Mcdonald's in Bury

food was cold placed multiple orders before now everything items are missing fed up.

food was so cold its as if it was placed in a fridge before delivering. food wasn't late so it's not delivery time, they left the cooked food ages before handing to the driver.

This order was, unfortunately, another letdown. As usual, items were missing. Our mayo chicken and sweet chilli wrap were nowhere to be found, and sauces are almost never included. It's frustrating how this seems to be a recurring issue with your service. The food I did receive was standard, but the constant oversight on order accuracy and lack of sauces really sours the experience. McDonald's needs to step up their quality control to ensure customers get what they pay for.

You did not provide me with any source even though I requested it I had 20 chicken nuggets and 5 selects without sauce was absolutely fuming

This has to be the worst McDonalds around. Third time I've ordered from here and every time they miss out every single dip. Even the dips that come with meals. It's like they've got a team of monkeys working there, around the clock. Embarrassing.

Was missing a double cheeseburger and a single cheese burger

The guy who delivered our food declared he was on a bike took him 20 mins to drop the food off because he parked up next to the rock for about 6 minutes after picking up our food so when the food arrived it was stone cold.

It was late as the due time changed. It was cold and all the sauces, napkins and straws missing!

Staff are incapable of following simple instructions and serving stone cold food. I don’t like my meal without sauce but they are incapable of filling an order on a screen.

Whole drink leaked. Half a tiny piece of bacon that I had paid extra for. Chips were cold and inedible. Fish was a small rectangle of overcooked fish which was completely inedible. I paid £16.87 and binned it all.

The strawberry milkshake was just milk no strawberry added

Tracked where the driver went before us, absolutely miles away so no wonder food was stone cold when it got here. Process really needs to be managed better.

One of the best McDonald's I've been in, all the good was hot (which makes a change for McDonald's) service was a bit slow but it was very busy

Possibly the worst McDonald's I have ever visited. Food is always stale and soggy, chips taste like they are weeks old. Never have milkshakes or McFlurrys, especially during warm periods like today. Environment is never clean and long waits for food.

Something is always missing from the order. This time 2x large fries and 1 medium fries.

Magnificent. Nobody does a burger like Mcdonalds. They are the best by far. Spent a day gardening so I was really hungry. Nothing since breakfast. Good easy ordering. Great checkout. Lovely friendly delivery driver. Whats not to like. Also very good value for money. Thankyou Mcdonalds. Always the best.

This is the worst mcdonalds in the country. It is not fast food, they make you park up every time. I have parked up for 25 minutes and don’t have a clue what they are doin and can’t even get the drinks correct.
