Absolute joke, still waiting for our food to be delivered after 1.5 hours. Managed to find phone number because you cannot interact via the app and cancel the order, no avail, goes straight to answerphone. Very quick taking money from your bank though, why do they never have a problem with that I wonder. Would happily drive down there and collect but as we cannot get hold of them, I dare not step out the door.

Absolutey no idea who employs these people.... I went in to get a take out order, ir was ready pretty quickly and drove home. Opening the bag was a nightmare, I ordered a large gravy which was put on top of the order with what appeared to be a loose lid. It was everywhere! It had also weakened the bag and spilled in my car so angrily the whole lot of a £15 order went in the bin... and now cleaning of my car. Thanks alot!

Went for food yesterday teatime via drive through. Got home to discover that my order was wrong, and some items that I had paid for were missing! Not only that, the chips looked like someone had eaten half of them and the chicken portions were tiny. I would advise not to go here if you want KFC, but if you do and if you go to the drive through check your food!!!

Rubbish, ordered food through uber eats, after delivery I realised food in the order was missing, had to try to get refund, would not order again, they are a joke!

Absolute joke, came to this particular restaurant as the parking was easier for myself and friend. There was 2 adults, 4 kids and twin 8months olds to feed. Parking only allows 1 hour!!! Myself and friend has now received parking notices charge. This is not enough time to get all our children safely out of the car. Ordering was on one machine at midday which was the busy time of day so taking over 15minutes to place an order, food took 15minutes to come out, this is now 30minutes into our 1hour stay. We all ate our lunch and then bought the children ice creams. We then feed the babies and left the restaurant unaware of a time restriction. No help from KFC Bury New Road, other than "we get calls and complaints all the time but haven't been able to get hold of smart parking to up the time they constantly ignore us too". I'll no longer be using the restaurant and will be telling everyone I know about how ridiculous this place is. Very expensive lunch!

I ordered a Zinger burger meal from KFC Prestwich and was throughly disappointed. My burger looked nothing like a Zinger burger. The only item that had any resemblance to the picture on the menu was the drink. And... to top it off, I couldn't opt for a green salad side because they ran out of lettuce. If you know this particular KFC, then you'll know it is right next door to TESCO supermarket.... so why not buy some! Won't be eating there again.

This kfc has never, ever, got my order right. Wrong food or half the order missing. This evening I only realised once I got home. Then they didn't answer the phone when I tried to call to complain. I really should have learnt the lesson by now, get on the motorway and go to KFC at pilsworth, Park 66. Avoid this branch of KFC, waste of space!

I had absolutely no idea this KFC was Halal.i always use the drive in and in honesty never seen any signs.i most certainly won't be eating here again.

Had tea from here last night, love the Chicken Popcorn....Large of course with hot chips. You go to some KFC’s and the chips are soggy and lukewarm, but not here. Eat in or out, usually very clean and tidy.

Went to this branch of KFC, Bury New rd today and was very disappointed with the service we chose our food, a table as we were eating in and waited for the food. Which duly arrived, when we checked the order was wrong we returned to the counter and said the order was wrong. The girl behind the counter proceeded to argue about the order instead of just offering to change it. In fact she went through a process of trying to embarrass us which in the end meant the order was not changed. So much for the 'customer being king' I was made to feel stupid like a second class citizen and we didn't get what we ordered I wont be returning !!

I’m always popping in because I work round the corner. The amount of times they mess up my order is unbelievable. Im always ordering bbq snack wrap and they a lot of the time it’s a salsa wrap. Ordered one again today and not only was it wrong but the wrap was cold and hard! Had to go back to swap it for the correct wrap. The colleague I gave the wrap to didn’t chase it up after she told the chef or who ever she told, no one knew I was waiting for my wrap. This kfc lack simple common sense.

I don’t visit KFC very often but I do like the chicken they serve. This was my first visit to KFC Prestwich and it was like any other. Nice chicken and good service.

