Mcdonald's Restaurants in Bury

My burger was open on arrival im not sure if it was tampered with dure in transport or in preparation buy my burger had some form of paper wrapper inside of it mixed with the cheese i inly found out 4 bites in and possibly ingested some. Im absolutely disgusted the food wasn’t prepared or handled with care at all. Honestly some people just shouldn’t have jobs.

The 20 Nuggets were rubbery and hard. They gave me old nuggets and reheated them.

When I ordered the food the delivery time was 20 mins the time kept going up and up over an hour we waiting for food when it arrived couldn’t even eat it it was cold & stale like it had been left there hours I’m absolute raged with this order I only ever from Whitefield because it comes perfect the order was also wrong giving my son tomato sauce on his burger when I asked without as he’s allergic this is ridiculous

It's a McDonald's, nothing more nothing less.

ordered minecraft nugget meal, no toy included. food not very hot, about lukewarm.

Ordered two sausage and egg mcmuffin meals, one of the mcmuffins was missing. Its hardly an extensive order. Just totally carelessness. So now ive paid almost £15(including fees) for one breakfast. It was supposed to be a treat but has been ruined.

Food was stone cold when it arrived by cycle, hardly surprising. Not the best way to deliver food, multiple stops from a man on a bike.

Food ordered at 7:45pm did not arrive till 9pm courier told me he had to wait at the restaurant for 30minutes for the food which arrived cold

Ordered at 4pm, live 5 mins drive away, it took 1 hour 15 mins, cold, missing a patty, straw and ice.

perfect delivery was fast and NO issue with spillages or damaged

No sauce packets when I ordered 2 ketchups

my order was missing the chest i was promised with my meal , which is the reason i ordered my meal

drink leaked out in delivery bag food feel out on the floor iyt side my door when the delivery guy oped his bag all the food has gone in the bin

Took far too long to arrive. Food was lukewarm at best, and ice cream was like soup.

I wrote a bad review about this branch a year ago. Since then we have seen a lot of improvements, the quality of fries has improved a lot, they are not pale anymore, and portions are fine :) But mainly why I want to put 5 stars now, is the excellent manager Catherine, who helped to organize a birthday party for my autistic 18 years old son. The designated area, the communication, the service, the friendliness, and the atmosphere were just perfect. My son and his friends have enjoyed the party a lot. Thank you to Catherine and members of the teams who were involved.

Here we go again. How can you bring food to my car and forget to make the 3 drinks and 3 ice cream I ordered What planet are the staff on at McDonald's Walkden. You have one job. Don't think I will be coming back.

I ordered from here via uber eats, they forgot 3 medium fries and an apple pie. Uber eats refused to give me a refund, which thats another problem, however i called this McDonalds to ask them if theres a bag they forgot so i could at least pick it up. The woman who answered the phones answered with some disgusting attitude, dont know who’s running this place but it needs sorting. no professionalism at all. Dont order from or even go to this McDonalds, i get its McDonalds and your not getting 5 star service, but im also not paying £25 to be treated like straight crap.

Delivery had missing items. Very poor service. Avoid using them.

It wasn’t so much late but the delivery time changed several times over the weight so it wasn’t a driver issue

Fantastic, freshly cooked and came piping hot

They get 4/5, everything apart from the fries were fine but the biggest annoyance with the order was the fact that sauces to go with the chicken share box didn't arrive.

McNuggets with no dips? Costs you nothing, gets me nothing, ruins the meal experience.

20 nuggets were freshly made besides a few. The correct dips were sent, previously when I ordered I would be lucky if I received any dips. Big Mac was also lovely and the burger wasn’t just thrown together like usual. The only thing that wasn’t good with my order was that I ordered Large fries and they came half filled including any that fell out in the bag also they were cold. Food was only just warm when it arrived, the fries clearly need changing as my hash browns tasted mildly fishy so must be last night's oil doing the fillet o fish. Otherwise, standard McDonalds fare, added bonus i only ordered 1 coffee and got 2! Makes a change from missing items eh?
