Very good food I eat from here nearly everyday and I always get my food on time

Driver polite has forgot something before came right back with it chips are good when they don’t put red salt on aha but rice box consistently good regular customer not had a bad thing yet always polite on time usually or early driver even comes to my window to drop of save me going to door 5star

Chips were cold and so was pizza and milkshake made me sick overall its horrible

My regular takeaway when I crave something tasty. I always order a peri peri chicken kebab with a nan bread! My wife joins in as soon as she smells it and comes running downstairs ha!. The driver is also very polite. Definitely recommend trying the peri peri kebab. And they deliver to Ince/Wigan!

I've ordered from here before and have no problem using them as my go to for a takeaway. Food is always hot and tasty and the staff really friendly. Would definitely recommend

An excellent establishment that are always happy to help. Boston has been my go-to for a while now and my order is, more often than not, a Boston Special pizza - a perfect choice for those that can never make up their minds, like me. The sauces, as far as I can garner, are mostly homemade and don't taste anything like the generic ones other takeaways roll out. Their chilli is laced with mint (a wonderful combination) and their spicy mayo is out of this world. 5/5

Do not believe the hyped reviews on just eat, same person almost daily giving positive reviews, I spent just below £20 on a undercooked 10" pizza and chips that arrive just below luke warm. I wish I had gone to Maccies!

Food took a long time to arrive the staff didn't even know the menu they tried to change me extra for the cans that came with the meal deal and the pizza we ordered was just awful never again.

Ordered from here tonight, food was OK but not the best. I ordered the Burger meal special, this doesn't come with chips which I was disappointed as normally most places have chips in there deals. My fault for not reading the menu properly but it's not a very good price for what I received. I did call the shop just to confirm it wasnt supposed to come with them and they offered to send me a chips but it would be to late. Also the extra chips that we did order came full of red salt, this wasn't even an option it was just covered which these went in the bin. We live and learn...

I ordered here twice in the last couple days just to make sure that it wasn’t a one off, gave them a chance of just having a bad day, they weren’t, everything is either undercooked or burnt, over priced for the lack of quality. They don’t have a good hygiene rating it’s still pending, nothing is tastes nice and the delivery man was begging for a 5 star review. The food here isn’t worth the money for the ingredients.

First time ordering. Honestly one of the best takeaways I've had in a long time and you've definitely made yourself a regular customer. Food was really good price and quality 👌 perfect!

Absolute garbage. soggy doughy wrap and 3 strands of lettuce. Rude staff just chucking your order on the counter. Wouldn't feed it my dog

don’t bother, they never get the food order right not even apologetic, the garlic bread looks a shambles my younger son could make better, not even a 10’ which is what I paid for, no urgency whatsoever, don’t bother

Shambles. Tried this place a few times. Ordered for delivery but ended having to collect. Even on collection the order has not been right. Shocking 😳 Staff not very apologetic, in fact argue with you about the size of the garlic bread. The box may say 10” but the garlic bread most definitely isn’t. Really thought we had found a lovely takeaway as the food is nice when they get it right. Such a shame

Ordered a waffle and a pizza so they turned up late and said 'there was no waffles so we gave you a pizza'. Went upstairs confused as he just darted off and they gave me a pizza covered in chocolate and strawberries like come on

Honestly, give this place a miss. The burgers are warm and half decent but the chips are cold and rubber like. The service from the takeaway is shocking. Rang several times due to my order being over due and constantly told that it was on the way. This happened for 50 minutes. When you pull them up on lying over deliver updates, they suddenly become unable to understand what is being said. Don’t spend your money here.

£26 for 2 kebabs is not cheap. Ordered both kebabs on pitta. Kebabs came and the chicken and donner meat was wrapped in tin foil (which should retain heat!) And the pitta was thrown on the top! Even the tin foil couldn't protect the temperature of the meat! Not even luke warm. I didn't eat my meal in case I got food poisoning. Service was quick and friendly but the food is appalling. An expensive mistake when there's places much cheaper and better quality!

I absolutely love Boston. My new favourite takeaway. The Boston chicken kebab, rice is perfection every time. Brilliant service and delivery time. Love the burgers and the nachos 😋 bloody delicious.

Absolute shocking. 2 hour wait all food was barely warm. Everytime I rang up was told be a further 15 minutes I'd say less for the wait if the food was decent which it was just about edible. Place needs shutting down ASAP

First order and it was a complete let down. Food took an hour and a half to be delivered from time of ordering and it was all cold on arrival. Won't be ordering again.

Ordered yesterday at 4.40 food come 2 hours later, rang after an hour to be told it will be 15 minutes. Rang again then phone was just ringing and no1 picking up. Tried on my fellas phone they answered and then was told it's not left shop and should be a further 15 minutes. After 2 hours food turned, everything was lukewarm, burgers was shocking half a cheese slice on, cold chips and pizza and forgot my gravy. Only positive milkshakes was nice.

