Mcdonalds Restaurants in Great Yarmouth

Empty restaurant and 2 cars in drive thru but still took 20minutes to get my food from counter (shocking service considering its supposed to be a fast food restaurant) got home to cold fries lukewarm coffee and burger that looked as if it had been run over won't be using these again, no staff attending the counter or even checking customer to make sure everything is fine, in my opinion the customer service is appalling and looks like no training has been given in that area or in the preparation areas either just so shocked at the level of service for such a supposed highly regarded franchised company

Absolutely fuming Nearly 2 hours for delivery Stone cold food and melted ice cream Drink was watery due to the ice melting

So useless it’s unreal, 1 cup of tea, 1 cup of tea and im waiting over 20 mins 5 customers served after me and nothing! When i asked the boy behind the counter he knew nothing about it, no apology for taking so long he asked someone else to sort it, i got angry and stormed out not even after a refund!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME IN THERE!!!! 😡😡😡

If wanting a mcdonalds in great yarmouth your better off using the one in town as parking charges stopped for 12 mins and received a parking fine spoke with franchisee about this matter and he said couldn't be over turned due to me not getting out of my car just want to warn others of this matter as a cheap meal so you think can become an expensive mistake

Ordering through Just eat and lost count of the missing items we have had, how on earth they can print an item on the receipt but not put it in the bad I don't know. Its not the first time this has happened out of the last 20 orders they have got 2 correct one if those I only had a burger so hard to mess up. This happens even instore. Getting to a point where were wonduring if they are trying to save a few quid well more then a few our order today is missing is over £5. We go to the one at Asda if we are out even driving past gapton to get to it never had an order wrong at the Asda one.

Appalling Management, absolutely disgusting how I was spoke to, was told it’s a new policy to go through just eat for a complaint when I went to the restaurant and ordered there! Then was told by the manager, apparently” Im not here to be shouted at and abused, good bye”! I only said “You forgot the cheese on the burger and have you got a more professional manager that is an adult” and that’s the reaction I got! clearly a jumped up little boy that has no customer service skills. Avoid this restaurant as they never want rectify any mistakes and food is always cold. Go a mile up the road to Asda one!

We were so impressed by the picture of the mighty breakfast roll. Sadly on ordering two of the so called mighty breakfasts one lacked an egg. Not quite so mighty. Must have been checked before packing. Not good enough Mc Donald's that's two disappointments lately. We love our McDonalds but must say I have been disappointed lately.

Items missing, order wrong, not quite sure what’s going on with this place. Never used to be so bad. Lost count how many times ive had to go back to the counter to get things changed. If it wasn’t for my boy I wouldn’t come here anymore.

Visited today as usual the drive through was SLOW, very slow. When I get to the window the staff were all swearing about I’m assuming the Manager Ryan, who apparently told them all to go f**k themselves. Don’t appreciate the use of bad language while waiting for my food thank goodness didn’t have the kids with me. The food wasn’t much better than the language coming from the kitchen. Cold soggy chips, cold Not so grand mac hard over cooked cheese bites and very warm coke TBH it was disgusting. As usual they never gave me sauce for my cheese bites I had to ask AGAIN as I had to earlier in the day when I came to get the kids there nugget meals. The kitchen looked unorganised, staff more interested in what Ryan had said. Overall Food bad staff bad experience bad

Ordered through just eat, have left review on there but it only keeps the star rating and does not show the writing about finding lots of dark hairs in the mcflurrys. This is disgusting and I will be reporting to environmental health, you filthy gits

Came in for a tea and coffee, coffee is always on the ball at a mcdonalds better than most coffee places.

Me and my grandchildren used the drive through,ordered meal for myself and my grandchildren.The children being fussy wanted burger with cheese and plain bun no dressing.Arrived home in Caister and dismayed to see the buns had dressing in .Rang McDonald’s a lovely young man called Tom ,was very kind and said if I was ok about driving back he would repeat the whole order for me.My husband drove back to pick it up and said he was very kind and he was a gentleman.Good customer service at its best Thank you Tom!

Used the drive thew and ordered the same order I always have. The first time in 4 attempts they got my order right but got told I can’t have extra sauce due to health and safety. More like they couldn’t be bothered. Management hid behind window staff. Burgers were thrown together and fries were practically stone cold. Would t bother using there again. Rather go to the KFC drive threw down the road.

I ordered a chicken sandwich on 2 Jan and have been suffering with awful food poisoning symptoms since. It’s not the first time that this has happened and definitely will not be eating here again.

Just been to the drive through and firstly was given the incorrect flavour thick shake. Luckily I realised and had to park and go inside the restaurant to change it, which they did very promptly. Then when we got home and was dishing up I realised we only had 16 chicken nuggets instead of 20. Obviously I didn’t bother driving back to say as the rest of our meal would have been cold. Very disappointing.

I ordered and paid online from a less than simple menu - so arrive at the drive thru to pick the food up - was greeted by a rude person at the order point .. who eventually decided to take the order number - waited 6 minutes to get to the food pick up - girl at the window had put the food into such a small bag could not check I had all of the order ? So asked her if she was sure I had - which she said I had .. Got home food not even warm and yes!! Items missing .. Decided to call them and complain and the person who answered said she empathised with me 🤷‍♀️ awful service awful staff attitude and awful food - save your money - unless you want ice cream …..

As you would expect from a McDonald’s with standard of food and prices. Service was a bit slow. Plenty of seating available

I visited this McDonald’s just before my night shift and was surprised to find that it was extremely busy. Despite this, my food was very swiftly served and the staff were very nice. Overall a good pre-shift meal that was thoroughly enjoyed!

Fast fresh food served by friendly efficient staff in a clean and pleasant environment. Definitely one of the better McDonald establishments.

This one is no different really than all the others but it does have some very efficient staff unlike the ones in Norwich city centre which is awful - I always feel like it is dirty. This one is very quick and staff friendly.
