I didn't get what I ordered. You said I'd receive a refund after sending proof of the wrong order but I didn't receive anything!

I am missing a quarter pounder cheese burger

Food was cold chips was to salty burgers was cold

my driver was nice and the meal came exactly as I ordered with every modification

ordered 6x bbq and 6x curry dips but only the bbq arrived. 6 dips for 60 nuggets is not enough and not what we ordered

Asked for extra pickle which was just thrown in the box, so much Big Mac sauce that I couldn’t eat the bun and the chips were cold and like cardboard

X2 Pancakes mead turned up with no sausage, syrup and orange juice and no mc muffin. Absolutely outrageous!

9 times out of 10, will get your order wrong... food us usually cold

delivery guy was lovely but the orders wrong missed off one of the large fries and gave us 2 vanilla milkshakes instead of vanilla and 1 chocolate. had to half the fries for the kids. feels like a waste of money when its supposed to be their friday evening tea.

Every time I order it’s late and it’s freezing cold. Ask for a refund and never get it either so I’m just stuck with freezing cold food. Waste of time and money.

Hot chocolate was so weak and watery and un drinkable and although I ordered 5 bbq sauce, (3 with order and purchased 2 x £0.10) I received NONE and this is far from the first time this has happened.

Omg I live near a mcds and the food is horrid and cold, decided to give this place ago has its down the road, omg food hot, I haven't had hot mcds in years and I really enjoyed it! Staff were ok! Food nice and hot loverly

Four sauces, we should have got with our meal. None at all delivered. This is a consistent stance of Stonecross not delivering sauces. Having one in 4 meals delivered with none. Despite whatever incentive there must be to exclude, I’m fed up with it. Now looking at alternatives give two - three years faithful repeat business.

Food cold , had a tea with my meal and the top was not on properly, when I went to move the cup it dropped everywhere, lucky my grandson moved quickly or he would have been scolded.

Dirty place and awful food. McDonald is going worse and worse everyday.

Excellent Delivery on time, gotta be HONEST thoe the food was COLDER than cold, just needed a min or 2 in microwave. To finish on a positive ide DEFiNATLY use "JUST MiCROWAVE & EAT" AGAiN. With MANY thanks thanks thanks thanks thanks thanks thanks thanks thanks thanks thanks thanks etc etc etc.. .

It's McDonald's... what do you expect 🤣 highly recommend the chilli cheese burgers! It's a shame they don't keep some of the limited milkshakes. The blueberry milkshake was delicious and, by far, the best one!

Just been in McD's and as soon as you walk in ure eyes start to hurt with the burning smell. Everyone oblivious of how bad it is on the shop floor so went to the toilet and my ears were bursting by the volume of the music. Very poor management. BTW this was 5am.

This is the worst McDonald’s I have been to so far. The food quality is a joke. We ordered two cups of hot chocolate and they are tasteless and so as the Flat White. The Sausage and Egg McMuffin where the piece of sausage was being folded. We thought everything including tastes should be standardized everywhere but it is actually not. I will not go to this one any more.

I had nothing on my burger at all nkt happy at all

Quarter pounder was cold, I requested no pickles, and extra onion, there was one tiny slice of onion. It looked like the pickles had been scraped off, I’d requested no pickle so I got a freshly made burger, so I had a chance of it being warm. The fries were cold and tasted like cardboard. Delivery great.

Never get the sauces you order though

The order was simple, a Quarter pound with cheese meal and a Big Mac meal. We received 2 Big Mac meals (my wife hates Big Macs). You did remember the sauces on the (only) plus side!

Went this afternoon chips were awful like they had been sat there for a week. Atmosphere was horrible staff could do with customer service training.

Good service on delivery and quality. But they have not delivered sauce with chicken nuggets for the past three orders. To the point is there an incentive not to deliver this? Seems to be a repeat issue.

Delivery time changed 3 times. Food and drinks were nearly cold and I didn’t receive all the order. All 4 hash browns were missing.

Today I placed an order an hour ago, I'm still waiting for the delivery, when I call them they hang up, there is still some problem with them, not to mention the crew who moves as if they were there as a punishment, we will probably get cold fries again, etc. I think it's time to wean myself off.

Drive thru at 11.30 pm nobody waiting . I ordered 4 items when I got home 3 items in the bag. This is the fifth visit they have messed my order up. The service is a complete shambles! Is it really too difficult to put 4 items in a bag?

Llegando tarde, mi esposa y yo decidimos recoger una comida para llevar de camino a casa desde aquí. Pedido en la aplicación, la comida servida y todo parecía bien. Llegué a casa con mucha hambre, abrí el envase de nuestra comida para encontrar comida que parecía que había sido ensamblada por un niño de 2 años. El filete de pescado de mi esposa parecía que había sido atropellado, la rebanada de queso estaba a un lado del bollo. Mi hamburguesa de queso parecía que había estado en una secadora. Queso, hamburguesa, bollo, por todas partes. Tenga en cuenta que estos se habían mantenido erguidos todo el camino a casa. Muy enfadados, intentamos volver a montar dicha comida ya que teníamos hambre. La única parte de la comida que estaba bien era los 6 nuggets de pollo, ya que estaban en una caja por su cuenta. Enfadado por lo que recibimos, decidí llamar y hablar con el gerente de turno. Me preguntaron, “¿hemos revisado la comida antes de irnos?” (¿Para qué?). Si hubiéramos comido la comida, “no puede haber sido tan malo si la has comido”. También “si has comido la comida no hay nada que podamos hacer”. Deberíamos haber vuelto al coche y llevar la comida de vuelta para ser reemplazado. Mc Donald’s no va a quebrar pronto sin mi costumbre (solo va cada luna azul), pero hará un punto de NUNCA volver aquí de nuevo. Mala calidad de la comida, mala actitud al llamar para quejarse, lo siento, pero sobreprecio basura.

All drinks spilled, driver had to return first time because he had spilled drinks, came back and all leaked in back and bag split as he gave me the bag which has got coffee all over house and kitchen once! Not happy one bit I want the drinks refunded

Quick pick up experience and the food was OK

They actually remembered our sauces this time, but we ordered a hot chocolate and a strawberry milkshake. We received 2 strawberry milkshakes!

Second time in a row Ive ordered nuggets/selects sharer and none of the dips have been sent, seriously, they suck without the dips you monsters.

Ordered a big Mac no pickles extra bacon and extra sauce. Received a plain double big Mac burger with extra cheese. Not what I ordered paid extra for the bacon too

What kind of a monster sends 9 mcnuggets out and doesnt put the dips in the bag?

My driver went to the wrong place. Instead of reading the delivery correctly he saw ‘laburnum’ and PRESSUMED laburnum road in Lowton. This was wrong and although I messaged him numerous times as I was sat watching him sat outside on the map of the wrong house he never replied and in turn my food turned up LATE and freezing. Really unsatisfied

No sauce with three lots of six chicken nuggets…🤷‍♂️

we thought after the the time before we would would would give McDonald's another chance but we we wrong,NEVER again. The chips were cold and ?? we would be be willing to pay extra for a plastic airtight dish to keep your food hot for travelling purposes. The burgers were just edible, everything I bought to cover the delivery charge. I will NEVER use McDonald's again

I asked for a triple cheeseburger and received a double cheeseburger and it was freezing!
