Food was ok always barley warm took my grandchildren to play on the climbing area & have a burger they had fun

Bought 2 ice creams with a flake lovely on a hot day tasty ice cream.

visited this drive through before my shift, was waiting for 20 mins for a single sausage and egg mcmuffin meal? i was given the wrong order, i was actually given some meal with brown sauce on which i am allergic to so the whole meal was a completed waste of money, due to the wait time i was unable to complain as i was already late for my first day at a new job. will not be returning again as this has actually happened numerous times at this mcdonald’s

Keep trying to return thinking it will get better but food terrible and its full of delivery drivers. Cold food and long wait but hey its as advertised and no improvements on the horizon.

27/08/24::it goes from bad to worse. Selected no mayo and got extra mayo on the spicy burger and asked for 4 BBQ sauces with the 20 nuggets, Got zero sauces AGAIN! 23/08/24: no sauces delivered 07/08/24: our order was correct. Double quarter pounder, chicken nuggets and fries. 05/03/24: door in wrong position. Who designed a front facing store with an entrance with a side entry door! Ridiculous! Food hot this time, and, as per order! 15/02/24: from the Drive Through, food was hot and tasty. Quarterpounder cheeseburger medium meal. Served by a lovely friendly lady. 10/02/23: food cold. No sauces. Chips never seen a frier, they were raw!!! Unseasoned! 10/08/22: Food inadequate, cold, missing items! Not what was paid for!! Plain burger came with cheese when requested plain. Allergy reasons.

Called in for a pit stop on the way to Blackpool, about halfway for me so will use in future. Very clean and staff we're friendly.

Ordered of JustEat, found a piece of paper mixed in with my burger. Just eat are saying there is nothing they can do and these guys won’t answer a phone regarding a complaint. Food Standards agency have been contacted and awaiting a response. It’s happened far too many times now it’s disgusting 🤢

Take more time to read the order and not forget items. Maybe give delivery orders fresh made food so it lands to customers hot. Some salt and napkins be nice too

No dips in order again! It’s really not that hard to put pots of sauce in a bag… I used to work for a fast food restaurant and it really isn’t that hard, just read the receipt and put them in, it doesn’t take a genius to remember to put dips in a bag! Also missing a bag of nuggets and given a bag of the garlic bread dippers which couldn’t be eaten because of the cheese in them!

The usual food its the same evrywhere but there were alot of people waiting for food inside, they got my order wrong as usual and the staff just look as though they hate everyone! I get it people aren't social these days but at least put a friendly front on or if you hate you job sod off!

I ordered 3 tropical drinks with my meals, I received one lemonade which I didn't order and I did no tropicana.

Hot chocolate was gorgeous and hot. Hash browns was great normally they are greasy but not this time. Burger could have been warmer and think it was missing ketchup up not sure if it was supposed to have any?? Overall lovely breakfast Thank you guys

This wasn’t delivered, I ordered the food with a wait time of 15-30 minutes after 55 minutes I contacted the restaurant to ask where the food was to be told there was no drivers and this is an error on just eats part.

I ordered the Hat trick burger and basically got a cheese burger! When I spoke to a member of staff about it they said they ran out of the grilled onions and other relishes. Why wasn't I told this at the point of sale? I would have changed my order. So I've paid nearly £8.00 for a cheese burger meal. Pathetic... I definitely won't be going back. They are mis-selling products and the staff are incompetent.

Today I purchased 2 double cheeseburger and 2 coffee, I was waiting for my food a long time as the orders after my number started to receive I went to the people and asked were my order was and they told me they were waiting for the burgers. I waited total 20 minutes to receive my order and they did not have any cars outside or people inside to serve so there was no excuse for this waiting. Anyway I took my order and when I tried the first bite form the burger it had so much salt in the meat that I could not eat it. I am very disappointed from the service and from the food so I will not go again to buy from this shop. Very sad and very disappointed from the customer service and the quality of the food.

Everytime we order from the whitefield branch there’s always something missing. This time it was my son’s milkshake as part of his happy meal.

ordered 9 chicken selects that were missing and all the food was cold. Asked for a refund for the selects. Also really overpriced now, wont be going mcdonalds again, their dearer than smash burger places.

Probably one of the worst delivery orders I've had of McDonald's and that by itself is impressive: burgers missing ingredients and not being served as advertised and described, sauces were missing, extras missing, drinks were spilled, food was cold, basically everything that can go wrong in a delivery order went wrong. One of those food deliveries that makes you want to drive to the restaurant just to return the full thing.
