McDonald's in Wigan

Place is always busy but food was fast and staff very pleasant.

Proper useless, can never get an order right no matter how many times you order. Always has items missing, god knows who they're hiring.

5 things missing from my order

im still waiting for this order. despite being classed as delivered it never was!! i was issued a 4 digit code to provide to the driver so I genuinely don't know how they've managed to deliver it and for it to go through on the system...it shows a serious flaw in the system being used. reported straight away and heard nothing back!! house on full cctv and even repurchased food in person from the branch ordered from...have receipt evidence of this. joke drivers can get away with this

I got given the wrong order. what is wrong with these drivers......

I ordered a hamburger happy meal for my son who does not like cheese. It had cheese on it when I had asked for one without. The quarter pounder patty was burnt to a crisp and was not the thickness of a normal quarter pounder. It looked like a Big Mac patty. I never complain so this is saying something!

Fui a un viaje de negocios con mis trabajadores, los peores Mcdonalds que he visto en mi vida. Encontré múltiples pelos en mi comida y todo era grasiento. Me quejé y luego fui escupido por el trabajador y maldecido en múltiples ocasiones.

Not the delivery driver's fault, traffic was busy on the way to deliver my order.

Cold food and not very good for the money. Medium fries in a large fries box, burger looks like it was thrown into the packaging. Just a poor attempt.

Took over an hour to be out for delivery. When out for delivery the driver stopped. When I contacted via the chat, the order was suddenly set to delivered. Haven't received order.

cold food sometimes missing items from the order

Great for grabbing a quick bite but the service is shocking at times, adding things to your order that you haven’t asked for. Chips as usually McDs standard. COLD!!

I asked for no eggs on my wrap and it came with them on it

Spoke to the driver as we had items missing: 2 drinks and 2 desserts but he'd only been given one bag with the hot food in it. Requested a refund for all the missing items.

I went in the drive through for 10 minutes waiting for 2 cars to go through. Made 4 cars stay however 8 cars behind us got their food and got to go. However we was made to stay on the carpark for 30 minutes to recieve some food for 3 meals and 3 drinks. This is APPALLING

The food arrived and was not hot, it barely warm. There should be an area at McDonalds to store the food to keep it hot and should be delivered in insulated bags. Not nice eating barely warm food

I asked for a strawberry milkshake and you give me a coke

Absolutely stone cold less than 3 mins drive must of been sat in bag 20 mins waiting for driver just had give it dog even he left the chips

didn't get the free item i was enitled to and food was cold, to top it off my sauces were not in the bag so having to eat it cold and dry

only thing wrong once again McDonald's not put any dips in so not to happy about that,not the first time they have forgot it's a regular thing ,that's why only 4 stars nothing wrong with food.

I've ordered chicken nuggets for my son and also got them as free item, neither of them showed up...

Service always terrible and girl on drive thru as an attitude. Order is always wrong too

Uber Delivery Driver Great Staff Sometimes

Uber rats orders always has something missing. To the point uber will no longer refund my missing items. DO NOT UBER EATS FROM THIS LOCATION. YOU WILL BE ROBBED.

Terrible, food wasn't great, poor portions, only one sauce per meal. Staff are incompetent and rude. Best off going Westhoughton.

Visited at 10:30am on a Sunday for breakfast. The food was nice and warm and you could tell it was fresh. It was nice and soft and not hard as if it had been reused. Really quick service through the drive through even though inside it looked busy and the car park was almost full. Drink had the right amount of ice in too, not too much so it was watery. Cannot fault them for anything, amazing service!

Food arrived cold. Ordered a large meal but chips around half empty, may aswell have ordered a small meal. Drink lose and partially spilt in the bag. Happens more often than not and overall is poor considering how much you have to pay on top of the meal price. Very poor

Food was nice and no issues with order. However unfortunately we broke down in the drive through waiting bay, the Macdonald's staff were so incredibly helpful and kind, definitely went above and beyond! Appreciated their help so much.

Was feeling rough from the previous night and needed some good grub and what better place to turn too than McDonald’s. Ordered £30 of food (double quarter meal, 9 nugget meal, share box cheesy bites) and we both got quite excited while we was waiting for it to arrive. What came was far from the order we placed. We received two Fantas and 4 nugget happy meal. I’ve raised a complaint with just eat and McDonald’s and come to no outcome yet. We feel let down and we are still hungry. #burgerking