Came in for a quick bite with my son on the way back from footy training. Entered the Drive-Thru and placed my order then drove to collection point. In-between the two windows is a door. To my horror, there were 3 staff stood smoking in their uniforms all blowing smoke into my car. Absolutely revolting, unhygienic and unprofessional! I do not want to see people smoking who are potentially handling my food, nor do I want it blowing all over me and my son. It made me feel sick. Mentioned it to the Manager on shift (Who was one of the smokers) and she replied "well we don't have anyway else to go" Won't return and will tell others to avoid.

As we speak my son is having to go back as his food goes cold as my order a rice box paid for is missing. No one answers phone at all. Disgusting service. They need staff that can deliver an order and this one is for two people not a coach load!

Speaks for itself, the only issue is if you go for a set meal....and want ( healthier option)less chips and extra coleslaw...instead of deducting price and adding, or swapping...no reduction for items you don't want but adding cost of other options. Other franchises more helpful.food good despite this.

Absolutely disgusting ordered my meals and with 30 seconds it’s was ready bagged and ready to go and when I have got home the order was wrong food was disgusting dry as you could imagine .I then rang the place to be told the food was freshly cooked when I ordered it so it can’t be dry if anyone can explain how you can prepare cook and serve this food that quick I will be amazed KFC u are robbing people blind and should be ashamed of your selves I will make sure no one suffers wasting there money with you and potentially being ill AVOID THIS PLACE

This must be the worst KFC in the country. No chicken at 7.00 pm tonight.!I have experienced other problems previously like wrong order and cold food, but to have no chicken for 20 mins at 7.00pm on a Wednesday evening is ridiculous. KFC you need to sort this branch out they are doing a disservice to your brand.

Terrible, avoid at all costs. Did not deliver the chicken. Kentucky Fried CHICKEN forgot the chicken.

Closing time says 11, always closes early and never has gravy or half the stock in!!! Turn up at 10pm and they say they only have boneless pieces left, what’s the point in staying open late!

Payed a visit today through the drive through service and came to experience the most disgusting costumer service . Some very rude young lads who don’t care at all about serving or doing the work right. Headed to leave with no food at all . It’s a shame for the place a disgrace. Will never be going there again.

Visited again tonight and guess what?! Due to unforseen circumstances closed again! That's the 3rd time out of 4 visits in past few months. It's a joke! Travel all the way there and closed! New premises too. Disgusting customer experience!

I visited here this evening via the drive through and they missed items off my order which I didn’t know until i’d gone home. I tried to phone them but there was no answer. This is my local kfc and every time they get something wrong.

When I drove up to the drive through window the woman was extremely rude!!! She didn’t even speak to me she just looked at me as I ordered my food.

Ordered a box meal with fries and a fries as a side through the drive through, instead of fries they gave me 2 coleslaw. Who in their right mind orders not one but two coleslaw?

Waited 20 minutes just to order and only 1 person in front of me!!! Could have made it at home in less time!!! Awefull

Great kfc best ever food always hot and fresh. Daniel who works there is a great kid who is always polite and definitely a credit to the restaurant. Keep it up. We pass two other kfc restaurants to get to this one, so that says it all.

Used the drive through 'service'. Slow and disorganised.The food was truely horrible- cold, undercooked and tasted ghastly. I would rather go to bed hungry than go anywhere near this horrible place again.

I ordered the largest bucket meal they had for my family only to reach home and find out they loaded it with wing pieces instead of mixing it up. When I complained I was was given excuses and I found that the manager or whoever that responded to me was being diffensive instead of just apologising and correcting the issue. Terrible terrible customer service

We’ve not yet successfully managed to complete an order here without there being some error. Luckily the kids aren’t fussy as to what they will eat, but it would be nice if they got what they actually asked for. Quality of the food is standard for kfc, staff are pleasant.

