Do not provide butter for burgers small chips hardly worth £1.00 only gave me french fries small as McDonald's chips at 99p what a ripp off over priced extra cheese but good enough to provide free onions I would not recommend you can get a better deal at Newport hemsby these prices are over priced and they clearly do not care as they do not even buy butter as standard and no tomato ketchup I will be specking to trading standards for not providing butter in my burger how much do you charge yet can't afford to buy butter for loyal customers who wants to buy a burger without butter had to ask twice for onions because they forgot and only had brown source very poor service.

Although still very warm and yummy I prefer the doughnuts from Great Yarmouth. Given fresh sugared doughnuts in a bag with napkins (because let’s face it they are messy) would buy again if we’re spending an evening in Hemsby for a sweet snack! The he lady was lovely and friendly at the stall 😁

Very helpful and friendly staff. They let us check and look at donut ingredients without hesitation. The oasis on the other hand got funny and refused to show us!

Nice food, reasonably priced. Loved the ice cream and staff we perfectly friendly to us. Minimum £5 order required for card payment but if you want to pay cash its easy enough to pop in to the arcades and grab a tenner in £ coins

Daughter went to buy waffle sundae. Very disappointed on two counts Firstly the waffle was rock hard, but secondly, after handing over a £5 note, she wasn't given her change or called back to give her change when the price advertised said £4

Staff are a bit rude but food was decent

Very rude, name Sarah on receipt, not sure of was who served me but very greedy, high-priced extra for everything, even a tissue AVIOD !!! It's cheaper elsewhere

Visited here a couple of times during our holiday. It is easily the best for a quick meal with actual quality food. Great prices and great customer service. You will see the youngest absolutely loving her foot long hotdog. I also had the foot long hot dog later in the week and it's perfect !! Limited on seating and a very popular place. So expect a little queue.

Great stall for burgers and especially the ice cream with waffles. Good service & available when needed.

August 2022 - We bought 3 ice creams here. Flavours were absolutely lovely. The woman who served us got one of the ice cream flavours wrong and when my partner said it was wrong but he'd have it, she said quite huffy that she'd make us another. He said no it's fine he'd enjoy it either way, she seemed really off with us. Not our fault she got it wrong. What happened to service with a smile? Beside this, the ice cream is lovely and the price seemed good.

Best burgers and donuts in town. We were blown away.

Staff were rude, unhelpful and look like they would rather be anywhere except there! Serious customer service training needed, won’t be returning any time soon. They want people to be nice to their staff! What a joke, they ought to try being nice to the customers that would help!

The food is nice and the ice cream is good. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, one lady was quite rude for no apparent reason 🤷🏻‍♀️ prices aren't to bad either.

Had 2 footlong hot dogs in baguettes and a smaller hot dog. Very nice food and very friendly staff.

We are and often visitors to the Food Palace for a coffee, burger or chips. Sarah and Jess are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble and the food is very good.

Had cheeseburger, cheesy chips and a cup of tea.. hot tasty food and generous portions, tea was nice and hot. Staff were lovely and friendly. There is seating .

We have to have a burger or cheese dog most nights followed by a coffee the staff are great I can not eat onions so they do me a sausage dog seperate to the grill .that’s truly looking after you

Went for two ice creams, no gloves worn when handling the food. Thought the cones sat at the front were just for display, turns out they just sit there in front of all the customers until someone orders an ice cream - should be stored away. Hygiene standards not great during the time we were there.

Ice creams was OK. Had a hot dog and found a false nail in, took it back and she said it must of been in the hot dog rolls.. I think not as it was in the onions! Ruined my life😩

Only had ice cream or tea here but, the ice cream is amazing. Proper stuff. Not the squirt it out different colours sort but, the gorgeous scoop sort. Adore the Mango one. Hubby loves the chocolate and hazelnut one. Service is excellent too!

Best ever burger cooked fresh with an egg and bacon returned later for a pulled pork baguette with stuffing and I wasn't disappointed it was lovely will be returning xx

Just popped in for ice cream which was not very frozen and fell straight of the cone the lady gave us a tub and a spoon but then to our amazement charged us £1.20 extra for the said tub

Visitamos en las cálidas noches de viernes. Pocos restaurantes para escoger, pero eligió este lugar ya que las mesas estaban todavía en el sol. Mala elección. Bacon pedimos una hamburguesa y patatas fritas y salchichas y para mí la mujer fichas para. Burger bien pero grasienta. Cebollas duro. Le faltaba contenido carne. salchichas Las patatas fritas eran originalmente congeladas y eran horribles. Posiblemente recalentados tres veces! Salsas para las marcas de prótesis baratas mejor conocido. Pensamos que lo afiance los donuts y una taza de té. Pedimos 4 donuts, pero nos dieron 5 como la señora dijo que eran un poco pequeñas. Ella era justo. Eran del tamaño de aros de cebolla! Las 5 juntas no equivalen a dos donuts estándar. Té era perfecto y todo el personal amable en la contienda de las cinco dos ahí. Una agradable velada esperaba por la costa estaba desfigurado por la comida es de escasa calidad. La temporada no ha comenzado todavía, pero que sin duda necesita para elevar su juego. Lo único a su favor es que no supongo que confían en clientes habituales. Los clientes tienen diferente cada semana!

food is good but not much choice needs to offer more they have basic childrens meals that is good but shut early

Este está situado en la calle principal de Playa en Hemsby. Sirve comida todo su normal tales como hamburguesas, perritos calientes, patatas fritas, etc., pero no una fisura roll aromatizados salchichas con cebollas. Altamente recomendado. Los servidores son también muy amable y hablador. Sin embargo, aviso, el hacer como que los estorninos compartir.
