Ordered here on MULTIPLE occasions , food has been absolutely terrible! Customer service is shocking . Missing Parts of a SIMPLE order ? worst McDonald’s in Manchester . Shocking absolutely shocking . If i could give this place 0 stars I WOULD.

I always use this shop to purchase junk food for myself and my dog 🐶

Awful!!! Rude/sarcastic customer service, got food order wrong TWICE at the drive thru window and then got home and half of it is wrong again!! Don’t waste your time going to this maccies!!! Lower broughton/radcliffe is better!

waited 1hr for food to be ready for the courier to collect just for the courier to list it as delivered 15 minutes later even though we never received our order. waste of money and time

Awful...went through the drive through, had to wait for our order and then ended up with a drink who's lid wasn't on properly and went everywhere, a fruit shoot missing that was ordered and paid for and my burger splattered all over the inside of the takeaway bag. What an absolute rip off. Don't bother, carry on to Radcliffe branch!

The food was cold, the milk shakes were melted, and the sauce was missed from the order. The delivery time jumped up 25 minutes after the order had set off. We were very dissatisfied with the whole order and delivery.

Food was only just warm when it arrived, the fries clearly need changing as my hash browns tasted mildly fishy so must be last night's oil doing the fillet o fish. Otherwise, standard McDonalds fare, added bonus i only ordered 1 coffee and got 2! Makes a change from missing items eh?

I used to eat here weekly, and several times per week across different McDolands franchises. I have only succeeded in 1 of my last 3 attempts to eat at this location (all at different hours). They have been ‘updating the system’ and unable to process or cancel my order so that I can re-order at a different location. Today, the staff were also rude and unprofessional, badgering me unnecessarily. I used to eat this rubbish because it was cheap, convenient, and faster than cooking at home. Now it’s expensive, a hassle, and slower (even if you can successfully order food here). I had no intention to make this year the start of my McDolans boycott, but they’ve truly earned it!

The staff were distracted whilst taking the order, and it resulted in the fries being left off. It wasn't busy, but they made us wait for our order without any explanation - about 10 minutes. We realised there were no fries when the order did arrive, but they were unhelpful and rude when we raised it. There was no apology, and her manner was surly. She just told us we needed to go through the drive-through again, which had now become busier. When we got the order home, we found that none of the burgers had any onions on them. Our food was cold by this time. The guy who dealt with us through the hatch when we had to reorder the fries was apologetic and tried to be helpful.

Safe I used to work at maccis whitefield the scran was top notch I was gonna save some for breakfast but the food was like “Pringles” once you pop you just can’t stop beautiful food when I tucked in it reminded me of being a young lad proper phat scran 10/10

There were two burgers missing from my order tried to contact the restaurant and got no help. I paid £17.50 this is the worst experience I’ve had with this restaurant.

I’ve ordered food that said it would be 10-20 minutes as I ordered it taken an hour and 5 minutes and it’s came to me stone cold this is ridiculous but let me gues just eat isn’t going to do anything about this once again this is the last time

All our food was cold, chips were freezing and soggy and the double cheeseburger bun was hard. The sauces that were sent with our order felt like they had just come from the fridge! Delivery driver went somewhere else before our delivery but the journey that was made should not have resulted in our food being so cold.

The delivery driver was so incompetent that when he handed me my order her had spilt my drink and it leaked through the bag and dropped on the floor. Didn't offer an apology just shouted something and drove off!

We to this McDonald's today at around 15:15 today. We ordered through the app. When we got the the 2nd window to collect an employee by the name of "Eve" ( assuming they gave us the right name) asked if it was an app order.. we replied yes. She proceeded to hand me a bag of items. Upon inspection of the food order I realised it was not ours. I said this isn't ours. Eve abruptly shouted back in annoyance "you said it was an app order, and showed great disdain. I tried to explain that someone behind us could have also placed an app order but those items are not ours. The employee then rudely handed me the correct drinks to me order but not the food still giving rude attitude. I asked for a manager to which she initially denied but even 2 so called managers later the issue was not addressed with the staff. She was instead hidden in the back till I left. No apology just told she will be dealt with. I never go to McDonald's in the first place but a friends child wanted the darn rubbish they sell. People shouldn't waste money on this poison don't got not even get a decent respectful nor clean customer service. Can do better when stuff is addressed to management.

Cold driver drove past house 3 times even though I was at the door very slow

Ordered on the app waited at parking spot just up from the normal pick up window for a while. No straw, no napkins and a sorry looking mcspicy plus the fries were cold and no receipt in the bag.
