Food is fine but i don't trust ordering from here anymore, Theres always things missing, i can excuse a bag of fries or some sauces but an entire burger? Try to put a complaint in and just get through to some robot that's good for nothing, It's a joke honestly just don't order from here your money would be better spent chucking it in the cut!

They messed up with the price. Allowed me to get a free donut for ordering a drink and 2 dips. They wouldn't honor it. So i got a refund. Went back home and they changed the price so nobody else could do it. Won't be returning

i have ordered from the just eat app and the payment went through for £11.55 . when i checked the app again it said my order had been delivered but i was waiting downstairs next to the door the whole time and it never showed up. i called up the restraunt and they said the delivery driver had took it. i would like a full refund due to the fact that i did not get my food. i find this shocking and fraudulent.

I hate coming to this place, but it's the closest for me. 90% of the time, they get something wrong, so I've started checking things as soon as I get my order, today's order looked complete, but when I got home, it wasn't a surprise to find a hidden mistake. I'd ordered 3 burgers with only onion, and even though the wrappers said 'only onion' on them, not one of them had any onion on them. How can this place keep getting things so wrong?

Never ever attended a worse fast food restaurant, staff are shocking, 1 sauce per meal, therefore if you buy just fries, or just a burger you aren’t allowed sauce. Refuse to let you buy them. No fizzy drinks, no frappes no milkshakes no ice cream but continue to advertise them. Should be shut down!

Shocking I have just been with my grandson the counter and menu boards were covered in flies it was soo disgusting I mentioned it to a staff member who said we have to keep sanitising Really??? You should have a fly killer was soo disgusting we counted 24 flies all over the boards x not eating there no more xx

Food was freezing cold and ice cream melted.. the drivers tracker showed him going in the opposite direction to my house so must of had another delivery which meant my food was sat on his back seat for over 30 minutes before I got it. Not to mention he didn’t want to leave his car and wanted me to come out to him and get it. Justeat refused to give a refund enough it all went in the bin!

Not received order wrong delivery

I ordered online and my order was not complete. I called and they ask to come and pick up replacement when I paid for delivery because I don’t want to go in person because I have a baby and 2 toddlers. Mc team told me I will be refunded flat rate of £2.7 after paying for mc crispy and delivery. I believe there’s a CCTV camera when delivery was packaged.

Not once has this place gotten an order correct

Food didn’t arrive. Phoned the restaurant to be told food is ready and waiting but no driver was there even though the app said it was. I ordered at 4:50pm, said it would arrive at 5:30 and then kept going up in 5 minutes until it got to half 6. Then it says it’s been delivered but I still have no food. Ended up having to go to drive through! Absolutely shocking won’t be ordering with just eat again, second time this has happened!

Just delivery no problem at all, but McDonalds need to sort them selves out, every week we are missing items, wrong items, burgers made to a bad standard.
