McDonald's in Wigan

This is the worst mcdonalds I've been too. Its not 24 hour they close at 12 o'clock for an hour

Good atmosphere, and really clean. Kids love it!

Queues are unreal no matter which restaurant you go to. Staff concentrate more on drive through. Customers in restaurant have to wait as a result.

Honestly, they never fail to mess your order up. Missing 2 items along side only 1 burger when you order a double? I swear they just guess what you want. Sort your management out because they haven't got a clue how to train staff.

This is not a 24 hour McDonald’s I go there in the middle of the night and because they can’t be arsed doing any work they say they are doing a service update

The Fizzy Drinks Are Absolutely Horrible They Don’t Go Fizzy Like They Normally Do!

Don’t even bother- not 24 hours at all, 3 separate occasions tried to go after work (around 11:30pm-1am) and closed due to a system update, not sure why a system update effects a grill or fryer or how hard it would be to turn the app off or put a cone out

Would come more often but unfortunately there's always a beggar sat in the drive thru

Only 3 cars at the drivethrough and still made us pull up and wait 15 minutes (its in the name, drive through). The girl then came out and we watched her walk all the way around the car park twice before spotting us. When we arrived home and opened the bag, the double quarter pounder had been put in a ripped box akd subsequently was at the bottom of the bag, unwrapped and chips had been placed upside down? What is the point in the 7-8 person team in that kitchen if you cannot pack something right.

The food was all cold, the drinks were missing as well as the dips to go with the nuggets, delivery driver didn’t care very unhappy

Food was delivered 2 hours after ordering. Ticket printed showed food was packed 1hour 40 minutes before delivery. Stone cold and inedible

On one of the double quarter pounder burgers it had bits of lettuce on it, like it was half quater pounder half big mac. Napkins and straws all soaked through with coke from our drinks so my daughter had half of her drink left from her happy meal. The delivery driver rang the doorbell then within less than 5 seconds clattered the letter box not giving me time to get to the door so it woke my baby up who was down having a nap.

Too long to deliver - 45 minutes - all food cold. McSpicy had no cheese which I requested and paid for, the McPlant has no pickles, tomatoes or cheese at all, apple pies cold, ordered 4 dips - none received, no straws for drinks! Shocking!

Very bad service as every single time when we used drive through we were asked to parked to collect the food. Waiting time always over 30mins just for a cheese burger and medium fries.

Thing is with Maccies they look great on the advertising pictures but when you open you triple cheese burger I'm sure someone has either stepped on it or used it as a door wedge. Looked horrendous.

Missed items a few times. Wait times can be ridiculous. Staff interaction is more rude than not. Only drive thru branch in the area otherwise I’d boycott completely considering there’s 2 more branches in close proximity but when you got a baby it’s a little better for the convenience.

Ordered a 6 nugget meal only got 4 nuggets pale and cold chips the coke wasn’t drinkable was a horrible taste like the gas had gone. Ordered carrot sticks and they didn’t arrive.

got the completely wrong drink didn’t get any of the sauces had to wait for the order to be prepared for 30 minutes and it still managed to be cold as in chips might aswell have been frozen and chicken nuggets might aswell have been re microwaved and left in the open to go cold

Missing full meals, arrived only drinks, pancakes and 1 breakfast roll. £30 worth of food and half the order was missing. This is not the 1st time this has happened. Either items are missing or the order doesnt turn up.

Driver was rude. Couldnt find our address as for some reason the number was deleted off but rather than ring was messaging through just eat. Then give my partner attitude. Food was cold and and wet as the drinks cup had become so soggy!

Absolutely shocking service from both this restaurant and Just Eat. Why give the option to have burgers plain with no onions if they are just going to be sent full of onions anyway. Just Eat will not give any refund depite picture evidence

Ordered my usual McCrispy but this was not a McCrispy patty, this was burning my mouth out ( was definitely a McSpicy Patty ) so dangerous for some people. Hot chocolate was just water with tiny bit of chocolate ( crazy, top up your machine please )

Driver sat across the road for 15 minutes and was very rude when he finally delivered. He asked for the code which I gave him, then was annoyed when I asked him not to leave till I checked the order. Food was barely warm but not the restaurants fault.

Good food, drive through can be slow

we ordered 2 grimace shakes but for the first time to try them and ended up just getting 2 banana milkshakes instead witch is rather disappointing

I had such a pleasant experience in this branch, which is rare for a McDonald’s. The food was lovely, hot and fresh - we did have to wait a bit but you don’t mind when it’s good. All staff I came across were lovely and friendly, seemed to be a lovely environment. Cleanest McDonald’s I’ve have seen in a long time.

Do not visit this mcdonalds Terrible service Went through the drive through for my order and asked to park in a bay and wait for my order 30mins later I had to go in the store and ask for my food was told they had been waiting for double cheese burgers my food and drinks were cold and I had disappointed children. Amazing I counted 9 dileveroo drivers all leaving with orders whilst I was waiting. Draw your own conclusions but I will never use this store again Run and managed by children

Ordered a muffin meal to eat in and waited over 20 minutes for it ...no table service so had to stand there waiting.. woman serving was shuffling around on crutches and obviously couldn't cope... there were about 15 of us all waiting for food and all complaining.. One of the worst mcdonalds I have ever been !!! Avoid !!!
