the order was a fanta with medium chips and double chees burger only got a drink .was charged £8.00 pound for .

The delivery driver was so incompetent that when he handed me my order her had spilt my drink and it leaked through the bag and dropped on the floor. Didn't offer an apology just shouted something and drove off!

We to this McDonald's today at around 15:15 today. We ordered through the app. When we got the the 2nd window to collect an employee by the name of "Eve" ( assuming they gave us the right name) asked if it was an app order.. we replied yes. She proceeded to hand me a bag of items. Upon inspection of the food order I realised it was not ours. I said this isn't ours. Eve abruptly shouted back in annoyance "you said it was an app order, and showed great disdain. I tried to explain that someone behind us could have also placed an app order but those items are not ours. The employee then rudely handed me the correct drinks to me order but not the food still giving rude attitude. I asked for a manager to which she initially denied but even 2 so called managers later the issue was not addressed with the staff. She was instead hidden in the back till I left. No apology just told she will be dealt with. I never go to McDonald's in the first place but a friends child wanted the darn rubbish they sell. People shouldn't waste money on this poison don't got not even get a decent respectful nor clean customer service. Can do better when stuff is addressed to management.

Cold driver drove past house 3 times even though I was at the door very slow

Food was freezing and we had to warm it all in microwave. As usual no sauces included with nuggets.

Ordered on the app waited at parking spot just up from the normal pick up window for a while. No straw, no napkins and a sorry looking mcspicy plus the fries were cold and no receipt in the bag.

Food arrived cold took over 35 mins to do a 10 min trip then the delivery driver wouldn't step onto my property without a code that delayed the process evan more then i was passed a drink thats leaking and a cold bag of food.

Honestly, everytime we order for delivery, there's always an item missing. How hard is it to read an order and put the items in a bag. Missing a large coke as part of a meal, may as well not of ordered at all. Going to give up ordering food.

Go to this McDonald's quite regularly. Friendly staff, clean and good service.

Constantly gets the orders wrong by either forget items or not doing the adjustments. Im certain that they dont know what hot chips are. Basically they are room temp potatoe sticks

The order never came! I ordered at 17:35, the ETA kept changing & changing. Called both the store and just eat both of which were no help then at 19:30 the order was marked as delivered. But the order was marked as delivered at 19:45 yet the time was only 19:30. Waited almost 2 hours for no food to turn up and now I am out of pocket.

Food arrived soaking wet from the drinks spilt the driver wouldn’t take the door back, McDonald’s wouldn’t replace the food and not waiting for just eat to get back to us. Awful service.

McDonald's is McDonald's however the food was still warm today and there was ice in the cold drinks and we received the dips that we requested. I just wish I could order chicken selects again but there's no dip that I would want to eat with them since McDonald's stopped the sour cream dip and it's that dip that made the selects delicious.

Staff and manager Very pleasant unusual for a McDonald's. Take note the rest of YA. Manager rectified a mistake I made at no Extra cost to me and my grandson. What a nice guy thank you so much 😊

No sauses with the nuggets and I ordered 2 share box nuggets and only one came.

06/11/24: stars slowly creeping up. Now 2 stars. Ordered a double cheeseburger and 20 nuggets for sharing. 20/10/24: McRib is back. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Reminded me of when it first came out about 10 years ago! 21/09/24: order cold. Driver made 3 stops before mine. Philly Cheese Stack & Chicken nuggets. BBQ sauce requested but MISSING from order AGAIN. Refund requested and accepted! 19/09/24: Order to perfection! BBQ sauce included! Order same as below, but, with the BBQ sauce as requested! 15/09/24: new Philly Cheese Stack. Excellent burger, however, missing BBQ. Requested refund. 27/08/24: it goes from bad to worse. Selected no mayo and got extra mayo on the spicy burger and asked for 4 BBQ sauces with the 20 nuggets, Got zero sauces AGAIN! 23/08/24: no sauces delivered 07/08/24: our order was correct. Double quarter pounder, chicken nuggets and fries. 05/03/24: door in wrong position. Who designed a front facing store with an entrance with a side entry door! Ridiculous! Food hot this time, and, as per order! 15/02/24: from the Drive Through, food was hot and tasty. Quarterpounder cheeseburger medium meal. Served by a lovely friendly lady. 10/02/23: food cold. No sauces. Chips never seen a frier, they were raw!!! Unseasoned! 10/08/22: Food inadequate, cold, missing items! Not what was paid for!! Plain burger came with cheese when requested plain. Allergy reasons.

Pretty shocking really. Ordered the double sausage mcmuffin meal. the muffins weren't toasted or buttered. which made for an undercooked feel. The hash browns were as pale as anything and there was egg shelling the egg. Seemed rush and just unpleasant. Won't be ordering again.

Awful. Told to keep a look out - no one there even though the map said the car was outside. went to the door no car there, then it comes up as delivered. just eat don't want to know about non delivery only if you want a refund. Zero accountability and no food. This isn't the first time.

Absolute rubbish service and concern. Ordered and paid via app for them to tell me it hasn't went through, showed on bank it clearly had. Had me try and drive round 3 times saying still hadn't went through but took money from my bank. Which I showed them at the window. Took in excess of 25 minutes and still didn't get my order but got charged. Better refund within 24h, complained to the contact number and was told retraining but no one will get back to you. Avoid this shabby establishment at all costs.

Just eat took funds, and Whitefield McDonald's didn't even start the order or prepare food for well over an hour. The order wasn't even cancelled. I had to wait 5-7 days for my funds to go back into my account.

On a number of recent orders there’s been missing items, drinks split and cold food. I am a disabled mum of two young children. When I leave a message for the driver it does not seem to get read. When I submit a refund request I’m getting rejected. This isn’t fair. I live very close and order quite regularly and my orders are simple. This is not fair on myself or my children. Delivery time is always on form which is good

The staff in there are absolutely thick!! I order from here because it is the closest one to me... They have never once got the order right.. I ask for sauces.and they either don't out them in or I get ones I didn't ask for. Food is always clap cold. Just kids that don't know what they're doing.

Literally ordered 2 chocolate milkshakes and 3 cokes arrived instead. It’s all very well Just Eat refunding me for the milkshakes but what about the £5 for delivery and service charge?

I had ordered McDonald's last week for £12.50 and it never turned up. I made a request on Uber eats and I've still not heard anything back.

Cold, hot chocolate came exploded. Missing burger and mozzarella sticks. McFlurries had hot chocolate in them. All round poor experience guessing rhe exploded hot choc was the uber bike dudes fault and missi items as always down to McDonalds.

Got someones else's order not happy would like a full refund I took the food back to McDonald's where i ordered it from and they said they couldn't do anything about it so I threw that order away and requested a fully refund

The Philly stack was a great tasting burger unfortunately it was cold on arrival and was prepared before a driver was assigned, disappointing as it is not a cheap order, puts doubt into ordering similar in the future.
