time kept getting longer and longer . the food is freezing and chips inedible!!

All was cold I had to go find him was not happy at all

Food was ice cold as it was prepared 35 minutes before it was delivered. My house is only a 5-10 minute drive from the restaurant and the order status didn’t switch to ‘out for delivery’ until the driver was almost at my house. Believe the driver has switched to airplane mode to hide that they were making other deliveries.

Missing double cheeseburger food was like warm mcspicy missing jalapenos and cheese slice

bit disappointed in the delivery driver. I am on the 2nd floor of a block of flats. guy didn't even press the buzzer, just called me and asked me to come and collect so had to go down 2 flights of stairs then back up with 2 large bags. whilst I am not completely mobility challenged, I dread to think someone with mobility issues trying to do this. very poor

wrong order delivered not our food

Delicious warm English muffins filled with crispybacon,egg and cheese with a freshly fried hash brown. So delicious would recommend

For the first time in a long while I got every item I ordered! The food was delivered hot and fresh too.

Food came 45 minutes after ordering, took 20 mins to come from resteraunt as had 8 other drops fod was freezing cold and hardy a medium size chips either

Came in here primarily to feed my son who was becoming a little grumpy at lunch time. Staff were some of the most miserable people I've ever seen and as i was sorting him out, they kept side eyeing us at the table. I was waiting for someone to tell us to buy something or leave, but nobody ever did despite the dirty looks. Long story short: cold food, miserable staff, unfriendly atmosphere.

just because u change the delivery time every 10 minutes doesn't mean time doesn't exist. I ordered my food at half 9 last night and didn't receive it until 11:30. 2 hours for some nuggets and a chicken bbq wrap, I could've walked there AND BACK in that time. just to receive soggy food. I was honestly just too tired last night to write a review but there ya go. terrible 👏👏

HORRIBLE U GOT THRE WRONG ADDRESS

The delivery driver spilt drinks went to get replacements and never came back with them.

Delivery man refused to deliver it at my door. I had to meet him around the corner for my food, the food was cold! My food was put at the bottom of the food bag surrounded with all the cold drinks while everyone else’s food bags were on top of mine. Found him rude!

Came here at lunch time, Silly harry accidentally left food on the side for some tramp to rob it, mistakes happen but not when you're busy and 8 employees hoovering around laughing about it. Big L for Harry

Typical McDonald's really, you know what to expect. Burger was very dry this occasion.

the quarter pounders and big mac burgers looked and tasted like they had been sitting around for a while or reheated.The chicken sandwich,fries and chicken selects were nice.Milkshakes and smoothie were delicious.

Sent completely the wrong order, it was late so didnt bother saying anything as didnt want to wait again for my food - chips are always cold, hot chocolate was half full and tasted horrible - how hard can it be to send the correct order to the correct address? This is the 4th time out of the last 5 orders its been wrong - shambolic

Chips way way way to salty and I paid over £10 for a large philly cheese stack meal that came some mc crispy BBQ smoke house no Philly cheese stack and unedible over salted chips that my ur face cringe when u put in ur mouth and a burger I won't eat

Ordered on just eat, took a hr and a half, no dip for the garlic dippers, single qtr pounder instead of a double qtr pounder, the McFlurry was warmer than the food, will never order from this McDonald’s again,

Our food bag was open and there was no chicken nuggets inside everything else was there…chips were on the lukewarm side but everything else was good not happy that the driver had opened the food bag

Well it was nice to get hot chips for a change though would have been even better if there were burgers in the 2 big macs I ordered, all the other filling was there, just no burgers. This place is getting to be a joke, there's always something wrong with every order, looks like I'll be using burger king in future.

Only a small car park is easier to park in pub or hotel car park and walk too Is relatively easy to order and quick too

Came here from the sci fi weekender and had a milkshake which was ok but the straws are useless to suck as it’s paper straws.

Ordered drinks but got no straws.

Nice clean place. Staff friendly. Good value for money for a family. Big Mac and MCFLUFFY excellent. Pletty of parking. Really.nice restaurant.

They forgot to put the syrup in the bag for the pancake

All the hot food turned up practically cold, fried all cold and soggy, the chicken sharebox wasn’t even closed properly, no straws for drinks either, in all wasn’t as good as normal very disappointed especially for the amount of money it cost
