McDonald's in Wigan

Not once have we been here and not been asked to park up and wait for food. We order a double cheeseburger meal and a nugget happy meal, no alterations so why? Never serve customers in order at drive through, never have milkshakes service is shocking. Use the one at asda!

Just got back from holiday and desperate for something to eat and there is only two members of staff working and they are only serving chicken as all the grills are off! No point in being 24 hours!

Typical Maccies but food quality is better and the customer service team are great. I accidentally spilled my latte and they gave me a replacement without asking. Lovely staff.

Incredibly slowwwwww drive-thru. Not real food. If you’re wondering why you weigh the same as a large animal, it’s your eating habits. I’d stay clear!

Whenever I order from this McDonald’s there is always something missing! It’s ridiculous now. I’ve had to report missing items so many times on uber eats they don’t even take the reports now because they think it’s a scam. Today for instance, not only was some things missing, the food was cold af and burnt!

What’s the point in having milkshake on your menu? When they are never available? Piss poor place False advertisement

System update every time I come yet they'll serve the delivery deivers during this update.

Was refused at 11.55pm. Was told that they had stopped taking orders. I was on my way back from the hospital to pick some food up for the family after a very stressful day. Very disappointed.

BAD NO FOOD DELIVERED a drink I did not order MCDONALDS on the phone blamed said man left my order. Unable to re send. I AM DISABLED and you often get things wrong!

All my fries were missing and cheese was on all burgers when we said no cheese

We received the wrong order. Waited for more than 30 minutes to get wrong order and when rang we got told they can't do anything about it. It was my first order and it will be last!

My order was held for 51 min before it was prepared, almost 24 min to prepare (fast food?) Delivery thankfully was quick

This place is an absolute waste of time. Why do you guys never pay attention to customisations. Why offer the option if staff are going to be too lazy to read and follow through. Also, delivery times are not accurate.

Awful from start to finish. Food comes over an hour after it originally stated. I rang the restaurant after the first 45 minutes and they stated they didn’t even have the order. It then showed up about an hour later and all freezing this inedible. £30 and nothing was eaten, brilliant Saturday evening,not.

Mcdonalds are what they are, this is one of the better ones. Prompt service and hot fresh food. The downstairs dining area was busy, but there was plenty of seating upstairs, which was clean and tidy. The condiment stations were organised too, which is a rarity nowadays. Overall a pleasant experience.

Queues are unreal no matter which restaurant you go to. Staff concentrate more on drive through. Customers in restaurant have to wait as a result.

Honestly, they never fail to mess your order up. Missing 2 items along side only 1 burger when you order a double? I swear they just guess what you want. Sort your management out because they haven't got a clue how to train staff.

Estimated time changed frequently despite the courier being at the restaurant. The food wasn’t even lukewarm warm when it arrived. Very disappointing wort this order sorry.

Waited 2 hours whilst the delivery driver waited outside the restaurant clearly for more orders, for my food to turn up stone cold, the McFlurry was all melted. That had the foood Didn’t get touched and I drove myself to McDonalds for the same order

didn't send me my double quater pounder with cheese and also took 2 hours t9 get my food buster declined refund request for the quater pounder.

Ordered 26 nuggets and should have received 8dips, two of which I paid for. only received 5. Ordered a strawberry milkshake and received a chocolate milkshake, which I don't like so could not drink. Always the same. Shortages and wrong items. The staff at this McDonald's do not seem to be able to get even the basic things correct.

Don’t even bother- not 24 hours at all, 3 separate occasions tried to go after work (around 11:30pm-1am) and closed due to a system update, not sure why a system update effects a grill or fryer or how hard it would be to turn the app off or put a cone out

Only 3 cars at the drivethrough and still made us pull up and wait 15 minutes (its in the name, drive through). The girl then came out and we watched her walk all the way around the car park twice before spotting us. When we arrived home and opened the bag, the double quarter pounder had been put in a ripped box akd subsequently was at the bottom of the bag, unwrapped and chips had been placed upside down? What is the point in the 7-8 person team in that kitchen if you cannot pack something right.