Brilliant food and always on time

I don't do reviews but this was disgusting. Ordered at 19.25 and received it at 20.45 with no one answering the phones to find out was going on. Ordered the family meal deal the pepperoni pizza smelt like off cheese with no pepperoni. The chips was hard, dry and cold. The chicken zinger burgers was mainly salad and the bit if chicken I did taste was hard and dry. Ended up putting most if it in the bin. Definitely won't be ordering from there again!! £30 for food I wouldn't even give the dog!!

Gone down hill, first few meals had been delicious but last 2 really poor, food took ages tonight, was lukewarm, kebab meat not good and instructions on order ignored, real shame but won't be ordering again from these guys. - also found a hair in the chip box. 🤮

I've ordered from here a couple of times now and the food is exceptional. The food is beautifully presented and not jusy thrown together. On top of great presentation of the food the quality is superb. You cam really tell the time and effort has gone into making your food. Customer for life here

Both pizzas were burnt. Asked for extra cheese on one and they both had same amount on. Not enough toppings fullstop. Chips were good. Husband enjoyed kebab. Won’t be reordering.

Going there for the first time and I will never be going again. Ordered for family of 6 of us ,and it only took 30 mins to arrive which I dont mind long has the chicken is cooked. 3 of us have not had a brilliant stomach over the past few days. When the order did arrive most of it was missing ,3 chips and a burger so when I rang up they said nothing was missing and that they have already put an extra burger in. They didn't do anything to resolve neither.

Tried this place on a couple of occasions now, terrible both times, food cold and greasy, not pleased. Tried again due to the few take out places open during lockdown, worst then last time. Chicken smelt and tasted like disinfectant, called to tell them and the guy on the phone called me a liar, disgusting attitude, would not accept my grievance. Waste of money. Please do not give this place any of your money, you will be disappointed.

After a bad experience before, we thought it might have been a one off. Ordered chips were limp and cold. Chicken was poor, overpriced and poor quality. Can’t wait for KFC to open again, better food and a damn lot cheaper!

Just had food from Frankies for my sons 12th birthday meal, due to the ongoing issues eating out was not a option. He attends a nearby high school and talks about it Frankies a lot. Delivery about 25 minutes late but not a issue as Frankies messaged to inform us, food portions massive, enough left over for tomorrow nights tea, quality very good, very little difference in the fried chicken from KFC, Pizza nice, French Fries delicious, value for money excellent, Thank You 👍

waited nearly 2 hours for food and still didn't show! no answer from the restaurant after several times of trying to get in contact. just eat are just as useless wont issue a refund as the order is now complete apparently

The food was over an hour late and after the wait a garlic bread with no cheese arrived and a wrap with brown lettuce and soggy wrap. Horrible food and restaurant service.

Foolishly I didn’t check previous reviews. How this establishment had the nerve to take my money and then deliver inedible food is unbelievable! Cold pizza and the garlic bread. Oh my word, I can’t describe how bad the garlic bread was. I could have used it as a frisbee or perhaps to tile my bathroom. I just saw the texture and didn’t even attempt to eat it as I would have probably broken a tooth. Everything was freeing cold and the pizza topping was minimal. My best advise....really don’t order from here as you may as well just set light to a couple of tenners.

I ordered a 14 inch meal deal , a 14 inch garlic bread with cheese , 12 onion rings and 2 large portions of chips on Saturday 25th May for collection , I paid £18-45 for the order , when we got home we found that the Pizza and the Garlic bread with cheese were so thin with hardly any toppings that it was almost like eating cardboard could not eat much and threw them away , we ended up having just the chips with some bread and butter , all in all it was an expensive and very poor experience . I use Frankies a lot but this has now put me off .

Had not been to this takeaway before and won't be going again. Ordered one of their chicken meal deals. The chicken was cold and inedible and the chips were far too salty for me so all in all I wasted 20 quid for 2 meals.

Don't get me wrong, until I had a bad experience I would have sung it's praises, however, after biting into a pizza and breaking my tooth on a rusty screw driver bit (off an electric screw driver) and suffering several months of expensive, painful dentist treatments followed by 2 abscesses on the tooth, followed by a tooth extraction and then being hospitalised due to an infection in my blood caused by the abscess, I feel that I am justified in saying that I will be avoiding Frankies. My family still buy food from Frankies and have never had a complaint ( I feel they shouldn't but then again it's their choice)

When I went into Frankies, All the food for deliveries are on top of the counter waiting for the driver to collect them. I was in there for over half hour while eating my food and the food was on the counter all this time. Its ok to call in and get food but I would not risk feeding the dog with it if its a delivery. The staff are very rude and can not speak very good English. This takeaway is rated a hygiene 1 star and has been for some time. So from the hygiene rating I would not serve even my dog now.

I'm from out of town just visiting relatives and I called to order some food from frankies the man who phone was extremely, rude huffing and puffing and becoming very annoyed because I didn't know the menu, this man needs to learn some manners, professional and customer service. Don't bother ordering how disgusting his attitude was.

