McDonald's in Wigan

didn't get the 6 chicken nuggets that we ordered

Ordered 20 nuggets with ketchup, 2 large fries and a cheeseburger. Received no fries , wrong burger and all 4 dips were wrong. Some birthday treat! Del driver running round street looking for the house, food i did get was cold!!

every time I order from here there's items missing. I mean it is really hard following a llist eh

Food was showing as prepared and courier at restaurant 20mins after ordering .. it didn’t arrive until 45mins later and all food was stone cold and fizzy drink was flat .. £23 spent and most went in the bin as it was cold soggy and inedible .. even the burger cartons were cold so it had obviously just been sat there waiting to be collected or the driver was chatting at the restaurant !!! Terrible service

My delivery time was changed 5 times I ended up waiting an hour when it was supposed to be 15-20 mins. The food that was actually delivered was freezing cold

Guy must of delivered to wrong house. I put in for a refund and still not received it and had no food, JUST EAT needs sort its self out.

Gave me a time which kept changing and getting longer. Food eventually turned up absolutely stone cold even dog turned his nose up at it. Driver was very rude and challenged why I ordered it and not picked it up, I’m paying for a delivery service which keeps people in jobs so if we all picked the food up he would be out of a job.

The quality of Service has been steadily declining, and it is no longer a viable option for quick fast food meal. While en route to my place of employment, I sought to procure some fast, hot food. I placed an order through the mobile application at 19:22, and my food was delivered to my vehicle at 19:41 in a lukewarm state. I rushed my onward journey. Staff cuts,staff issues maybe? Very poor service McDonald's.

My food was extremely cold due the driver asking for code that I couldn’t get on my app so took awhile for him to come to the conclusion by asking for my phone number by this time the food had gone cold

Go to platt Bridge mcdonalds because westhoughton mcdonalds is closed fast service and always hot unlike the one at leigh spinners way very slow and cold

Who hasnt had and doesn't mind a cheeky maccies when they can't be arsed cooking for the millionth time. Kids love it as do most adults

Ordered two double cheeseburgers and two milkshakes the burgers had only one burger and two places of cheese I went back and told them and they tryed to say that it is how they are made . So I havd to go on there own menu to show them that they have to burgers not one!! I think they need to be learned how to make there own menu haha

Although it was a busy morning and receipts/orders got all mixed up, there customer service I received from Natalie was lovely and quick! Great customer service all around. Please pass my thanks to Natalie 😊 They made it effortless and always kept a smile on my face 😊

ordered one thing received another, this is not the first time my order has been wrong with the breakfast menu

Absolutely rubbish they never get the order right!!! Hamburgers are supposed to come with onions and gherkins not just the burger and ketchup. I will never come here again !!!Not even hot and always tastes stale.
