One of the best McDonald's I've been in, all the good was hot (which makes a change for McDonald's) service was a bit slow but it was very busy

Possibly the worst McDonald's I have ever visited. Food is always stale and soggy, chips taste like they are weeks old. Never have milkshakes or McFlurrys, especially during warm periods like today. Environment is never clean and long waits for food.

This is the worst mcdonalds in the country. It is not fast food, they make you park up every time. I have parked up for 25 minutes and don’t have a clue what they are doin and can’t even get the drinks correct.

they always mess up ur order and always force u to pull up + on uber they accept the order/prepare it instantly so you cant change your order or cancel it without paying 60% of charge. embarassing…

Always cold and overcooked. Struggle to get basic orders right through the drive thru, like no ice ect. Staff also stand chatting rather than serving you.

I had to reorder one big mac meal as the burger had cheese on it. We stipulated no cheese as my son can't eat it. I ordered a second big mac meal, which was delivered in good time. Unfortunately it had cheese on the burger again. I realise a refund is available, but that doesn't help a child who was looking forward to a burger. There was nothing wrong with the food, only the fact that dietary requirements hadn't been met, twice within an hour.

Ordered it for 8:10pm. Arrived at around 9:10pm. Delivery driver was rude and got lost despite clear insurrection. Food arrived cold as a consequence.

stone cold food......milkshake was completely thawed to slop.....really really not happy....driver was at mcdonalds waiting for the order for over 45 minutes according to the app which I find hard to believe no matter how busy mcdonalds was....my thoughts is driver has not maked the delivery down as left restaurant

Just watched the cleaner Anita talk to two young customers like something off her shoe. These boys had done nothing to warrant that she was just being outright rude. And then I proceeded to watch her clean tables with the cloth she kept wiping the bin with. Disgraceful. Management should probably look into that.

It took nearly an hour to arrive. When it did, it was freezing cold, there was no sauce that we ordered, not that that would have made it any better. Very disappointed.

This is literally the worst McDonald’s ever, food is never hot, never get your full order and it always looks like it’s been thrown together. It’s no better if you go there yourself, you end up sat in the drive through wait area for ages then they come out with your order and it’s missing items. Absolutely dreadful place and if it wasn’t for kids asking for it I’d never go!

Waste of time. They insist you use the app and then when you do they still can't dispense food because the app is not putting it through. Why insist on people using the app since it is not working properly?

There’s no syrup with the 3 trays of pancakes and 4 sausage muffins instead of 5. How can you get is so wrong. You have such a bad reputation for missing items and you continue to live up to your faults. 4 people eating one watching hungry well done.

Again McDonalds have messed up the order so much missing and it has happened before a few times. I thought it may have improved coming from a different location but again messed up too many times!

The staff are terrible. Burgers always falling apart and order is never right. The staff shouldn't qualify to work at McDonald's which i thought was the most basic of jobs, I wouldn't trust them making me a piece is toast
