Food - piss take didn’t take my salad off the burger like asked. Service - Grumpy Atmosphere - Chavy

Either short staff or too busy with drive through and delivery, which affected customers in store , resulting in mistakes with orders and been pushed aside by delivery driver's and myself been charged for items I hadn't ordered and having to request item to be refunded, which lead to waiting longer for my order

20 min wait for 3 chicken select and a small fries for my grandson . Absolute joke. Told me to wait in a parking place. When i refused as there were already 3 cars waiting, a guy came to the window and was so rude. He said he'd give me a refund if i didn’t move .They think.more of getting the phone orders out than serving the everyday customers. Place is full of drivers waiting for orders. Absolute shower.

Every time I give this branch a chance I wish I hadn't bothered..last time we went through the drive thru we waited 20 minutes, got the totally wrong order, then ten minutes more to get another wrong order... A chicken big Mac box but a beef big mac inside with no sauce! Today I've gone through the drive through for just a double cheeseburger, told to park up but after 15 minutes and 30+ orders later I'm still waiting and the staff are trying their best to not catch your eye! Had to go and join a queue of 3 with similar issues.. never again!

We were the only 4 customers with orders in, but it still took over 10 minutes for food to arrive, and it was only 6.30am. One of the orders did not go through the order system, but they still took the money from the account. Hugely disappointing experience

all the food is cold and unedible the milk shake is like water and so is the mcflurry aswell. paid £25 and £6.08 refund this is not acceptable I would like a full refund and someone to complain to and the bag was split from the bottom so it's going straight into the bin. if this is not resolved I will not be using you again

I went out to receive my order and he was extremely rude and snotty .

Food was shocking. Chips had no salt. Burger had one piece of lettuce. Chips were half empty. Waste of £22. Photos were taken too of how poorly it was made by the staff.

Just waited 20 minutes for breakfast. Only unusual thing I ordered was a cheesy bacon flatbread. If you don't have it just offer something else. Everyone behind was getting their orders before us.

Food delivery time changed twice. Cold chips and Burgers, ice had melted in the drinks making them flat and diluted. And the mc flurry were melted so must have been left on the side in the restaurant waiting to be taken. 3 disappointed little girls this evening for my daughter's sleepnover party.

The food was tepid/cold when it arrived. Thankfully I've got the microwave but it's not the same.

It was at the shop being prepared when I ordered at 5:20pm. I did not receive my food until 6:45pm. The food was still hot, so clearly the delivery driver had been waiting for the food to be repaired by McDonald’s for over an hour.

Took 2 hours to deliver from when order placed. All food was stone cold. Literally like it had not been cooked at all. Very poor. Chicken was reheated in the microwave, therefore slightly salvageable. Chips could not be reheated. Had to be thrown away. Burger had two mouthfuls before again calling it and thrown away. Complete waste of money! I’d like a full refund.

Very an happy with the order cos you delivered meal with out 2x big tasty so what’s mean 2people are left with out dinner and specially me pregnant thank you so much for cold food also.

Breakfast sausage muffin at 05:30 was like cardboard. Unfortunately it only opened for walk in at 6:00 so could not complain. Not sure when it was cooked. Coffee was good as they cant keep that for an hour in a warming tray. Only place open at that time in a morning so no choice. I paid £6.39 too.

Coke had been spilled all over the bag, then somehow put back in the back half empty but still full of coke, it has gone all over my rug as soon as it came inside :(

The driver was further down the road. I had to come out down the drive and call him as he was walking down the road with my food even though the house number is on the front of the drive. Food cold

I recently visited this McDonald's and had an unpleasant experience with the table cleaner, an older lady. When I approached a table that needed cleaning, she asked me to wait while she cleaned it, but her tone was far from polite. It came across as rude, and the situation could have been handled much better with a simple, friendly request. Customer service is about making people feel welcome, and even small interactions like this matter. A kinder approach would have made a big difference in the overall experience. I hope the staff receives training on how to communicate more politely with customers in the future.

After giving delivery directions the driver to the tracking was driving around the wrong estate for about 25 mins then according to tracking went back to MacDonalds, must have finally read the directions and turned up over 40 mins late after reporting to just eat order not delivered, refused to accept as it would have been stone cold. App now says delivered. Macdonald's didn't want to know as food had left their premises.