We been twice and both times the food was rubbish chicken dry and cold the chips cold if they got gravy it’s like water and cold the service is bad. I was a chef I know good food I also know bad food and this KFC is the worst. We will not be going ever again I would travel to Fleetwood the food there is always hot and juicy one of the best.

Not as good as the old place in sedgley park they were fantastic we never get the same service sometime s its yukky other times its good can't work it out I think that the staff really don't get as friendly as the other place as this place is bigger maybe it will improve

This is my local kfc and dice it moved from sedgley park it is terrible the staff are rude, the waiting time is awful. If you go through the drive through they give you the smallest meals possible and the eating in portions are just as bad. The only kfc that operates like this

Very nice food lots to choose from.clean and tidy.got our food fast and was all there . Love the skittles drinks there.

Against my better judgement, having had poor experience at this restaurant, I thought i'd give them another go as my daughter fancied fried chicken..... Everyone deserves another chance don't they ?!!

This branch is useless. They get our orders wrong time and time again, have put up with it for too long now and today was the final straw. Absolute monkeys serving (actually I think monkeys would do a better job) was greeted with a rather large gay man at the drive thru hatch, he was rude from the off giving smart one word answers. They definitely need to give their staff customer service training as his attitude was terrible and in the end he got my order wrong. Never again.

Tiny pieces of chicken (one of which was missing from the order) and a missing side of gravy which was paid for as an extra. Not the first time we've had missing items from the drive-thru, or even had someone else's food order entirely. Very disappointing considering what they charge you in the first place. Will be going elsewhere for a fast food treat in future.

We went through the drive through and ordered our food with the lad at the till point. Whenever we come to KFC they always leave something off our order - usually the gravy. So we always check the bag when we get our food and this little trip was no exception. But as a family of 6 and a big order - you can't scrutinise every item especially when you've got a car up your backside trying to ram raid you off the drive through so they can drive away with only half of their order too! So I asked the young girl if x, y and z were in our bag and we got a definitive OH YES and I put my trust in this girl. Eye contact the lot - everything looked in order so off we drive on our 5 mile Journey home only to find that the dam chicken wings were missing - must have flown off back to KFC - they weren't to be seen - £4.00 of my money in their til - FRAUD! THEFT!

Clean and tidy.the food was really nice.lots to choice from.fast service.and help full staff.really like the chicken dippers and the new sauces.and the krush skittles drink

This restaurant has clearly been refurbished recently so all is clean and new. We had to clean our own table as there where none clean (was not busy) i went to ask a member of staff who directed me to a cleaning cloth :( they have a sign up saying teenagers have to take away if in a group as they must cause a nuisance

I called in people eating in the shop and drivers waiting to be served it's now 21.56. Sorry were not allowed to serve after 10. Furious to say the least then walked outside and they are serving a drive through. Can't wait to ring head office on Monday. Mr Angry doesn't come close.

Visited last night and tried the drive through. Was given food and was left waiting with no explanation as to where my hot chocolate was. Eventually after 3 separate people coming to the hatch to tell me the machine was broken I was given my money for the drink.The assistant could not have cared less. Serious staffing and training needs at this restaurant. Thanks KFC for this totally shoddy experience. I would not recommend you all to anyone and suggest local people use the smaller outlets in Prestwich for their takeaways.

Well for starters I was ignored for ten minutes... Then the girl came over and asked if I was being served and I said no, I think I interrupted the chat. Ordered the original two piece dinner and got home... As usual you usually get a leg and a breast.... I have never seen a breast piece so small... Excluding the wing, the piece of chicken on the bone was the size of a large egg.... Would have mistaken the bird for pigeon. The rest of the meal wasn't much better the gravy was transparent and tasteless and the chips were dehydrated. Disgusting and never again.

Dreadful food, chicken undercooked, fiery chicken nuggets and fries cold. Staff didn't seem to know who was doing what.