I ordered a takeaway from here from my place of work, I put the address of work and the name of the company aswell so they could find me. I waited half hour after the time they said they would arrive before ringing to ask where my food was only for the 'man' to tell me he had rang me several times to tell me they couldn't find my address, I tried to tell him that I hadn't received any missed calls only for him to cut me off by calling me every vile name that any person, especially a woman, can be called. I told them to just deliver the food and stop being so vulgar, they turned up ten minutes later (without me indicating further to them where I actually was proving they knew the address in the first place). The food was freezing and by freezing I mean they may aswell have not bothered cooking it, it was completely inedible not that I attempted to eat it as it was floating in a discoloured liquid, I'll let you make your own mind up what the liquid might have been but I know what it looked like to me. The people that work there are disgusting both in manners and in cleanliness so if you want a takeaway and you want it cheap then by all means go here but be prepared to call in sick the next day.

Frankie’s, where do I start? It’s been through an immigration nightmare, it’s constantly receiving negative reviews on JustEat. Times I have been in there (always intoxicated) the staff have been lacklustre in their cooking and hygiene. Once even trying to give a friend a returned meal that was returned in front of us. The pizza is constantly undercooked, the quality of meat is the lowest of low. Of course, no-one goes to Frankie’s to get something that is 5* as the price won’t add up for that, however it would be nice to eat something edible that doesn’t make you ill the next day.

Placed an order on just eat. Food didnt arrive. Refused to refund. Verbally hostile and abusive when I called to query why they wouldn't refund, had the audacity to shout down the phone at me! No apology.

After giving this place a second chance I was again let down after the first time being told I’m lying due to me missing a chicken burger and this time well .... i ordered said meal at 19:25 ish and received this meal at 20:50 after I was informed that my meal would arrive at 20:15 I ordered 1 chicken burger meal and a portion of 12 popcorn chicken my chips were a little cold but I expected this due to the drive from the takeaway shop my chicken burger was pale and lettuce yellow and wilted this must have been sat keeping warm for some time, now this part makes me chuckle my 12 popcorn chicken turns out to be 9 but it’s in a box that “12 popcorn” has been wrote on the top, but enough about the food I’m not being petty and normally would have gave a tip but my order total was £9.48 the delivery driver gave me my food and said “That’s £9.50” now if he didn’t have any change I would understand but a simple “sorry mate I don’t have the 2 is that okay” would have done me, I will avoid this and happily drive to hindley for a Freddie’s fried chicken instead this is a much BETTER franchise than frankies in Ashton and they have the exact same menu

He pedido para llevar desde aquí en tres ocasiones y en las tres veces la entrega ha tomado mucho más tiempo de lo que decía que iba y la comida ha sido tibia a la llegada. La última vez que pedimos, el conductor se olvidó de darnos nuestra pizza y había conducido antes nos dimos cuenta.

En el lado opuesto de la calle a KFC y Gérard unos 50 metros Frankies es una experiencia superior a la cadena High street. Además de Southern Fried Chicken Frankies también ofrece pizzas y hamburguesas. Las patatas fritas con sal de chili son deliciosos. El único inconveniente es que no se puede pagar con tarjeta de crédito/débito, a menos que un pedido en línea a través de comer solo.

We use frankies once a week and it is usually quite good but they do make the odd mistake and are reluctant to put right when doing so almost as if they dont believe you.

Ignore the negative reviews. Probably KFC management. Food so superior to the franchise across the road. Fresh, crispy and tastes of chicken. Whereas KFC always seems soggy. Pizzas here are delicious too. Meal deals are amazing value for money.

Hi everyone we ordered tonight through just eat and after waiting 50 minutes which by the way I really don't mind the wait as long as my family's food is correct hot and fresh in total we ordered a wrap meal, a supreme filet burger meal and a mini mega meal, we live approximately 5 minutes from this branch and after working for a fast food chain before I can say that the fries were very substandard and we was missing the supreme filet burger meal we then called the restaurant and they told us we was lying but after a short debate they agreed to send us a replacement out another 50 minutes past and a knock on the door the fries were substandard again but we did have a complete order I would recommend going into the restaurant to order after reading the reviews that's how you get fresh food and an accurate order but never would I order here again Freddie's chicken and pizza in hindley green 100% better as I used to live in ince

We ordered pizza, chips and from here they said it would arrive at 8.10 it came at 8.50 the food was freezing and the chips and onion rings went straight in the bin, we rang to tell them and they said what do you expect when we live so far away. We are in haydock that is a 5 min drive away he then put the phone down on us never again.

Ordered via Hungry House. For the price, the food was nothing more than a low average, fries were dry and it wasn't that nice. For a few pounds more, I could have had the same from KFC and been assured of quality.

Esta temporada Frankies han proporcionado newton le club de cricket de sauces llorones tercer equipo con algún cuiseine primera clase después del partido. La oferta especial de tanta Warbys de pollo, cordero patatas fritas, dos hamburguesas un filete y pizza ha sido la dieta básica del club esta temporada. Nuestro West Indian Jono ha ido a casa hablando nada pero, ¿por qué no hay un Frankies en Trinidad, una clara diferencia en el mercado. A decir Frankies es el mejor para la cocina en Ashton es insuficiente. Si quiere que sus hijos a crecer como campeones de la liga mantuvo invicto entonces asegúrate de partido de puesto de Frankies. La comida de los campeones.
