Mcdonald's in Great Yarmouth

Complete wrong order. Bunch of monkeys in the kitchen

Everything was good apart from fries ,a liitle cold and hard

I ordered McDonald’s and this time half my order was missing what a joke McDonalds is took my money and no food

Food was cold and the ice had melted by the time it got here

Missing chichen nugets and fries and missing a hamburger

My order wasn't delivered at all...absolutely disgraceful!!!...(Just a thought...why don't you assign each 'delivery driver' a number linked to their name...so it shows up on the receipt every time...then at least you'd know who was responsible??)

Food was wrong was meant to be a cheese burger happy meal it turned out to be a chicken nugget meal both drinks was in the bottom of the bag spilt the chicken selects was dry and over cooked tasted of rubber.

Forgot sauces even though paid extra for them

Absolutely awful service. I order from this store as gapton hall always forget items on my order, however this is the second time I have ordered from this store and items have been missing, this time, you have completely forgotten to pack my daughters happy meal, which I have now got to come up with something to do for her. McDonald’s are really go down hill in this area and I don’t recommend ordering from any of the stores in the future

I had completely the wrong order and am only being offered less that what I paid for my order… I’m furious, my child is now hungry and I have no money now to re-order.. every single tome I order there’s either something missing or the food is cold

my order didnt come at all you lied about the time ,should have come between 4.45 amd 5.11 pm but you said it had been delieverd at 6.00pm it didnt appear at all now i have no food at all get your act togeather or more people will stop using you .your losing so many orders you employe dogdie people who shouldnt be doing this work at all no work permit

I phoned the girl was so helpful. There was a tech issue and the just eat app would not put in the correct delivery address . So she made sure that it went to the address that I wanted .

We just came in for drinks. Good service, the restaurant seemed clean. Baby changing facilities were clean and tidy.

everything was fine but yet another delivery driver made me leave my property instead of delivering to my door, so I stopped giving tips

got my order and items missing ... my son's happy meal and extra burgers ... I don't know why they don't check before sending off it's not fair so I've now gave my boy my food as I can't see him go without

milkshake tasted a bit like chocolate, vanilla and strawberry mixed milkshake. it tasted gone off. I ordered vanilla milkshake and it was light brown.

A McDonald's that feels the need to have security guards, thats Yarmouth for ya. Food was ok, atmosphere wasn't so good with security on show, anyone who wants to cause hassle will when there is someone to hassle.

Very disappointed the most expensive item on the list came up missing when i phoned mcdonald's they said go through just eat not there issue what a joke

muffin hard but the rest cooked well and was fresh. huge bonus, no oily food.tried the muffin, have to say it wasn't good. it was baked today but it just isn't a nice muffin. coffee was really good. thank you guys 😊
