Can't go wrong here. Good staff, clean restaurant.

Staff and manager Very pleasant unusual for a McDonald's. Take note the rest of YA. Manager rectified a mistake I made at no Extra cost to me and my grandson. What a nice guy thank you so much 😊

06/11/24: stars slowly creeping up. Now 2 stars. Ordered a double cheeseburger and 20 nuggets for sharing. 20/10/24: McRib is back. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Reminded me of when it first came out about 10 years ago! 21/09/24: order cold. Driver made 3 stops before mine. Philly Cheese Stack & Chicken nuggets. BBQ sauce requested but MISSING from order AGAIN. Refund requested and accepted! 19/09/24: Order to perfection! BBQ sauce included! Order same as below, but, with the BBQ sauce as requested! 15/09/24: new Philly Cheese Stack. Excellent burger, however, missing BBQ. Requested refund. 27/08/24: it goes from bad to worse. Selected no mayo and got extra mayo on the spicy burger and asked for 4 BBQ sauces with the 20 nuggets, Got zero sauces AGAIN! 23/08/24: no sauces delivered 07/08/24: our order was correct. Double quarter pounder, chicken nuggets and fries. 05/03/24: door in wrong position. Who designed a front facing store with an entrance with a side entry door! Ridiculous! Food hot this time, and, as per order! 15/02/24: from the Drive Through, food was hot and tasty. Quarterpounder cheeseburger medium meal. Served by a lovely friendly lady. 10/02/23: food cold. No sauces. Chips never seen a frier, they were raw!!! Unseasoned! 10/08/22: Food inadequate, cold, missing items! Not what was paid for!! Plain burger came with cheese when requested plain. Allergy reasons.

Ordered food, only received 2 of my order. Tried to call so many times. Nobody answered 🙄😡

Absolute rubbish service and concern. Ordered and paid via app for them to tell me it hasn't went through, showed on bank it clearly had. Had me try and drive round 3 times saying still hadn't went through but took money from my bank. Which I showed them at the window. Took in excess of 25 minutes and still didn't get my order but got charged. Better refund within 24h, complained to the contact number and was told retraining but no one will get back to you. Avoid this shabby establishment at all costs.

Food ordered at 7:30pm took an hour to arrive. Food was cold and mozzarella dips missing from order.

The staff in there are absolutely thick!! I order from here because it is the closest one to me... They have never once got the order right.. I ask for sauces.and they either don't out them in or I get ones I didn't ask for. Food is always clap cold. Just kids that don't know what they're doing.

Literally ordered 2 chocolate milkshakes and 3 cokes arrived instead. It’s all very well Just Eat refunding me for the milkshakes but what about the £5 for delivery and service charge?

I had ordered McDonald's last week for £12.50 and it never turned up. I made a request on Uber eats and I've still not heard anything back.

Cold, hot chocolate came exploded. Missing burger and mozzarella sticks. McFlurries had hot chocolate in them. All round poor experience guessing rhe exploded hot choc was the uber bike dudes fault and missi items as always down to McDonalds.

Got someones else's order not happy would like a full refund I took the food back to McDonald's where i ordered it from and they said they couldn't do anything about it so I threw that order away and requested a fully refund

There was no chips in my meal order.

I received a Mcplant burger, med fried and diet coke.... Definitely not what I ordered. Very close to not using just eat again as there is alot of mess ups recently.. it's okay saying refund.!! Doesn't help the fact that now I have an upset child.

I received a kids carton milkshake on a large meal, i was missing 5 chicken selects, the chips and burger was cold and they couldnt even get the right sauces. Absolutely fuming!

The Philly stack was a great tasting burger unfortunately it was cold on arrival and was prepared before a driver was assigned, disappointing as it is not a cheap order, puts doubt into ordering similar in the future.

visited this drive through before my shift, was waiting for 20 mins for a single sausage and egg mcmuffin meal? i was given the wrong order, i was actually given some meal with brown sauce on which i am allergic to so the whole meal was a completed waste of money, due to the wait time i was unable to complain as i was already late for my first day at a new job. will not be returning again as this has actually happened numerous times at this mcdonald’s

Keep trying to return thinking it will get better but food terrible and its full of delivery drivers. Cold food and long wait but hey its as advertised and no improvements on the horizon.

Called in for a pit stop on the way to Blackpool, about halfway for me so will use in future. Very clean and staff we're friendly.

Ordered of JustEat, found a piece of paper mixed in with my burger. Just eat are saying there is nothing they can do and these guys won’t answer a phone regarding a complaint. Food Standards agency have been contacted and awaiting a response. It’s happened far too many times now it’s disgusting 🤢

No dips in order again! It’s really not that hard to put pots of sauce in a bag… I used to work for a fast food restaurant and it really isn’t that hard, just read the receipt and put them in, it doesn’t take a genius to remember to put dips in a bag! Also missing a bag of nuggets and given a bag of the garlic bread dippers which couldn’t be eaten because of the cheese in them!

Food is freezing! You all must of come out with 1 gcse can’t even find the muffin to put the sausage on properly might aswell of just thrown it in the bag for us to make ourselves jokers 🤣

Take more time to read the order and not forget items. Maybe give delivery orders fresh made food so it lands to customers hot. Some salt and napkins be nice too

The usual food its the same evrywhere but there were alot of people waiting for food inside, they got my order wrong as usual and the staff just look as though they hate everyone! I get it people aren't social these days but at least put a friendly front on or if you hate you job sod off!

Always missing items, chips taste like cardboard & cold - I’m convinced they turn the chip frying machines off for electricity savings! Too expensive for abysmal quality.