Usual KFC menu. New restaurant with drive through. Very fast erecting of orders. Food has always been hot and fresh

What can I say? Dreadful chicken, and the smell outside is dreadful, I really feel sorry for those living nearby.

Been to this location twice now, first time I thought it could of been a tummy bug. On the second occasion it has once again turned my tummy into a jelly mess. Might be KFC in general. Either way I won't be eating KFC again.

What can I say. Went to KFC Prestwich after a long day ordering via drive through where it all began. Paid contactless but no till roll in the machine until the next day. Asked if they could give me a written receipt for my records and claim on expenses and was given a slip of paper no company name or vat number on with hand written total of food. Asked if they had a stamp told NO by a so called manager. What do you want me to do? After 15 mins other member of staff wrote down store number and vat number and said will replenish order as have been here some time. Went into the store and so called manger said NO refusing to replenish and said we can have money back. On questioning this and her resolution of query in contrast to other helpful staff member and asking for her and senior managers name to complain she refused and proceeded to tell me that I was BIG BLACK and INTIMIDATING in front of other customers. Go there to be abused and refused food.

Tried this place twice now and disappointment on both occasions Drive through slow and service just as poor if you go inside to collect your food.

Went in there this evening with my partner and waited in the queue for a good ten minutes with only one couple in front of us, they seemed to be waiting for some chicken to cook so we assumed that they would serve us when this was done, the staff were chatting between themselves which isn't an issue, I think you should be able to have a laugh at work but we were not acknowledged at all, after a while another customer came to the till and the staff went to serve them, my partner interrupted and let the staff know that we were still waiting and the staff member appeared to have a bit of an attitude and said we were not in the queue (even though we were stood at the counter) and said I didn't know you hadn't been served, she did not apologise and continued to serve the person who came afterwards, we were really shocked by her attitude and decided not to order and walked out, i can understand that she may not have ignored is purposefully but an apology and a bit of courtesy would have been nice so we will not be choosing to eat here in the future, we can't say how the food was as we were but able to try it, really disappointing! We will be calling the store manager in the morning to complain.

What a location, easy to get to, nice and large and after a shop at Tesco, perfect to stop in. Moved from the old Sedgley Park location to the heights of Prestwich.

As the title says, I have been to the drive thru 3 times and everytime they have got the order wrong. Paid for a large and got regular size. Paid for a tower burger and got a regular burger. Complained to head office and got a voucher for less than the original meal ordered and when i went in for it the chicken exploded with grease (which went in the bin) and the pepsi had been sat on the side before they gave it me and was flat....I know its a fast food place but I still want what I ordered and paid for - wont bother trying here again.

It is better than their take away business moved from Sedgley park,but it is very noisy and good for families with kids or youngsters ,not for meetings or adult parties.

Lookin forward to our friday night kfc. Went via drive thru. Got home & wheres me gravy ?? I say again WHERES ME GRAVY ??? See the foto of reciept... Its not the same without me gravy so my advice check your orders correct for a takeaway.

My husband has been mithering over the Xmas holidays for KFC

The Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Food was hot and Crispy and tasted brilliant. Will definitely visit again.

Just been here and it was the worst service won't be returning, the guy on the till was friendly helpful and probably the only staff member who knows what he's doing, get to pickup window and was left 15 min waiting for our food while cars behind us pipping at us and the staff walking round in circles,clearly not trained and then they come and say there's no corn, we didn't order corn,omg a lady had waited 20 min in parking bay for her food! Come on for God sake get staff trained up and get some kind of order,the lady who looked like the manager was just walking round eating a salad while the staff are confused how to put chicken in a box,

the standard of the chicken is almost always very dry and bland, which is a shame because the new building is fantastic.

I am not a fast food snob, but surely they can do better than this greasy mess. The service was not up to much either. I think the smaller one in Sedgley Park was better.

great food here,but service can be poor sometimes,some organisation needed among staff i think.

This is a new restaurant which has opened to replace the one further down the road. I tried it for the first time on 25 September 2015.
