Mcdonald's in Great Yarmouth

It says delivered but I do not have my order.

Had message saying delivered which it wasn’t. This is second time this has happened. Haven’t heard back from Just Eat yet after two hours. Won’t be ordering again

my order didnt come at all you lied about the time ,should have come between 4.45 amd 5.11 pm but you said it had been delieverd at 6.00pm it didnt appear at all now i have no food at all get your act togeather or more people will stop using you .your losing so many orders you employe dogdie people who shouldnt be doing this work at all no work permit

I phoned the girl was so helpful. There was a tech issue and the just eat app would not put in the correct delivery address . So she made sure that it went to the address that I wanted .

Took hour an half to arrive no dips with nuggets and mozzarella sticks and was cold obviously been sat around waiting for driver to collect

We just came in for drinks. Good service, the restaurant seemed clean. Baby changing facilities were clean and tidy.

everything was fine but yet another delivery driver made me leave my property instead of delivering to my door, so I stopped giving tips

got my order and items missing ... my son's happy meal and extra burgers ... I don't know why they don't check before sending off it's not fair so I've now gave my boy my food as I can't see him go without

I ordered a cheese burger without cheese and it came with cheese. none of the added sauces I ordered and paid for arrived either

chesseburger only 3 onion pieses and 1 cucumber pease.

Every time I order there is always something missing

A McDonald's that feels the need to have security guards, thats Yarmouth for ya. Food was ok, atmosphere wasn't so good with security on show, anyone who wants to cause hassle will when there is someone to hassle.

milkshake tasted a bit like chocolate, vanilla and strawberry mixed milkshake. it tasted gone off. I ordered vanilla milkshake and it was light brown.

Very disappointed the most expensive item on the list came up missing when i phoned mcdonald's they said go through just eat not there issue what a joke

hour late and food was cold when arrived

muffin hard but the rest cooked well and was fresh. huge bonus, no oily food.tried the muffin, have to say it wasn't good. it was baked today but it just isn't a nice muffin. coffee was really good. thank you guys 😊

If you don’t have the grimace milkshake, why not put that on Just Eat? No, instead you decide you would send a strawberry and vanilla milkshake… because that makes total sense

GPS FAILING! Not enough space the leave a decent account of the sheer failure. It's an absolute joke that I can't contact just eat to rectify the issue so it keeps occuring.

Hello I have ordered a McDonald’s. On the app it says it has been delivered but it hasn’t come to me I have waited over 15 minutes since it has been saying it has been delivered but I have not received anything. I would like a full refund of my order otherwise unfortunately i will be complaining.

this never turned up, it never got updated that it was cancelled but they happily took my money and never offered any type of refund.

Took the kids here for a treat. We found the order machines weren't working properly and the receipt printer was out of order which made ordering difficult. After a very long wait for the food we left, when we got back we found my daughter's happy meal had no hamburger and hardly any fries, so returned to get it. Upon explaining the problem at the desk I was interrogated and questioned under suspicion. I was asked for my receipt, I explained that your receipt machine is broken as reported before. Eventually they produced a burger with a grimace. I feel sorry for the staff there, as you can see they're overwhelmed and unable to manage the workload or customer service needed. All in all the experience was very poor, the food was luke warm and chips were under cooked and food was missing from the order. It was much more expensive than expected too.

why get to have a choice of sauce and they never put it in the bag.

ordered a large double quarter ponder meal and when I opened the packaging the large chips were only half full. phone the branch and he informed my of his apologies and offered a code to get a free large chips next time which I politely declined as this wouldn't solve the poor quality meal I had received today.

We would enjoy the food more if we actually got the whole order. ALL Five ice creams along with Melon chunks was missing. For the last Three times we have ordered, things have been missing. Not happy!

Came with the kids for a quick bite to eat before a long day trip, the kids didn’t fancy any heavy breakfast (shocking 😂) but luckily the cucumber sticks and melon chunks were available which were actually really good and for less than one pound!!! Shame they don’t want fruit everyday 😂🙄x

twice I've orders today 1st time gave me wrong order. second time didn't even deliver what a joke!

The food was great, the cleanliness was not. The McDonald’s was absolutely packed and there was nowhere to sit. Very loud with screaming kids and you might as well take out the order. Wouldn’t recommend.

The latte was spilt all over the bag and drinks and no straws

well it said it was delivered but it wasn't so I got a bit worried and it arrived in like 4 or 7 minutes later and the straw was soaked for some reason so I could even drink with the straw

Ordered my food which it gave me a time the time changed for delivery twice And getting my delivery the food was cold I ordered a hot drink in which it had spilt in the bag so I had half a drink. And was cold.

Food was delivered on time, but absolutely disgusted with the quality of the delivery. My drinks are pretty much floating in the bag with all the coffee leaked everywhere. My son went to the door to collect it or I would’ve gave it back.

Food was good, service was fast, place was clean. Only thing that was disgusting was the maternance worker left the toilet without washing his hands, then proceeded to go into the back near kitchen area.

Drinks all spilt out in the bag. Food cold. 2 items missing + all the dips. Delivery driver did not come to the house, not pleasent on the phone either. Won’t be ordering from this store again, will op for the further away McDonald’s store.

Need to get reliable drivers that actually deliver the foood! Vile!

I waited an hour and forty minutes for my order to then state it was “being prepared” and then the app showered my order was delivered even though it was not delivered to my address! Absolutely appalling!

Tracking was wrong and food was wrong

The Couriers keep going to the wrong adress and delivering my food out of the main Bag and having missing items from my meals !!

Wrong order! Chicken sandwich had ketchup in nuggets missing this keeps happening and it’s never sorted refunds disappear!

On the map it showed the driver 2 blocks away for ages, looked outside the door and saw the driver going round in circles up the road, he had the cheek to say 20 minutes later why u not come outside, lol, I did he didn’t even come up my way, so cold food, I’m disabled, what did he want me to do jump up and down on the road at night!

they didn't send the dips or straws, apart from that was okay

The coke tasted disgusting and like watered down bleach No flavor to it The chips were cold as well

they crammed all the food into one little bag and didn't even double bag the food, by the time it arrived it was cold due to the fact it was bagged properly and the food was squished.

Food was cold, our order had 3 dips however, NO dips received yet again
