Mcdonald's in Great Yarmouth

My food was cold, my fry’s were all at the bottom off the bag. I had to tell my delivery driver numerous times that he wasn’t outside my home, when he kept telling me he was at the right place. Overall very poor delivery.

always missing items when we order tonight was a large bill we pay for a delivery service and yet still have to drive to the restaurant to collect missing items was told either cancel and be refunded or collect why did I pay for delivery if I have to collect!

Your map shows my address, Nuffield Crescent as Darwin Court so corrier went there, then Nuffield Close as it was close to your pinned address. I'm on the Crescent, the absolute opposite of where you have pinned. Food was barely luke warm. Not corrier's fault, your map to blame!

Drinks leaked everywhere so when driver got them to my door it was all over my floor and food was really cold, it what I get for having a delivery I suppose...

Didn’t receive food and spoke to restaurant and they said the delivery driver took it before they finished there shift

Coke was missing which happens to be a common occurrence, either the coke ends up missing or spilled before it gets here & Just Eat refuse to refund. Will be ordering from a different app :(

Staff can’t read, food incorrectly prepared. Asked for no egg or ketchup but I’m missing the egg, ketchup, cheese slices and bacon…..

I have left a note saying do not knock call my number as my mom is vulnerable and the driver has ignored this...what's the point of having that option to leave notes when drivers ignore them? this is pointless because they will get paid no matter what...we as customers deserve to get what we ask for and we are paying delivery fees for our orders... please contact me and help me get compensated because I am not happy with the service next time I'd rather use uber eats.

Spend £50 all cold and nothing come correct absolute joke! , late delivery and had to call restaurant they took another half hour

I was not delivered the food I ordered

The delivery time was very good but as usual had items missing have to pay for the sources yet did not receive them and got no straws or source for my salad

My chicken nuggets where missing

They have messed it up too small and full of children at tea time like a small youth club.

wrong order was delivered I ended up with some kids male with some mum or dad ordered and I ended up not eating it not a fan of mayo chicken and chicken nuggets

Completely wrong items packed in the bag and on top of that the food that was delivered was stone cold and had to be binned.

Double quarter pounder with cheese missed off the order for the second week in a row, chips cold and to top it all off the delivery person handed it over with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth and made no attempt to dispose of it. Very bad service and it's off putting from ordering again

all the food was hot,the drinks were lush.A vast improvement from the last time I ordered.

After the courier went yo another drop off in completely different direction ,he arrived and said yo me at the gate..."you waiting for me".quite rude.The chocolate milkshake was not mixed in properly..tasted powdery.Thd fries were cold and looked reheated.The burgers were lukewarm like the nuggets .Only the ice creams and blueberry milkshake were decent.dissatisfied with order.

I've put in the request plenty of times for our intercome not to be rang and to contact myself with the number i have provided on both the notes and the app and every time it is ignored if your going to have a request button honor all of it and not just the ones you think are important and also the sauces issues I ordered sauces and again have not shown up this is ridiculous

changed delivery time 3 times started at 21 05 and then increased to arrival time of 21 15 all food including coffee was cold when arrived

Ordered at 1.45pm for scheduled delivery at 5.15, order was late so phoned restaurant who couldn't tell me anything about my order and refused to take my order number to check and give me an estimated time of delivery. The order finally turned up at 7pm, this is the third time we have ordered for the kids and it has been late. Will not order again.

Except for the missing items, it was good.

Absolutely appalling took an hour and a half to come and everything was stone cold and inedible. We order twice a week through just eat and I am so disappointed in what we received today. If I thought it was appropriate I would use profane language but I have restrained myself. The worst food I have ever received

Good old Maccas, meet the standards you expect but nothing super special. Have the problem of yarmouth city centre but have security in place so those problems don't get through the doors.

Food was cold and all the ice creams had melted I complained I got £2.93 back bill came to £31.39 which included £4 28 service charge and delivery. I have sent numerous emails to recoup my money back they have now blocked me it's disgusting how I've been treated

Absolutely awful service. I order from this store as gapton hall always forget items on my order, however this is the second time I have ordered from this store and items have been missing, this time, you have completely forgotten to pack my daughters happy meal, which I have now got to come up with something to do for her. McDonald’s are really go down hill in this area and I don’t recommend ordering from any of the stores in the future

I had completely the wrong order and am only being offered less that what I paid for my order… I’m furious, my child is now hungry and I have no money now to re-order.. every single tome I order there’s either something missing or the food is cold
