Dirty place and awful food. McDonald is going worse and worse everyday.

Food cold , had a tea with my meal and the top was not on properly, when I went to move the cup it dropped everywhere, lucky my grandson moved quickly or he would have been scolded.

It's McDonald's... what do you expect 🤣 highly recommend the chilli cheese burgers! It's a shame they don't keep some of the limited milkshakes. The blueberry milkshake was delicious and, by far, the best one!

Forgot chicken nuggets. Service is usually good, albeit always forget chicken nuggets sauce. This time forgot nuggets too…

Quarter pounder was cold, I requested no pickles, and extra onion, there was one tiny slice of onion. It looked like the pickles had been scraped off, I’d requested no pickle so I got a freshly made burger, so I had a chance of it being warm. The fries were cold and tasted like cardboard. Delivery great.

Just been in McD's and as soon as you walk in ure eyes start to hurt with the burning smell. Everyone oblivious of how bad it is on the shop floor so went to the toilet and my ears were bursting by the volume of the music. Very poor management. BTW this was 5am.

This is the worst McDonald’s I have been to so far. The food quality is a joke. We ordered two cups of hot chocolate and they are tasteless and so as the Flat White. The Sausage and Egg McMuffin where the piece of sausage was being folded. We thought everything including tastes should be standardized everywhere but it is actually not. I will not go to this one any more.

The order took over an hour to arrived ridiculous!!!!

The order was simple, a Quarter pound with cheese meal and a Big Mac meal. We received 2 Big Mac meals (my wife hates Big Macs). You did remember the sauces on the (only) plus side!

Went this afternoon chips were awful like they had been sat there for a week. Atmosphere was horrible staff could do with customer service training.

Good service on delivery and quality. But they have not delivered sauce with chicken nuggets for the past three orders. To the point is there an incentive not to deliver this? Seems to be a repeat issue.

Delivery time changed 3 times. Food and drinks were nearly cold and I didn’t receive all the order. All 4 hash browns were missing.

Today I placed an order an hour ago, I'm still waiting for the delivery, when I call them they hang up, there is still some problem with them, not to mention the crew who moves as if they were there as a punishment, we will probably get cold fries again, etc. I think it's time to wean myself off.

Not too bad at all however can issue with kids hanging around inside and outside.

Food arrived on time, packed perfectly, but was cold.

Drive thru at 11.30 pm nobody waiting . I ordered 4 items when I got home 3 items in the bag. This is the fifth visit they have messed my order up. The service is a complete shambles! Is it really too difficult to put 4 items in a bag?

Llegando tarde, mi esposa y yo decidimos recoger una comida para llevar de camino a casa desde aquí. Pedido en la aplicación, la comida servida y todo parecía bien. Llegué a casa con mucha hambre, abrí el envase de nuestra comida para encontrar comida que parecía que había sido ensamblada por un niño de 2 años. El filete de pescado de mi esposa parecía que había sido atropellado, la rebanada de queso estaba a un lado del bollo. Mi hamburguesa de queso parecía que había estado en una secadora. Queso, hamburguesa, bollo, por todas partes. Tenga en cuenta que estos se habían mantenido erguidos todo el camino a casa. Muy enfadados, intentamos volver a montar dicha comida ya que teníamos hambre. La única parte de la comida que estaba bien era los 6 nuggets de pollo, ya que estaban en una caja por su cuenta. Enfadado por lo que recibimos, decidí llamar y hablar con el gerente de turno. Me preguntaron, “¿hemos revisado la comida antes de irnos?” (¿Para qué?). Si hubiéramos comido la comida, “no puede haber sido tan malo si la has comido”. También “si has comido la comida no hay nada que podamos hacer”. Deberíamos haber vuelto al coche y llevar la comida de vuelta para ser reemplazado. Mc Donald’s no va a quebrar pronto sin mi costumbre (solo va cada luna azul), pero hará un punto de NUNCA volver aquí de nuevo. Mala calidad de la comida, mala actitud al llamar para quejarse, lo siento, pero sobreprecio basura.

Quick pick up experience and the food was OK

They actually remembered our sauces this time, but we ordered a hot chocolate and a strawberry milkshake. We received 2 strawberry milkshakes!

All drinks spilled, driver had to return first time because he had spilled drinks, came back and all leaked in back and bag split as he gave me the bag which has got coffee all over house and kitchen once! Not happy one bit I want the drinks refunded

Second time in a row Ive ordered nuggets/selects sharer and none of the dips have been sent, seriously, they suck without the dips you monsters.

Ordered a big Mac no pickles extra bacon and extra sauce. Received a plain double big Mac burger with extra cheese. Not what I ordered paid extra for the bacon too

My driver went to the wrong place. Instead of reading the delivery correctly he saw ‘laburnum’ and PRESSUMED laburnum road in Lowton. This was wrong and although I messaged him numerous times as I was sat watching him sat outside on the map of the wrong house he never replied and in turn my food turned up LATE and freezing. Really unsatisfied

we thought after the the time before we would would would give McDonald's another chance but we we wrong,NEVER again. The chips were cold and ?? we would be be willing to pay extra for a plastic airtight dish to keep your food hot for travelling purposes. Casi seguro que los peores Maccies del Reino Unido, incluso el frente del personal de la casa parecen avergonzados del accidente de coche que tienen que cubrir . . por dónde empezar ? comida, algo siempre estará frío, patatas fritas, hamburguesa, café o caliente , como su coca, ya que no hay hielo y la máquina está funcionando sin agua corriente. Esto es asumiendo que realmente hayas obtenido lo que pediste en primer lugar, así que revisa tu bolsa (o taza) antes de irte. El personal que ensambla las hamburguesas parece haber sido entrenado por la misma gente que produjo la casa de diversión de palm sharps, nada está centrado, la salsa se mantiene y luego la comida se lanza a velocidad hacia la lámpara "caliente" con suficiente energía para deconstruir su hamburguesa para usted. Trabajo de noche, y este es el único lugar donde puedo conseguir algo parecido a comida con estacionamiento para un camión en la zona, e incluso entonces trato de evitarlo, teniendo en cuenta que viajo por todo el país, esta es la peor maccia en la que he estado, incluso incluyendo áreas de servicio de autopistas

Got a large coke instead of a large banana milkshake, the fries were undercooked and cold and the burger had onions and pickle in which I requested be left out

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever had the misfortune to give my custom to, if it wasn't the only place for miles with parking that you can get something resembling food, I'd pass. This place has a nasty habit of closing at night for "maintainance" then keep letting you order on the app or for delivery but when you can't get the food you paid for it's a YOU problem and good luck getting your money back if you paid on the app. The food is invariably cold, I have stood for 15 minutes watching my food just sitting under the lamp whilst the staff and management faff around and gossip, once, I was served a burger that had been sat there for 2 hours. The burger assemblers seem to find it impossible to centre the constituent parts so everything comes out like it's just been in a crash with sauce all over the bun. The only saving grace are the front of house staff who are busy as bees cleaning up after the local youth have trashed the place and dealing with customers mucked up orders.

Absolutamente pésimo servicio. El pedido estaba completamente equivocado, y solo retiraron una parte del pedido, de modo que el resto del pedido estaba frío cuando finalmente fue reemplazado. Missing full meal off a small order

Went on 06/01/25, there were rats. Not just 1 or 2 but at least 6 from what I saw. Not only were there rats but they got my order wrong; there were pickles and onions on my burger (which I had asked to be removed), no extra cheese or bacon (which I paid extra for), and the Coke Zero was flat, lukewarm warm and had no ice.
