when I was given the order I only noticed as the driver had left . a big mac and 20 chicken nuggets were missing from this order so my kids didn't get there meals for lunch

Absolute shambles. My food has not been delivered. I can't contact the courier as they are not available via message and no phone number. I could not see where they are on a map. An absolute disgrace. I will be deleting the app as this is about the fourth time I've had issues with deliveries.
